After the appraisal, they held my car keys hostage and wouldn't take no for an answer when I told them I wanted to leave. Wanted me to pay almost $800 a month on a $30,000 car. Refuse to accept responsibility for previous incorrect repairs that prevents warranty forever from being able to repair the oil pan. Rude customer service, incompetent in the office, causing me to return 3 times to get the paperwork fixed just to register the car, it's no wonder the entire west family of dealerships is going under.

Update... It's been over 6 months since my purchase and I've been back twice for services (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and one time because the tire pressure was low and I just had surgery so I couldn't bend over to fill the tires. All 3 times the service was A+, and the tire pressure visit I offered to pay for but they wouldn't let me. I would definitely purchase here again and will always get my services done here. Got the exact vehicle I wanted for a great price, plus the lifetime power train warranty and lifetime car washes were a huge plus.

We took a little road trip from Springfield to the Kingdom Kia dealership in Rolla and located a vehicle of interest. Don Archer met with us and showed us the vehicle of choice. Very courteous, friendly, honest and straightforward in answering all of our questions concerning the vehicle, dealership and financing. We were never rushed or pressured. He, as well as the other salespersons, made us feel like we were the most important customers at the dealership. Bonus: we purchased the vehicle of our choice and drove it home that day! Worth the trip!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, my 1st expirience I talked to the internet dept and was asked to come see what they have, so I went and I walked both upper and lower lots for over an hour with not as much as someone saying hello so i left and let the gal know in an email, after the gal in the internet dept emailed me back (Seems like only one who is worth anything) I decided to give it another go, this time I was greeted right away as it is 1030am, after walking the lot with a salesman (who kept checking his watch the whole time like he had something better to do) I found a vehicle around 1130 that I liked, after waiting a few hours to find out if I qualify my sales guy asks what I can put down, mind you I had already told him what i have down along with a trade, so I repeat myself and he goes back and forth to the manager many times asking for more, the last time I asked about interest rates and terms (which I never got until the paperwork signing) changing what they can do each time until I finally say give me my keys I guess no vehicle today, the manager asked if there was anything else I could do, trade in more vehicles, sale items for money, he said they take anything chainsaws, lawn mowers ect, by this time i'm getting super irritated and going to walk out as i had stated what i can do, (very unprofessional) and then what do you know they come back with something. while all this is going on they take the truck to get detailed and gassed up. I was then told financial is running behind but will be with me shortly mind you it's around noon and i'm getting hungry as it's lunchtime, so I sit there eventually falling asleep for a few hours waiting, 5pm comes around and I start walking around letting my salesman know how irritating it's getting, and guess what the finance person comes along, mind you I have no idea on terms or interest at this point even after asking, so the finance person gets me all set (which she was great), I go back out to finish with the cashier to put my down payment to and leave as now it's getting close to 7pm and I have wasted one of my only days off, but wait I can't no truck it's still at detail 5 hours later, so I wait, more, finally I had enough and told the first person I saw that either get my vehicle I just bought or gimme my old one as it's ridiculous, they finally come pulling around I move stuff out of my old vehicle to the new one and head home, I still have to drive 30 min home, only to notice now that it's dark that the interior lights have an issue and will not turn off, after notifying my salesman of the issue he says he will check into it with the service manager and get back to me which he did a week later to say he will talk to the service manger and if he cant figure it then he will talk to a dodge dealership, well here we are almost 2 weeks later with no resolution and lots of doubt, so unless someone convinces me otherwise I will not now or ever recommend this dealership to anyone as all they want is money and could careless about your experience as a customer and will push as much as they can to get as much as they can.

Prices online don't match their prices at the dealership. Price online was $8609. Was told at dealership that the price was $10,500. How does that even make sense? The sales team was manipulative towards me. Finance manager was more interested in selling me a service plan I didn't want or need. Was told in the car during my test drive that a couple had put a $100 deposit on the car (is that even legal, to sell something or to lie to make me want to hurry up and buy the car?) Wish there was a 0 star option. They don't even deserve my 1 star rating.

