If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a vehicle from here with a limited power train warranty. Vehicle stopped working within a week. Took it in with the warranty and they kept my car in the shop for a week. Said they fixed what was wrong and ran into another issue, needed to order parts. Finally got the car back, look at the receipt they gave me, and on the receipt they admitted their workers messed up a part that was completely unrelated

bought a car there and a week after i herd weird noises under the wheels, and i told the mech at cents about my crazy tuggy alignment it tryed to rip me off the high way when at high speeds... they had my car from 10 am till 6pm no call back to me all day no updates , i got there and most were gone , still got my keys and drove it home no idea what was up they told me they lubed the bearings and tighened a bolt somthing for the noise. attachd is pic A WEEK LATER MY WHEEL FALLS OFF MY CAR THE BALL JOINT SLIPPED OUT AND AXEL WENT DOWN I WAS GOING 60 MPH ON THE BYPASS YOU CAN SEE MY SKID MARKS I NOW HAVE POST TRAMATIC STRESS DISORDER OVER THIS I ALREADY HAD PTSD FROM EARLIER IN MY LIFE AND NOW I SHACK AND ALMOST CRY EVERY POT HOLE I HIT WHEN IN THAT CAR. MANY PROBLEMS TO LIST THE CAR WONT EVEN RUN NOW AFTER 88 DAYS NOT EVEN GONE 3000 MILES YET, but now its past the 90 day thing tho i lost faith in them helping me, i see it has a oil leak and pos trans leak the clearish liquig kinda oily smell but clear n clean, all they ever do is TOP off my fluids never actualy fixing the leaks... the exaust leak was making me dizy from the Enhailing of it driving, i couldnt use my AC or my car would die, my batery was failing alot needed jumped often, the starter was the last thing to fail and it did its last breath was going into an full up inspection bay at bigger mechanic place i want to see what i was sold givin that i only used it for 88 days almost 3 months just about 2 car payments guys... oh and i know "used cars have problems" this car should of been a mechanics special disclosed to me that aswell as a 3rd of the price you want 6,000$ for this 97 sebring as is?? i just got hooked up with a "used" 2008 honda civic SI for 6500$ at a beter more considerit lot, because of what you all had sold me they took it down 3k less!! thats service with human feelings. had it a few weeks so far no problems cept one break caliper was dry and stuck but needed oil and it was all good i was able to do that for 12$ for the oil lol, but its used shouldnt i be in the shop everyweek or somthing. oh yes yall are family owned right? , do you think it is right what you sold me would you like your gran children in that car or current kids loved ones etc.., the car is dangerious and life risking to drive it, probly why yall woulnt deliver it to my house. again im not the A-class customer just the logical bitchy one wanting things done not just treated i wanted them fixed, and for a 6grand car you fix free unless you think my life isnt worth it i can drive your car all over till it blows up on me and posibly other ppl get neer me when another wheel pops offs or fire from the huge oil leaks. i know i am bitchy and unhappy and now i had this adam guy trash my facebookwall with this uninvited comment spam tho my friends did side on my side i did get sold a lemon for sure , used car is one thing but this is Salvage at best. adam also ordered pizza from me and i deliverd he rudly said you soulnt write a bad review about a place u know is family owned and why arnt u in ur new car, and YOUR lukcy im even Tipping you ! he dangles out 4$ saying im taking from his familys income by leaving bad reeviews. i felt super unconfortable tyred to get away as fast as pos, and hey dudes my income is dependent on my car working!! i told you adam if the car runs and drives u will get your payments, and if not then u nope so dont sell me a bad car, then i optimisticly said out loude you guys whouldnt sell bad cars u wouldnt have a buesness if u did. lol sigh. i dont feel like talking anywhere close to adam im very unconfortable neer him now , if anyone wants to share more experences with me or has ideas how to get rid of this POS car aswell as the debt , feels like fraud and the experence trying to get use of my warrenty was scarry felt very unnoticed and pushed aside, also my trany was slipping when i pushed on breaks fast any turns the rpm would rise but the wheels woulnt move , then eventualy they caught up and squeeked and shocked me it was anoying.

Lieing scam artists. Jacked the price up over $2000 on a truck we were interested in, and then offered me "very max 8000" for my truck after basing it off base model gas versions across the country. KBB private party has mine at nearly 9 with no new parts and a base model. Ended up trading the truck to another local dealer for exactly what I wanted.

