The sales group are friendly and helpfull and will work out a good deal ,but their service (once you buy the car or truck )is another story , get ready for long waits as in weeks , the wrong parts get ordered , delivery's are delayed and its because they are selling more cars then they can promptly service , I have been a long time customer of another deaker and was used to prompt service once I bought , this experience is different ,and I probably won’t buy from this dealer again but both the sales and service people are very nice and friendly ,the service people are just busy

They last guy you talk to when buying a car can be a bit of an impatient jerk. He gets mad when you ask questions for clarity because clearly he tries to bamboozle you and doesn't like when you do your own figures and realize he lied! But overall im pleased with my car purchase and the deals we were able to close on. If he fixes his "tude" then it would be a 5 star rating. Service department gets an 5 star and their waiting room is pleasant.
