Very unpleasant experience from the minute we walked in until we left. The salesman (Brian) was condescending, rude and pushy. Tried to get the manager to help us but we were told he was "too busy" to see us. Don't waste your money or time in here. They don't appreciate your business. We were treated terribly and royally ripped off. $800 to replace an ignition. Now we can’t use the key fob at all. They said it would cost an additional $350 to program a key fob to unlock the door. They took advantage of us big time.

Great service Finished when promised. However have about 13,000 miles on my Honda CRV 2015 and brought the car in because of excessive brake noise and concern that the brakes were not working correctly. I had called several times before and talked to the service department and they said that it was probably just a rock stuck in the brakes and it would work it's way out. They thought that if it was just a rock the charge would be around $70. When they checked out the brakes they told me that I needed new brakes for both front and back. The back brakes were nearly worn out as far as the pads were concerned. The front brakes were almost like new but they said they still needed to be replaced due to the rusting on the rotors. I suggested that it seemed to me that this was a defective brake system since there is no way that I should need new brakes but they said the reason the brakes failed was due to excess corrosion from road chemicals and to avoid this I needed to flush my brakes out with a hose every few weeks. The service advisor said this has been a problem with all makes of cars not just the Honda CRV. In all the years I have owned cars, I have never found that I needed to flush my brakes to avoid corrosion! From my viewpoint, I believe this was a crock and just a way of dodging responsibility for malfunctioning brakes. The brake job cost over $700. Up to this experience, I had been a very loyal customer having owned Honda products for over 30 years. I did purchase this CRV from this dealer and now I am needing to reconsider if I will purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I have talked to others about the need to wash the brakes during the winter and no one has ever done this or heard that this was needed. Originally I gave them 5 stars for quick service and on time delivery but the more I have thought about how this was handled I felt I should warn others of this practice.
I received a call from Eisinger regarding a recall on the passenger airbag. They sceduled me within a few days on a day I was going to be in town anyway. The gentleman asked if there was anything else that needed done. My wiper blades needed refills. All was accomplished adequate and in a timely manner.
My husband and I were looking for an SUV for months. We finally found what we wanted at Eisinger. Once we test drove it and checked it over we decided to buy it. Once we met with the credit union for our loan, the amount that the credit union said that loan was for was much higher than what the car was listed for and our lender explained that they were Eisinger’s options added to the car that we have never even talked about or agreed to. When we called Eisinger to question it they told us they had already added the options to the car and that they were not going to waive the charges. The entire experience we were told what to do rather than asked what we would like to do and I’m guessing it’s because we are young and they assumed we are inexperienced. We still bought the car because it was exactly what we wanted and the day I drove it off the lot it began making some strange humming/scraping noises when I was driving it. So I brought it back and they looked at it and drove it across the parking lot and said it was fine. Then when my husband brought it back a few days later they finally realized it had a busted dust plate and replaced it. The car now has had continuous issues we are still fixing. I will not ever purchase from here again.

They went above and beyond to help us when we got a flat tire on our way to Glacier National Park. They could not locate a tire for our new Passport, so they gave us one off of a Passport they had there. Saved us having to wait 3 or more days for a tire to be ordered. Terrible service. Traveled two hours cash in hand to purchase a vehicle and from the time I called on availability to the time I test drove the vehicle they added $2000 to the total. Not to mention the original price already well above blue book value. Refusing to honoring the advertised price. Rude to deal with, would not suggest this place to anyone car shopping.

We got a great car, with low miles, for a great price. We saved money by financing through them instead if our bank. We liked our salesman, Michael. However, be prepared for a nightmarish experience with the man who you must meet to sign the final papers, if you want to avoid the expensive warrenty that this "financial closer" will push on you. This is the second car I have purchased there and both times I have had to deal with this "hard sell" of the warrenty, that adds a lot more money on to your payments and actually covers very little to the actual car maintenance. I would have given 5 stars if not for the hard sell fellow that you have to deal with in order to close your car sell.

