I have never written a review online. I have never experienced such poor customer service. They "worked" on my ford car for over 3 weeks and would never call me with updates. They also kept adding money to the original price quote I received. When they finally finished the work they attempted to add $400 to my bill. I would never buy a car here, have a car repaired here or recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

My 2011 Ford F-250 sheared off the bolts holding the tube that runs my turbocharger about 5 miles before I went through North Platte. Although it was after 3 PM, they took the time to determine what was wrong and get the right parts ordered so they could spend the 9 hours the next day to complete the job. They gave me nothing but the best service and professionalism. I would go back anytime.

Worked with Katie from Internet Sales and she went out of her way to deliver my SUV to me in Otis, CO. Within the first couple of months, we started noticing problems. We have had to fix some major issues with it. It’s not a bad vehicle, we just didn’t know the check engine light was on and how many problems brought with that.

I like being able to come in and go right to the department I need to go to! The gal was super friendly and very helpful in getting the part I needed for my vehicle. The parts always come in super quick, so I dont ever have to wait several days before recieving what I need or want. The prices are decent compared to going to a parts store and the building is very clean and well organized! The reception desk always has someone there to great you as well!

I had a friend recently purchase a car from here and wants everyone to know that she has had one bad thing happen after another and strongly advises no one to do business here. First off the finance department has had paperwork problems and his name is Milt. He has yellled at her in the phone and smtold her of his personal problems that have nothing to do with buying a car. Then she wants to speak to his boss PD Neff and he doesn’t have time to talk to her. Truly do they want to do to business with people. Ironically when going to get car a person even stops her and tells her they are crooks. She truly knows now that they are and will never do business again there. Thanks from Jackeie Thompson. I purchased a truck from this dealer a few months ago and dealt with Salesmen Ryan Dye. Him and everyone were friendly and helpful until the sale was final and I paid for it. The day that I picked up the truck. Shortly after leaving the dealer I noticed that the paperwork was incorrect and had the wrong address. I immediately emailed Ryan, as thats how we were communicating and let him know of the issue and gave him once again my current address. (this wasn't the first time I gave it to him). Well, I never heard back from him and just assumed that he did his job and updated my info. Stupid me, of course he didn't. So 2 months later I am still stuck without the title and I'm unable to register it as a result. Great follow up and customer experience after the sale....NOT! This wasn't the only issue I experienced with them. The day I picked up the truck. I asked the internet sales mgr who finalized the sale if the truck had recently had an oil change and fluid check because I had a three hour drive home. He assured me that it did and I went on my way. So anyways, the sticker on the windshield shows that he lied to me with a date of July 2017 and more then 7000 miles overdue for a change.

5 years ago we purchased a car through them, before the purchase we encountered problems along the way which were astronomically unnecessary, not to mention avoidable. We were publicly cursed and yelled at by higher management, in front of many others in the sales room, including our family members. We were quoted an obscene price for an 5+ year old car then with severe body damage, which we were told they would not fix if we did purchase it, the price was well 5k over BOTH Kelly Blue Book, and NADA. Which when we stated this, we were told their company used NADA after looking up KBB, when we researched NADA we were told they use a "special NADA". I have had friends purchase cars from here and they can't be bothered to sign documents, or keep their word on particular documents agreed upon. I.E. Warranty or loan price. They sell cars that are damaged, have mechanical problems, and will only release information if you happen to catch it, such as obvious physical blemishes. I am flabbergasted that they are still in business, I'm sure dirty dealings around town has kept them there.

Our van broke down on I80 outside of North Platte coming home from vacation...the alternator went bad. The service folks at Bill Summers were very nice and helpful. They got a new alternator put in quickly. The price was fair for the work done. Hopefully we don't break down on I80 again, but if we do I wouldn't hesitate to go back here.

We recently purchased a vehicle from here. We are satisfied with the truck but,the rear window would not work. The deal was they would fix it for free. After a month of taking it down there three times we finally got it fixed. We feel deceived and lied to from this company because buying a "new" vehicle for us is a big commitment and it felt as we were not treated like a valued customer.
