would give negative stars if possible. 150 DAYS in the shop (for the 2011 sonata recall), when I get my car back the tires are extremely low with pressure, I still have a huge crack in my windshield (I asked for a new windshield) and I need an oil change HAHAHA. on top of all of this I received the absolute WORST customer service, this one women, I believe "Emily" is her name, was so extremely rude to me through this whole process. I was never comensated in any way whatsoever, had to go months with no car. worst experience I've even had with a company.

I will never do business with Pride Hyundai again!! I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima and it broke down the same day while I was on the highway. The staff explained that the car was not properly assessed by the service dept and apologized for the inconvenience. While the car was being serviced, I had to get a rental and was told by mgmt I would be reimbursed while the vehicle was being repaired. After the car was towed to Kia to be serviced, I was told that the owner of Pride Hyundai would only agree to pay for one day of rental. I am so disgusted with the entire process and would not refer ANYONE to do business with them.

Well I bought 2014 sonata new from pride the first problem we had was the brakes where sticking service department told my wife nothing wrong with it in her head is what they said. So with that being i carried car there finally 3rd trip there they fixed well we carry it there to be serviced they leave oil plug then one of times after they kept the socket for locks on the wheels they finally found it in one of the mechanics toolbox put it back in car then two weeks ago carried there to be serviced and rotate tires now I'm on the side of with a flat can't change it because guess what they forgot to put the socket for locks back in my car. So what I'm saying unless you want to have problems one after another go there but I'm not going back for NOTHING

Would have liked it if they would of fixed our steering clip under warranty because more then a year ago we started complaining about the problem. They said now we are over the mileage. So they said it would be 190.00$ to fix it so we did. They fixed the problem but when we got the car back the guy that worked on the car WAYNE said there were 3 other things that needed fixing, the front breaks, rear right control arm is bent, and we need 2 rear tires and 4 tire alignment.

It's good enough for an oil change. I don't know if I'll be going back. The dealership didn't really seem to be up to date. It was quite a bit dated. Also, the mechanics all go to lunch at the same times. Be sure your appointment is verified prior to just dropping in. The staff is friendly though.

Come here if you want them to mess with your car, take your money, and argue with you. They took it upon themselves to do things to my vehicle that were not discussed and then expected me to pay for it all. Never take your car to this place and I would also suggest never buying a Hyundai. It was like pulling teeth with these people to do anything. They did not call me when my car was towed to their place, it took me calling multiple times for them to finally start processing for them to fix my engine, they constantly did not do what they said they were going to do, they were extremely slow with everything, and also gave me my car back with damages that were not there prior to bringing my car in, that created more problems.They claim because they were working on that part of the car they are not responsible for the issues that happen with the other part of my car while it was on their property. The worst dealership I have every had to go to.

If I could give a - zero I would very bad automotive service took the car in to have it fixed it would die while driving they said it was the oil they took it upon themselves to do other work on it and didn't even tell me what they did until I got a bill for services I didn't ask for this is the fourth time of dealing with them in a year the woman that takes your information in the back (Emily) very rude and speaks in an unprofessional manner to us and charged us for warranty work that the car was still covered for Do not go to pride hyundai for anything the only way you will get good service is if you know someone that works there

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I just got my car back 4 days ago after almost 3 weeks. I took my 2015 hyundai sonata in to have my bumper repainted because of the paint peeling off plus to have a valve replaced on my air conditioner. They said it would take a couple of days which turned into 3 weeks. We called multiple times during those 3 weeks to see what was going on & every time I talked to them they were having to repaint this or replace something else but never called me to discuss any of this. I finally get my car back there are runs in the clear coat & bubbling on the paint. I would've noticed all this but the day I picked it up, it was pouring down rain. Now the under carriage guard is coming off because they did not bolt it back in properly. We called them & said they have to see it to order the correct one but with this rude snobby ass tone. Like I said do not do business here.
