Bought a car from here in March. I hadn't had the car even a month and it wouldn't start up on me one morning as I was leaving for work. When I bought the car, I sold my previous car because I thought I was buying a reliable car. My previous car didn't give me not one problem. I'm from Greenville and I've taken the car to my local shop because the expenses to tow it back to Jackson would be too much. Here we are in May and I still haven't had my car since I took it to the shop for almost three or four weeks now. I am a nurse and I need my car to get to work.I have had to pay people to get me to and from work only because they didn't allow me to get a rental but for three days while the car is in the shop, which I didn't get because they wanted me to pay for it out of my own pocket first, in order to compensate me. I have made it to work late to the point that I've almost been written up related to this issue. Today is May 10 and still no words from Mac HAic regarding the car. My thoughts are they shouldn't have sold the car to anyone if it wasn't ready to be sold in the first place. Also, the sales person that sold me the car told me that he would call me about tires for the car and I still haven't gotten that call yet. Make sure anything they tell you, you get in writing. This was my first time buying a car and I've learned a lot from this experience.

It's a shame "0" stars isn't an option. Their customer service was less than acceptable and they charged me for a synthetic oil change however put non synthetic in my car. I went to Rainbow Dodge in Mccomb during a day trip for an oil change. Great price and customer service. Super fast as well. I will be making day trips to Mccomb from now on considering Mac Haik has taken over the Dodge industry in the Jackson Metro are. Such a shame.

We contacted the dealership and the manager Barkley was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to make it right.

Took a car in to have a water pump & timing belt replaced on a Jeep Liberty & a couple of other hoses & belts. They quoted me almost 4K. 1500 in parts & 2500 in labor. Also refused to give any breakdown of the 20 hour labor estimate and claimed not to have book time which is absurd. They are a jeep dealer I hear! How does one not have book times on a vehicle produced by jeep when you are a dealer? Erica Morgan was nice but understandably handcuffed when I told her their prices are not remotely competitive. I shopped around (Forest, Ms) jeep dealer and was quoted 1.9k for the exact same parts and labor. Perhaps Mac Haik has wholly incompetent estimators but I won't ever pay 2x for a repair that can be done at another jeep dealer. Mr. Haik, absolutely despicable way to run a business. Additionally, the car wouldn't run when I was given it back after telling them that their prices weren't competitive. I intentionally parked in the middle of the service lane to incentivize them to get my vehicle out of their way. It took an hour and a half but eventually the team of mechanics, who were significantly more helpful than the "service team," helped push the vehicle on a trailer & I left. It wouldn't run because the timing belt, which apparently is synchronized by the water pump or vise versa, had jumped and the engine wouldn't fire. Their mechanics seemed competent and extremely nice but buyer beware: if it's not warranty work, shop elsewhere or ole Mac will take you to the bank! And FYI: the cashier verbatim, "Yeah, since we changed ownership, the service prices have gone up significantly."

On 12/21/2017, my brand new vehicle had a factory defect that when you turn the signal the windshield wipers turned on. Then on 03/08/2018 my 3 month old 2018 Ram caught on fire on my way home...On 03/08/2018 I notified the dealership and Tammy at MacHaik Madison told me to have it towed to MacHaik Madison. Tammy also said that MacHaik Madison would contact Chrysler on it, three days later I called FCR (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) to get an update and Chrysler informed me they have not been contacted be MacHaik. I proceeded to file a warranty claim through FCR, and FCR would not repair the vehicle or replace vehicle. Then my insurance company(USAA) became involved, hired a fire inspector, the inspector proved cause of fire to be a faulty ignition box. USAA totaled the vehicle, and now MacHaik Madison is refusing to release the vehicle(salvage) because USAA wont pay the rediculas fees MacHaik Madison is charging for storage, teardown, and a rental they furnished (bill to machaik stated on bill). For a new dealership trying to make a name this is just sad. Wish I could give 0 stars Photos are from the vehicle fire BUYER BEWARE Do not do buisness with these people or FCR FCR has put a (fire exclusion) in thier warranty and will not stand behind ANY vehicles they sell, my friends brand new jeep rubicon caught fire also....same story with his...RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM FCR AND MACHAIK MADISON...10X better service at Machaik Floowood To the day of this post I’m still fighting this