So. Me and my wife have been really interested in buying a new telluride. So as I research that vehicle I'm also reading reviews of the dealership and see lots if bad things. And we'll most of them are true. They kept giving me the run-around on how they can not tell me when they will have a telluride in for me to test drive. I need to come to them and get approved so I can buy one before I test drive it. Then the lady I spoke with said the manager would call me and give me details on when and if they are getting a telluride in. As to no surprise they didn't call me I had to find out by checking their web page. And yes they have one but like HELL will I ever shop here. Now it all makes since .Lol. Save yourself some time and shop else where .kingdom Kia will waste your time and prolly screw you over in the end. I would go to Youngblood Kia in Springfield. They are way more reputable and have way better reviews than this dealership. Lol

I purchased a 2019 Kia Forte on August 10, 2019. I worked with Dusty and Joel. Dusty gave me a demonstration of the car and took me on a test drive. I worked with Joel on putting my deal together. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous. They were also patient with me as I was back and forth between two colors. Overall I had a very good buying experience. My only negative, would be that the process took a long time from start to finish however I was there on a Saturday afternoon and there were many people there also looking to buy a car.

Had an 11 am appointment for an oil change and the Soul was taken right in. After a bit of time, Mallorie came over with the paperwork and informed us that a tire rotation and brake inspection was being done also; didn't realize that those were done with your first oil change, and I, like a dope said; "But I've only driven in 3,000 miles. How does that need done?" She then informed me it came with the first oil change and there was no charge! Even with all that the car was finished at 11:40. Thanks for a great experience, and thanks to Mallorie for not outright laughing at me when I thought I had to pay for everything! You guys have a great Service Department; two thumbs up :)

Worst experience I have ever went through concerning car service. Left Saint Clair Mo. this past Sat. my car started losing power and check engine light and another sensor light came on. Made it to O'Reillys they did diagnostics and told me exactly what sensor it was. Had to rent a car and had mine towed to this place talked to Chase told him exactly what I Reillys said. He said fine they would check out Monday. Call Monday Chase isn't there so tell Mallory what is going on they tell me it was just lose battery cable all is good. I repeatedly call as I'm in Branson on family vacation. Put on hold forever multiple times.Trying to make sure sensor was checked. Pick up car on way home get 10 minutes down the road same thing. Stranded I call them back and they say they can't do anything. I now have to have it towed again all the way to Pacific No. to dealership I bought from. I'm now out of around 500.00 including rental car and 2 rows. Totally ruined vacation. I am disabled and this caused me a Great deal of mental anguish and a loss of money that I can't afford. I am so livid and will not stop until this situation is rectified. NEVER NEVER have experienced such an unorganized bunch of people in my life. Not once when I called did I get a clear answer When I finally picked up my car the girl that works in the service department looked about 15yrs old. Totally unacceptable!!!!

I wish to have the zero-star option. I will not hesitate to give them zero stars. Unfortunately, that I need to give them at least one star to show my case up on google reviews but keep in mind that this star I gave them they don’t even deserve. You might be asking why? Well, I will make it easier for you to understand my case as follow: 1. I went to them with an extended warranty. 2. I asked them to diagnose my car comprehensively. 3. They charge me very high Number around 400$ In return for doing the comprehensive diagnostic. 4. It was OK for me if they checked my car and figured out all problems. Unfortunately, they fooled me and said, “We charge you 400$ because we have done a comprehensive diagnostic to your vehicle.” But they did not do a full diagnostic at all. They cost me 300$ for nothing. I knew that they made a primary diagnosis by asking them about some obvious problems that I experienced in my car. The problem was straightforward to find out those obvious problems. 5. I have talked with the service cashier, and I said: “How come you charge me this 400$ while you did not do figured those obvious problems which mean that you did not do Comprehensive Diagnostic.” He said, “I will make you a discount.‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼!” 6. You can see that they tried to fool me but they could not. Finally, I have paid 150$ out of 400$. This is because they knew that I have discovered that they were lying to me. 7. I wanted to meet the manager of the store to explain everything to him. Maybe he does not know what they are doing behind the scene. Unfortunately, he was rude to me and uncooperative at all. 8. I have met rude people in business, and real life but not like the people in this store, so I will not go again to this store, and respectively will not recommend this repair shop at all. Note on the my review reply 06/28-2017: 1-No one asked me to leave at all. Why you are saying that I was asked to leave. I am really shocked !!!!!!!! 2-I am not talking about my warranty. Why you did not reply about charging me 400$ then make a discount about 300$. You know why , because you know that you overcharged me and I figured that out. you tried fraud me but you couldn't. 3-If I am not happy with my warranty I wont need you advice I will take my decision alone. 4-The only thing that it make me sick is how your store worker wanted to steal 300$ from me unjustly.

