They sold me a pre-owned Lexus I wanted for $5000 under recommended value. I'm very picky thats why I give 4 stars they was super busy at 9:30 at night but worked as a pro team. I'm probly harsh at 4 stars but I still got a great experience at 9:30 on a Friday night. I'm Shure for the average guy or a big money man this is the place to buy your car. I'm Shure you'll get a five star experience don't be afraid to deal with them when it's said you can't beat a leta it's true don't listen to the other dealers go to leta.

This 5 star review is specifically for Paul. Frank Leta as a whole gets 3.5 stars. Minus 1.5 stars for having me sit for 4 hours when I could have done it all in an hour or less. Had I known the process would have taken so long, I would have had them prepare paperwork over the phone, and I could have just come in to sign. I even specifically stated I was in a hurry, because I had to get to work.

Purchased a certified used car from here. Prices were extremely fair!! Service was excellent. Tim was understanding in my time constraints and was able to pull it off without a hitch. I left there that day with his number and kept in touch via text (my preference) till I was able to go back and sign paperwork. Had a great experience in buying With Paul, we were treated with respect the whole time. EDITED 09/23/2019 The "free car washes" are kind of a joke. First wash was "20 minutes" but was actually 45 minutes. The second attempt was told would take an hour. You get free washes but you are apparently last in line which sounds like could be longer. I guess its ok if you are retired. I'll wash my own car after all. The coupon book gives you a few car washes but not sure how long you have to wait for those. I also want to say thanks to Steve Neely who took the time to explain the new technology of this amazing car. Very knowledgeable with all the "techy" stuff and I feel like I can return and talk with any of the sales people to get some questions answered and not feel like I'm a bother now that they "made the sale". Steve said it was an important part of his job.

I Bought a used ford fusion from here and the car has run great the whole time I've had it but recently a timing belt problem came up luckily these guys had me covered under my warranty. My husband and I purchased the vehicles that we leased from Frank Leta about a month ago. I had been a loyal Frank Leta customer since approximately 2010 and was on my 3rd leased vehicle. I won't be using this dealer again. Not only were we nickel and dimed each time we looked into upgrading, but they won't stop contacting me about upgrading two vehicles that I've already purchased. I have gotten several calls and emails about upgrading my vehicle because the end of my lease is approaching, which is incorrect. I told the person on the phone and have emailed a sales representative twice to say to stop contacting me and nothing has changed. This doesn't seem like excellent customer service. They are only interested in getting my money.

Frank Leta Honda is a good dealership with good service techs and service managers. The waiting area is nice and have drinks and snacks available. The service managers and tech are very good and very very busy. It took almost 3 hours to get an oil change, tires rotated and front end alignment. I think the management needs to hire more people. The free car washes are nice but do a very poor job of cleaning the bugs off the front area and drying the car.

Leta has always treated us well. On this last visit, the info given by the other shop was not accurate and Leta didn't even charge us to inspect the issue. I would definitely consider using their service department. I would love to buy another Pilot, but unfortunately I hate the 2016 redesign, so I'll likely be looking elsewhere. I will check out the 2019, but haven't seen it in person yet. They may have priced me out of the market as well considering a new one base model is more than I paid for my top end model previously.

Frank Leta Honda review My wife and I purchased a 2019 Honda CRV EX at Frank Leta Honda, O Fallon, Mo May 9, 2019 and had an excellent experience. Our salesman, James Martin, did an outstanding job explaining the advanced technical features that came with this car. James was very helpful, patient, and seemed interested to know about our travels outside the USA. He is my “Go to guy” next time. 5 Stars here. We paid cash so we did not have to mess with that paper work. However, dealing with the decision to buy an extended warranty and the salesman was quite painful. Paid an additional $3000 for the I guess “peace of mind”. Keep in mind, I did not feel high pressured to buy the warranty.

After a terrible experience at Napleton Honda, we went to Frank Leta. The environment and people were so different. Everyone was courteous and enthusiastic. There was no high pressure or dishonesty. Absolutely none of this defines my visit to Frank Leta this past Memorial Day. There staff are by far the absolute best I have seen. They genuinely Care for their costumers, and make sure their experience is positive. My sales rep was Jim, he was incredibly down to earth, knowledgeable, and patient with every vehicle I inquired about. After finding my car i met with finance rep Anthony. Right of the bat he put me at ease, being straight forward and explaining everything with detail. And with his expertise I left frank leta with a new car, with more warranty/ coverage and lower amount I planned on spending. When ever I am in the car market again Frank Leta is my First stop!

I had a terrible experience with the General Manager, Daniel, that will steer me and any friends away from buying form Frank Leta. I called about 5 times within a week's span trying to buy a CRV EX AWD. Since it was a holiday weekend, I was not in town and was willing to sign documents via internet or overnight mail. I was connected with Daniel to make this happen but he continuously pushed me off to the next day. On Saturday, August 31st he told me to fill out the financing application and he would call me on Monday due to the amount of people in the store. At that point, they had multiple CRV EXs on the lot that would have fit what I wanted. I told him that was fine and was looking forward to closing the deal on Monday. He never called me on Monday even after I called, asked to speak with him, and left a message for him to call me. I waited on Tuesday till 2:30pm for him to call me and when he didn't, I called him. He then told me that 1) he didn't have any EXs to sell me, 2) he couldn't send me the paperwork in the discount period (and why I tried to talk with him earlier, knowing this would be a problem). After asking him why he pushed me off since the deal wouldn't be possible, he had no answers and HUNG UP ON ME. This is the worst service, I have ever had. All I can chalk this up to is either poor service or not treating me same as other customers due to being younger. I wouldn't want anyone to be treated the same way I was especially by a General Manager.

Steve was very helpful with providing specific information related to one of the Jeep Wranglers on their used car parking lot. I was able to test drive it to determine whether I liked the ride or not. This was my first time experiencing working with a car salesman. Steve was great, no pressure at all, he just wanted me to feel good about the Wrangler ride. He showed me all the options and show me the car fax. Before I get into why this is a 1 star review, I need to give credit to Spencer D. Who was an excellent person to work with while we were trying to find our van. Super patient and very informative through the whole process. One big thing is he searched to answer my question and request without hesitation. He is a 5 star guy and should be given that in this review The 1 star goes to the sales manager Don (I think that is his name). Disrespectful and not helpful in the least. As a previous dealership technician, I know there is always an inspection checklist that needs to be followed. I asked for this and it seemed to be a hassle to produce. Ron simply didn’t handle the situation right and our last conversation ended with him telling us”This is the best I can do. If this is not good enough, then I understand why you have to leave.” I asked for a document that all used cars should have and for him to write me off like that rates this as one of the worse customer service experiences ever. Let’s just say I would not recommend Frank Leta Honda to anyone.
