In to get new tires

Friendly people, Tre was the person we talked to and helped us get the car. But he was not only our go to person on the time we were in the getting the car process. He helped me every time for service or even car wash. He is great person.

Carrie Southworth

I was in town from Kentucky and they checked out the warning lights and helped me with oil immediately. They were very friendly on the phone and in person. Couldn't ask for better service when in from out of town!!! Very thankful!

Vincent Sheung

A good shopping experience, both price and cars are good. Go see Pinky

Amanda Boo Berry

I'm very impressed! I am so glad that I brought it here for service. My older Volvo had a few issues and I was worried that things would cost more at a dealership. They explained things very well, actually showed me the problems, and the cost was so reasonable.

Steve Carlson

Brandon provided great customer service with a smile an Eddie the General Manager gave us satisfaction with our trade-in! I have to say that Dave Zor did a great job helping us with financing, he went out of his way to make the deal providing GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank U Dean Team!

Darrell Lewis

This dealership has taken care if me for years the latest car I purchased was through Tre Johnson. This guy is thoughtful and does not make you feel like a sale but he makes you feel like family. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND TRE JOHNSON if you purchase through Volvo.

Lauren Roberds

Friendly people in service department. I didn't have an appointment so the wait was a little long but got problems resolved. Had to return a week later because problem was not resolved. Hope today's visit fixed it!

I took my car here for service. They accidentally broke my back windfield. I was okay in the first place but the repair work was awefully sloppy. There were scratches/peel-off and scattered glass everywhere in the trunk and back seat. No compensation at all. I bought my car here and they don't value customer service.

Matt Hrastich

Bought a used car from this mess of a dealership. The process was horrible from the start. Talk about run around. Couldn't get the car after 5pm because the bank was closed? Of course I was told to come in, then sent away until the next morning. What? The GM Eddie Haziefendic will not honor terms of the written contract. Will not accept calls. I will be returning the car over what amounts to $400. Mr. Dean... this guy may make you $400, but will cost you this customer. Update: Mr. Bill Dean, the owner, made this situation completely right. Hat of to you Sir!! Thanks!!

I'm updating my review. Marissa from the dean team reached out to me and allowed me to express my concerns with her. She was able to get me some floor mats ordered and they arrived to my house within 2 days. I was able to get the oil gasket fixed as well as the recall done. Hopefully everything will be uphill from here on out. I'm giving this place a three just because I have been going back and forth on whether to get a lexus or the volvo. Ive been wanting a volvo xc90 and I got one. But after purchasing truck 2 days later I noticed an oil leak which is currently being worked on now. After experience that so quickly after purchasing and reading these reviews I am a bit nervous that I may have made a bad choice. my sales rep was very nice , I do feel as if the sales was kind of rushed. He went straight to this vehicle and recommended that this would be a better vehicle for me without showing me other vehicles. I had to remind him i needed to test drive the car which he only took me around a block. Everything was going so fast that they forgot to do the inspection (had to return the next day) , the vehicle looked as if it was cleaned in a hurry, I was only provided with one key, no floor mats which i didnt notice until I made it home. Everything was going so fast maybe bc it was closing time I don't know. I just pray I wasn't taking advantage of with buying my first car. I pray nothing major is wrong with the vehicle. I'm a bit nervous ab everything I just pray I don't have a lemon I will truly be devastated. Hopefully everything else is very legit.

The sales people here are terrific! I sat there and had a good conversation with 2 of them while purchasing my new Touareg. Who ever runs this place knows how to make each customer feel valuable!

Ryan McCray

The sales people were very helpful. The service people were very helpful. I would recommend Brentwood Volvo to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle, and a service department that actually cares about each customer individually!

Lisa Peterson

Great experience! Appreciated the professionalism and outstanding service provided by both Kurt Comvey and Scott Varnum .

Love The New Pre-Owned Building!!

Buying a used car from Volvo of Brentwood was a very good experience. The salesmen were easy to work with. They knew the product and were able to give simple breakdowns of each car I test drove. They were not pushy. This was my first Volvo and I was very surprised how nice the car is and how much I liked the car. Matt Thomas was my salesman and I purchased a used S60.

Andrew Goodman

I have bought several vehicles at Volvo Cars Brentwood and have always been delighted with their friendliness, customer care, and service, and of course Volvo's are awesome vehicles--the 2017 XC60 is a gorgeous, super safe SUV that drives like a sports car and is a joy to drive!

Turn around immediately and go to West County Volvo! I have dealt with countless dealerships around the country and this has to be one of the worst! Walked in and the first salesman to reluctantly look up and see me was Patrick, but he was too busy browsing something on his phone. I finally asked if I could look at some cars and he acted like I was inconveniencing him. Then while on the lot I told him exactly what I was after and what my target price was (based on market research of comps) - there were a couple that were close in price, but not quite, so he kept trying to up-sell me, saying "it's only money - you have to think about your family and putting them in the best car possible, so going above your budget, even by $10k, is worth it." Then he continued to tell me why his cars were priced higher than other comps in the region and got frustrated when I refused to pay an unnecessary premium, ultimately walking away. I went back across town to West County and Dan sold me a beautiful CPO Volvo for thousands less!

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW , I don't usually leave comments & rate my experience bc its lame but people need to hear this. THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR , the first time coming there , my salesman tre was very nice . He even bought me & my mom something to eat . I broke my wholeeeeee financial situation down to him & told him I cant afford a car note that's over $350 so that's my price range so we went on and on for 6 HOURS & we finally found a car that would "fit in my budget" I test drove it and everything but then when I sat down with the financier he told me my car note would be $516 !!! so I WASTED 6 hours thinking that my car note would be no more than $350 (still wasn't mad) I declined and left ... maybe a day later a woman called me . Asking about my experience there at Dean Team I was completely honest , I told her that they were nice but they lied and wasted my time . She apologized and sent my review to the manager. The day after that one of the sales reps called me and apologized and told me he has a Jetta that will fit my budget & to set a date to come in and we can go from there so I came in today and before I left the house I called the rep and told him I was on my way .. he said "okay , I'm going to get the Jetta here & it will be waiting" so I got there and I don't see the Jetta out front but I still went in and the man (joe) told me that he does not have the Jetta .................... SO THEY WASTED MY TIME TWICE WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE TOO . I WAS OKAY WITH THEM LETTING ME DOWN THE FIRST TIME ! THEY DIDNT HAVE TO CALL ME BACK UP THERE TO WASTE MY TIME AGAIN BC I GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW THEY ARE FULL OF Bs

Purchased a used VW there not too long ago. Car had great mileage and was in great condition. I'm glad I was able to find such a gem out there. And I love the fact that I can get free car washes from Dean Team. The service department is very nice. Took the car in for the free car wash and everyone is so friendly.

Brandon Johnson

"Got exactly what I wanted and needed at a great price." Was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Traveled an extra hour and half because I couldn't find that kind of deal anywhere else. Highly recommend Gordon and the team there.