Purchased a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in May 2016. Traded in a paid for Nissan Quest Van. I realize the value was not very much on it but we were not upside down when we went into the dealership. We came over last weekend(11/11/17) and had a great sales lady who tried to help us. However, after speaking with a sales manager we found out that we were about $4,000 upside down on the Jeep. We were told it was because of the hit the used car market took about 6 months ago. Just thought they would work with us better since we traded in a paid for vehicle and should not have been upside down unless we got a bad deal on the Jeep. Also the wood grain molding on the passenger door is coming off which if you look on records we tried to have fixed right after we purchased it. We were helped by Paulette in the back and she was awesome! The leather on the dash is also trying to roll up. I am very sorry but we will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. We only wanted to be treated fairly and we just don't feel like we were. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and everyone we came across is very kind!

Was not made a priority by this dealership at all. I set up an appointment with a salesman, drove three hours to look at a vehicle, and showed up on time to him not being available. I was then handed over to a rookie salesman. I test drove a jeep and showed major interest in it and told them I wanted it. We went through all of the beginning stages of the paper work. I even signed something that stated about what I would have to pay each month. After doing that they handed me the keys to the vehicle and told me I could move my belongings into the vehicle. I then preceded to wait for 3 hours while they worked on the finances. Eventually, I was then told that they would have to go up about $200 more than what they initially told me because my credit score was great but I hadn't bought much before. (didn't negotiate or anything, nor ask if I had a cosigner). Needles to say the vehicle was used and I would have been financing it for $20,000 more than it was worth if I paid their new payment for 72 months. I left immediately upset. I handed them the keys back and took my belongings out of the vehicle. I was let down tremendously by the whole days experience with them

Bought used car on Nov. 23 2018. On February 22, 2019 the head gaskets blow in the car on the way to Memphis. The Wynn warranty would only cover the blown heads but it was a nuclear melt down and had to have a new engine. The dealership would not stand behind the product sold and the extended warranty would not cover the damage done. I had to file bankruptcy cause I could not make payments on the car and pay to have it fixed as well a total of @$4000.00. I had the car only 89 days and less than 5000 miles on it. I definitely will not buy from this company again and say to all others buyer beware this company does not stand behind their products.

Mac who? Terrible dealership, I bought a 2015 avenger from them and they handed me a single generic key. Uhm, hello. This car comes with Two branded keys and Two remotes with remote start. Dealership refused to provide a set. Long story short I picked up my settlement check from the attorney last Friday =) thanks Mac(who) of Jackson! You guys bought me a brand new F450 Lariat!

I bought myself a beautiful red charger from Mac Haik and I absolutely love it! The team at Mac Haik are definitely people you would love to meet. The facility is nicely set up and very clean. I also love that they have snack machines at your conveniece. I've had minor damages to my vehicle from time to time and always take my car down to Mac Haik and ask for Salesman Henry Collier because I know he's going to take care of me. I recommend anyone I come in contact with who needs a vehicle to try Mac Haik and ask for Henry Collier because he will get you in the car that you want for a price that you can afford! After speaking with two different people in sales over a coarse of 1 month and getting the run around. One salesman failed to call me back with information I requested on the vehicle then after I don’t drive an hour and a half to make our appointment he never called to follow up. I finally get a sales person to call me. After speaking to her briefly the sales manager calls me and gives me a BS line of how much $$ they are losing on the price he gave me on a new car that had been sitting on their lot for a year. If you want poor service lazy sales personnel and to be BS’d the entire time go here. More than confidently I can say these 5 star ratings they have are from family members and employees. Poo car dealership. They have poor customer service. The salesman was pushy (which is to be expected at mostly all car dealerships). My husband purchased a vehicle from there as a gift to me and as part of the negotiation deal they stated they would fill up the gas tank and they did not. The sales person that sold him the car handed him the keys and basically disappeared before he could ask her why the car wasn't filled. When we called the car dealership they acted like they knew nothing about it and and said "sorry there's nothing that I can do about that." It's disappointing and absolutely frustrating because first of all - if that person didn't know "anything about that" - go find somebody that does know. Surely had that been a call to inquire about purchasing a vehicle - I bet you'd go find somebody that does know something about that. I just feel the customer service lacks longevity after the deal is made and the papers are signed. Here's a tip: want customers to return? how about building client relationships therefore increasing chances of customer satisfaction to return to purchase other vehicles in the future rather than worrying about building up your pockets for that one sale. Someone needs to form a committee for performance improvement within the company and evaluate their employees strengths and weakness on sales tactics because not being a man/woman of their word shows lack of integrity.

