Dropped car off at 755a, I called twice to finally be told at 526p it was ready but they closer at 6p. My dad flew from Canton to pick me up in Madison to get my car. I was told that i would get a courtesy call when it was almost ready. If I would not have called I would NOT have gotten it back... Plus I was going home the next day!

Not satisfied with the price. In my case sales person proposed one price to me, but sales manager did not agree for the sales person proposed price, in turn Sales Manager increased the price. Which is unusual. Still I agreed for the increased price and I took the Car. I think sales team needs training on convincing the customer. @wilson_premier

I visit this location frequently for all of my maintenance issues and every encounter is nothing but a great customer service experience. Today I needed to have several things done, immediately Matt at the service desk took care of me and was prompt. I left my car with them and Tameka came to pick me up from work to get my vehicle. She was friendly and sparked my interest on purchasing a new Hyundai Elantra. Lorenzo or Andre normally work on my vehicle and they both are great technicians. Just wanted to thank Mr. Steve and everyone at Wilson Premier Hyundai. I took my car in to get a diagnostic done. While there, they found a recall on my Hyundai Sonata and went ahead and took care of it while I was there. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Also, refreshments and hot coffee were readily available. The best part: all the work for my car was all under warranty so it cost me nothing. Will ABSOLUTELY be using them again for anything and everything Hyundai!!

I have purchased two vehicles from this location and not once had an issue with anything. Matt goes above and beyond helping out customers. He is always the go to guy I refer people to if they need help! I travel quite a bit for a living and recently went in on my way out of town because my tire pressure dropped on one of my tires. Greg took care of me and checked out my tire. Everything seemed to be okay, but to be safe they wanted to wait and check it out. After checking it out they found the hole in the side wall of my tire. They had a new tire needed sent over and put on in less than two hours to get me safely on the road! I would recommend them anyday!

The staff at Wilson Premier is great. Although there are Hyundai dealers much closer to where I live, I always come to Jackson for any maintenance. I've tried other dealerships, and the service isn't comparable to what you'll get at Wilson Premier. It doesn't matter if I make an appointment or not, because they can always get me in and out in a hurry. The service staff has always taken great care of my car, and they keep me updated on the status of my car while I'm waiting. As long as I drive a Hyundai, this is the service department that I'll trust to keep it running.

I told the sales person I wanted either red or blue so they went and searched the database to find one for me. The dealership over in Alabama had a red and a blue Sonata but they refuse to work with us. Robert and Reneur did a national search for a car for me. They found a blue one that was in port and they had it delivered here for me. It took about two weeks to get the car here so they gave me a loner car to use until the car arrived. They went the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. I will recommend Hyundai in Ridgeland to all my friends and family. Thank you, from a very satisfied customer.

I was treated with respect when I got there. When I went make an offer on the vehicle after pointing out issues that needed to be fixed before I thought about buying I was treated with great disrespect and was told some bulcrap story so I left and said good luck selling it like it is. When I engaged the rear windshield washer it started leaking up under the steering column. The back up camera didn't work properly etc. I am not shopping here again and would not recommend them to anyone. Apparently they don't care about the quality of the vehicles they have in the lot.

As an out-of-town customer that was evacuated from a hurricane area I expected great customer service like I get at my Hyundai dealer in Florida. Unfortunately, Hyundai here in Jackson Mississippi was rude and the service department tried to take advantage of me. They tried to sell me tires when my tires were fine and also tried to tell me that they weren't going to be able to complete the service to Specs because of aftermarket wheels on the vehicle all in all very poor experience they kept the car nearly seven hours for a basic alignment, rotation and balance which almost made me late to leave back to my home. Not to mention, they could not follow basic instructions when it came to the rotation of my tires. All in all I will never return to Wilson Premier Hyundai again when I am in the area.

Hey I would like to advise any individual that’s looking for a car please do not go to this dealership for the record my name is Pearline Reynolds I purchased a car for this car lot a year ago I was not given a radiator top that cause my car to run hot after calling back they gave me a cap that was to big, that was the first time the second and third time I was tryna to just trade the car I had a year and no radiator cap me and my husband was helped by yuan the sales associate also Lauren the part owner of her dad car lot she tried to put me in a 2019 that would have eaten up the negative balance on my trade in after running back and forward to this dealer already they sold me a lemon but want to put me in something with a 500.00 dollar car note but remind you they already sold me a lemon from the beginning instead of them tryna make it right and keep a customer they try to put you in something higher but I had a trade in which they say lost value upon leaving the lot 2013 Elantra and was overcharged for the value of that and its they car that they don’t want to hold up for Breaching the contract of a car that was not complete, now customers people if you wanted get stuck and get involved with people or company like this be my guest but this car lot do not have instrest In they customers only they money and more money customer services and sales keep you coming back that they do not have!!!!!!