Attempted bait and switch Recently I contacted kingdom Kia regarding a vehicle on their website after numerous calls, text messages, and emails I agreed to come in to the location on a Saturday after I got off work. After driving 2 hrs from my house to the dealership which they were aware of I pulled up and saw the vehicle setting in a parking spot in front of the main show room. When approached by a salesman I told him I had been in contact with someone regarding this vehicle. Initially he said someone else is looking at that vehicle and I cannot show you it would you like to look at anything else I said no. After a few moments he stated let me check to be sure someone is looking at it mind you the whole time not 1 person being within 20 ft of it. Once he came back said ok nobody is looking at it and handed me off to another salesman who said he can show me car but I cannot test drive it. When asked why he stated it would not pass state safety inspection and if I was to buy it it would need to be repaired I reached out to thank him for his time but stated I am not buying a vehicle that I cannot test drive. At this point my wife and I both needed to go to the restroom after the 2 hr drive once out of the restroom the sales manager approached us with same story and produced a document that had numerous items that needed to be fixed and that Inorder to pass inspection needed $1800 worth of work done. Not to mention that was only a third of the page that he had. Once again I said thanks but I'm not buying, or paying to fix a car before even test driving and would have appreciated that I had been told this prior to driving 2 hrs to the dealership. The whole time I was there each person asked me if I wanted to see a different vehicle which I stated no. So in summary they wasted a total of 4 hrs of my time and gas for a 350 mile round trip because of false advertising

AVOID! This place and their "kbb instant price" program is a complete scam. I listed a vehicle for private sale. In my description I put 'no dealer's' because I didn't want to get harrassed but sure enough I was contacted by Kia Kindgom and was told that they could pay my asking price if not MORE than what I have it listed for. I stated multiple times the lowest number I'd accept for it. They assured me that the number was completely reasonable and there's no reason they would not honor it. I, again, said I didn't want to travel an hour round trip to be scammed into anything than the number I stated. Dalton said hes never seen but maybe a couple hundred dollars come off price for scratches but that the managers are very interested in our truck that it wouldnt affect the price. Drove 30 mins there for him to spend about 30 mins going in circles around the truck. Then he test drove it for about 15 mins and stated it drove great. Only thing he said was that there was two SMALL dents but the paint wasnt affected and that the shop could easily get those out........... Fast forward- they offered me $1,500 less than stated for two SMALL dents and small chip of paint that was coming off on rims (which all Toyota's of that year have. ) I said not interested in which he said he'd talk to the manager to see about getting me the number I had came in to get. Fast forward- the owner of Kia Kingdom then took procession of my keys after shoving a hot dog in his mouth and took our truck for yet another test drive WITHOUT my permission. Pretty sure the professional thing to do is introduce yourself to the customer and ASK if you can drive my vehicle. (I know you will read this so there's my advice to you. You also left trash behind in my vehicle after driving it. Don't worry though, I recycled for you) I was ultimately told that they couldn't honor the price I was given over the phone because of two small dents. (I'll attach pictures to showcase the ridiculousness and shadiness at this place.) I got up at left before Dalton could try and throw out other numbers by OTHER car websites (why do I care about Black book when you advertise and sell by KBB) and devalue my trade. Update: Generic response from owner. Expected it though. You guys knew what we were trying to get for truck before getting us to drive an hour there. Therefore, promising us something then coming up with petty reasons for thousands off as if we were dumb enough to fall for it. I have screenshots of promises but you guys have wasted enough of our time. We sold the truck the next day for $2k over what you guys offered anyways.

August 4th, 2018 I headed to Rolla with family. I totaled my car the first week of July and needed a new vehicle. Several had warned me not to become discouraged car shopping. Familiar with the process I was preparing to come home without a car. Single, bad credit, no trade in and only a small amount down, I was ready. We meet Paul as soon as we pulled in. He had me try a newer vehicle I knew I couldn't afford. I enjoyed the drive and shopping around. No fit. Let's leave. Paul said go inside while they work the numbers. WOW! The place is huge but welcoming. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Plenty for children to do, water, snacks and charging stations. The only downside was the hours of waiting. That's the price of a lower credit score. When I left in my 2014 Kia Soul, I was still in disbelief. It was the next day after hanging up from talking to my son hands free from my car that the tears flowed! One happy lady. FYI I was parked in a parking lot while crying. Thank Paul Miller, Ronnie, Chase and all of you at Kingdom Kia!

