Zach in the vehicle service dept gave me excellent customer service, his customer service is always superb! I had an oil change done on my 2012 Nissan Altima. The time frame was wonderful, it only took one hour. The customer service team is always professional and courteous. I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else

I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a car lot. The salesman Kris Swartzendruber was awesome. He seemed to care more about what I actually wanted instead of what he wanted to sell. From the time I showed up at the lot until I drove off may have taken an hour. I have walked on to a lot and paid cash for a car knowing exactly what I wanted and spent 4 and a half hours before. From the salesman, to the sales manager, to the finance manager. All were excellent. I highly recommend pat peck Nissan to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

We're from Texas....traveling on the way to Florida...when the Oil/Tire Maintenance light came on...several times..I didn't realize the SUV was due for maintenance before we left Texas.... We planned to stay in Gulfport and noticed the Nissan Service right across the street....we dropped in right before closing...and asked if we could get serviced on our way out of town....of course, they said...we showed up at 7:25 am and Chris took excellent care of us from that point...what a wonderful feeling to be in great hands of Chris and the service department. This Review if for Kevin Payton of Pat-Peck Nissan Gulfport My wife and I were introduced to Kevin Payton, the sales rep that my parents had dealt with and I was greeted as if I were family. Mr. Payton went above and beyond to make sure wife and I had the best of the best as well as answering any and all questions to the best of his ability. He was extremely informative about the vehicle my wife selected. I recommend seeing him if you are a first time buyer or have never dealt with Nissan before. I came in not knowing anything and left with a vehicle and a friend.

As soon as we arrived, our salesman (Kendall) greeted us and started to show us around! I am a very picky person, and he was very patient with me and answered every question professionally and as knowledge, as he could. Being a first-time buyer, I was afraid I wasn’t going to get approved. Between Mr. Kendall and Mr. Jerel (finance director), I drove away in a 2019 Nissan Altima. Accidentally posted to wrong place. We purchased our vehicle from Pat Peck Clearance Center, which I had to give 3 stars for their bait and switch tactic. We completed the finance paperwork and sales agreement etc here. Everyone was nice and accommodating. They had free pizza and coffee, which was great.

I brought my Infiniti M56 to be serviced a couple of months ago for what I was sure was timing chains. I was told it wasn't Timing chains and that it was a sensor so I paid the $650 for the sensor to be replaced. I was told the car would be ready on a certain day but wasn’t done till a day and a half after that. Now after this sensor has been replaced I was under the impression they fixed my problem... that is far from the truth I now have a $17000 car that barely runs and if it does run the SAME CODES as when I brought it to Be serviced have to be cleared before it’ll move. I was sent an email asking me to rate my service of my Infiniti M35 which is not what I drive. So now currently trying to save up money to repair what I thought was taken care of. So overall very disappointed in my experience.

Heather was very nice and helpful when I brought my Frontier in fo an oil change. She sweetie really care about the service performed on my truck. Darnel signed me up for a 6 year extended warranty. He was informative and not high pressure like the finance personnel at other dealerships. This is my 5th Frontier and I have been happy with them all.

Let me tell you in the past 2 mo ths we have had to have our camper serviced and my husband's dodge serviced just maintenance and the service departments in both places were horrible and that's horrible with big H! Even when I showed up there Zack came straight up to me and assisted and was fabulous. He gave outstanding service and was a pleasure to deal with.

Although we didn't purchase here, I've gotten my Murano serviced here every time I've needed an oil change. It is the most pleasant place to wait with my little ones with a kid friendly lounge. Everyone is always very freindly and helpful.
I started using Pat Peck to service my Nissan Quest after moving to Biloxi last year from out of state. In the 50 years I have owned vehicles, I have rarely found a dealer service department so responsive, competent, and intent on recommending to me services I actually need. Their pricing is excellent (especially with their regular specials).
If I could give no stars I would but sadly that’s not a option. The worst experience buying a car ever. I got a silver Sentra, went back the following day to see if I could change the color. The finance lady was rude and threatened to call police on us just because we were asking about a different color. Would not recommend anyone buy a car here.

We were traveling through the coast when I needed an oil change to meet warranty qualifications. We went to Peck Nissan and were very pleased with the dealership. Our service representative, Zack was not only professional, but friendly and fun to work with! The oil change, recall issue and other work we requested were completed quickly. We even had a nice place to park our Coleman camper while the work was being done. If we lived in the area, we would definitely return to Peck Nissan.