My wife and I went to Dean Team Volvo in Brentwood on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 around 5:40pm. We saw about 3 salesman stare us down from inside as we got out of our vehicle. We proceeded to look at some of the SUVs outside. About 10 minutes elapsed and my wife went inside to get some assistance. A salesman named Zachary Williams came out to assist us. We told him we were looking at a 2016 XC90 and he hurried us along as he “explained” the features of the vehicle in under a minute. He said they were closing soon and we could come back the next day for a test drive. We left with a bitter taste in our mouth for a couple of reasons: Not being acknowledged, not getting the full details of the vehicle, being scurried out of the dealership (we had not been invited in even with a child), and finally, we came about 50 minutes away from Belleville, IL only to be turned away. Since my wife favored the XC90 we looked at I decided to return the following week to see if maybe the Dean Team had a bad day…was I ever wrong! I went back Tuesday, September 6, 2016 around 4:00pm with plenty of time to get a full breakdown of the vehicle and not get hurried out again. I went inside and sought out a salesperson and Zachary happened to be there again. He told me to wait while he helped the boss park a showroom vehicle which took about 15 minutes. After the wait I ask Zachary to show me the vehicle both my wife and I looked at previously. We went outside and he looked at the front where the Volvo was parked and said “It’s not here. I guess it was sold. I told you these Volvos are hot!” I thanked him and told him to give me a minute as I called my wife. I walked around the lot as I spoke to my wife and what do you know…the Volvo XC90 we looked at was parked in the back along with some other new Volvos. I went inside and told Zachary I located the vehicle. He got the keys and we went for a test drive. Minimal information was again given during the test drive and he even fumbled trying to locate some of the settings and had to go to the user manual. After the test drive we went inside to talk about a possible purchase. I gave him an offer based on all the incentives he told me about during the test drive. He left the office to talk to the “boss” and told me the incentives were not being offered anymore. I reiterated, that’s what you told me during the test drive. He said they were available the first time I came to the dealership. That concept would have been nice except MY WIFE, SON, AND I WERE RUSHED OUT THE DOOR the first time we were there. I asked about incentives for military members and he said it would have to be approved by the “boss”. I got up and made a phone call to my wife to discuss our options. When I came back in I met the “boss” and he shook my hand and introduced himself. I asked about the military incentive and he said “are you really in the military?” I answered him yes, otherwise I would not be asking. He said “yes, we can take $750.00 off the MSRP.” The Volvo was a 2016 model which Zachary reminded me they had numerous incentives on since they had a good amount of 2017s on the lot. I gave Zachary an offer and he said I would have to wait until the next day when the “BIG BIG boss” would be in. As we were negotiating the regular “boss” disturbed us and asked for the keys to park the Volvo XC90 we were test driving, back on the lot. It was about 5:45pm and he was ready to go...again I was rushed out the door. Zachary said he would call me tomorrow when the “BIG BIG boss” came in. I asked, “so even if I’m ready to purchase tonight, no one can call the “BIG BIG boss??” He said that would be impossible because he doesn’t take phone calls after he leaves work. I left Dean Team Volvo knowing this had to be a hidden video prank. To be rushed out of the Volvo dealership TWICE, asked if I was really in the military, not fully explained the details of the vehicle, dealing with an incompetent salesman and rude boss. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from the Dean Team.

Sandy Ferguson

My husband had an appointment and waited a huge amount of time. No sense of urgency or consideration for their customers. Go at your own risk.

Carl Eugene Morris

I have worked with the Dean Team for almost two decades and the service and assistance during the leasing process are exceptional. Eddie, Alen and the whole staff are great to work with. I appreciate the excellent service.

kim florian

I bought an Audi Q5 from there a little more than a month ago. I am displeased with the whole process! They knew i would be driving 4 hours to come see the car and asked for anything wrong with it or pics of the dents. I got a picture of one spot, but when showed up there was a couple more dents I saw I would have liked to known about. Also at time of purchase they didn't tell me that the sunshade that covers the panoramic sunroof was broken. The shade was completely cut off! And now they won't pay to help get a sunshade. I've called about the issue, got a call back from someone who knew nothing of the situation. Called several times and was transferred to voice mails which i left, and have never received calls back. Horrible communication!! like seriously not call back a customer?? I would want to return the car back if they would actually call me back. and now I am having A/C problems but they won't call me back to make them aware of that. You'd also think the dealer would have the vehicle nicely detailed for you, my first cleaning of the car consisted of vacuuming up wrappers under seats and a bunch of dog hair in the trunk. I seriously regret purchasing from them.

Sukul Baul

We almost bought a used conversion van from them. The van was in good shape, and the price was somewhat reasonable. But, they wouldn't allow us to have it taken off the lot and inspected by an outside auto repair shop. The salesperson tried to reassure us that it was a mechanically sound vehicle, but could not provide us with factual evidence that it was mechanically sound. The salesperson said that Weiss Brentwood Volvo would "make it right" if we were to find anything wrong with the vehicle. I'm sure that they would try to cover any repairs within reason, but my wife and I don't want the hassle of dealing with post-sale problems. Our trusted local auto repair shop said that one of their mechanics had issues with Weiss Brentwood Volvo after having experienced problems with a new car he purchased from them. The repair shop's clients have also had issues with them and their service department as well. We really liked the vehicle, but we couldn't trust the word of a used-car salesperson alone. It came down to us wanting the vehicle inspected by our mechanic in his shop, and Weiss Brentwood Volvo wouldn't do it. So, we walked away.

Sheila Butler

Wish I could give it no star. Needed a car but didn't have down payment. Asked about a particular car, financing, etc. When I got there it was a different year, more money, no financing and no warranty as they told me. Livid! Cane across town just because of what they told me and was there less than two minutes. And no , you can't work out nothing with me now.

Trisha Munger

Never been treated so much like a waste of space as I did at this dealership. If you want crappy customer service and sales people who don’t listen or make any effort to get your business buy your vehicles here.... me I bought elsewhere and recommend doing the same.

Kristina Leist

Had a great experience with this company buying my Volvo. Ted Kidd (Sales) was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable in the process and got the deal done with no issues. Definitely recommend!

Jonathan Oliva

Ok experience buying a car... They tried to skate over Gap insurance, when numbers weren't adding up the still weren't forthright with the charge. Discovered charge afterwards and had to dance through some hoops to eliminate it.

Rueben Williams

Came through and dealt with Larry “Pinky” Persons. He providede excellent customer service and know dealership scum. I bought the car I wanted, and was in and out in about an hour. Go see Pinky!

greg artz

I bought a 2012 S4 back in July from this dealership and that will be the last vehicle I buy from any Dean Team brand dealer. When I bought the car the sales man was nice and went over a carfax with me that showed the car was not in accident and didn't have any structural damage. I asked for a copy of the carfax and he said he put it in with my paperwork (shame on me for not double checking). Fast forward a month when I took my care in for the 45k mile service at Audi of West County. While it was in for service the tech noticed it need both rear wheel bearings replaced, Thank God it was still under warranty as the wheel bearings are a 2500 job. Anyways I find another car that I like and ask about a trade in. When they run a carfax it shows an accident history and structural damage. I call back my salesman and point all this out and go to get the paperwork out of my car and low and behold there is no carfax in there like he said. He tells me to bring it in and they will take care of me and to find a different car in thier lot. I find a car and go in and expect to treated with some respect and dignity and instead of making it right and offering me a decent price on the car I just bought they offer me 8k less than I bought it for when they are the ones that scammed me into buying the car by not being honest about the condition. I will never buy anything from any of these dealerships again and will never recommend them to anybody I know. This is one shady dealership.

Aaron Adams

Knowledgeable and friendly!

candice davis

i would not do business with this dealer group again sold us a car with a serious issue and played the usual dealer games and basically ignored me figures never again sold us a car with deadly recall my wife and daughter could of ben killed I took my business to frank leta they have a free warranty and certified cars all makes models leta treats you like royalty and does not put you in death traps if you are dumb enough to buy a car from them like me get your own financing!!!

I had a very disappointing experience. I made an offer at a full-asking price on a vehicle listed on Volvo of Brentwood's website. The GM of Sales called me and said that the price was wrong and asked more money for the car. I told him that it wasn't a fair practice to change the price after my offer was made at the full asking price but he responded that he could do "whatever he wanted with the car." When I told him that I would consider sharing my experience with others he used profanity and hung up the phone. It has been a long time since anyone treated me this way. This is a lot more serious than just a disagreement over price of car. The disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of a member of Dean Team - Volvo management is something I would hope people don't have to deal with nowadays. I've complained to Dean Team by email and also re-stated the same concerns when I received a customer survey call but no one from management has reached out to even attempt to address the situation. It appears Dean Team management does not respect its customers. Very disappointing!

Blair Kaiser

Great experience with Volvo of Brentwood on the purchase of a new Volvo XC90. Salesman Alen P. was helpful and informative without being overly aggressive which my wife appreciated. Joe M. is their internet sales and "technology checkout" rep and he also did a fantastic job. Strong team!

Alisa Dougherty

Herb was a great explainer - it was my first time bringing my car in. I appreciated that he took the time and was very welcoming. I didn't catch her name but the lady who helped with the loaner car was super as well.

Angie Spiegel

Please read this review if you read no others: Dishonest!! Salesman blatantly lied about the vehicle I bought. The vehicle had been wrecked but was too recent to show up on Carfax. The XC90 I purchased had 5000 miles it and was reportedly in pristine condition. I was buying the car sight unseen via phone calls and emails. I won't go into the load of bull I was given. I only just learned of the wreck listed on Carfax because I am trading the Volvo. This cost me THOUSANDS on my trade value. Complete untruths!! Don't trust this dealer. They would not fix any of the problems I had with the vehicle and the sales manager would not take a phone call or respond to email. The worst service ever. I could get better service at any used car lot. DON'T do business with this company!!!!!!!!!!