Horrible sales antics. We drove 48 miles one way after being told we could look at a specific vehicle. I called with 25 miles to go because I saw it was no longer on the site. I was called back and told that even if it's not there they just got 8 or 9 trades yesterday in the same mileage and price. This is just a pitch! I told her there was not much on the website and nothing we were interested in. She said these arent even on there and just ask for a sales manager when we got there. We finished driving 25 more miles only for them to try to show us the cars I already saw online and the salesman didn't know what she would have been talking about with so many cars like that coming in yesterday. Whatever it takes to get you in the door but really, don't waste 2 hours of my time and almost 100 miles! Never ever again no matter what you gave will I check you out after those lies.

there's easy to get to they tell you all the good stuff but then when it comes down to something being bad they don't like doing what they are supposed to we got a car from there and the sunroof didn't work with took it up there three times and they still have not fixed it we've tried to see if we can trade it back in and they keep telling us that we they cannot do thatI wouldn't buy anything used there I would recommend buying something new that wouldn't have as many problems but we bought I refused and there's a lot of problems with it that they did not tell us about that I wish they would have told us about put they work with you with everything it doesn't matter how low your credit is they don't even test drive your vehicle before hand so yeah I don't know how to go about that but they don't and I mean the people are nice and everything but not I wouldn't buy a car from a if I didn't have to really because they don't know what they're doing I mean they don't keep their promises or anyting. only nice thing is the warranty forever you know you don't have to pay for whatever they're fixing but they're really bad about calling you back when your vehicle is taken care ofso you literally have to stay on top of them and call them and check on it to make sure it's done or they won't call you at all.

They post amazing deals online to try to get you there. After reading reviews about their tactics, I called to make sure the car was there. She promised me it was. I asked her to take a picture of the odometer and text it to me, she said ok, then called me back 5 minutes later and said the "manager" was driving it and wouldn't be back until Monday. Please beware of their false advertising.

I'm in the area for business. My personal vehicle needed an oil change and some recall work done it. Searched and this was the closest KIA Dealer. Called to get an appointment for my Oil change and the recall work done. I personally am not going in just for Oil change, I want the recall work done at the same time or it's not going to happen. I call in, get some pleasant enough lady on the phone. Took my name and make/model. I informed this lady I only had Saturdays available. Nice lady told me they had 1:00 on a Saturday. I'm okay with that. She then says "thanks see you then" and hang ups the phone. The part that bothers me and is the reason for the 1-star. Not a single question was asked about what work I was trying to get done on my car. Nothing. Just the make and model; not even a VIN was asked for nor the year. How is the heck are you gonna make sure the parts needed are in stock/ if you never even asked why I was bringing the car in? I'm not going to just show up and hope for the best. I would use caution before going to this dealer. My issue is a minor one and mostly my own issues with expecting A+ service from places who want my money. There are lots of shady reviews listed, and better reviewed dealerships within a reasonable drive.

I wanted to buy a 2500$ car advertised in Kia Kingdom Website. They called me in the morning to inform that the car is available. When I went to the dealer , they said it was sold one hour ago(I didn't believe that). They wanted to show me other cars in the same price range which i was not interested. Later in the evening, they again called,apologized and said there were some confusion,the car which I was initially interested is actually available. Somehow I still trusted these people.I went back again next day. When I reached there, they said that car is not in driving condition. If I have to drive the car, I will have to wait for 2-3 weeks as that's when it is scheduled to go to the service shop. As they have to change few parts , the cost of the car is going to go up.But If I buy the car today,they will will fix it the same day (Customer Priority it seems ) .In their beautiful advertisements they never mentioned that this car is not in driving condition. They expect me to purchase the car without even driving. Interesting point is one of the sales manager told me they don't make any money by selling this car. I hope they realise that customers are not fools to believe that.Maybe because I was a student and I could not afford more than 2500$ , I was treated in this fashion. Tomorrow when I get a job, earn more and can afford a better car , I will never turn to these unprincipled dealers who are not trained in selling cars but blatantly lie and fool the customers.