I stopped in late one Saturday evening, wasnt expecting to have any luck but i walked out after closing hours with paperwork all done on a '17 Ram. Everyone there was happy to help and not just because the money they were making off a sale but just genuine good people. Any and every question was answered, no problem. Had to return the following Monday to pickup my truck it needed servicing and all, and still same experience everyone from sales floor to service to the detail crew all very respectful. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! I do not Encourage anyone to do business at Mac Haik.. traded two cars in and got a truck and Jeep. Wasn’t happy with the Jeep only had it for a few days and I wanted to see if I could get put in something new the manager Keith kept saying it’s a done deal with the bank, so I called the bank to see if there was anything possible we could do to get me in something else witch I didn’t mind going up in payment or whatever the case may be, even offered to pay for the miles I had put on it. The bank said they would stop it all I had to do was get Keith to agree and put me in something else so when I called up there and told him he got so mad and told me to bring his Jeep back and come pick up “ my little car”. Very disrespectful and I was nice about the whole situation till I went in there. YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WAY!!! I don’t care if I’m young and your older, you just don’t treat someone that way. He was also ugly with my fiancé, his truck has a oil leak witch they clearly knew about and now we have to spend 1,000 to get the rear main seal replaced. The finance manager Sam is just as bad! He screwed our paper work up very cocky and said some things you do not say to customers, very rude!! The only good thing I can say about this Hell hole if you do decide to get a vehicle from here, Alex Williams sales man is such a sweetheart and will be so kind to you, he was amazing to us! When I went in Mac Haik to get my car he had no clue this was going on. But I don’t encourage anyone to go to Mac haik!!!

She was able to talk to her Customer Service Manager and one of the Regional Managers to get it replaced at no cost to us. TLDR: very slow service, uncommitted advisor, did not top off fluids (for a $90 oil change!), did not check/regulate tire pressure after rotation, attach wrong 'reminder sticker' to windshield. Long version: Pulled into the Express Lane yesterday morning around 8:50am for a basic oil change/tire rotation on our Wrangler. Was a bit unsure of where to park, so looked around for some direction, only to see an employee gazing through a set of glass doors at me. I awkwardly walked around a bit, then a service tech directed me to go talk to the gazing behind glass doors gentleman. It was a little strange not to be greeted by what I soon found out was the service advisor, but ok. He got me checked in, and I later found out he also signed me up for a SiriusXm trial - which automatically bills you if you don't cancel according to the email we were sent based on him signing us up during our check in process (DUDE, WTF). Checked in and having out in the waiting area (pretty barren) to be subjected to complete episodes of Wendy Williams and Dr. Phil. By the time those lovely works of television ended (2 hours into waiting) my Jeep had still not been completed - or if it had I had not been informed of that. So, The Doctors began. After a bit I saw my Jeep waiting outside (2hr 15min+ oil change without warning that it might be backed up?!) and proceeded to wait a good 15 more minutes until the service advisor let me know it was done. He walked me to the payment area without so much as a report on if the car was "all good" or not and began informing he would need 10s on the survey I'd be getting in the mail because "8s are failing". Okay, but, I assumed my tire treads/brakes might be getting ready to be replaced - could I get feedback there? "Everything's good!" Ok. I checked out ($92!) And when I noticed I got no report of the cars systems with the recipes I asked for one. The woman in billing said that "yeah they're supposed to give you one but they don't - I'll call the advisor). He didn't answer but I found him sitting at his desk and asked for the report. He said to wait by the car and the techs would come out and give me one. I waited 15+ more minutes - nothing. I left. On my drive home the tire pressure sensor light went off. Apparently they did not check tire pressure when rotating the tires (we rortate the rear/spare in). In addition, we have an extra TPMS system mounted on the valve stems of the four driving tires, which in past rotations at other dealerships, the techs have taken the time to rotate from the tire that is now the spare onto the new "working tire". Nope - not this time around. Overall, just a really lethargic, careless experience. Poor customer service, and somehow they didn't meet basic tire rotation expectations (how?) Wouldn't trust your vehicle to this dealership for service based on poor quality of simple service - and poor customer service.

