Best customer service I've ever had!!! I've dealt with buying, servicing, and collision repair and across the board I have to say they are the best. Bought my new silveraydo from Dalton Friend and from the start I was treated as a respected customer which in my experience of buying two new vehicles is not typical for a younger person walking in to test drive a 50k vehicle. I would buy another vehicle from Dalton in a heart beat. Overall amazing experience.

I drove a 60+ mile round trip because of an advertisement I recieved in mail. According to the ticket I won a 60" smart TV. When I got there I was told no it did not matter what the card said. I was given 2 gold dollars and a scratch off card. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I won't ever go back there.

We just moved to the area about two weeks ago, started having car trouble this weekend. I went to an O'Reilly's that told me the battery was bad, as well as the alternator and voltage regulator. Since it was more than just the battery, I opted to take the car to Fairground Chevrolet. I'm glad I did! I explained to Dave at the service department what I'd been told about the car and gave him a bit of history on the battery drain over the weekend. I left in a rental car, because their earliest appointment was 1pm tomorrow. I got a call from Dave this afternoon. They'd already fixed my car, they got it in early. It was not the alternator or voltage regulator as I'd been told, just a dead battery. They had changed the oil and air filter at my request, I was able to pick up my car before closing today, which meant I saved a fortune on 2 more days of paying for a rental. AND I have my car back, so I don't have to stress now about getting my child to school or doing the errands I needed to do tomorrow. You guys have gained a repeat customer! Thank you so much for taking care of us, it was very sincerely appreciated. We have a long trip planned this weekend and having my car fixed and serviced will do a great deal for my peace of mind!

I purchased my first new car here. They were very helpful but I didn't get what I thought I was getting. I purchased a brand new chevy cruze but my color wasn't ready yet so I got a red one to drive for a couple days u til mine arrived. When mine arrived it didn't have all the features the red one had, electric seats, fog lites and a few other things, but I didn't realize mine didn't have all those features until after I came home and my mom noticed the difference. So I was charged full price for a car lacking features of the one I really wanted. Other then that they treated me good and gave me great percentage.

Not a good one today. I got an attitude from a traveling car salesperson. I caught up with the General Manager and told him I needed to talk for 2 minutes. He looked at me and said "I am busy with a customer" and abruptly walked off. I waited for 15 more minutes and no effort on his part to contact me. I spoke with the front desk lady who was sick with what appeared to be flu symptoms. She said she would let him know about the complaint, that he was busy.... Hopefully in the future Mr.Wood will have 2 minutes to spare on a paying customer like me!

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! Our 2012 chevy cruze has been in and out of the shop since we bought it 80,000 miles not little issues 2 valve covers 2 turbos and now engine is bad they say (which was diagnosed soley because the tech said "dipstick wouldn't hardly come out of tube. EXTREMLY sludged up" direct quote. turbo was replaces 3000 miles previous to this and oil changed by fairground but now they won't warranty because they blame us saying we don't have oil change documentation which wasn't an issue less than a month ago all because we don't have the receipts for a DIY oil change.) So after 2 turbos 2 valve covers(had nothing to do with weather or not there is oil in the engine as far as why they broke) all of the sudden it is our fault faiground says and wont warranty it anymore because if GM investigates it and wont pay fairground then they will have to eat the cost of engine. uhhh yeah they should after selling junk! The warranty that is included in the price of the car not a manufactures gift that I'm paying for every month doesn't cover my car so I eat the cost. They were nice when I was buying car for a valentine gift (turned into a nightmare gift) then they got there money and since then they have called my wife a liar by saying nothing wrong with car when there was intermittent issue then had to bring car back. If you have to go 10, 50, or 100 miles to a different dealership it will be worth it if you ever have problems with a vehicle. My wife and I had to leave work early today and get trailer to pull car home from this joke of a dealership so we can take it to dealership not worried more about their wallet than customers! I hope people take this to heart this has been worst car expirence we could ever had made 10x worse by FAIRGROUND AUTO PLAZA ROLLA, MISSOURI!! Thank you for ruining gm vehicles for life done with fairground, Chevrolet, and GM all together. Guess as much as I'd hate to we'll buy a foreign car next time fairground litterally just sent some over seas because I'm tell all my family which if only 10 of them go tell 10 more each that will be millions out of GM pocket which they need every dime they can anyway. Hope I changed some people's mind saved you a lot of time and money. My new hobby in life will be this. thanks for ready

I wish to have the zero-star option. I will not hesitate to give them zero stars. Unfortunately, that I need to give them at least one star to show my case up on google reviews but keep in mind that this star I gave them they don’t even deserve. Simply I gave them my car nothing wrong with it. Just I wanted to change the two front tires. I picked my car with ABS light on + Traction Control light on. They refused to fix the vehicle. They were rude with and uncooperative at all.