The sale went smoothly and the salesman was enjoyable and showed me multiple cars on the lot. They negotiated very little and the finance guy was pretty aloof. Overall I am happy with my experience, but was taken back when told it is against their policy to provide a full tank of gas. I have purchased many cars from dealerships and have never been given an empty tank. In the future, I will know to make sure a full tank of gas is negotiated.

This is a review of our experience with Michael Boger with support from other staff at Corwin Honda in Kalispell, MT. The dealership had 2 models (Ridgelines) that we were interested in for our son. We decided against them and were not hassled for this decision at all. In fact, they called us a week later when another vehicle was turned in. This one ended up being a great fit, but needed some mechanical work done. Though this took longer than any of us predicted, Michael kept us in the loop about the work being done and gave us frequent progress reports. If we came in and Michael wasn't available, other staff members stepped up and helped out willingly. There seemed to be no 'competition'; everyone was just a valued customer of Corwin. We were treated with genuine, attentive care. In short, our experience was as good as it can get, which is exactly what it should be. Thank you guys for making car shopping a far better experience than we anticipated!

First time with this dealer, I came in for an oil change. Travis tried to not let may pay for the $55 dollar oil change upfront (so I could pick up the car after hours, he wanted me to call in and pay over the phone!?) They wanted to "assess labor fees first," I said what labor fees?! it's a brand new car and I'm only here for an oil change. $55 fee better cover labor! I told him this wasn't gonna work I'm heading into zero cell coverage area. He finally complied to let me pay upfront)Then their car wash feature was out of service due to "septic issue." After picking up our car (less than 5k miles on it) the whole car now reeks of dog poop (not from us, and we don't have dogs). Since no poop is visible on the floor mat I probably have to have the car shampooed from the tech. I'll go to a 3rd party or drive 2 1/2 hour to Missoula if I have to--just to avoid these people. Since their septic is "down" I can't even go force them to shampoo the seat! I guess I'll be sending them the bill! Further unrelated conversations with service and they don't even know anything about a HondaCare Warranty???--they did say they would except it however. Definitely felt like I was doing business with crack pot extortionists, that take no pride in their work. I don't normally write reviews but my wife is pissed! This is an unacceptable lack of professionalism.

Edit: made contact with Chris, the GM, who provided service recovery. Moved from 1 to 3 stars. Shouldn’t have come to this, but thank you, Chris. Failure to deliver on promises and they did not send documents on time for us to get our plates. My wife and I love our car, but Ariel and Spence practically disappeared after the sale and did not schedule service and loaner car as requested and promised. We mentioned that we were moving soon and that it was very important that things were done on time. We had arranged through them to drop our car off for application of Resistall on our way to a weekend in Glacier. They had promised we would receive a CRV for a loaner car since we would have our friend and gear for the weekend with us. I luckily discovered the appointment was not scheduled, scheduled it myself and Heather said that she would make sure we had a CRV. When we dropped our car off they tried to put us in a Civic, which would not have worked. My wife scheduled a day off for us to get our plates today, only to discover we had not received the proper paperwork from the dealership. When she called it was found on someone’s desk with the excuse of “people are on vacation.” That doesn’t help us and is not acceptable. We are moving from the state NEXT WEEK, and the last thing we need is to wait at the DMV when we should be finishing packing and cleaning our house. Someone being on vacation has never been an excuse I’ve been allowed or allowed my teams to use. I will not be returning to buy my Ridgeline at this dealership as discussed. The car industry proclaims to be changing and more honest, but having worked in sales at one dealership and buying a car at this one, I can tell you it has not. Once they got our money we stopped mattering. Our time doesn’t matter, just our checkbook.