So after 10+ years of wanting a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I finally bit the bullet and made my way to Mac Haik Jackson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram this morning. I was greeted by two friendly salespersons as soon as I stepped out of my car. From the time I entered the building and sat down with Kelvin, to the lot to pick out a Jeep, to the test drive, to the business office, to driving away in my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, everything went smoothly. The manager, Mr. Brown, and his staff were very professional and made my "dream" car buying experience an amazing one!!! I will definitely be doing business there in the future!

I took my 2013 Jeep in for transmission service. I described EXACTLY what was happening and when. They had my car for 3 days and said they could not find anything wrong with the transmission. When I showed up to get my car I got the mechanic to sit in the driver's seat and do exactly what I told the service manager to do when the problem would occur, he did it and said "oh ok now I see". I then attempted to reschedule an appt to have the problem fixed and have been effectively jerked around for over 2 months. This blatant disregard for customer care is unacceptable. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Mak Haik nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership.

Overall my experience was good. My salesman Tony Foster was very helpful and patient during my decision making process. I did have one issue that was very frustrating. The used vehicle I purchased had a low tire. Before I purchased it I asked Tony to have it fixed. He did his job and the service department patched the tire rather than replace it. Less than four hours after the purchase I had a flat in that tire and had to change it. Not happy at all considering I had to do the service department's job since they did not fix it properly. Five stars for Tony and zero for the service department.

The car is great, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. They should have handled things better than they did. Frustrating experience trying to communicate with them. They messed up and prevented buying the tag for the car, and they had the car online for sale but it wasn't on the lot. They also messed up and then got mad when the problem couldn't be fixed because of work after the car was already out of their possession. I would not recommend buying a car from them.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee August 11, 2016, at Mac Haik. On the aforementioned morning I dropped my Jeep at your dealership in the morning for regular lube service, tire rotation and a tune-up. The service adviser and other employees were efficient and attentive during the Jeep drop off. Later that morning a received a call explaining that the jeep was finished with it’s serving and I subsequently picked it up around 16:30 that afternoon. After picking up the Jeep I collected my wife from our home and took a trip to the mall. On the way to the mall we both observed a strange noise from the rear of the vehicle. Upon arrive at the Mall I walked around the vehicle and looked at each wheel. After not seeing anything I used my fingers to check the lug nuts on the rear wheels. At this time I discovered one lug not that was loose enough that I was able to remove it with my fingers. My wife and I did our shopping and then returned to the Jeep. I used the spare tire wrench in the Jeep to check all of the lug nuts. I discovered approximately 6-8 lug nuts that were all loose. These lug nuts were spread out between three of the four wheels of the car. At this time I called the dealership to report my concern. I briefly explained the issue to the receptionist, who quickly transferred me to the service department voicemail. I can understand not being able to answer my call at this time because it must have been near closing time for the dealership at the time I called. I left a message explaining my lug nuts had not been torqued and asking for a resolution to the issue. At the time of writing this message this voicemail has not been returned. The following day I was again looking at the wheels and noted that the right front tire was newer than the other three tires. I recently replaced this tire due to a side wall damage, so it has considerably less wear than the other three tires. The fact that this tire remaining in the right front position indicates that the tires were never rotated at all, which is a service that I paid for. I have used Jeep dealerships for 15+ years and I have never seen anything this sloppy for basic coverage. To allow a driver to leave the lot with loose lug nuts that could lead to a failure while driving is unsafe and extremely concerning. Further to charge for services that were not provided as indicated by the tires remaining in the same location is unethical. Then to be unresponsive to the voicemail reporting the service failings is even further evidence that this dealership does not bear quality in mind. I am extremely disappointed in this service, and hope that this report prevents someone else from having a similar experience. For myself I will look for another service provider, which is a shame because I prefer to keep my Jeep serviced by my local dealer, but I do not trust this service department with my families safety nor do I trust that I can have faith that services will be provided as requested and paid for. First: I called the Mac Haik in Flowood and asked for the Jackson number and the gentleman that answered the phone told me that he did not have the number to Jackson and that I needed to Google it. I do not deal with Flowood because I took my car to them because of a muffler issue and they wanted to charge $2400. They had my car for 2 days and I had to call and check on it, and every time I called I was given a different price. Long story short I ended up picking my car and and took to a muffler shop and was charge $20. Second: Now I have several recalls on my car and I finally called the Jackson Mac Haik in hopes that I would get someone that was a little more professional and I DID NOT. The service person that answered stated that I needed to bring my car and drop it off. Since I only have one car. I asked if I could wait because I cant just drop it off. She then proceed to tell me that I needed to be prepared to wait all day, seeing that they close at 8 p.m. was she telling I had to wait until 8 p.m. I am going to assume since there is no pay involved that dealerships and its employees will choose to treat the customer any kind of way when it comes to recalls. There has got to be something done about the unprofessional employees at these establishments. Signed an angry Chrysler 300C driver.