My experience was a good one. Had my 04 Buick in and out of independent garages and after changing a cam and a crank sensor and still not fixed then having to get towed, I did what I should have done to start and went back to GM. Come to find out it was the ignition control module which was not fun to pay for but if fixed the problem and has stayed fixed.

Jerry Gneimi was one of the most knowledgeable and upright honest people I have ever had the pleasure of learning from and working for, and pages from his book of customer service will stick with me for the rest of my life. I actually used Fairgrounds collision center. My vehicle was rear-ended on 10/31, and Fairgrounds got right to work as soon as my insurance company gave the go-ahead. Fairgrounds Collision went above and beyond, providing me frequent updates on the progress of my truck repairs. The finished product is INCREDIBLE! My 2016 Silverado was within $1,000 of being a total loss, so you can imagine the labor and parts that had to go into it, and it came out like a brand new truck. They are FANTASTIC!

The car I bought was the first new car I have ever bought. Edward helped me and I think he did an amazing job, as did finance. Not once did I feel like I was being pestered, he took his time explaining the process and I enjoyed being able to test drive the vehicle on my own without having a salesperson talk the whole time about how amazing the car is. I don't have the best credit so I really appreciated how hard finance worked to make sure that I can purchase the car on my own without a co signer yet fit my budget. I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

On a recent trip to see family in rolla my cars transmission blew but not only did they offer great service and a really fair price for it all they took the time to go over my options in full detail to get the best price. I normally don't go to dealerships because they normally rip you off but these guys do great work. On my way back to Florida I called the dealership down south to see how much it would of been. (Had a lot of time on my hands since it was a long drive) they told me it would cost me 1500 more than what I paid at fairgrounds. I am thankful my car broke down there than in South Florida, thanks guys.

We regularly receive promotional materials in the mail from them. We usually wind up with the minimum prize of one dollar. This time though we left with a five dollar Walmart gift card. Not the 60" TV the peel off card said we had won, we overlooked the part about also having the matching confirmation number as well. Disappointed about not getting the TV but after responding to nearly a dozen or so of these promotional materials over the years it was nice to get more than just a dollar.

Beware of the service department they are a bunch of scammers they charged me 500 dollars to find my issue but after 5 hours they came up saying that my transmission was bad so I took it home then I realized that they didn't put my truck back together right and was missing parts now I'm stuck buying new parts to replace the ones that were lost and I found the issue it took me five minutes to find it and fix it. If you want to get ripped off and your car missing parts when they give it back to you come here. I know I will not be coming back to this scum of a place

Service was good, but the bad part was the tech must have cleaned out my car during the mutiple test drives over a couple days, I was missing all the $1 bills and quaters I had in the middle console and stole my diamond and silver ring that was in the middle console ($500) I called and told the woman who ran service department and told her what was missing, she said that has nevered happened and made it sounded like I just misplaced them. If you are going to take your car there make sure it is empty of anything valueable, I forgot to clean it out first and really paid the price! For the mechanic that stole my stuff, something bad will come to you I am for sure!!

Went there to pickup our 2012 Terrain which they kept for 2 weeks + to repair an Engine problem . Got the car back and could not leave because the A/C did not work, blowing hot air and power steering was hard to turn. So had to leave it again See how long it will take to figure out what is wrong with it now. Before they return the Auto to the owner they should check out all Systems before returning to the owner.

Horrible customer service. They schedule you for the wrong service, then tell you you have to come back another day. Then they tell you to drop off your vehicle the next day and you drive out there for them to tell you they can't do anything until Monday and to come back then. On a leased vehicle that get counted for every mile, that's ridiculous. No service was don't to my car and now I have to look elsewhere. Horrible horrible service. Don't ever come here unless you want to be scammed for them charging you for an oil change when you don't need one or ask for one.