I reached out to this dealership after seeing a pre owned 2019 Kia Niro EX advertised on August 16th. The ad stated it had just arrived and they hadn't even priced it yet. Kristal reached out to me stating the color of the vehicle and assuring me she would have a price shortly. I explained I was looking for a car for my sister and we were almost 2 hours away. This particular Kia dealership doesn't offer CPO vehicles. She explained about their Warranty Forever program. After texting back and forth most of Friday, she texted Saturday stating they didn't have a price yet, but the range would be $20,000-$27,000. Wow, that's quite a range. August 19th rolls around and I find out they don't even have the vehicle at their dealership. and it's a dealer trade. August 21 they still haven't given me a firm price on the car. Finally later that day she tells me her manager is asking $29,000. Not only is this $2,000 over the price range she gave me, cargurus states it is $4,000 over the national average. With the current rebates, a brand new, same exact vehicle could be purchased for less than $29,000. She stated if I wanted a better price I would have to make the trip into their dealership. I requested that her manager call me. August 24th no word from her manager. I texted her only to find out that the vehicle finally arrived and has been purchased already. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and I've never had such horrific customer service. First of all, advertising a vehicle you don't even have and then wasting customer's time when they inquire about it. I would steer clear of this place. They've created their own little version of bait and switch. Terrible!

Do not buy a car from this place!! There prices are marked up anywhere from 2000-15000. They will continue to call you for YEARS after you buy a car from them and they won't stop no matter what you say. If they continue ue to call you, call the police for harassment!! They lie A LOT! They get you "approved" at one interest rate for your loan and then call you and tell you they need you to come in and finish the finance papers and there is a completely different and HIGHER interest rate on there then what there was supposed to be. Only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I HAVE to. Not because they deserve. The sales people that call you, have nothing to do with the sale, they are telemarketers. Their "customer care manager" is one of those people who calls nonstop.

On June 9, 2018 I brought my 2012 Sedona KIA to have a mysterious problem with the steering evaluated. I had driven the car over 3000 miles following an installation of the left cv axle at a KIA dealership in NC. I was told the problem was bad gas. Kingdon KIA found the problem right away and got the correct part for my vehicle and took care of the problem and my car is running well again. So far my experience with Kingdom Kia has been 11 out of 10. I found a 2016 F150 that was almost exactly what I would have ordered straight from the factory. (That part was lucky, I know.) The price was excellent (I'm a cheapskate, btw); Trent was a most helpful, knowledgable and accommodating sales person; Randall introduced himself and was most helpful and trusting; Carrie, in Finance, was friendly, efficient and low-pressure; and the truck itself, why I was there after all, is a pleasure to drive. In addition, the dealership provides, FREE OF CHARGE, carwashes for life, and a Warranty Forever program that covers the engine, turbochargers, transmission, transfer case, front wheel drive and rear wheel drive. Admittedly, I have not used it yet (I only brought the truck home today) but from what I'm reading, if I keep up the scheduled maintenance, they cover the above parts and labor for as long as I own the truck, with unlimited mileage. Unbelievable. I had to drive almost two hours to get to Kingdom Kia, but I'd gladly do it again (and probably will).

This place is a complete joke. I bought a car here back in November 2014. The car was nothing but trouble and getting them to do anything under warranty was like pulling teeth. Adam the service manager is a major reason why I traded in my Kia (that to his word, I had to have serviced there to keep my warranty forever) Just recently, I gave a friend a ride up there, knowing how strongly I tried to get to look elsewhere 1st.. They pulled up a "new" 2018 Kia Rio that was overstock from last year, car had over 3,000 miles on it as he said it was demo car or something.. Told us all about the great rebates they would offer because of the mileage. He gave a price of $19,100 and $1,000 in rebates. upon looking up fair market value on a NEW 2018 Kia Rio without the 3,000 miles.. listed it at 15,600-16,200. a 3-4,000 mark up over fair market value on a new car with just the miles it has roling off hte truck and onto the lot.. AVOID THIS PLACE..

