Horrible sales staff. They make you feel like they do not care about you and are not willing to negotiate with you. Very arrogant salesmen. Ended up traveling 200 miles to buy from another lot. Nice trucks but horrible experience with the sales staff.

I would like to update my review: John from 406 Motors contacted me about my dissatisfaction with my purchase and I have to say they have gone above and beyond to make things right. This really was a pleasant surprise that I was not expecting from them and has made my experience one that I wanted to share. I would highly recommend 406 Motors in Kalispell to anyone looking for a vehicle, they truly do stand behind there vehicle's and customers satisfaction. My son bought his first truck on Jan 7 2016 from 406 Motors, 406 Motors added new wheels, tires and fender flares. After getting the truck home we decided to remove the fender flares and to our surprise the driver side rear fender was damaged, the fender flares where added to hide the damage and this was never disclosed to us before buying. Needless to say we are very unhappy and the word of mouth goes along ways good or bad for any business and I will have nothing good to say about buying from 406 Motors

Walter was very professional and extremely helpful. I called him on a Thursday afternoon and told him I was interested in a truck they had. He held it for me until I got to Kalispell from Missoula. I needed to trade in my Tahoe. The first time I stopped at 406 Motors Megan showed me a Jeep Sahara 4 door. I was not in the market for a jeep but when I took a test drive I was hooked. Megan and her team were professional and easy to work with. I had all of my questions answered. I came back after a week and we made a deal. John Slack was the guy we delt with. He didn't seem to care about our needs. He repeatedly never called us back about our application and when we finally went in he said they already sold the vehicle we were interested in but suggested another one we didn't want. Lots of good looking Trucks and SUV's here! Megan and Elijah were great and super easy to work with. Megan knows her stuff and has been in the business with 406 for 8 years now. She was extremely nice and personable. No pressure to drive or buy, they let you do the buying on your timeline...no hassling or haggling. I looked at a couple of trucks here and then did my research and looked for similar trucks all over Montana, Washington, and Idaho. I came back to 406 because they had what I wanted, low miles and the priced competitively lower than anything else I found. Because they are spot on with their pricing I didn't have much wiggle room when it time to negotiate, which made things super easy and I was more than satisfied with the fair deal I received. After I test drove the truck and decided to buy, I was out of there in about 30-45 mins. It's always a pleasure to walk out of a dealer knowing that you received a good deal and a good vehicle, quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend 406 Motors to anyone looking for a great vehicle from great honest people.

I bought a car from 406 back in Feb 2017 and right from the start had a good feeling about this car lot(that in itself says a lot),I started having an issue with the car in late April, early May ,I went in to see if by chance they might look at the car and Elijah and John have definitely went above what I expected to straighten the issue with my car,I would highly recommend going to 406 motors if you are in the market for a car or truck,top notch service!!!

1 star and would be negative if was an option!!! We went to the 406 motors up the road on Idaho across from Taco bell (Same Owner owns both places) and we went there for a 2016 Equinox 2 different times!! Only 1 guy working and the first time we were walking around the vehicle he didn't come over and say anything like I will be right with you or anything so we left. Same thing second time we went there! I actually had to walk in the shop and he was with other customers getting back from a test drive but he seen us as he walked in his office and not a word about him being right with us or anything. When I finaly walked in and said this was the second time we were here to get this Equinox and we were going to leave because of no contact with us then he said he would be a minute. He tried to sell us on the Equinox by telling us the other one's we looked at in the bigger car lots were smoke and mirrors and 406 Motors could actually help us better then the other places could (Well that wasn't the case) I had money down and actually had more but never said that I had more just to see what he could do with what I put down. He got ahold of his finance manager and it was a straight up NO. Usually car lots will ask if you can put more down or something to try to make the deal happen but not here!!! We said ok and went back up to Don K and worked with a salesman named Pat Garrett and he was the most AMAZING salesman we have ever worked with!! He wasn't pushy or trying to oversell us on anything. He made our deal happen and we got our Equinox that night! I would recommend Pat Garrett at Don K to everyone who is interested in a vehicle!!! If you go there tell him Eric and Tiffany Loveless sent you to him. I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH 406 Motors!!!! If I could put negative stars they would be on there!!!