My family were stranded there during the storm of Irma. I went there to get my tires inflated properly as we could not leave until the situation was resolved. We came upon this incredible place that treated us like we were family. It was raining and me and my triplets and my puppy were upset on this rainy day. We did not know where to go. We gratefully found this place on our way out of town and Matt inflated my tires on my Jeep and everyone treated us like family. We were very stressed as we had a twelve hour drive home and were scared, but they were angels. They took care of the situation, which, while small, was comforting as they treated us with so much respect and consideration. We were consoled. It has been a week and two days that I have been driving my 2013 Mercedes Benz C300 that I purchased at Wilson Premier Hyundai. It is a wonderful car. I initially went to this dealership to purchase a Honda Accord I saw online but when I arrived I was told it had been sold on Saturday to a wholesaler. I really had my heart set on a Honda. Our salesman, Mr. Jerome Williams, is a very shrewd salesman. He wouldn't let us leave the lot. At first he said he would find me a Honda then that story changed to why get a car elsewhere when we have a perfectly good car right here. "If I can find a car on this lot with all the amenities you find important and within your price range, can I earn your business today?" I must say my Benz has all the amenities except the back up camera that I wanted and a multi disc CD exchanger. There are many things one must take into consideration when purchasing a vehicle. I think about insurance, overall price, vehicle registration and gas. My insurance was reasonable. Vehicle registration was way more than I am accustomed to paying, whopping $362 to put a tag on this Benz and it only uses premium fuel. I am not a Jones I'm a Johnson and I enjoy living within my means. It is what it is now. Thank you Mr. Williams for your help but my heart still wants a Honda Accord EX-L with all the amenties.

We are satisfied. We were Marquitia's first sale. Everything was handled over the phone, the sales manager (Roger?) stepped in to help her out as she was new, he went above and beyond for us and for her. We drove about 2 hours to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday and the Check Engine light was on. Despite that, the dealership worked hard to make it right. There were a few things that could've been handled better in terms of communication, however I recognize that this was an unusual circumstance and there were a lot of people involved which may have made it difficult. I'm ultimately happy with our purchase of our 2014 Ford Escape, as is my wife, and we would certainly consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

Best experience we've ever had buying a car! I've always hated the car buying process...for all the obvious reasons. We walked into Wilson Hyundai because we needed a car for my husband. I had looked at used inventory online and there were several cars at this dealership that we wanted to check out. Maria was our salesperson and she is awesome, very honest about the history of the cars, etc. Maria and her manager, Spencer, listened carefully to our financial situation and they suggested we look at leasing a new car instead. They were able to swap out my Quest for a brand new GORGEOUS '15 Santa FE and they REDUCED my payment by over $100! I had so many misconceptions about the leasing process....Thank you Spencer and Maria for taking the time to explain (I actually made them explain it many times haha!) how this would work out so much better for us and our budget. We appreciate everything more than you know! And also - they took such good care of us - the manager (Spencer) personally waxed both the cars! So this wasn’t a deal. More of a ploy to get me in the store. Then I asked for the $15 labor fee to be waived. He couldn’t do it..said it was by he had to pay his technician. Well if $15. Is more to you than customer service I will take my business elsewhere. I wont even mention the Nickle and dimming! I purchased a used car in December 2018 & it was totaled in the first week of May this year. I have been trying for 2 months to get my refunds from the GAP & Maintenance plan that we’re never used & keep getting the run around, even being told a check could not be cut at the dealership for 2 weeks due to an employee being on vacation! They kept trying to sell me another vehicle & use my money as a down payment but why would I buy again from somewhere that holds my money & blatantly lies about the status of a simple refund? We found a used vehicle we really wanted to purchase online through this dealership. We contacted the dealership to show we were very interested and wanted to make sure it was still available. They not only returned 1 email but 2 and we even spoke with them on the phone. My husband then took 1/2 a day off work and we proceeded to drive 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, only to find out it had been sold. Not sold to a person that day, but to a wholesale company days before!! Not only did we waste 8+ hours of our day, my husband missed 1/2 a days work! When we asked to speak with the manager about things, he wouldn't even come speak with us, only offered to fill our tank with gas for the inconvenience, which we declined! A tank of gas does not come close to making up for the horrible customer service that was represented. I will say the salesman was very nice and tried his best. But when you tell someone that is 4 hours away that you are going to get the car cleaned and have it pulled to the front waiting for you to arrive, the least you could do is call when you realize that a mistake has been made and the car is no longer there. We are still absolutely baffled at how you could treat potential customer that way!

I had a lot of work done and I said they can take their time, however, I did not expect them to take 48 days. Should have called me about replacing parts instead of try to fix them first. Of the 48 days, I had to call them all the time to get a status of the work. I only got 2 calls from them. I went thru 2 or 3 service manager changes. I currently only have 2 minor problems, emergency brake handle is not working properly and ash tray is hard to open & close. Unable to go in at this time due to transportation to and from them.