Get in writing any extra details regarding the resist-all package they will want to include. I personally would not of paid extra for it, but was talked into getting it. Unfortunately, my back seat had a stain I can’t remove after I picked it up and they only give you a bottle of cleaner that doesn’t work to remove stains and do not in fact give your car a spa day when needed as the underwriter (Matthew) called it.

Beware! False information from the the beginning! I had a price difference for my trade before I arrived at the dealership. Once there it was not what I had agreed upon. The amount was another $4,000 more! Their excuse was that they thought I wanted another vehicle, wrong. Then the one vehicle that I looked at was advertised nonsmoker, we opened the door and couldn't even get in the vehicle without the overwhelming smell of years of someone smoking in it. They will have an excuse for that as well as all the one I heard and more. Not worth the 165 mile drive. They also us fair market value for the kallispell area and not Kelly Blue Book, so again beware. I will never do business at this dealership ever. Can't wait to hear dealer response, and more excuses and more lies!

We had a once-in-a-lifetime experience with a Honda. We bought a 2011 Honda Pilot with 72,000 miles on it from Eisinger's used lot. A week later the heating/air conditioning unit stopped working. Long story short, it spent nearly 4 months in Eisinger's repair shop and couldn't be fixed. Unprecedented for a Honda. They let us use a loaner vehicle, for free, for the entire time. Eisinger's owner was extremely accommodating and agreed to put the money of our original purchase toward a new purchase. On top of this, they located a 2013 Honda Pilot (used) with 67,000 miles for us. After all that we went through - Eisinger was top-notch in their efforts to make things right. In this day and age (with a purchase of this magnitude) this is how a business should be run. They produced happy customers even in a ridiculously unique situation like ours. Thanks Eisinger.

TL;DR I bought a used car from Corwin only to have it blow an engine. My sales guy, Matt, gave me a loaner for free while I was out of a car while they diagnosed the issue. Ended up buying a new 2018 Honda Civic instead! I bought a used car from Corwin only to have it blow an engine due to rod knock within 50 miles of driving it off the lot. Corwin was generous enough to take it back and unwind the deal. Matt, my sales guy, gave me a loaner since I was in need of a car. The loaner was a honda civic and I got to drive it for a couple days while they were diagnosing the car with rod knock. As expected, it was rod knock and there were metal shavings in the oil so the car was toast. I was fully expecting to pay for all of the fixes considering I bought the car "as is". Corwin decided to show some grace and unwind the deal. I ended up buying a brand new 2018 honda civic instead and couldn't be happier with how this whole experience turned out.

My husband decided to sale his Honda to this place. He called and talked to someone to see how much he would get before hand and seemed like a fare price. We were told that they were there till 7 and since we lived a couple hours away it was convenient. After about an hour of being there they Told us it was gonna be $4000 less then the amount previously said. And after all that we didn’t even get the money because the financial department left at 5. Why would we be told 7? Then we were told it would be in the mail the next day. 4 days later and still haven’t received it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst place ever. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

I called Dan Walker to tell him I needed a 4wd truck, within 15 minutes, he called me back and had two options in my price range. I drove into the dealership, and was immediately greeted and shown to Dan's office. The service and professionalism was top notch. I picked a truck out, and am now the owner of a beautiful 4wd rig. For the experience of getting new tires, I had gotten two quotes from Honda, two from Les Schwab and two from Toyota. In one quote, we liked one set of Honda tires best so I called Honda 5-6 days before I could make it in. When I got there and they have my car up on the rack, they inform me they are out of the tires my husband and I had picked and said they had a better one but it was quite a bit more. I’m a teacher and my days off are sparse and it is my fault that I didn’t call my husband or the other tire shops to see if I could get in with our second choice tire which would have been cheaper. My main complaint on this is: they had 5-6 days worth of notice to hold those tires for my car and they didn’t. I feel like they simply wanted to make more money.
The service was excellent. They got me in when I walked in today and had me out of there in about 30-45 minutes for my 5000 mi oil change and multi point inspection. Friendly staff!

