I waited at the service desk for about 8 minutes and then decided to go sit down because my back was hurting and nobody would wait on me. There were several people that worked there standing around talking and didn't seem to be very busy but of course didn't ask me if I needed help. Not very sharp people that work there in my opinion and certainly not concerned or interested in the customer. I have found that the service is mostly under par relative to other local shops that I have gone to. Also, the prices at Don K are much more expensive.

If you're looking for a new Jeep, ask for James Abbott. I was looking for a new Grand Cherokee and contacted no less than 8 Jeep Dealers within the 150 mile area after shopping online. Not only did James respond, he went above and beyond to find the right car at the right price. He was VERY knowledgeable about the cars and an excellent communicator. Thank you James for all your help in putting this deal together. It was our pleasure to get to know you during this process. I hope you are still working there when we get our next car in a year or two. BTW, the burger place you recommend was great!

Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. Sold a vehicle out from under me. Did not inform me that another customer was interested in the same vehicle. Laughed at me as I was leaving because I was upset at their actions. They need to give their customers more information on their holding policy.

We bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler recently and were helped by a few of the sales crew who work as a team. All were great to work with! Very helpful and answered all our questions. They don't work on commission so they were not pushy at all. Prices are very fair and the service is top notch!

CAUTION: Not hearing good things about the service department here. A vehicle in for warranty work for 2 weeks (without a loaner car) and still not fixed right. More later. Let you know how it goes. Life is too short for stuff like this.

I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. Turned out it needed work done to it. I took it here to Don K as i felt that Dodge should be the go to people. I was wrong. They held my truck for 2 weeks and didnt even replace the part, just repaired it and charged me over $700 for this. It wasnt an engine issue as it was the needle on my RPM that was broken. Now I was also purchasing other stuff like new floor mats(which they just threw in the backseat), mudflaps, and a new remote key. I was quoted originally $140 for the key and $60 for programming. They charged me $190 for the key. Obviously im upset here as im writing this review. I could have gotten eveything done somewhere else for cheaper and quicker. I will definitely remember this and hope you all read and think before going here.

Worst customer service ever. I am outta town and had my girlfriend pick up my truck they said it was done that the recalls fixed the problem. Well 3hrs later after picking up the truck it happened again. She called dodge and they said well it's up to her to get it back to them and pretty much left her stranded in the truck they said that they fixed. I would never recommend to anyone. I have had way to many problem with this dealership.

Over the years while living in Montana, Don K has been my go-to dealer for my 2007 Dodge Ram and 2012 Charger SXT. I have had only two bad experiences and one of them the dealer "Made-it-right" after I complained. You won't ever find a 100% happy excellent dealer ever, but as for the professionalism and how much I enjoyed the Service staff at Don K, they come really close to it. I did post a one star review but that was rectified. This post is how they helpled my fix a 2012 Dodge Charger I bought in South Carolina. It was used and had some hidden issues, but they quickly identified them and fixed them. They even fixed some minor things pro-bono on it. The service manager is very professional and has worked hard to make it a great place. Yes I had a couple complaints and they were legit. but they will work with you to fix them. Thank you Tim in Service, I appreciate your professionalism and how you take good care of the customer even after the sale.

Don't be lured in salesman lied about extra expenses, then other people denying about conditions of the car, say them treating an elderly serviceman disrespectful. I asked to speak to manager several times , I love dodge but will go out of my way to buy another, Beware they add extra cost to vehicles after already it was on per sales man, poor salesmanship... beware

I recently scheduled an appointment for service on my 2013 Dodge ram 2500. When we bought the pick up brand new we also bought the extended lifetime warranty. Previously at Don K I had problems with a service manager and at that point had decided to never return to Don K for service again. Recently, I was in a position where I had to return to Don K Dodge for warranty service. Mike, the service manager took absolutely outstanding care of me! After speaking with Mike, he pulled up my previous visit and informed me that the service desk personnel that previously had tried to take care of me had been terminated. Mike then saw to it that every single repair needed on my truck was not only taking care of but all credited to my extended warranty. Mike was an absolute godsend! There service, communication, and follow up was top notch! I salute the mechanics and the service department at Don K or truly stepping up to the plate and knocking it out of the park! They have corrected all their personnel problems and their service is now five stars. I highly recommend !

Used to be 5 Star Business, at least it was when I bought my last 3 vehicles there. They used to give you a full tank of gas, free first oil change, they would even help you connect your phone. Now they wont even give you a spare tire--because you get Road-side assistance! That's nice if you are in an area where you can use it. They always insisted that you give them highest scores on their on-line reviews or they would "Fail" and I always felt like they deserved top marks. Not now though. I was especially unimpressed when the Salesman borrowed my phone to set up a quick Google survey and then completed it before handing it back...giving himself 5 points of course. Don K ain't what it used to be folks. I wont be back. Love the car though.

Too long to go into but it would help greatly if they communicated pre payment policy for parts needed to customers and if they treated customers like we had a brain. Now I have to make a trip back after they order and receive part I told them I needed two weeks ago when I made this appointment. The most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. They lied about the invoice price, lied about the cost of new tires (and then claimed they hadn't heard of eBay when I showed them they were lying), raised the price at signing and overall were completely dishonest. Had they not had the only one with that package in the nation we would have gone anywhere else. Amazing that a dealership less than a mile from the house would lie and then say take it or leave it.

The rest of the Don K team I dealt with made the whole experience pleasant. They offered a fair price for my trade in, and a fair price on the new vehicle. I had really done my research on all aspects of buying this vehicle and was even pre-approved for a new car loan at my bank. They beat that loan by half a percent.
