They are very unprofessional.. Took my car in for a recall they said it would take 45 minutes it took over 3 hours they did not offer me to rental and when they gave me my car bags it reeked of gasoline...the manager stated that if they fix the smell my car would smell like bleach and chlorine...I have never been to a car dealer that makes your car smell like gas and bleach.....porsches cost too much to treat people like trash...UPDATE my car still smell like bleach 2 weeks later

The service was great and fair, however I was very clear that I knew the service would take longer than a day (based on history and age of the vehicle) and I was challenged when making the reservation on giving me a loaner. The person taking my reservation relutantly marked me down for a loaner, however when I arrived the service person tried again to convince me to just wait rather than giving me a loaner. Finally he gave in and gave me an enterprise car. I later learned that the light bulb that would only take an hour to change was out of stock and the car was not ready until 5pm and also needed other maintenance. After all other work was completed it took one week to complete all of the repairs. I have no issue with the time frame or actual service, but please do not make it difficult for customers that request a loaner. Thank you.

I was stranded in O’Fallon, Illinois when the alternator on my 45 year old 911 died. Out of battery power, AAA towed me to Porsche St. Louis, the nearest dealer. That turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. They were totally sympathetic to my plight, taking the car in immediately and starting the diagnostic process despite having a very full shop. In my opinion they went beyond reasonable expectations. While waiting for the crucial parts, I was driven to a recommended lunch site, then over to my motel and back the next day. Jonathan and Jeff were solicitous, informative, and professional in all respects. All work was done timely and on completion, they brought me a freshly washed car. As a bonus, I had asked Jeff about a particular Porsche cap in the goodie store. I decided it was too expensive and took a pass. But when I got to the car the cap was there for me. Maybe a small thing to some, but it meant a lot to this distressed traveler. Porsche St. Louis provided outstanding technical service and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer care above and beyond expectations. Were it possible I would gladly give them 10 stars.

Where do I begin.... the service team tells you it’ll take an hour or so and then calls you 8-10 hours later (the last time this happened it was literally to change a tire). The salesperson I have texts or calls me when she wants to sell me something, but has NOT ONCE just called to see how I like my vehicle or how the service is. I sent the GM a very professional email looking for a partnership and collaboration and never heard back from him. This place is filled with arrogant people who say one thing and do another. My lease is up in March and it would take a MIRACLE to renew with this place

However, the car was purchased by the original owner from the previous franchise and serviced by them, resold to me and serviced by them and by this dealer. So when the service consultant approached me with an unsubstantiated claim that the car "must have been wrecked" because the tech had to do extra work to get the camber correct when doing the alignment . While he admitted they could find no other evidence, and I know they had access to its entire service history, he was adamant about this claim. I am very fastidious about my Porsche and was offended by his attitude.

He is very accommodate my urgency for repair water leak into my front passenger from plugged AC water drainage valve. I came in next morning for service and had repaired done. Got in and out promptly with a drive belt change on my new-to-me 2010 Cayman purchased in Missouri. Service was great, though I feel they gouged a little on parts pricing. $110 for the belt when Suncoast Porsche sells the same for $63. Total with labor @ $169 / hour + "shop fee" was a buck or two under $300. Bottom line, they got it done properly and had me back on my way home to Washington state.

Waited 20 minutes for my service rep only to find out that someone failed to schedule the dent service person for my service appointment. Not very apologetic. I had to communicate on my own to get the dent work done on site at my work about. Week later. I live 30 mi it’s from dealership. Disappointing experience. Dent guy did well however.

I have been a Porsche owner for approx 6 years now. My 2017 Macan GTS is the second Porsche I have purchased from Porsche Saint Louis. When I took my car in for its most recently scheduled service, I was informed that this was a “major service“ and that the charge would be $1800. When I asked what the charges would be, he mentioned a few things (most of which I did not really understand). I was not apprised of the prices for each individual service. FOR EXAMPLE: One thing he mentioned was a change of the “Cabin air filter” I don’t know what that’s for, I don’t know if I care about it, and I don’t know how much I paid for it. He also said there was a long list of other things they would be doing, but did not mention what they were or how much they cost. I had the service technician call my husband to discuss the procedure. It was a short phone call where I do be believe my husband opted out of something, but he also stated that he did not understand everything that was done nor the breakdown of cost. Although they are friendly and accommodating, I feel like the men at Porsche just assume I am oozing money and don’t give a second thought to dropping $1800 on servicing my vehicle. This is not the case. I am not able to afford a Porsche because I frivolously blow money everywhere without a second thought. I am very careful with my money and want to know where every penny of it it is going and what it is for. I don’t feel as though the service technicians at Porsche honored this. It seemed more that their attitude was “if you can afford to buy a Porsche then you certainly won’t be asking any questions about the service costs.” When I picked up my car the next day and it came time to pay I pulled out my checkbook. I was then told they “do not accept checks” (!!!!!). This is after I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years, never missed a payment, and certainly have never had a returned check from my monthly car payment. If they were so concerned that I might not have enough money in my checking account maybe they’d be more careful about reviewing the services and their costs.