DArcy Reinhard

Perfect car buying experience. Vernon listened to and respected everything I had to say. The whole experience couldn't have been easier or smoother. In for my first service. Molly greeted me enthusiastically. Sitting in the comfortable waiting room. Let you know how it goes.

Ramel Wyke

horrible sales department drove overnight to buy dream car when we arrived was told they could not accept my nationally known banks (usaa) word that it would pay for the car and said could come back once they received the check from the bank or i could use one of their financial institutions.so that they could recieve their kickback. every dealership that i have ever dealt with has accepted my banks promise to pay which this dealership said they couldnt take the banks word. so they could force me to finance through them. never received the second key to my $70,000 vehicle!

Jason Cox

No pressure sales tactics. Alan was excellent. Prices are good.

Charlie Marcallini

Bought a 2011 C30 from Ric Woods. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the purchase. Service dept seemed a little bit slow but the people were very friendly.

james eaglesome

Probably the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle at.

Yoga Home

Cashier made appointment for an incorrect date and Jamie Wilson (Service Provider) took care of me and got me in.

I had an unpleasant experience! I came in with a pre-approval to purchase a sports car from them. I dealt with Patrick Godfrey. He seemed cool at first but once we got to the paper work aspect of it, he changed pretty fast. If you are pre approved for any amount, they will push you to have your credit ran again to pay more in the end. The car was $33,000 and I brought a pre-approval for $30,000. This man asked for my credit card and said he will need a payment of $700 or more to make sure I was serious and before he took it off the market. What?? So I said if you all won't take what I'm offering I'm leaving. I then showed him and his boss that they were $4000 dollars above market value from NADA and that's all that the bank would give me. They said they don't use that stuff and it's not true and that since its a manual it's more. I then left. Patrick calls me back about 3 days later telling me to call him back and that he wanted to talk numbers and try again. He still tried to push me to run my credit again and then got mad because I still stood firm on my offer. I said if you all will not take my money I have another car lined up. He then raised his voice with me and told me "GO BUY THE OTHER CAR THEN! GOODBYE". Everyone else that was there was nice like the younger guys but Patrick Godfrey should be avoided at all costs. He will bully you and he is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I took my money elsewhere and I got treated better.

Stephen Landfair

Apparently appointments made weeks in advance do not count.

Jeffrey Carra

quick and easy to schedule, and I was in and out for a 70k service in less than three hours

Chris

Stay Away. The General Manager nor any of the staff will return my phone calls in regards to a "We Owe" item from a vehicle purchased back in September of 2015. The vehicle is missing the rear seat headrests which causes concern for rear passengers safety in the event of an accident. It's there legal obligation to comply with We Owe items and I'd appreciate some sort of acknowledgement from the Dean Team. Our salesperson also tried to give a photocopied Carfax of the vehicle missing the first page of the vehicle's history. I requested the original three pages that were printed which showed that the vehicle was involved in an accident. I believe that's called falsifying documents?

Robin Robinson

This was THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! They honestly don't even deserve 1 star. After writting up a crappy deal they had to do it over. When I picked up my car it HAD NOT been washed and only had 1 floor mat inside. (On passenger side at that). Never have a purchased a car (new or used) that didn't have mats inside. After making several calls in reference to my paperwork not being sent to me (along with a check from my auto I sold them) I quickly realized how I was being ignored and brushed off by my salesman. The accounting dept calls me 2 days before temp tag expires to say they are going to mail my paperwork. I opted to leave my job and pick it up. Because of my work schedule and the weekend I can't register the vehicle before tag expires. They give me $25 for the inconvenience..yeah right, what about the fact that I could get pulled over??? My salesman has been of no help even though I was told by a employee at another Dean Team location that he needs to put his dealer plate on my car....His response; "We don't have any". So, I call the finance manager (yeah, the one who wrote the crappy deal) He saise; "We can't help you". They have THE worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have purchased many cars. From not returning calls to delivering a dirty vehicle to not having my paperwork together before 30 DAYS. I am in the customer service business myself and I know that is the heartbeat of a successful business. They will most likely fail. I was a customer when that place was Weiss and it's different as night and day. Even estetically things apear unprofessional. (Light bulbs missing, dirty walls and base boards. The receptionist and cashier area is dark and dingy and very unwelcoming. It no longer looks like a first rate dealership. Needless to say I won't EVER go back for service nor will I refer anyone to them. As a matter of fact I have a client who is car shopping and I told her to stay away from DEAN TEAM.

Jessica Egli

I had a service appointment scheduled for today but I was informed that no one would call to remind me. I cancelled my appointment. I'm used to the dealership going out of their way to make sure I come in and I'm 100% happy. After cancelling my appointment a manager did call and explain that Volvo has an automated follow up that would occur AFTER I come in. I'm brand new to this area and a reminder or call to let me know the address would be helpful. I could have easily confused my appointment for the other Volvo dealership and been in trouble. Ultimately I'm not happy with either Volvo dealership in this area. Too bad it's such a long drive back to my favorite Volvo dealership in TX, I would just continue to give them my business (and referrals).

Sarah Winslow

The construction is the only thing I can complain about. The Volvo sales team was very knowledgeable and they will make sure you feel like your at home!

Lauren Walters

I purchased a brand new 2019 Volvo XC90 from sales person Trey Johnson. My husband and I are very happy with the vehicle and felt that we got a great price! He made the experience so easy!!! Thank you Brentwood Volvo!

John Aurelio

Great service! I'm in the car business and used their service dept a few times. It's the best I've seen!

Ottey Hemilton

I got my car from Volvo of Brentwood love staff

Morgan Hartman

Service is always so-so here.

Lori Strawbridge

Got the deal I wanted on the purchase of a used Volvo XC90 and had a decent sales experience. However, I was very clear, and even wrote on the credit app, that they could run my credit ONE TIME through ONE SPECIFIC LENDER which I listed on the form. After waiting almost 2 hours to finish the deal with the business manager, he says he ran it twice because MY CHOSEN lender's rate was too high. In fact, I find out today that he ran my credit 3 (THREE) times! These inquiries stay on a credit report for 3 years. Not only did he ignore the written and LEGALLY BINDING authorization, but he then lied about it to my face. Really crappy way to send off a new customer.

Rodney Davidson

Be forewarned, they use high pressure sales tactics to try to coerce you into making a decision on the spot. Make certain the car is a good deal before you go there so they don't coerce you into making a decision you will regret later.

Chris Matthews

Walked around the showroom for 10 minutes without anyone asking to help. Lost an easy sale.

Andrew McAllister

I bought a S40 with a locked radio. When I called up to the Volvo dealership they helped me quickly and politely. Brentwood volvo dealership has great customer service

Camille Reinhold

I’ve been coming here for a while with repairs and had found them helpful and honest; very above-average for a dealer. My favorite guy to work with in the service department is Dale. He is a very good communicator and doesn’t try to convince you to do unnecessary things. I had one issue with another representative but Tom, the service manager cleared it up for me .

C N

They seem to get a good amount of interesting German & Euro cars, but be super cautious and make sure to check each and every Carfax, because they all are accident cars. Yet they charge higher than average for the same used vehicles at other dealers. Scam central! I'm staying away.

Rob Royse

Good service. Prompt and efficient.

Kathleen Wiley

Just purchased an S60; with the aid of Alan Phroic, General manager, Edin Hadziefendic, and the finance Dept: Dave Zor. They made the experience pleasant and treatmented me with kindness and respect I have seldom encountered elsewhere! They were upfront and transparent when it can to pricing and allowed me to shop within my price range providing me many options to meet my needs. This is a place one can expect the best service and product available!

Tim Keeney

Very pleased with the salesman, GM, finance director, and delivery specialist on our XC60.

Took car for an $80 oil change and when I picked car up was presented with an $800 bill for service that was performed without any communication. Needless to say I took my keys and left. Don't care they will have to sue me to get it.

