I have recently purchase two cars from Paul Moak a Subaru Outback and a Subaru Ascent. Ashley Herrin & Brad Clark are both amazing at what they do. The Ascent is an great ride hands down the best SUV I have driven. Rides and handles great, time I left and arrived home last night two people walked up to me ask if they can look at the SUV. Both husband and wife are considering trading their Honda Pilot in. The Ascent is a very nice upgrade Volvo quality at lower price.

I recently bought an Outback and everyone at Paul Moak made this a very easy and pleasant experience. The dealership is very clean, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly and the Outback is everything I have been looking for in a vehicle. I will recommend Paul Moak Subaru to anyone looking for a new vehicle! We even drove 3 hours and it was very worth it!

I have been to this dealer several times for my 2008 Tribeca for service, maintenance, installation, etc. This is an extremely unreliable dealer on several occasions. For example, I had to take several days off of work to pick up my vehicle when it was not ready due to "some parts not showing up"; they did not call or try to contact me in any way. They let me drive from Hattiesburg to Jackson for them to tell me to go back home without my vehicle, twice. This was a planned service visit for a recall on the puddle lights. They additionally informed me that my axles needed to be replaced for the grand sum of nearly $2000. I immediately took the vehicle to a local shop that I trust which told me that the axles did not need to be replaced and if they did, it would run about $600 with real Subaru parts. Needless to say, now that I am out of warranty, I will never go back to Paul Moak Subaru for anything. If I need a dealer's service, I will try the Mobile Subaru. Please save yourself significant time and money and AVOID this dealership.

On July 21, 2015, I took delivery of a new 2015 Subaru Outback. This is my second Subaru from Paul Moak Subaru. I had claimed it before it had even been delivered. Sales Consultant Greg Scales, and General Sales Manager Jerry Warfield, led me through the purchase process. It was efficiently done, with an easy going manner from Greg and Jerry. I feel I got a good 'deal' on a very popular vehicle. I think Paul Moak Subaru is an excellent place to buy a new car! And I also want to say a word about Service. My Service Consultant has been Brian Baskin. He has been most helpful in answering any question I might have on the mechanicals of my 2013 Outback. I trust the Service Department to do good work on my Subaru. So far, by the way, the only service I've had is the no-extra-charge 2 year maintenance that I got. :)

I DO NOT recommend you go to Paul Moak Subaru for service on your vehicle, instead, make the extra drive to Montgomery Subaru. Now, let me explain why. I can only speak regarding the service department, not sales. My experience can be described as complete and utter incompetency. I called to get an estimate for a clutch replacement and they said they wanted to take a look at my car before they could give me an estimate. Not a big deal except that I live in Starkville, MS, but I found a way to make it work. So I left my car with them for 1 day, then 2 days, then 3, and finally at the end of the workday on day 4 they finally came back with a quote of $1799. Okay, I had called around to six other Subaru dealers in the meantime and they quoted at $1270 (Asheville, NC), $1565 (Cary, NC), $1375 (Greenville, NC), $1800 (Atlanta, GA), $1800 (Birmingham, AL), and $1650 (Montgomery, AL), so the quote was in the ballpark. The difference though is I got all of these quotes in a 30 minute period (for all six!), NOT 4 DAYS! To prevent writing a book, I will cut to the chase. I gave up on Paul Moak Subaru, crossed my fingers that my clutch kept working as it squealed its way back to Starkville, and got back in touch with Montgomery Subaru. Montgomery Subaru ordered all the parts for the clutch replacement while I was on the phone, they went ahead and reserved me a loaner car for when I came, and they scheduled me in when (1) it worked best for my schedule and (2) it would assure the parts would be in. They also assured me it would take a maximum of 1.5 days, so I was okay staying in a hotel for one night. In the end, Montgomery Subaru fixed my car for under the quoted amount (it came to $1492), they washed my car until it shined like the Sun, and they did all of this in, wait for it, 6 hours. So I wound up not needing a hotel, I saved at least $307, and my car is brilliant again! My recommendation, if your vehicle needs service drive the extra distance to Montgomery Subaru, it will be worth it.

The best car buying experience I have ever had my sales associate was Lynn Hancock you can give her a 100 + she was so nice, I have never felt so comfortable when buying a car she was on top of her sale she never ignored me it was like we had known each other forever and we had never met till that day, They did not have the color I wanted in the 2016 Subaru Forester so Lynn and the sales manager Jerry Warfield called other Subaru dealers til they found it for me. That was on Monday they had to travel out of town to get it Lynn called me and kept me up to date on everything.On Wednesday I got my Beautiful Subaru. Lynn called me and I went to get it we finished everything up she gave me a bag of Subaru gifts I felt like it was Christmas, then we went out and got in vehicle and Lynn was so kind she showed me everything about it then she walk me thru service dept introduce me showed me the lounge and coffee area if I needed to use the service dept. Everything and I mean everything was above and beyond what you expect from a car dealership it was personal I felt I was the only person there and I had all the attention they even called me back to see if I was happy with my Subaru so this is the place to go for your next vehicle and please what ever you do see Lynn Hancock and Jerry Warfield .Two of the best people you ever want to meet. It was a100% Excellent buying experience !!!
