You can even get approved online or over the phone so all you have to do is come in take a look at the car you're purchasing and sign then you're out the door! Not to mention the service department is just as quick and easy. They come with a shuttle service so you can get to work in the Miss-Lou after dropping off your car. They'll even come pick you up when it's ready! Natchez Ford really takes the fear of coming to a dealership out of the equation.

Isn't good place to buy a used vehicle especially with Mississippi Auto Direct either. If you don't use resources such as their's having a mechanic shop provided though their way to comply with certain multi point inspections will prove their unethical and unfit for business. For example getting paid to invest in vehicles whereas their resources are not used wisely. They try to sell new vehicle's more than I would encourage people if they were in such a struggle as mine. On the other hand if I could for myself instead yes I would take advice learned from experiences and provide such an way on bypassing their business in "lovely Natchez, Ms and not let them ruin everything. They should of been a rental car place offering rentals and better resources dealing with the government power. Great dealership to throw money away for if you don't d.i.y. its better not to trade hard earned money to buy vehicles here if you're not rich looking to throw money away to help poor come along.

Chad Boyette, my salesman, was friendly, personable and not pushy. We got a great deal on the vehicle we purchased as well as a fair trade value for our "old" vehicle. I did most of the negotiating over the phone and by text and drove from Monroe, LA. It was well worth the drive. They never tried to bait and switch and everyone we dealt with were ginuine and friendly. If you hate the car purchasing process as much as I do, this is a breath of fresh air.

When to the dealership to look at an used SUV they had advertised not wreaked, great paint and no leaks. The blue paint had waves looked more like it was painted and drove before it was dry. Oh yes it had been wreaked the hood and fenders were out of line for one. No leaks, it is to laugh and the bad think the salesman would not admit that the car had these problem and would not come down on the price. I will not go back.

This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. I live about 200 miles from Natchez. I looked online at their inventory and picked out a truck. All dealings and upgrades to the truck were done over the phone and via text message. After we came to a price that was agreed upon, they even offered to deliver the truck to me free of charge. I ordered a Retrax bed cover, new floor mats, window tint, and better than stock tires. All this was done when I picked up the truck and the cost was built into the price of the truck. Super simple and easy. I got there, signed the papers, and was back on the road in 20-30 minutes! Coulda been less but I asked for a demonstration of the truck components. I highly recommend Natchez Ford.

I spoke with Chris over the phone about an appraisal on a trade. He gave us a number we were OK with so we headed over. We were talking with another salesman about the vehicle we were looking to buy while they inspected and drove our vehicle. To my surprise, I look out in the parking lot to find them showing our vehicle to prospective buyers on the lot! There were actual strangers in our car before we had made any sort of deal or signed anything. It was beyond unprofessional and I just felt really violated. Overall the manager offered us a really great number on our trade and we left with a nice new vehicle, but it was not the best experience I've ever had.

Merrick Sanders, sales rep, was professional throughout the purchase process of a used 2012 Honda Pilot. Ravyn in the parts department was extremely helpful in replacing a missing sun visor. I would give both of them a 5 star rating. However, my dealings with the sales manager were less than satisfying. There was confusion when negotiating a sales price . The sales mgr quoted one price and then bumped the price higher a few minutes later and failed to explain why. The rear window was nonoperable and the sales mgr said he would have it repaired at the dealership’s cost. He said that repair would cost him $1500. I had the same repair done on my 06 pilot for less than $500 a few months earlier in Jackson. It took over a week to make the repair. The sales mgr’s actions almost drove me away from the purchase.