Eric Matthew

It's as if they don't want to sell you a car. I went here after a used car that I saw online. While I was on the phone with them I noticed the carfax showed the car had been in 3 accidents in less than a year but I figured I'd go look at it, check into the options, and talk to someone in person. After waiting around for 15 minutes with one other customer in the place, the gaggle of salesmen finally decided on who was going to talk to me. The guy acted like I was wasting his time. He didn't seem to want me looking under the car and he didn't offer to pull it out so I could get in it let alone drive it. They refused to budge on the price, which was set as if the car fax was clean and it was factory certified. The guy literally told me I was making him do a lot of work just because I wanted to know if it had one option. I was able to quickly find the answer by simply looking up the VIN number (it did not have the option). I told him that no one spending 30k on a used car is going to do so on one that was in 3 accidents. They basically told me to screw off. So I tell them the same.

Dr. Josh The Doc

Gordon made our purchase very easy and worked on price. Love the new Maserati

Jrad Nijel

Buying a car from Volvo of Brentwood and having Larry Persons as my salesperson was the absolute best auto buying experience I've ever had in life. Larry didn't waste my time and made me feel at home. Even though I wasn't at the dealership for more than an hour.. Larry even had everything ready for me upon my arrival. Thank you again for taking care of us.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and friendly people. Molly and Mindi were AWESOME! I received the service for the mileage on the vehicle and the repairs I requested. The vehicle was clean when I picked it up; the attendant noticed that the floors had not been vacuumed, so he took care of that before delivering it to me with the vehicle running and the AC on!

Totally unacceptable system of scheduling service. Called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for an oil change/state inspection for the next available time. Was advised to bring in the car Thursday morning at 9am and was told at drop-off the car would be ready that afternoon. Come 5pm, no phone call from Weiss. I called and was informed the car hadn't even been started on, but it would be done first thing the next morning (which, of course, also wasn't true). In the end, the car wasn't ready for pick up until 4pm the following day. If I'm going to give up my car for two entire days, it would be nice to be advised of that fact, as arrangements could have been made given some notice. Or, why not just have me bring in the car on the day it will be worked on, like any other service garage would recommend? It's a shame that Weiss can't handle these kind of logistics, as I was quite happy with the knowledgeable mechanic (Keith?) I spoke with. The car received professional and thorough work, but it's not worth the hassle when there are other drive-up options available that could do the work in 30-45 minutes. Being misled about the turnaround time just isn't acceptable.

I bought a S60R from them, it was used and when i was driving the car it felt like it needed new suspension. That wasn't deal breaker for me as long as if there was an issue it would be looked at and fixed. The sales guy (cant' remember his name started with an E though) also said it had brand new brakes on it. Fast forward 7 months... It has new rotors, I have had to change the pads already, the A/C doesn't work and since it was Jan when i bought it i couldn't tell if the air was being chilled or if it was just cold when i turned the AC on to check it. On top of that the suspension needed to be replaced all around the car ($1800 for the parts only) and it needed new ball joints. I really do love this car, it's an engineering marvel, but this dealership is terrible. I will never go here to buy anything else. I'll drive to another state to buy my next Volvo, or just do the Volvo vacation and never deal with these lying thieves again.

mitchel smith

Seems more interested in selling used cars than new Volvos.

Derek King

Bought a barely used car from here. Everything I had concerns with gotten taken care of promptly. When we bring it for maintenance Mr. Drescher takes care of us every time. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and experience.

**update from the other day*** 11/27/18 - I could delete it but it did happen. I do want to commend the response from them. Within 45 mins of my post, not one but both managers called me about it. I also changed the star rating on here to reflect. As we all know not all businesses have a perfect day 100% of the time; what and how they respond to the review good or bad is what makes a company. With that being said; I won't post what they did to correct it, I want to commend them on HOW they did it. Herb & Eddie both called me and both apologized & corrected the situation. I also want to say thank you to the women at the front desk (sorry can't remember your name) but she was VERY kind & understanding to help the situation. **11/19/18** I have done business with them ; even before they were the Dean Team. For 17 years I have gotten a total of 5 cars from them. This is my 2nd leased car. I went to get my inspection for my tags and new windshield wipers. Mind you I turn my car in from the lease in 3 months. They didn't tell me how much the wipers were when I requested them which ended up being $60 with a $15 coupon- you mean they were really $75! I also was charged the $25 for the inspection when I was told I should not have been changed by Volvo Finance. I went back up there to get a refund of the inspection & mentioned to a sales man (who I have spoken with before & was nice and not pushy for selling a car) about the $60 for the wipers she said "WHAT? you can go to auto zone & pay a whole lot less." He took my receipt to the Hermann I think his name was - the service manager to see if can get cheaper or free. After a few minutes the salesman comes out & says. "Want to pull your car in & I will get your wipers out of the trash so you can go around the corner and pay less." Really! To make the guy dig them out of the trash of $60 no other discount - nothing. meanwhile the Sales Manager who knows me well walked passed me 3 times and twice looked at me in the eyes and didn't say a word. The feeling I got there was so unwelcoming. Unfortunately I have to go back up there today - why? Because instead of giving me credit back on those wipers, they charged me AGAIN for them. So before I would recommend them but this past experience was seriously enough for a 17 year customer to walk away.

Nancy Solomon

excellent service. have been there more than 20 years with 3 different Volvos. Cars maintained at Brentwood Volvo last for many, many years and well over 100,000 miles. Customer service and critical thinking very important to me. Love the oil change punch card. Cashier is wonderful. Service advisors are polite and professional, and they know these cars.

Nathan Ralston

This is a wonderful dealership to work with. I have had an amazing experience. I'd recommend coming here. They have a good bit of other models of used vehicles.

I spent over 120k. don't buy car from them !!!! I have to sue them.

No semi parking my friends! Try not to get killed while dropping off!

Tara Frabotta

Just dont buy here. Service department is great. Sales people are liars. Be very careful about credit reporting, title on car, vin numbers, history, sales staff is full of poop.

About 1 year ago I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry here I LOVED that car. This was my first car purchase I’ve ever made. I was gonna bring my dad in with me because I had heard horror stories about being a woman and being taken advantage of. Boy was I wrong they made it so easy....Tre was my salesman he was very respectful and wasn’t pushy at all. I love my car!

Robert Jones

Okay I guess. They're to high for me.

My girlfriend (NH) recently bought a c70 Volvo convertible from Dean Team and it had to be serviced so she received a loaner vehicle. She sends me a text one morning, “Just pulled over :’(“. Was I surprised? Not really. She’s a mad-man behind the wheel. She’d give Danica a run for her money. Yet she had been so elusive for so long. Seven years without a ticket, in fact. I did feel for her because tickets are no fun. So NH calls me, clearly upset, informing me of the following: Apparently, she was pulled over on the exit ramp and waited in her car for twenty minutes before the cop approached her window. When he finally got there, he immediately asked her to step out of the vehicle. This concerned her a bit, but she obliged as he was an officer of the law. He then proceeds to HANDCUFF her and lead her to the back of his squad car. Now she’s hysterical. She has not been told why she was detained (kind of an issue in it of itself, but not the point). Once she is seated in the vehicle, STILL HANDCUFFED, the officer asked her if she was aware that she was driving a STOLEN VEHICLE. Yes, you read that right. “But Alex? How can it be a stolen car if she rented through the Dean Team Volvo Dealership directly?” Great question, general public! She, of course, replies to the officer informing him that she loaned the car from Dean Team because her car was with the service department over the weekend. The StL police officer then informed her that the vehicle was reported stolen BY THE DEAN TEAM SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Zoinks Scoob, we’re gonna need the whole gang for this one! She explains to the officer that she has the rental agreement in her purse and she would happily fetch it for him but she was currently HANDCUFFED so it might be difficult. The officer retrieves her purse, digs through it, lo and behold, there’s the agreement! A quick aside: It’s important to note that several squad cars/officers have arrived making an already hysterical young lady even more hysterical. To add to the absurdity of the situation, one officer felt it would be comical to make a few inappropriate comments to add some levity to the situation. It didn’t. It’s important to remember that Dean Team Volvo is the reason we were in this situation in the first place. So the officer promptly calls Dean. Inquires with a Dean Team rep (female receptionist) and asked her if NH was a customer, did she have a rental, what were the plates, etc. The woman Aced his pop quiz and confirmed that NH was a customer, with a current (non-stolen) rental, and same plate as the rental. He asked the woman why, then, did he have NH in the back of his squad car in HANDCUFFS? She had no idea, of course. After further investigation, it was determined that the Service Manager, Keith, was responsible for contacting the authorities and reporting the vehicle stolen. Why might he have done this? Well, due to a clerical error, he believed the car had been missing for ten days. TEN DAYS GUYS. So as any human in Keith’s position would do, he immediately reports the car stolen! Makes no effort to contact the previous (or really, current) individual who rented the car, in this case, NH, to confirm they no longer have it. Nope. Must be stolen. To make a long(er) story short, turns out NH was handcuffed, placed in the back of a police vehicle for 40 minutes, harassed, and embarrassed on the side of a major highway, because of the incompetency of the Dean Team Volvo staff. Not to mention, the time/attention of several of St Louis city PDs finest was wasted due to this ridiculous situation. Well done, Dean Team. Cherry on top, when speaking to the GM, Eddie, he got upset AT HER for raising her voice. He said it wasn’t his fault, it was Keith’s fault. Pretty sure you’re responsible for Keith’s actions, Eddie. You’re the GM. In summary, if you would like to be detained by the police when having your car serviced, Dean Team Volvo in Maplewood is perfect for you. If not, go elsewhere.

