Sold me a truck with a bad fuel pump. They will not stand behind it. They wanted $3000. To $10000 to repair it . This is supposedly with parts at cost. It not enough to stick it to me once but they tried it twice. Twice as much as the quote from the other shop. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from these guys, nor will I ever purchase another from these guys.

This review is long overdue but I feel like I need to tell my experience with Eagle Chevrolet...I was moving halfway across the country with a completely loaded truck and loaded cargo trailer when a brake caliper disintegrated on my Duramax causing me to lose all breaking power. I was only a few miles outside of Chadron, NE when this occurred and I was able to limp the truck into town using my trailer brakes. The following morning I was able to get in touch with Eagle Chevrolet who worked to get me in first thing. They worked with me on getting my trailer parked, and my fully loaded truck into the shop, working with my dog and I, stuck with nowhere to go. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and got right to work with a fix. Parts eventually had to come from out of town and they worked diligently to expedite getting them in so as to try and get me back on the road that day. Luckily all the parts showed up and the Tech was able to put my truck back together quickly. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service Eagle Chevrolet's service department offered me that day! I am grateful for their hard work and their assistance in putting up with me, my dog, and every item I owned to get my truck taken care of and back on the road quickly, when I was pretty much in the middle of nowhere and completely broken down. Thanks for the hard work and great customer service Eagle Chevrolet, you guys rock!

Excellent sales! My son was looking for a pickup and he wanted a few specific things on it. The salesman knew that and when a pickup rolled out of the detail area, he called and 4 hours later my son had purchased the pickup. Thank you for your excellent sales!

Asked about the shape of the truck I wanted, specifically if there was any rust. Was told it was in great condition with a little rust spot. Drove two hours to find out the paint on the bed didnt even match the original color and that the truck was completely rusted out underneath and the body.Took me forty seconds to see the truck was a heap of junk. Very dishonest dealership

Shady business! Drove 2 hours to make a deal on a car only to find out that it had an oil leak. After talking to our mechanic and another mechanic, they quoted approximately $1000 to fix the things wrong. Eagle Chevrolet said they would give $350 total for the leak AND other electronic problems. If you can't see there's an oil leak and fix it before putting it on your lot, then what else are you hiding/ lying about? Eagle Chevrolet is the epitome of shady dealer and dishonest salesmen.

We purchased a 2007 Toyota sequoia the end of August from Eagle Motors.. As we are in middle of a drought, i had no opportunity to use the back windshield wiper. When i attempted to use it last month it did not work. I broke the hatch latch last week so took it to Toyota dealer in rapid city. I asked them to please get wiper going. They asked if the rear window worked. I said it doesn't have one. They said yes it does then tried to make it go down. It did not work. So they said the motor is burned out. We called eagle motors and they said (of course) it worked when they had it. It NEVER worked for us. So do not lie to us. You knew the window and rear wiper never worked. No more business from us. We would have never called you if we were the ones it broke on. We are honest - you are not.

Replaced a part just fine and I told them which part it was that needed replaced. When it came to finding electric problems, they didn't come through. Went online and found out about an instrument panel cluster recall. Which they should have checked for. Check for recalls, saves everyone time on 80$ an hour for your tech diagnosis.