I don't know what is happening at Pat Peck, but they need to get a handle on it! When I came in April for an oil change, I left to go out of state. When I got there, my oil plug was loose and leaking oil. Not good for a lady traveling alone! This oil change visit I made appointment on line. When I got to service department, was told it was a 2 hour wait. What is the use of making an appointment then??? It was exactly 2 hours later I got in my car and a low tire pressure light was on! Wasn't I just told everything was okay?? I could tell the managers were embarrassed, as they should have been. But that's it for me - I'll be headed to the other Nissan dealership next time.

She addressed all my concerns, and answered all my questions (there were a lot, new car, and everything), she never made me feel dumb, or incompetent, and it was even her day off, she just came by to pick up something, but saw us there, and went the extra mile, I would definitely recommend Pat Peck's service dept!!

I am a regular pat peck/nissan customer. But my last interaction with the sales department was not the greatest. I felt pressured at some moments(seeing as how I spoke to about 5 or 6 different people.) I purchased a new vehicle and was rushed through the inspection process because they were closing(I noticed not 24hrs later there was a scratch on the body) I returned to see if they could solve the issue and was given the answer that I needed to buy paint for the vehicle myself. (I Took that loss) Also after purchasing the vehicle I did not recieve any follow up communication from the email I sent the sales person about my intital test drive incentive. Communication has been an issue since purchasing the vehicle. I've had to take the vehicle back to be serviced and if I didnt call I would not have known that they would need to hold the car longer. I do although appreciate the car rental program that comes with the warranty and usual customer service I recieve from the service department.

Up until 6 to 8 months ago I would have stated, with no reservations, that the Pat Peck service department was one of the best places on the coast to get your serviced. And I did state that to several people. Now, it has become, much less than that. The people up front are still as nice and friendly as always. They listen and they keep me informed of the progress. I never speak with the people who actually perform the work on the car but they seem to be doing a good job. I have had no complaints regarding them. However, 3 and a half hours for a simple oil change is ridiculous. Now, I can understand if I pull up with no appointment and expect to jump in line. But, the last 3 times, with an appointment each time, I have had to endure at least a 2 to 3 hour wait. For an oil change! What use is an appointment? I was told the reason for the delay was that Nissan had overbooked. We raise hell when the airlines do it to us. Well, I am in search of an alternate venue for simple oil changes. Since your specialty is Nissans I will be forced to deal with the long overbooked waits for more involved service. You asked for my opinion, well here it is... scheduled appointments should be honored first. And this is not just my opinion. Most of the 22 people in the waiting area, when I was there, agreed. I kind of stirred the bees nest a little. It passed the time for the 3 hours I was there. It was entertaining! I doubt I'll see this response on the website. Have a good day.

My service started off pretty good, but when I started to pay; it all went down hill. I asked if I can get a veterans discount, and she gave a sigh and looked at me and said “I already printed it all out,” which made me feel really uncomfortable for even asking. I then realized my mud guard wasn’t installed so ,mike, the technician did his best to assist me. Unfortunately, THEY ordered the wrong one and Mike was trying to get the correct one ordered. Again, Kathy made is extremely uncomfortable for me to stand there waiting for things to get straightened out. I shouldn’t have to feel like I was bothering her or a hassle to her. Again, thank you Mike for giving me an amazing customer service unlike Kathy did.
I walked in knowing what I wanted to do. However, they had to "find" a salesman for me. Then, the salesman seemed super annoyed by my request to test drive a certain vehicle. They also did not have the specific vehicle I came in for even though it was on their website as "available" (which apparently means they have to find it at another dealership). During the 1st test drive the guy barely spoke and never wore his seat belt; He eventually started talking and said he would do research to find the specific vehicle I was looking for, but it's been over a week and I havent heard anything from him. Bought a Subaru yesterday.

I was not pleased with the service I got on Friday July 5 I Called At Like 9:30 that morning and spoke with zach and I told him I would be there when I got off I got off at 4:30 and arrived at 5:00 upon arriving I told the lady who came to the car what i wanted did an oil change and a tire i had brought with me that i wanted it installed so when i pulled in all they could say u couldnt get here a little earlier so the changed my oil and when the put my tire on that I brought with me the put a whole in it with the tire machine and didnt tell me nothing just put it on so I left there me and my daughter and the tire was going down so I called bk to speak with Zach but they say everybody out there have already left me and my daughter could have lost our life out there on that Interstate from poor service on my car and I'm coming to talk to the manager first thing Monday morning

This is the 3rd car I have bought from you guys. It started as an oil change and turned into a brand new car. I must say..... I love my new baby. Only problem I have is the fact that I just bought tires and brakes for my old car and I traded it in for a new one. I tried to get a credit since I do all maintenance work in the service area but I did not receive any. Next time I'll wait until I need brakes and tires then trade it in.

Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport was a fantastic experience. After going through an exhausting time looking for a car at Carmax and other dealerships, it was refreshing to work with Max Sutton. We drove several cars and he was patient and accommodating to me, being a first time buyer. As a fluke, we found a Nissan Rogue trade in that was very trashed due to its previous owner in the inside and required a lot of work. Max and I negotiated an excellent price and within the week, Nissan's stellar detailing and mechanic team refurbished the car to a beautiful, like new condition. He called me on Tuesday morning to inform me the work was finished and had no one to drive my other vehicle back after buying the Rogue. Max kindly drove down from Mississipi to New Orleans and gave me a ride to the dealership. The car has been running great and did very well in the storm on my first drive back. Thank you all so much for your excellent customer service!

We were looking for a certain type of truck and at a certain price point. It took several weeks but Kristina never gave up even though we had a few set backs. It was a pleasurable purchasing experience. Kristina found the vehicle we were looking for and Josh negotiated fairly and honestly. All car dealers should learn from Pat Peck that honesty and service will get you lifelong customers. Believe it when I said I met several over the past month that did not meet those requirements.
I t was time to get an oil and filter change along with a tire rotation, and wash. My daughter waited in their waiting room for about 55 minutes.The woman who scheduled her service brought her some papers and said you are done Mrs. Hill. Because the car was washed along with the 50000 service, Yasue was appreciate that she didn’t have to wait a long time. My daughter took my car in for service. Thanks folks for making her day.

Zach was very courteous and efficient getting the job done. They also provided a shuttle service to take me back to work while the work was being done. Overall a great experience.

Service Manager Chris Pagano and Service Assistant Arthur went above and beyond their duty to assist us getting my daughter's car repaired. Pat Peck's Service Department is Second to None! Chris and Art were patient and contacted another mechanic shop multiple times to get documentation to correct mistakes made by that other company. Once Pat Peck Service successfully obtained documentation from the other mechanic shop, the repairs made were under a warranty and our vehicle was ready in less than 24 hours. Pat Peck Service also worked to help get the other business to reimburse me and pay for damages they caused that were not included in the warranty. The entire time they worked on getting everything they needed, they did not complain or tell us about the struggle they experienced. We really appreciate Pat Peck Service Dept's skill and professionalism! They were very sensitive to not make our experience more stressful and went above their call of duty to help our situation. Everyone we worked with in Pat Peck Nissan's Service Dept. have been outstanding! We highly recommend Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport, MS!

It would be nice if the service team left better notes in the system. So that when a client needs to come back for a repair or service they can have the issue taken care of, rather than being made to feel as if they wasted their time. Also making sure to have better communication with clients so that they aren’t waiting all day for their vehicle or update statuses.
We called in advance to let you know that we had low tire pressure and needed an oil change. We brought the car in at 8:40. By around 10:30 nobody had informed us of the status of our vehicle. When we said that we had a lunch appointment we were not offered a service vehicle. The tire was inflated and we had to come back. At about 4:00 we still had not been told when our vehicle would be serviced. If we had been told that we needed to leave our vehicle for a whole day just to get a flat tire fixed and the oil changed we could have made other arrangements. We could have driven to Mobile, had the work done and been back by lunch.

2 hours and 20minutes for oil change??!!! I cant waste my day off at this dealership !! I told them to check on tired they didn't fix it! They dont even change the sticker for the oil change! Service sucks. I was thinking to buy a car here but nevermind i would go to toyota instead !!!

I took my car into Pat Peck because it had started shaking. I took it in to get checked out, and it was fast and much more cost efficient than I expected. If you’re in the Gulfport area with a Nissan, you know where to go now. Great people, great service, 10/10.

Our sales guy Garrick Walker at Gulfport went up and beyond for us. He answered our questions and there were alot of questions asked and if there was something he didn't know he went to the correct person and got us an answer. Our car was totaled and we were dealing with GAP insurance for the first time and Garrick really helped us. Darnell Creal was also the best.
NOTHING like i expected, in a good way! Super nice and only took thirty minutes to do an oil change, rotates tires, and check many more aspects to my old car! Will be coming back.

My Service Advisor Kathy made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner, offered a drop off and pickup if I wanted to go elsewhere if I didn’t want to wait! I had scheduled a oil change and alignment got there about 11:00am. No one came and told me anything about my car until 1:00pm.And to then tell me that my tires are bad did I still won’t to do the alignment.. Well no because i was already sitting there a long time. Didn’t end up leaving until 1:30pm with just the oil change. I never had this problem until now.