Be careful when buying used cars from this dealer. I had an unexpected experience. Some of their very low mileage used care have been in accidents and drivers have paid out of pocket for very poor repair’s that where never reported to insurance and are not in the Carfax. Make sure you have them wash the car and do a very good examination before you sign on the dotted line or it becomes your problem and they take 0 responsibility for what they sold you. The only think they care about is the money. Very dissatisfied ....

John Freeborn

Crowded showroom. Good selections of new and used vehicles

Myron Klevens

Fast ,efficient, fair prices, all around great. Will be really nice when big remodel is done next year this time +-

I recently had an awesome experience with Volvo of Brentwood. I had an issue and the General Manager ensured that it was handled in a timely and efficient manner. My salesman Todd Trentham was patient and knowledgeable. For that reason, I will be a volvo driver for years to come and would recommend them to everyone.

Michael Gross

Great dealership with remarkably knowledgeable, helpful, and honorable people. I shook hands with Eddie (general manager) and Greg (sales representative) on a lease deal. It turned out we all had made a mistake about the availability of a Volvo promotion, making my lease costly for the dealership. There was no lease yet and no legal obligation for the Dean Team to honor the deal, and I would have had nothing to complain about if they had pulled out. As best I can tell the Dean Team never even considered that. They had to make a swap with a dealer in Texas to get a car with all of the options and packages we had agreed on, right down to exterior and interior color. The car came in this weekend--with a wheel upgrade that wasn't even part of our deal. Dean Team is sending it out for window tinting Monday and detailing Tuesday, then delivering Wednesday. I have had great experiences with the Dean Team on two transactions at their Volkswagen store in the past. All car dealerships should be like this one.

The in/out process was simple and quick, and the service work performed was perfect.

Gordon Woodbridge was amazing and really made me feel valued through out the whole purchase process. He always stayed in touch via text and phone and I like that. He made this deal work, I live in Jersey and bought the car sight unseen because Gordon really explained the condition of the car well, he was very honest and didn't try to do the typical sales man pitch. I recommend having your own financing ahead of time since. Gordon was amazing, went above and beyond to meet some request I have like getting a Polstar tuning and mud guards installed and he was able to get me a discount because by working the James in the parts department. They detailed my new used car, filled the gas tank and the pick up was very smooth. I would absolutely recommend working with Gordon Woodbridge because he was always willing to get answers if he did know something it responds very quickly. Pick up your car during the week when the service department is open so any issues can be addressed.

Jennifer Adams

Always an excellent service experience and a really wonderful selection of vehicles. I'm a Dean Team customer for life!

Dave Wagman

I was called back to buy a car that I looked at that day. I went back signed all the paper work to buy it. Then they told me they sold it to someone else. Sorry Then they promised to get me the same car and have it there in 7 to 10 days even if they lose money. So a week later they call me that the car came in to come get it. But again they didn't want to sell it to me after I sign all the paper work because they were going to lose money. I had to threaten them with a law suit just to get the car. They are the most dishonest people I have ever come across especially the "Sales manager". Stay away from this place for your own good !!!

My experience with Volvo of Brentwood was extremely unpleasant. Here's why: I needed to drop off my car for service on June 24th, 2014 and get a courtesy car the day of maintenance because I had to be at work. I spoke with Amanda, the service representative via phone and made reservation for a courtesy car. Amanda told me my courtesy car would be ready for pick up. I drove 40 minutes from the Illinois side of the river to the Volvo Brentwood location. Their hours stated, they closed at 6pm. I called at 5:50 from the Bluetooth in the car, spoke with Amanda and asked if they would be open for me to drop off my car since I was stuck in traffic (only two short blocks from the dealership). She said yes and that the Enterprise Rental Car representative would not leave until 7:30. I walked through the doors at 5:58 pulling out driver's license and all to sign for the courtesy car. To my utter disappointment, Amanda told me in a very sarcastic tone that they didn't have any cars. I reminded her I had just got off the phone with her. I asked her, " so you mean to tell me I made a reservation for nothing? I was under the assumption my courtesy car would be ready, so you all gave my car to someone else?" Her answer was no, "we just don't have any cars" and that she told me to be there by 5:30. Mind you she was slouched over the counter, hair unkempt, and chewing lime green colored bubble gum (how inappropriate) while talking to me in a rather sarcastic tone, "sorry for the inconvenience. " In my opinion, if I made a reservation for my car and was told it would be ready, then it should have been there and apparently was not, so they did give it away. She lied about Enterprise being there till 7:30 as he was not and went looking for him, even asking another co-worker where he was. I was so angry with this customer service. If there were no cars available, I should have received a phone to notify me so I would waste time and gas traveling, so here's a word to the wise: DO NOT SET YOUR HOPES ON A COURTESY CAR HERE OR AMANDA the service representative. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but I expect more from Volvo. I love Volvo and I've been here at this location before, the service guys are friendly, and professional unlike Amanda who puts a horrible and unprofessional reflection on the nature of this company.

Lance Heuer

Straight up lied to me about condition of vehicle. Claimed that Video entertainment system was working but upon testing it did not work at all. They will lie to your face and refuse to help out when they should. Horrible experience. KURT is not to be trusted

Joseph Ellsworth

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. Ted Kidd was my salesman and he was easy to work with and very responsive. I was not totally satisfied with my purchase in the beginning, but Ted Kidd and Eddie the General Sales Manager went above and beyond, way above and beyond, in resolving all of my issues. I don't know if any other dealership would have gone to the extent they did to keep their customer happy. At the end of the day I am totally satisfied with my purchase and will go back to see Ted and Eddie when it is time to purchase my next vehicle.

Slam 9591

Great place to buy a volvo. I wouldn't buy any other vehicle because they wont touch it if it's anything but Volvo. Keep getting pushed around to other locations for my issues i have with my VW and never get anything FIXED.

Barrett Henry

I absolutely love Larry "Pinky" Persons he is very professional and respectful of time. I negotiated everything upfront and when I arrived Larry had everything ready as PROMISED! It's hard to find a salesman that actually cares about the customer more than the commission. Larry definitely impressed me and my family. I'll be back for sure!!!! Highly recommended! #GoSeePinky

Rajarajan Chellamuthu

Terrible sales people asking me to find another dealer since saying systems is down for a test drive never recommend but thanks to him because the other dealer was super friendly.

JOHN RAMIREZ

Purchased 2018 Volvo S90 T6 Inscription with 10,600 miles, was told vehicle underwent extensive inspection. The wheels were rusted and had bad curb rash. Tires are not matching and worn, vehicle shakes over 40 mph. Car was delivered to me filthy, I can understand the exterior getting dirty during shipping, but the interior was horrible. How could you miss this during a thorough inspection?

Caitlin Zbikowski

Big shout out to Brandy Peters at Dean Team! My husband and I just traded in our car and got a Jeep Wrangler. Brandy was amazing to work with. From customer service to buying experience, she was so great to work with!