When I got there even though they're very busy they made sure to let me know that they were sorry 4 the weight it was very cold today they made sure I had hot coffee and answered any questions I had they let me test drive the vehicle where I drove it's instead of just a salesperson. I bought my car at Centsible Auto in July of 2018. The salesman there are fantastic, knowledgeable, and understanding. They worked with us to get the best car, for our needs, within our budget. (I needed an SUV, because I have 2 big dogs that go everywhere with me.) When I bought the car the hatchback was completely broken and couldn't open. They went above and beyond by fixing it for free after we expressed it would be an issue. I would recommend Centsible Auto to anyone and if I were to be able to get a second car, I would definitely get it from them.

I recently bought a vehicle here. It was the third one I've purchased from them in three years. My son is driving the first car we bought ad is happy with it. The second car we bought I just traded in on the Jeep I purchased a couple weeks ago. Some issues have arisen with the Jeep but Centsible is doing everything to make it right. Just simple stuff like door locks, door hinges and getting the air-conditioner working. Eric has been wonderful to work with as well as Norm and Tiffany in the shop. All the repairs they are making are at their expense not mine. I love that even though I bought a used car here and used cars often have a lot of problems they are making it right and not even arguing about it. They're very responsible and helpful and I appreciate that.

The salesman were friendly and accommodating, and did not jump down your throat like the sharks at some other places. Tony saw me circling a car I'd been eying for a while and gently offered a test drive. I ended up leaving that day with a new car. The paperwork process can be intimidating, but the guys walked me through and did their best for me. Everyone was kind and (a few jokes aside) I didn't feel I was being treated any differently for being female; no funny business or scams. So far the car is running smoothly. There is an issue with the power locks but nothing to sweat over. At this point I feel I got a good car at a fair price with a digestible financing plan. Thank you guys!

I'm giving centsible auto a 5 star rating because of Sean! The rest of the staff is great but Sean is exceptional. We came here a while back and I just didn't think it was the right time because I wanted to save up more before we commited to those payments. He completely understood and did not want to push us into something we were not ready for. Fast forward to today and I just drove off with my 2005 Ford Escape (which I named Phillip) and he made sure that everything was running perfect before I bought it. Place is janky. When you finance a vehical, you would think they would report to Credit Bureau's. Not this place. Tried to get me to buy a car for 7 grand. Had no heat. Had no blower motor fuction at all. I mean come on its montana and -30 with windchill. End of the test drive resulted in my sour face and numb toes. They sold the truck out from under me,when they would have had the check on monday.Guess the greedy picks couldn't wait 2 days. i have purchased a single vehicle from this dealership, and while that particular vehicle requires a good bit of work to keep it running, their mechanic is good and honest. i will say a good deal of what's wrong with my Bronco, is that it's a ford. so, once something goes out, everything else has to follow. it's a good vehicle, with plenty of power, provided it runs at the time. however, as was pointed out to me, it wasn't on their lot as an everyday driver, but more for a restoration vehicle. the previous owner (who was also the salesman) said he drove it maybe a week out of a month, during the time he was in town, and he had only owned it for a single winter. over all, i rate them as a 4/5 because they are willing to work with you more than most dealerships, and certainly more than most mechanics.

I walked in as a first time buyer and I worked with Jeremy. He was very nice to me and got me into a vehicle that day. I needed something reliable to transport my kids in and Jeremy got the job done. One week later my distributor cap broke and I lost all power so centsible towed my van and fixed it the very next day. They just added the amount to my bill so that I could keep my van. Between the shop the sales floor and the boss. I got great customer service from all departments. I won't go anywhere else for my vehicle needs.

Reason being giving ya one star sold me a rusty Truck it was my fault as well I should of been more thorough but the quote I got was emacliinte. Rated high in the 90s payed too much for my avalanche. 4×4 went out first few months... Just feel like I'm paying way to much financed 11,000 truck that the blue boom only put at about 6-7 thousand at the time that's if the truck was in good shape they was friendly though.... Just sold me a rusty Truck. Should of been on the car quote that it had rust damage... oh yeah my pregnant wife at the time was driving the truck about 4-5 months after purchase rusted up lug nuts on rear tire busted going down the highway thank God her my unborn child and my 3 year old was safe... causing rear end to crack also due to RUST... so ended up buying a whole new rear end.but hey you guys had a smile selling me this troublesome vehicle knowing I was a young father... 5 Star Hustlers....