He recommended a Hyundai and was very knowlegable on it and before I knew it, I was behind the wheel test driving. The service department ( AMY REEVES) was FANTASTIC. The reason for the 1 star review is because, I literally walked around that dealership for a hour and not single member of the sales staff said one word to me. These folks looked me dead in my eyes and didn't say a word. NOBODY. I walked passed the sales tower thinking that a manager would have the decency to speak, NOPE, I was wrong. Maybe it was my Paul Moak Honda hat or maybe I didn't look like a buyer, or it could be that they know NOTHING about customer service. I wonder if they've ever heard of the 5/10 rule??? I bought a car and a few days later my radio went out. I was told there was nothing I could do outside of paying for the issue. of course I was upset this was all before I paid my first note. After going up the chain of command and speaking with 4 different people, I was told to bring it in. The day I brought it in, I was told that they were too busy and didnt have time to check it. I brought it back the next day and finally got it looked at. The service guy informed me that I would need a new radio. The Manager(Keith Sistrunk) there told me I would have to bring it in when the "part" made it in. He then informed me that it would be about a week. A week later, I brought it in on a Friday and was told it would be that upcoming Tuesday the part made it. That Tuesday I brought it in and pick it up later that evening. The radio was clearly not new. I was able to pair my phone to the Bluetooth from the same device selection saved in my phone. It worked fine for less than a day. Wednesday I called and spoke with the manager(Keith) and he told me that he wasn't putting anymore expense into my car. So altogether I did not enjoy my experience with this place and will be seeking service for this disappointing car I bought elsewhere.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, which took about 30 minutes. While I was in the waiting area I had two staff members get me and offer to let me change the channel or get water. So friendly. Cindy had told my husband that you could buy packages for the oil changed, so we got that done (you can use them at any Chrysler dealership). She was fun and friendly. Everyone I talked to was great. Not sure about the sales, but the service department was awesome. Also I would like to point out that while we bought our jeep brand new, we did not buy it from here. We have not experienced any bias.

I called the day before around 2pm to make an appointment to have service performmed on a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500. Tbe informed me that they wouldn't be able to get to it that day. So I made an appointment for the follwoing day firat thing in the morning. i arrived prompt and on time. They brought my truck in for the service, I sat there for half a hour. They then approach me and inform me that they cound not preform the service that day beacuse the only lifts they had that could pick up my truck were currently in use and would not be free until the next day. As a delivery driver my time us precious and the fact that I wasted so mych time at this lication was detrimental to the productivity of my day. They should have been able to give me the lift information the day before when I made the appointment and gave them the description of my truck. I will not be back to this location in the future.