I received a notice in mail from Honda corp that they sold me a Honda with a defective airbag. So I called Eisenger Honda to make an appt to have it replaced and I was informed they were all busy and would need to call me back. Well I guess since I was not a paying customer I wasn't important enough to call back.
Staff who we have come into contact with have been overall, friendly and helpful. However we have had issues with them following through. Our van's entertainment system stopped working within a month of purchasing. When we brought it in, we were told that there would be a temporary replacement vehicle ready for us. It wasn't. We were not given notice that there was nothing available. They did allow us to use the shuttle car after some discussion. They had to order a part. When we brought it in a second time, same thing. We were told that we would be given a temporary replacement vehicle. No vehicle was available when we got there. The best they could do was shuttle my husband to work. The manager called because the issue has yet to be resolved. He said he would call back in a day or two with an update. It's been a week and we still haven't heard back.

Our scheduled oil change started late and took 90 minutes to complete. However, service was good, coupons were honored, and oil change punch pass was punched - giving us a free oil change next time.
Had appt in a very timely fashion. Very knowledgeable, polite associate helped us. Very good results explained to me what was done in an understanding manner.

Rep was very helpful. They even got me in earlier than originally planned and back on the road in less than an hour! Would give five stars if a quick interior vacuum was included. That would be the most helpful for us seniors as we can just drive through a car wash for the outside of our cars but the inside is often a bit more than we can physically handle.

Great experience with Eisinger after having a flat tire about 200 feet from the dealership. They were nice enough to come to us and ended up changing the tire so we could make it to the dealership. Ended up having to purchase a new tire. Thomas went over and above to help us with a willing spirit and great customer services--very impressive!
Do NOT trust this dealership. WORST car experience we've ever had! Would give zero stars if possible. (Go to Larry H. Miller Honda in Spokane, WA instead!!) We went into Eisinger ready to trade our car for a new Civic but were told that there wasn't a single model in the trim & color we wanted in the "entire northwest." After about 10 minutes of online searching we were able to locate several within 300 miles that met our exact specifications. We contacted Eisinger with the listings we found & the price we were willing to spend, wanting to give them our business instead of traveling to one of the other dealerships. The salesman got back to us saying they were getting one for us & even had us pay a $500 deposit to secure the car, giving us the impression it was a done deal. The next day he called asking us to come in so we brought a cashier's check for the difference, ready to seal the deal right then and there. After wasting hours of our time (in addition to the hours we already spent the week before), they came back with an offer well above what we originally agreed upon. Extremely frustrated, we walked out and drove to Spokane a couple days later. The guys at Larry H. Miller Honda were great to work with and helped us get the car we wanted for the price we were willing to spend (all over the phone) in a fraction of the time spent with Eisinger. The drive to Spokane is well worth it!!!!
Despite an overeager salesman somewhat desperate seeming to move a vehicle that had been on sale for over a month, I got in, we got what we wanted, and got out. Friendly staff, good family friendly amenities, and good hot chocolate.

This was yet another case of why I don't go to dealership's unless absolutely necessary. Let me start by saying that everyone was really nice and well-meaning, I was treated great and have zero complaints in that category. I also have no one else to blame but me for spending the $100 for a valet key just so they could tell me that it was my lock that was bad ( of which I already knew). The two stars comes from the fact that I feel like they could've already have known that my key was still good because it was starting my vehicle. So the moral of the story is this... For me, dealerships are bad luck and I should avoid them, I gu as I was hoping that here in the Flathead, I could find one that wowed me, that helped me without charging me an arm at least, let me keep my leg so I can walk out with some dignity. It's another $100 lesson. And they will be making more off of this, because I'll have to get a new key made for my new lock, and only they can laser and program it...

I would have given 5 stars, but they didn't wash the car I bought even though they knew I was coming in to buy it. They said they don't wash used cars...lol. I paid cash for 2016 vehicle and it was a lot. But they were all really nice and have me good service.
