VERY unhappy with this dealership! I spent $9,000 on getting a car from them, so I thought I'd keep loyal and return for an oil change. When I called, the customer service gal gave me attitude when I asked if I could get my car in for an oil change sometimes within a weeks time. She replied snarkily, "Try more than two weeks from now." So I took it to a local shop instead. Then when a part broke that should've been covered under warranty, my fiance called SEVEN times in one day, left three messages, and it's been THREE business days since then and no one has bothered to get a hold of me or him. The gal gave my fiance attitude as well. I'm taking my business to Helena instead. SO disappointed, seeing as how I wanted to support my small town and it's business'.

I recently purchased a used truck for a specific use. With little negotiation, a satisfactory trade of my older truck was completed., and a deal was struck. an issue arose concerning my effort to install my own 5th wheel hitch, but was quickly reconciled with their accepting a trade for a used B&W companion hitch of their own. After a short drive, it was apparent that the truck had a clutch problem. A new slave valve was installed at no charge to me. Overall, the folks at Broadwater Ford are very accommodating, even throwing in floor mats, and a tank of fuel. Would I do business with them again? You bet!

Even thou we have stopped several times, no. One has came out 2 found kind if we had any questions. Pricing higher than quality vehicle. We both have extensive mechanical experience & understand many signs & symptoms by just looking in engine bay, under vehicle& watching/ smelling exhaust when starting vehicle.

Purchased a vehicle and within a few days noticed a large loss of oil. Turned out to be a bad engine. Cost me thousands. Broadwater wasn't very helpful - They couldn't even get me into their shop for nearly 3 weeks, so I ended up taking it elsewhere for repairs. I can't believe this place has good reviews from other people. I've never been treated so poorly by a business.

The folks here are great! Just got a 2011 Jeep and I love it. They were very willing to deal, my sales woman was Shelbey, with me to get me into my new vehicle, and I absolutely love it. You're happiness is their priority. I'm having issues with my old warranty and Steve the manager is taking care of it for me (the old car warranty was not purchased threw them, I don't know very many people who would help you with a vehicle you didn't purchase from them). Over all I'm really happy with my experience there and the customer service I've received sense visiting highly recommend! One of the best places in the state to buy a vehicle! Thanks Broadwater crew!