Sherry Oliver

My first experience with Volvo began in 1976 My first Volvo I bought it because I knew it was a safe car I had 2baby girls! Over the years I have stayed with them I have purchased and leased cars from them over the years They moved from Brentwood to Manchester But the advisors didn't change Keith Bostic was always there for me I came and stayed because of him Now he has retired and I have new trust in other advisors I will stay with them My car has 280000 miles I'm looking forward to a new xc 90

Lauren Ide

Best car buying experience every. Salesman Patrick Godfrey was professional and helpful, not pushy. Got a great price on a used car that will comfortably transport my whole family and hubby is so happy he got a Cadillac. Excellent price for my trade in too!

Sally Turner

We had a fine experience. Bought our 4th Volvo first from here.

Kevin Devany

My wife and I had made an appointment a few days in advance to see a used car. When we arrived, we discussed the details of the trade, handed over our licenses, and were eager to hit the road in what we hoped to be our new family vehicle. We took off work early, hired a baby sitter, and drove 45 minutes from IL, only to learn that another dealership took the vehicle for another customer to test drive the same day. A simple phone call beforehand would had gone a long way. The Dealership missed an opportunity to make it right. This would have been our second vehicle under the Dean Team flag.

Tony Chien

I bought a 3 year old used car from them. The car looked great but some scratches on the bumper. The sale person promised me to paint over the scratches after I purchased the car. I made an appointment with him. When I showed up 1 week after I purchased the car, I was told that he didn't have the color pen that matched my car. He told me he will contact me once the right color pen arrived. He never contact me and did not return my call.

Derek Molitor

Had a horrible experience at this dealership. Purchased a used Acura the week before Christmas and on the drive home I experienced a vibration at highway speeds. Contacted my salesman and he said to drive it for a week it might be flat spots. Week later it was still vibrating and brought it in for an alignment. Still vibrating on the way home called back and was told it might be a warranty issue and to contact the manufacturer. Made an appointment with Acura. Brought it to them and they said the car had 3 bent rims. It would have been nice to know that. I wouldn't have bought the car or at least not paid the price I did. Brought it in again and they bent the rims back but still didn't fix the issue. Obviously frustrated I just went back the next day without an appointment and they basically just said we are not doing anything more for you. Issue still isn't resolved. Was also only given 1 key fob after agreed upon price. Doesn't look like I'm getting my front license plate holder or owners manual as promised either. Worst car buying experience of my life from beginning to end. Will never. buy from any Dean Team again.

Jamie Hollingshead

All communication was done via text or email. Terrible communication by salesman. He wanted me to initiate everything and never gave me an an amount for my trade or a final dollar amount for the whole transaction. He also had no information about the “accident” that showed up on carfax. Would ask me for the same information multiple times. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

JJ Kirkpatrick

We ended up at this dealership by pure chance, and because of our easy-going experience with our contact, Pinky, we ended up buying from them. When we first walked through their doors, we were considering several models, and we narrowed it down to one, with specific features. Edin and Pinky went to work for us to find us multiple options that met our exact needs and got us the very best car available. More importantly, the price was a lot LOWER than similar cars listed in the area. They gave us great value for our trade-in, and the overall experience was simple, easy, and stress-free. On top of all this, they helped me make this a special Christmas surprise for my wife, who was expecting to start looking at cars in the new year. They gave me a nice box that I could present her and it was a big hit on Christmas morning. Their communication was proactive and consistent, and I would definitely buy from them again. Especially in the used market, if you know what you want, I'd give them a chance to get it for you. They have access to a large database of vehicles, they're happy to do the legwork, and you'll get exactly what you want for thousands less.

Ronnie Stitts

I've always had great experiences at my local Volvo dealer. I went for an oil change and ended up trading my car for a brand new volvo. It was no hassle at all. Thanks Dean Team Volvo.

Elyea Redmond

Quick n fast. It was great!

Robert Frost

Eddy the manager helped me out of the hole that West County Volvo put me in I overplayed at West County and Brentwood Volvo gave me a great deal and I will break even again! Thanks again Eddy!

Jakeh Orr

Great buying experience! Was able to get a great deal on an amazing car!! Pinky Persons was great to work with, very friendly and professional. I was even contacted later and given a spare key for the car (which originally was not included) Go see Pinky! You won’t be disappointed!!

Joe Waldrop

Very upset with the Dean Team group. I just purchased a 2015 BMW M3 from this dealer and it had multiple high price repairs I paid for 1 week after purchase. The car should be road ready when you spend top dollar. Also, Blake the sales man i had failed to disclose any of these issues before we purchased the vehicle. As well as not disclosing the information he forced us to take the vehicle to Habibi motors for the pre-purchase inspection that failed to identity any of the issues that the car was having. Not only did i waste 160 dollars on the inspection but I should not have been forced to take my car a place that he wanted. That is never how it works. Overall if you want dishonest sales people go here. And quite frankly i would expect more out of dealer that sells exotic cars.

Joyce Butler

Ease of making a deal and courtesy of sales rep Todd Trentham and finance manager Scott Varmuth.

I had a decent experience purchasing my car here but everything went downhill after that. Several friends told us to go to West County Volvo, but we went here because the location was more convenient given that we live in IL. On my first service visit I drove 45 minutes from my home to an appointment only to learn a loaner vehicle was not available, even though I requested one. I had to cancel that appointment because I needed a car to drive 45 minutes back to work. I rescheduled and I called the day before to confirm I would have a loaner vehicle and they didn’t even have my appointment in the system. This should have been my cue to find somewhere else to go, but I gave them another chance. So I rescheduled YET AGAIN and on that visit they told me that 2 of my tires were completely worn. These were Pirelli tires that were rated for 50,000 - 60,000 miles. They were new when I bought the car 9 months prior and had no where near that amount of miles on them. They said my alignment was bad and that I must've hit a curb or driven over a median for it to be that out of alignment. Excuse me?....Thanks for the insult, but I know how to drive and I'm not off road driving or smashing into curbs. Long story short, they admitted that they never checked the alignment prior to selling the car to me. They gave me a discount on the alignment but it still cost me almost $600. I have since learned that 2 of my husband's co-workers have had the identical issue at this location, so it now seems very shady to me. I recently recieved a letter that my car was due for 30,000 mile service so I checked my mileage, which was at 30,000, and called to make the appointment. Yesterday I made the 45 minute drive to the dealership and upon arrival I was informed that they performed the 30,000 mile service on my car when I had it there in September. No one told me that in September, or when I called to schedule the appointment. Instead I wasted 1.5 hours needlessly driving there and back, AGAIN. I asked why I was getting letters and emails from them stating my car needed its 30,000 mile service if it had already been completed. All they could say was that I couldn't rely on the letters and emails. What? The people in the service department are always mildly rude in person and on the phone. They act like customers are an inconvenience to them and they could not care less if you take your car to them or go somewhere else. The service manager did take the time to talk to me, which I appreciate. He offered me a 15% discount on my next service, but, its far too little and way too late. I will NEVER return there for service or to purchase another vehicle. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, and in fact I will actively encourage my friends, family, coworkers and acquaintances to stay away. I simply will not continue to do business with a place this disorganized and disinterested. I now understand why literally everyone I know who drives a Volvo goes to West County and I will now gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to West County Volvo for my service and probably to purchase a new car when the time comes.

About couple of weeks ago I started looking for a new vehicle. I was not in a rush to buy anything because I like to say that I am a very pick person. My first vehicle was purchased from Dean team Volvo in Brentwood over 3 years ago and I never had any mayor issues with my car. Simply I just needed a change from that car to a new one. I went to Volvo in Brentwood and was greeted by Mr. Eddie and Mr. Allen. I have dealt with them in the past and I knew I was in good hands. I asked Mr. Eddie if he had a vehicle that I found on his website and he informed me that unfortunately that vehicle was sold. But he said to me let take a look and find something that you like online and we can have it shipped to my store. So he did went and found me vehicle that was not even on his lot. He advised me that vehicle was not seen by and that its risky purchasing a car that no one seen. I advised him that I cannot commit so something like that meaning I don’t want to buy a car and then car gets shipped to his store and something is wrong with it or I would not like it. I left home that day and I received a text from Mr. Eddie stating he purchased the vehicle and it will be delivered to his store in one week. He advised me that I am not obligated to purchase that car until it comes in and for me to decide if I like it. Well left forward a little I received a phone call yesterday from Mr. Allen stating vehicle is ready at that time I jokingly said make sure the vehicle is ready for me to see it before you call me. He advised me that he took care of it all. I pulled up to the lot and was greeted by Mr. Allen with a huge smile on his face stating “ its here I worked really hard getting it ready for you”. After the first glance at the vehicle I told Mr. Allen that he did an amazing on detailing my car and getting it ready. I fell in love with my car and the service that I received that day. The deal that Mr. Eddie promised me was successfully executed and I got even more then what I have asked for. When I say service means the world to me I stand behind that and on that day I have received the best service that I could. Both gentlemen have worked extremely hard to make me happy on that day. Before leaving the lot they even filled up my car and it was not near being on empty. I would recommend them to anyone! Why because I know that I can call them now and ask for a favor and they will be there for me. That’s why they will always have repeated costumers, because they care for their costumers and they provide the best service to their customers. Thank you Eddie & Allen for having my back and can’t wait to work with you guys again in the near future.