Cars are overpriced, with high miles. They do have a 3 month/ or 3k mile warranty on power terrain but my engine blew at 3500 miles so there's nothing I can do. Talked to a friend, he bought a car from there and the motor blew after 4 days! Highly recommend NOT buying a car from this place

Bought a car from them and was told it was a good sound car as I had stated I'd need something dependable because I drive long distances pretty frequently. Well I've now had the car 2.5 weeks and it has become immobile and needs a new transmission. I've called numerous times to talk to management and keep getting any and all excuses under the sun as to why he's "not available". I'm livid this is my means of transportation to work and to but food on the table for my kids. I feel I was straight out lied to on the condition/dependability of this vehicle. A call back would at least be nice and also curteous not to mention any dealership should always put their customers satisfaction first. And to think I planned to be a returning customer from 5 hrs away as I have 2 teenagers whom will be needing cars soon.

The most stressful experience in my life. The Facts When I went in, I was clear that I needed a reliable vehicle. The vehicle got me home once but that's about it. Broke down immediately. So far I have replaced -Spark Plugs + wires -Timing belt and pullies -Water pump and thermostat+ gaskets -Radiator -Both head gaskets and a brand new head( it's a Subaru with the EJ25) And the vehicle is still broke down.

Firstly, the only good experience I had with them was the easily set up in-house financing. I bought my Honda from them, now happily paid off, quite a while ago but when I first bought it I asked about any repairs done and was lied to, the very next day after buying, I was also told it was not their problem buy the salesman who sold it to me, I had to put over $700 into fixing the mistake their mechanics made, which was they placed the wrong bearing on the driver side, they offered me a slight discount on fixing my windows but two days after "fixing" them the back window stopped working and the front driver and passenger windows came off track and when I called them, I got told they could squeeze me in to fix them but they would not be giving me a discount for what they messed up yet again. Finally I asked how much I could get in trade after paying over $2,700 for it and I get told I would be lucky to be given $400 dollars in trade. Literally, the worst place I have ever done business with and unless they fix their issues then I recommend people find somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Edited: P.S. I visited the other day and they still employ the salesman who just smiled at me after I complained to the owners son, Blake, and on several occasions made jokes about how he cannot be blamed if he gave wrong information that he looked up. Also, I forgot to add how I was told the exhaust pipe was cut short to be a "sporty" edition one when in truth it had rusted off and I was also told the AC had been replaced from R12 to r134, which was yet again another lie from their salesman.

Big waste of time people are dishonest judgemental and the cars break down in a week anyway. Ok since I received a response I'll gladly clarify my review as for affordable we have a income over 1500 to 1700 a month which yes don't seem like a lot but since we own our own home only pay lot rent (on a mobile home not a RV we kept having to explain) and utilities are included and the current car that isn't very safe (which we explained is owned out right ) so our combined bills for the month come out to less then $500 not including food. So I'm not sure how much other people spend on random things but we could easily have afforded $120 a month. We have been told to go to centsible by friends and we kept saying no because we once did try and we're pretty much approved before untill we asked to test drive the vechicle and was told oh u can't it needs a part it don't run. Something that wasn't mentioned untill we had went to the bank and we're all ready to purchase it. But being desperate we decided to give it another shot. After sitting for close to 5 hours and then being told we were to poor to afford $120. Why because we weren't dressed nice and had alot of money to flash. I'm sorry I was in pajamas but being a mom of a new born and a toddler I don't have allot of time to get pretty .

Bought a $4000 car from them and was told it had just been serviced and everything was running perfectly. Wrong. Drove it off the lot and before we even got home it was idling very weird jumping RPMs when I slowed down. Plus the locks started tripping out unlocking and locking randomly and repeatedly. I got a 3000 mile warranty when I bought the car So I called and made an appointment for centeible auto to correct the things they told me were already working properly when I bought the car. I live out of town and had to leave the car overnight for them to fix it only to find out it was a few dirty sensors and that the lock was broke on the door and it needed replaced also. They failed to mention when I made the appointment that I would be charged for them servicing my vehicle that was supposed to be running properly when I paid $4000 cash for the car in the first place. I would not recommend dealing with this car lot due to the the hidden fees and misconduct and miscommunication I experienced.

You guys are truelly AMAZING. Good hearted people! Fiancé car broke down due to a tranny problem.. (never getting a dodge again) and and were willing to send someone to drive 6 HOURS to tow it back home from Idaho Falls.. you guys and her family really helped make her 23 birthday a little less painful.. as I am a car guy and In school to be a mechanic you guys have really made a good permanent buyer...