I called up to Mac Haik because I needed a new key for my vehicle. I asked what is the process of getting a new key made for my vehicle i was asked the make and model of my vehicle and the person I spoke with said we have that key in stock i asked how much would it be i was told I'm not sure let me transfer you to our service department said ok then I talk to someone for the service department they told me that it would be $125.00plus tax so I asked well do I need to make a appointment I was told No just bring your vehicle to us and we can get you a key made I said great so I call a tow truck to take my vehicle to Mac Haik and they drop me and my vehicle outside I started talking to a representative and she asked did they tell you how much it would be I said yes $125.00 plus tax she said No that's just the labor the key cost another amount. I said that's not what I was told but how much is it I asked she said I'll have to look it up then it came out to be $160.00 plus tax for the key alone. I was upset because this was news to me after I called up there and got a different price, had they told me that the key was $160 plus tax and the laboring was $125 plus tax i would have had the chance to shop around but i had No other choice but to pay it because my car was in there lot and I couldn't afford another tow back to my house so the grand total was $312.12 and guess what the remote key that was made for my vehicle doesn't work the key starts the car it opens it manually but the buttons don't work so I asked why doesn't it work I was told "there something going on with your vehicle someone's going to have to inside and see what the problem is so you need to make a appointment".... so that just upset me further that I'm out $312.12 and the key i paid for doesn't work I so I was given a appointment for 4 days away because that's the only time it can be convenient for them. I feel if I paid you that day my service should have been completed and it was not.

The short story: terrible customer service. The long story is below. Had to have emergency car service on our 2012 Fiat 500 New Year's Eve weekend on our way from St. Louis to New Orleans. Because we were out of state and Fiats can be hard to service, our insurance towed us to the local dealership. We were going out of the country on a cruise, so we told the service advisor that we would OK repairs in advance because we were unreachable from Dec 31-Jan 6 and I had to be back at work on January 7th in Missouri. They replaced the battery ($330 + $39 shop fee + tax) and I asked them to check out the tire pressure sensors because the light would not turn off. They charged $62.50 and said it was fixed. However, the mileage In/Out on the invoice shows that they did not drive the car at all after the repair. Picked up the car early Monday, Jan 7th (had to be a day late back to work so we could pick up the car when the dealer was open) and immediately headed north. Less than 10 miles into the trip the tire pressure sensor error message came back on and has continued to have the same issues it had before we brought the car in. I called the dealership and asked that they refund the charge since they obviously had not fixed anything and we could not turn around and come back to have them look at it again. The service advisor said that she would be happy to refund the charge but it might take a few days to see a credit on my credit card. It has now been 3 MONTHS and I have spoken repeatedly to the service advisor and now to the service manager and everyone says they'll take care of the issue but I still have not seen a refund. So I am resorting to public shaming in hopes that someone will take responsibility, refund the $62.50 and take this hassle off my plate.

Worse then Horrible...to make a long store short the salesman suggested I sale my old vehicle to pay it off. So after borrowing money to finish paying it off, and calling everyday to check on the deal for my new truck. I always I mean always was told "I'm working on it." The salesman allowed me to use the new truck as a loner until the paper work was done...yeah that never happened. And after hearing the reason why it didn't get done only pissed me off worse. I mean it's not my fault that you and your co worker can not work together...but guess what I had to suffer. So last week I was called and told I had to bring the truck back, if I didn't have a huge amount for a down payment, and this is after I had paid off and sold my old vehicle...so now I don't have a vehicle. And even after going back up there in an attempt to talk to the GM, he so acted like he did not care and blew me off like he wanted me to get out of his face, not to mention he kept talking to other people while I was attempting to tell him what happen. So I walked out with no vehicle and no one honestly wanted to help me. 10 months ago, I purchased a vehicle from Inez. She was the BEST! She didn't try to trick me, nor did she add any fees or had any hidden agenda. The finance people did not try to make me purchase Gap nor did I had to put anything down. I bought a VW Passat. It ran smooth, had leather seats and everything. I had a great experience buying my car from Mac Haik. First and foremost, their prices were better than every other dealership in the Jackson area (I did sooo much googling, y'all), and since they had a large inventory of used cars, I was able to get a car I liked that was within my budget. My salesman, a bald guy named Thomas Cameron, encouraged me to look at the car I really wanted instead of cars that I felt were within my price range. I did, out of politeness, but when we went to work the numbers out, they lowered the price of the car to get my monthly payments where I needed them to be. I am so thankful for this, since otherwise I would be driving a tiny car that was within my price range. Also, my bald guy salesman was friendly and honest. This meant a lot to me since I'm a little girl just out of college and had to go to the dealership by myself. I even discovered a minor service issue a few days after I bought my car and had signed the paperwork releasing Mac Haik from doing any work on it. I called and they not only fixed the problem but put a better part on it, all at no charge. I really appreciate the great experience Mac Haik gave me while buying my first car by myself.