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. My husband found the Telluride he has been looking for on their website and talked to Krystal about pricing. She told him the internet price did not include the $1,500 Kia cash you receive for financing through Kia. He asked her several time if that was correct because the price was lower than any other dealership and she assured him it was the correct price. He told her he wanted to buy it before we came to see it because we are almost two hours from Rolla. They had him fill out a credit app and told him the car was definitely his, then turned around and said they couldn’t make the deal and we had to come into the dealership to make the purchase. We decided to get up early and make the drive and when we got there they wouldn’t honor the price Krystal gave us. Their employee messed up and we even have the whole conversation in a text message. I even called and talked to Mary to verify what Krystal said was correct and she confirmed that it was. They acted like they couldn’t care less that their employee told us a price lower than they were really selling it for and wouldn’t work with us on the price. The two salesmen we talked to were nice but anytime they had to get anything approved, they had to talk to the owner who was locked behind closed doors and couldn’t take the time to come talk to us himself. I work in an industry we’re we deal with customers and if we make a mistake, we make sure to take care of the customer. This dealership Is extremely shady and I would advise everyone to steer clear of doing business with them. Kingdom Kia you need to train your employees properly about how your deals are structured so people don’t waste their time in the future!

Don’t buy a vehicle from this dealership!!! I purchased a 2017 Kia Optima and 3 weeks later it broke down! I had to have it towed back to the dealership. I asked to speak with management about my vehicle and possibly getting a different vehicle since it hadn’t even been 30 days. Damon the manger told me he couldn’t do anything and that he would have to see “how much the car is worth now” smh. After refusing to leave he told me he would call me by 6pm that evening, with some answers on what would happen next. Needless to say Damon never called me Friday night. It’s been almost a week since my car was towed to Kingdom Kia and no one has bothered to contact me with any info.

I went yesterday to look at a camry they had advertised online. When a salesman, adam, went to help me the first thing he asked was if there was a vehicle i was interested in. I answered honestly, vehicle is 10k. He went off to "find the key" and 5 minutes later we're off to test drive and the car is no longer there. He said its likely it went to auction because he couldnt find it in maintenance and said the cashiers didnt know what happened to it. He tried getting me off in a new car, 23k. I left yesterday undecisive and overnight decided no it was a camry i truly wanted. I went elsewhere to get it, sellers sexton in st Robert which i highly recommend. After purchasing the vehicle i actually wanted and 6 missed calls from kingdom kia we drove back around to see the camry that he said went to auction back on the lot. A liar who seems would do anything for a bit extra commission.

Dealership has several nice vehicles but beyond that beware! Dealership used bait and switch technique on me after spending a week lining things out. When I talked to other dealers in my area apparently this is there typical mo. I was told no deal with them ever ends the way they start. Another issue is there sales staff isn't very knowledgable. During one test drive, while the salesman was bragging about there 187 point inspection and commitment to selling quality, a red warning light began flashing on the dash and he had no clue as to why or whether it was ok to drive or not. And last but not least do not trust the pictures they post photographer is very good. A vehicle I originally was very interested in looked perfect in photo's online, but in person the rocker panels were completely rusted out on one side and bubbled out an inch on drivers side. In short unless you enjoy having your time wasted don't waste your time there.

Travelling (from Canada) in area for baseball and low oil warning light came on in my car. After reading the review of local garages online, I knew I did not want to go anywhere I had read about. They charged me $85 for just checking the 'check engine lights' when there was no problem with the car. Only the spark plugs needed to be changed. That is a routine tune up issue. They tried to up sell. I visited 4 other reputed car repair shops nearby. All gave me a quote that was 1/3 of the price they quoted. I was very disappointed. Not worth recommending at all.

I wish I could give a lower rating. It was a horrible experience. From being told the car was out on demo when it was sitting on the lot. To them not being able to find the key. Finally when trying to purchase the vehicle, we would not have our credit ran until we negotiated a price. The dealer negotiated one price with us and had our credit ran once we agreed. Then his manager and the owner came back with a way higher price for financing and tried to say that we didnt understand what the dealer was talking about. So we left with out the car and 12 hard inquiries on our credit reports, but per the dealer "that only drops your credit 2 points", which is far from accurate. It was an absolute mess and they try to trick you into getting a car for way more money, so use caution when purchasing from this dealer.