Jeremy Nolle

We've visited the parts and service departments a few times over the past 2 years and they've been exceptional. Service is always done when promised, they communicate via phone and text which is nice, and everyone communicates clearly.

Ron BIH

My experience was amazing! My salesman Alen P. was helpful, knowledgeable and professional! I purchased my first car and I’m highly satisfied! I love my Audi!!!! Thank you

Travis

I bought my car from Weiss (before it was 'Dean Team' or whatever), and I love the car. I've taken it to this dealer for every oil change/service up through 100k miles - but today was the last time I take it to them. The ONLY reason I continued to go was because - 1)The lady that works the cashier area is super professional/nice and remembers everyone's name (she was there before 'Dean Team' - she also remembers my military discount), and 2)I usually can get a Volvo courtesy car since they usually take at least 6 hours to do a basic service on my car. I will not go there again for two main reasons - 1)Their labor prices are OUTRAGEOUS. For an oil change and the basic checklist (including their 'proprietary software upgrade'),the labor charge was almost $250. Seriously. Nothing else was done. (OK, they put a piece of paper in the floorboard and said my car was vacuumed and washed, which is debatable). 2) The service people are usually rude and always act like they are too busy for you (Yes, I just gave you $500 and I have a couple of questions, sorry). I also inquired with one of the sales guys (I presume, as he was standing around in a group of other guys doing nothing) about the newer model of my car (as I was interested in buying the thing), and he was not at all interested and referred me to the Volvo website. All that said, Volvo makes great vehicles, and I'll always drive one. I will NOT buy my next Volvo from 'Dean Team'. I recommend that you do the same.

James Morris

I took my dead Volvo here to be revitalized before selling. The mechanic quoted me roughly $300 or so for a new battery with labor. I said go ahead, because it was necessary. I get a call later and he says I need a new breather box. I ask him how much it is, he says, clear as day, about $75. I went to pick up today and realized he LIED to me. It was about 10x that. The cashier, a caucasian lady, was extremely friendly and sympathetic. She did her best to reduce my bill as much as she could. The African American gentleman there was also sincere and offered apologies and support as well. The mechanic that quoted me this price is an absolute fraud, and I will tell everyone I know looking for a new vehicle about this dealership. STAY AWAY

I have been here twice within the past 6 months to test drive a vehicle. Both times the sales reps wouldn't give me the time of day to test drive. The first time I went a sales rep met me outside. After I explained to him that I wasn't going to be purchasing that day, he walked inside, came back out, and said he was busy with other clients. I don't understand why he would have came out in the first place if he was busy with other clients at that time. The second time the sales rep told me they were closing soon (it was 4:00PM on a Saturday. Their website shows that they stay open until 6:00PM on Saturdays). To give you something to compare to....I left this dealership and went straight to another (Bommarito). I arrived around 4:30 (they were closing at 5). I asked if I could test drive the Audi really quick. They grabbed my information and handed me the keys. I would highly suggest staying away from Dean Team Volvo when it comes to purchasing a car.

Just purchased our first Volvo! Brandon was extremely helpful without over pushing the sale, which was very appreciated. He took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and listened to what we wanted, to show us the correct vehicle for our needs. Dave made the financing and paperwork process quick, easy, and painless. We would definitely recommend this Volvo dealership all-around.

Mike Fortini

Larry Persons aka Pinky did a great job finding me the exact car and difficult to find option package that I was looking for. Did almost everything online and when I arrived, the car was already waiting upfront. Everything from start to finish went pretty smoothly.

Margaret Helm

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the sales team to the service team, they never showed an ounce of respect to me as a woman. When I would get my husband involved (which I shouldn’t have needed) they would suddenly be able to help us. So happy to be out of my lease with them. My business will be moving to west county Volvo

Elizabeth Allen

I went in to get my car serviced at Dean Team Volvo. Zack Drescher was great and helped answer my many questions!

Alina Opaleva

Very unprofessional, avoid at all cost. Take your business to Volvo West County. The dealership in Brentwood is a joke. They don't follow up with interested buyers and have no customer service skills.

My wife and I bought an XC90 from Jason Jones and Scott Varnum today. Jason and Scott were a sincere pleasure to meet and work with. We appreciated the laid back buying experience and were especially pleased with the creative solutions Jason and Scott presented in response to our tough expectations. Working as a team, Jason and Scott struck the appropriate balance of attentiveness without applying overbearing sales pressure. We now look forward to returning to the dealership.

I purchased a Volvo C 70 from Todd two years ago. It was a very pleasant experience. The service department is exceptional. This morning i had problems with my convertible top and Molly, a service tech rep met me at 7:30 am. She took the time and second effort to discover the problem and fixed it !! This type of attention to detail is typical with the service team. Bud Jones Happy customer

Greg the sales person is such a horrible follow up person. We bought a car and had it shipped to us. This told us we could sign over an insurance check and then came back and said they don't accept it. We bought the car in good faith. It came with one key. Asked about the second and manager was like it only came with one so we only gave you one. That should have been disclosed. They supposed overnighted our insurance check which hasn't been received. We had to pay for this vehicle out of our own pocket and wait for our check to come back.

Derek Stagner

We've leased 4 Volvo's here and had a great experience each time. We love working with Eddy (GM), Alen (Sales) and the finance team. We also have all service performed here and have nothing but positive things to say. Bottom line, everyone is friendly and professional. We highly recommend Brentwood Volvo.

Anna Welke

I worked with Zachary Williams at Brentwood Volvo and had the best car buying experience I have ever had. He explained my options very clearly so I was able to make a very well-informed decision. He did his utmost to make it an enjoyable process -- and it was! Ted took ample time to show me how to get the most out of the features of my car. As a result I feel very comfortable with all aspects, including the bells and whistles on my car. I highly recommend Brentwood Volvo.

Blaze Luminous

Brandan Spraul helped me get an insane deal on an S60 on a roughy trade in. They won't give up on a difficult loan process.

Kwinton Scarbrough

The staff especially my Sales guy Kurt Convey were amazing. I originally planned to build and purchase my car, however circumstances required me to purchase the car sooner that expected. There was nothing Kurt could do to make the car production go any faster, so he found a vehicle on the lot that exceeded my expectations and stayed within my price range, He truly went above and beyond, and did it all quickly.

Sheila Kessler

Tre Johnson is a great sales person I highly reccomend him! No pressure and if you want a good deal he will get it for you!

PRESTON DIMOS

Absolutely THE BEST car buying experience EVER...was literally in and out (after two test drives) with purchased car in hand in 60 minutes and ABSOLUTELY no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend to anyone; stop by and see Alen he will take care of you!

Tara Freese Clifford

This is the second vehicle I have gotten from Volvo of Brentwood. I feel they were very fair both times and made the process as simple as possible. And I love my new car!

Ninlana Khouvongsavanh

Awful experience with on-line pricing. Still waiting for immediate response. Maybe not so immediate. I decided to call to speak to sales man who wasn’t helpful nor was there any follow up. I didn’t feel like he took me seriously. Overall dreadful

Fanchon Auman

Dean Team Volvo is a true team. We connected through the internet. When we arrived to look at cars we were welcomed by Joshua Holtzman. He listened to our needs and we test drove 2 cars. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars features and options. He was with us through the whole process. We like the way they worked and communicated with us and felt confident in our choices. We worked with Josh, Edin, and Todd. Then Scott did the finance and extended warranty. FYI - when you bring your car in for service its a nice to know that you get a loner and a wash!

