Eisinger service will try to get all the money out of you they can. They quoted me 500 dollars for my seat when the motorized reclining control stopped working. It took all of 5 minutes for me to look at the electronic connector on the seat and see that one of the pins was completely bent. Any remotely halfway competent human would have been able to figure that out quicker then me. Instead they tried to tell me it was 500 dollars and they needed to replace the whole seat back. Glad I checked it out myself.
Josh Ware was an all-star with his attentiveness and assistance when I needed it most! Though car buying experience is always daunting, he was the silver lining that made it worth it. I truly appreciate him and everything he does.

They weren’t completely honest with us about a few things that didn’t work on our new car. It was like pulling teeth to get them to fix them. Once they had money in their pocket there was no way they were willing to help with fixing anything. They said our vehicle was a one owner. Ironically the title never made it to the DMV because it had been transferred shortly before we bought it. In fact, it took so long for them to get the title straightened out on their end that our temp plates expired. Not honest. We buy new vehicles for often for my husbands office and will certainly never shop here again.
Asked to have my social security number ran right away. Didn't want to spend 3 hours to buy atruck.would not run it till I got loud. Never bought a vehicle that wasn't filled up where you bought it. Bought 3 trucks from Dave Smith always done in hour. Had to go across street put 75.oo to go home.
Called to get details on a car and salesman kept telling me I bought the car in his opinion(which was not the case.) I drove down to see it and had applied for a loan a week before in case I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Nothing had been started regarding the loan and I waited there hours. details of the loan were not given to me even after being asked to sign for the car. I asked the salesman, Dave Harris, about warranties and loan details and he would not give me important details he was more interested in making the sell. Very pushy and uninformative. The whole experience was sketchy and now I know why car salesman get their bad reputation.

Sales man was not engaged in the sale. He was worried more about texting. Trade in value was kind of laughable. They were going to give me $750 for a 2011 equinox with new tires.
I worked with Kara Krause and Sean O’Neill on the purchase of a used Suburban. Both were very knowledgeable with vehicles I was looking at. If they didn’t know something, they would tell me and do research instead of fabricating an answer. Also, they weren’t pushy with the sale whatsoever. The buying process was very simple and quick, I would definitely go back!
We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle a few months ago and Tony Rebich has proven to be the best salesperson I have ever worked with - his customer service, professionalism and product knowledge are at the top. It was excellent in all aspects.
Really disappointed in the honesty of this dealer, found a wonderful Dodge diesel dually and was interested in buying it , cash outright. Had our certified Dodge master mechanic look it over and found the transmission is soon to go out , alot of clutch material in the fluid , even tho they claimed it was just flushed and new filter put in. So even worse to have that clutch material in the fluid. That transmission is going out asap!!!!! And they don't care wouldn't come down at all on price to offset cost of new transmission, and what's worse mechanics inspected it and didn't worry about that at all. Except to try and pull the wool over everyone's eyes with a transmission flush. Lots more found wrong but that was the worst of it and this review is already painfully long. I will never again step foot in there doors. Someone is going to get really screwed with that truck, it isn't priced according to it's condition. So disappointing.
I wish I could give separate reviews for the sales people vs. finance person. Sean and Tony were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. The finance officer not so much. Granted, we were all tired because this transaction ran late into the evening. I screwed up and purchased a vehicle I hadn't had an opportunity to drive. I do wish that either Sean or Tony had at least offered to let me take the car for a spin, even if it meant returning the next day. The car has issues. I'm waiting for the paperwork from pricey warranty I purchased. Crossing my fingers in hope that needed repairs will be covered. If they are honorable in this matter, I will provide a more favorable review.
Cars anti theft malfunctioned which turned off the fuel pump and transmission at the beginning out our holiday to glacier national park. The Chev rep Danny managed to fit us in in short notice and had us back on the road by the next morning. Great service and super friendly.

Very Disappointed Haven't done anything after the purchase to help me with 2 issues. Would never recommend or buy anything from them. They just care about the sale. Any BS they give you about caring for customers is just that, BS!!! Caveat Emptor
Tucker when above and beyond taking care of us! We drove 14 hours to see glacier national park and our brake pump went out. We thought our vacation would be cut short due to repairs but Tucker had the vehicle fixed by the next morning and we were on our way. Great customer service. Thanks again Tucker, you are the best!
A pleasure to work with Sean O'Neil! He was professional, no pressure, very knowledgable, very easy to work with. He really went above and beyond for my family!! He answered all my questions and I had many. I felt comfortable the entire process buying a car for my daughter while I was out of state. The great people there did an amazing job! Best service ever!! Everyone is so friendly and nice. nice place to wait for your car, as there is lots of snacks available as well as coffee, teas and hot chocolate. Even the Bagels are a nice touch. Highly recommend.
Excellent buying experience!! Chandler was our salesperson and he did an outstanding job of taking care of us! He was very knowledgeable about the systems on the vehicle and followed up with us when my Insurance had paid off on our wrecked previous vehicle. Thanks to him and the dealership.

I had a 1 pm appointment for an oil change. checked at 2:17 to see if car was finished and it had not even gone in yet. She informed me they had a lot of walk ins. What good is an appointment if they don't honor it. I am quite disappointed to say the least.
Worked with Jo Velasco on the purchase of a used CRV. She was wonderful to work with: direct, honest, not at all pushy and very accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Great dealership if you want to go somewhere and have people lie to your face. The only thing they're better at than lying is incompetent communication. The only exception is Julie in the parts department, who was friendly and very helpful. She's the only reason this dealership deserves even 1 star.
