Clint is the man running the show here and the guy is amazing. I could not be happier with my experience I had here. I was able to find a great deal and Clint was able to find me a truck that was even better than what I had even hoped for and for a price that I was able to afford! I really was just impressed with how Clint ran the place. He keeps a super clean area, offered us water every time we came in, and was one of the friendlest dealers I have ever come across. He never tried to sell me on anything I didn’t want, and took all my wants and needs into consideration instead of doing what the typical salesman would do and trying to upsell me on everything. Even after competing all the paper work I was surprised that he spent over 20 minutes showing me what every single button and feature in my new truck would do and then paired my phone to the Bluetooth, set the time on the clock, setup a new Sirius subscription, etc. I will definitely be pointing everyone his way!

Another Happy Customer! We just bought our 6th car in 15 years from them. Not only do they continually beat out the larger local dealers and online sales, but their customer service after the sale has always been top notch. The salesman (Clint) was great to work with. He was an extremely low pressure salesman and seemed more concerned about finding us the right car for my families needs as opposed to what he could make the most commission on. The owner (Marc) has always been extremely helpful after the sale to help us with some little things that came up or questions/recommendations needed on car related issues.

I just bought my new BMW 530i from these guys....they are AWESOME!! This is the absolute by far best experience I have EVER had in purchasing a car. Jeffrey and Marc took the time to find me the exact car I was looking for and when I got there my car was detailed and ready to go all I had to do was sign the papers. I love how they treat you like family and not just another person. Great customer service is hard to find these days and these guys by far give the BEST!! I purchased a car from here while my husband was working there. The car immediately had transmission problems. He never offered to have it fixed. I had to include that in my car loan. He then sent me to his vendor Midas who misdiagnosed it to be a clutch issue. It was not. I am now three months after this, and due to the terrible owners who cursed me and would not help me at Midas, my husband was let go and now the owner Marc is on a vendetta against him. Marc has friends in the Ridgeland police department who are sharing in harrasment and stalking even though they have both been advised to cease. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business here. He has zero ethics and I promise you will be disappointed.

Clint is very nice person and trying to help but he disappointed me. I had very small budget for a car and he said that he hasn't got a car, corresponding to my expectations, but his parents in law have a car that could be perfect for me and he guaranteed that the engine, the brakes and everything to the car is in very good condition. They were selling it for 2500 $, but for me it will be 2000$. I and my friends drove 1-2 hours to reach them and to buy it but when I saw the car and test drove it was terrible- you can't close the driver's door and you can't open the passenger door, also it was so dirty inside and insupportable. Some people would not buy the car even for 500$. I can't imagine that Clint would not know the real condition of the car and the real selling price of that car, because he said that he visits very often his parents in law.

I spoke with the salesman regarding the car I was interested in. He ran my credit, agreed upon my down payment, and told me what my monthly payments would be. Everything was great, and I told him I was headed to the dealership. I traveled 96 miles. Upon arrival, he told me that he had just sold the car before I got there. He didn’t call, text, or send a smoke signal to notify me before traveling an hour and a half. He explained that he was too busy to call me. I felt as if I didn’t matter. I’ve never seen business conducted like that. Ever. I used a personal day, traveled, and left empty handed.

After a terrible experience at a local dealership "just looking," my wife and I found ourselves at Ridgeland auto world. My wife was still very much on the fence about trading in her beloved 4Runner. She was very specific about what it would take for her to let go of it -- a black Lexus GX460 with tan interior, low mileage and a certain price. We pulled up in the lot and her dream car was right in front of us! Clint let us take it for a test drive and within the hour, we were taking it home! The car is great, the customer service was excellent and my wife is happy. Happy wife, happy life, RIGHT?!? Check this place out, you won't regret it... they treat you like family.