I wont say that it is the worst, but it was not good. The staff appears to be happy as long as they feel the sale is done; but the moment you have a few hiccups like you want to have your mechanic see the vehicle, the attitudes show up. Frankly, I was very disappointment. The sales person was okay, but the experience with him wasn't the greatest either. They did not want to negotiate tires that were worn on a two year old vehicle (SUV). The sad thing is, that based on how they treated my sister at that location (I was with her) would determine whether or not I allowed my daughter (Registered Nurse) to purchase her new vehicle from them. Needless to say, today they lost two sales, not just one. The GM or Sales Manager, whichever he was, was down right rude.

Blake Gellman has a strong knowledge for high end luxury vehicles. Over the years I have seen him find several vehicles for individuals they simply can not find else where. When you want a high end luxury vehicle I recommend Blake Gellman!

Kathryn Palacios

Mike did an amazing job at explaining in detail what needed to happen to get me back on the road and set up for success. He helped me understand why my tire couldn't be repaired, but needed to be replaced. Mike handled everything promptly and professionally. I was very happy working with him, and I have already recommended Mike to my friend who drives a Volvo to get service from your location. Thank you!!

I purchased my '13 S60 from the Volvo dealership in West County but decided to take my car in for standard service due to the location. I was told that I would receive a loaner car and expected a Volvo. This was not the case. I received a loaner from Enterprise which took 45 minutes for them to show up with an unclean, small Ford Focus. Not what you expect when you drop off a "luxury" branded car and wind up leaving in a Focus. Being that it was my first time to the dealership I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully next time I return I will be given a Volvo as my loaner car. I did hear that the West County dealership was moving away from providing Volvo's as loaners. I am not sure why they would do this...You cannot compare yourself to Audi, BMW and Mercedes, all of which provide loaners to their customers, yet you do not. Another thing that I found interesting was the fact I stood in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting for Enterprise and not a single sales person came up to say hello. Instead they were talking to themselves and not engaging with customers. I would consider purchasing another brand of luxury vehicles if given the opportunity.

If there was a zero star, I would use it. Employing shenanigans that you would expect from a shady small time dealer...changing price, uninformed salesman, lying finance person, fraudulent vehicle listing. They may have misjudged me based on my appearance, and didn't realize I have evidence to back up everything I claim...considered getting attorney and a news crew to expose these clowns, but it wasn't worth my time... potential buyer beware

Nicholas Hoyt

I just got off the phone after not having my calls returned for a 3 months and was told under new management my paperwork could not confirm the vehicle coverage I was sold. The exact quote from the individual I spoke with "I am sure it was not done intentionally and new management will not let us do anything about it." So the logical takeaway, the fault is with old management, but there is nothing new management will do and the same staff, attitude with customers. Fool me once... While I have been very pleased with my Volvo, and I will be purchasing another this summer, I strongly recommend visiting a different dealership.

Last weekend I was picking up a part for my Volvo XC90 and experienced the most professional and courteous treatment from these folks. I had the pleasure of working with one of the mechanics named Josh. He fixed my car quickly and even bumped me up when he saw that my plate indicated that I was out of town and needed my car asap. While making a quick parts run he gave me a ride and quick tour of the surrounding area. He gave me some pointers on the eating establishments and pointed me in the direction of the Schlafly brewery. This guy Josh, is extremely genuine and professional, his skill sets make him an excellent manager. His attention to detail and his level of customer focus are rarely found these days.

kome dawn

Customer service was great. Got my vehicle fixed.

Bill Macon

My daughter bought her first car here last week, a pre-owned 2015 VW. Five days later it wouldn’t start — needed a new battery. Their 60 day dealer warrant? Nothing. $200 out of pocket for my daughter and a lesson learned. The “Dean Team” disappoints again.

F Lenheart

thank you james the service manager for helping get everything figured out with our car and keeping your cool while i could not.

Chris Jones

Never have I ever felt comfortable or trusting of a car dealership until I came to Brentwood Volvo. Great vibe instantly from my salesman Greg Glockengeiser and Nerman kazie, and honestly felt as if the manager Scott Varmun was looking out for my best interest. All that was promised was handled and I was overall very satisfied with my experience.

John Slack

Pinky is exactly the kind of highly competent, but laid back guy you want to deal with on a car purchase. He knew his business and the cars he sells very well, but more impressively, when we were looking into some technical details about a Volvo feature, wasn't afraid to ask for assistance from his team. That lack of pretense is refreshing. He hung out with me and made the inevitable down time bearable, thank you! Grant is also a straight shooter in the finance area, and he alerted me to a potential problem with my understanding of gap coverage that I hadn't ever thought about--he worked in the insurance industry for a time, so he knows what he's talking about. I feel better I won't get shortchanged if I have a total loss when I bring my car overseas to my next assignment, now--thanks, Grant. Karl was nice enough to ferry me in a golf cart across the entire dealership when he noticed that I was dropped off from the airport with luggage in hand--he made sure I got connected straight away and took care of me even though he could have just simply pointed out the direction I needed to go and wished me well. Thanks Karl! Everybody "knows" dealerships are terrible right? No, that's absolutely not true, and the Dean Team is proof. -John (loving my 2016 Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription)

Andrew Beers

Gordon, Joe, and Scott were great. The other St. Louis Volvo dealer was more concerned with creating barriers and getting their best price than working with me to get a fair deal for both parties.

segrid cobb

The experience at Brentwood Volvo with Tre made buying a car quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable and over all he was a great salesman. Thanks for the great experience of Brentwood Volvo.

Decoding Dyslexia MO

Highly Recommend for New Volvo purchase! Alan in Sales and Scott in financing were very easy to deal with plus they had better pricing than West County Volvo.

Alycia Mathis

Jason and Scott made my car buying experience so amazing and hassle-free! Thanks guys! Check them out

MC Hill

New customer, Not too happy. After finishing the work they did on my car, they stripped the screws to the bottom protective plate of my cars under belly. A day later the front screws popped out and the cover, half attached, dragged on the rough pavement until it sanded down the plastic cover. By the time I noticed, it was reduced to being not much protection at all with giant gapping holes and areas that sagged down. I took it back. They put new screws and offered a free oil change. On second thought, I decided they should just replace this useless cover. Nicole was nice enough to empathize and said she'd work with me by paying half or all of it, if possible, and to just bring it back in. I didn't expect much since I found out the part, which was probably useless anyway, was worth $100. But I thought it only right that they help me out on the price, since I completely blame them for its destruction and I wanted my car in good shape to sell. The screws popped back out about a week later. This didn't bother me and I would have even given them a high rating after all that but the way I was treated by Joe Anderson was appalling. He came back with a price twice as high and talked over me. When I told him I couldn't do that, he was completely uninterested in my story, my inconvenience, and what I had worked out with Nicole. He turned his back on me, walked away, and told the mechanic to take'r off the lift and pull it up front. When I tried speaking to him, his reply was "I'll have Nicole call you". Which she never did. I'm a reasonable customer, and I'll take a lot of crap, but there is no need to be that rude. All he had to do was listen to me, empathize, and say that was the best he could do for me. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I won't be back. Not even for the free oil change. Hope it was worth losing a new long term customer. And, when I sell, I won't be shopping there either.

zachary joiner

The negotiation went very smooth. I did not have to wait long to do paperwork. Overall, a good experience.

Enis Brdarevic

Purchased a vehicle with my girlfriend last week from Eddie and Alen P. Eddie was very helpful with this process since he offered to find the right vehicle that my girlfriend wanted and have it shipped to his lot (at no extra cost). The whole process was handled with ease, from the day we decided to purchase the vehicle up until all of the paperwork was finalized and completed. Price of the vehicle was very fair in a competitive market. Strongly recommend this place for all of your vehicle needs. Thanks again to Eddie and Alen P for all of their help, they gained a customer for life!

Logan Seemes

This car is a rip off and the dealership atleast used cars is a scam. Oblivious this car has been modified trying to sell with no emissions. Found out this is common for Brentwood volvo. Spoke to several lawyers and there are numerous lawsuits open for same thing. Subaru has canceled power train warranty for unknown reason. Look at the reviews I'm not the first person to have issues with this. Eddy the General manger , Dave in finance and Nerman are all in this together I would highly recommend avoiding this place

Andreas Hiebsch

Friendly and knowledgeable service and sales staff. Always outstanding service for my Volvo as well as my Audi
