They mixed up my credit score with someone else's. They really didn't care about getting me into a car so I went to the Crysal Springs dealership. They put me in a car with no mistakes made. The drive to Crystal Springs is worth it, don't buy here. Update, came back a second time, 7 months later. I was in the area and needed an oil change. I usually go to Gray-Daniels in Brandon (they are great!) But I figured I would give them a second chance and try getting an oil change at this location. I sat and waited for an hour before someone finally came up to me and asked if they could check on my cars progress. He told me, not asked me, told me that I had only been there for half an hour and that it will be another half hour before they finish. Hour after he told me it would only be a half hour more, I finally got to go home. The ford dealership in Brandon (which I usually go to) only takes about 45 - 50 minutes to change my oil. At the Brandon location everyone always looks busy and I applaud them for that, but here, the most I’ve seen from an employee was a mild sprint when he was headed towards the restroom. Trust me, the third time will not be a charm for me. I implore you, go to Brandon, go to Crystal Spings, go anywhere but where unless you want to wait for double the time you will anywhere else. I don’t care what hoops you have to jump though, don’t go here. I wish less than one star was an option. Also, if you make the mistake of choosing this dealership, avoid at all cost Trey Decell. I showed up to the dealership at 2:20, so Trey’s official time the job started was 2:32. Well at 4:20 I asked, in a polite manner, why it was taking two hours and if there was anyway they could rush it because I had somewhere to be (of course, I did not make it.) and Trey lost his sense of self control and self respect and told me there was no way to rush it and that he can’t just drive it out without any oil in it, that would tear up an engine. So if you can’t find anyway to avoid this place, at least avoid service reps who can’t control themselves from lashing out on customers.

My car was taken in for a recall and one other repair. Car was there for a week and when picked up the recall had supposedly been fixed but the other repair was still clearly not fixed. Took the car directly back and it has been there another week and a half and still isn’t fixed. We were told one part care in and was being fixed but technician broke something else in the process. Another part had to be ordered and after 6 days we were told the part still wasn’t there. In this day in age how can it take 6 days for a part to be shipped? The worst part of this whole ordeal is that we keep being told we’ll call you and let you know something. Not even once has anyone called us. Any info we’ve gotten is because we had to call them. Mind you we haven’t called everyday b/c we understand things take time and they’re busy. We’ve called 3 times during this 2 week process so we aren’t bugging these people. Today when I called and told them who I was and why I was calling I literally got a sigh on the other end of the line. I’m beyond frustrated and worried that my vehicle may not be fixed correctly even when I get it back.

I called ahead to see if they had a vehicle for my wife to test drive. They called me back with a point of contact and waited for my arrival. Nice dealership. They had the vehicle in stock. They allowed us to test drive them, and they weren't pushy at all. I hey asked all the right questions, getting right down to the point of what we wanted and left us with a ton of great information. The service department is slow, often requiring days before getting to your car. They won't provide a loaner even if your car has to be there for over a week for a recall. They broke a part on my wife's car half a year ago and have promised to fix it on at least three occasions but have not done it yet. bought a ford ranger 1992 from watson quality got good price xlt model end year had 88 miles on as demo. put 500,000 miles on this truck 5 speed 4 cyl 2.3 never put a wrench on this truck other than reg.maintenance time belts ,clutch.exec. was a good running truck, like well tuned time piece.since 1983 have had 6 rangers always good performance mileage.the engine block superior.now researching the new 2018-19 model. miss the 5 speed manual.

Very poor customer service...As a person who strives in customer service, my experience here at Watson Quality Ford was not satisfactory. I was told by a salesperson here that I couldn’t check out and do a test drive on a vehicle unless I was buying. Also, after speaking with a manager, a different salesperson came to assist me but test drive was not helpful because salesperson did not offer any special qualities about the vehicle until I had to ask myself and left me to look at vehicle on my own. What kind of service is that? I asked to speak to manager again. The manager appeared not to be concerned with my complaint. I was told that the salespeople work on 100% commission, which does not matter because anyone who walks through your doors is a customer until the time they leave. I was not pleased with my experience here.

My husband and I drove 2 hours to purchase a used car from Watson. We give our information along the way. And I had been speaking with someone the Thursday and Friday before we arrived Saturday afternoon to look and test drive the car. When we arrived we look at the car to make sure it was as described and clean we found that the middle console was nasty with this weird blue powder substance. So they didn't clean that part out, it also had dog hair in it. Which is things I could clearly get over and that could and was partially taken care of. We then took it for a test drive. Which was great. When we arrived back at dealership we were checking out the dash options and I saw that the oil life was at 34% I asked our associate about it whether it was serviced and she said she did know and would ask. As she was inside my husband decided to check for oil leaks amongst other things and he managed to find rust on the undercarriage Not only was that a disappointment and a deal breaker but I was also advised that the car they were going to sell me had not been serviced and wouldn't be until the following week because service was closed. The tire pressure was also at 25psi on the front driver side, with all the others at 33psi. Which could have been a problem while actually driving down the road. When I had spoke with our associate the day before and Saturday she proceeded to tell me that the $27,888 was a great price for the car and competitive it was not and its still not. That it had tabs in the head rests(there was not). I'm not sure if she knew what it was. I feel like they were trying to validate the price for a Chevy Tahoe with 119xxx miles just because it had a ranch hand bumper and a roof/cargo rack. Wish I had known before driving the 2 hours we drove and letting them run credit.

I took my car into Watson Quality Ford April 24,2014 with complaints that the car sputtered and quit on me. The Service person Quincy helped me with signing in and getting my car ready for service. I got a ride to work by a very nice lady who gave me a card for my service person and contact information because he had failed to do so. I good few hours went by, and I had not received any updates or calls about my vehicle. I called the contact information given and got no reply. I was finally called back that afternoon regarding the vehicle, they told me that it was ready. I had to ask what was wrong with the car. They told me that the car failed some sort of test dealing with the gas and that it was resolved. I took the car back and since then I have been stranded 3 different times for the same thing. The car not wanting to crank. I took my car back this morning 5/5/14 and told the same guy that the issue remained. He goes into this whole rant about the battery and that they only fix what we as customers tell them what is wrong..... I mean, Who is the consumer and who are the professionals? Why would he say that? I had no clue what is wrong with my car and do not care about the battery amps that he discussed I bought a new car and pay for extended warranty to avoid situations like this. He went as far to say that I had only brought the car to them one time and that I did not come out of pocket anything. He made it seem like I had to take what I could get because I have a warranty on the vehicle. He was rude and it was not necessary at all. I finally asked him could they fix the car or not he said that they could and that it would be placed in line and that he would call. I know he won't call and it is unfortunate that you have to beg a company that you spend money with to do their jobs. The frustration that this man caused me this morning was uncalled for, and completely unnecessary. Either you can fix the car or not. Customer service is simple. Ask for service, and complete the service! I had an awesome experience with the sales group and financing people when I purchased my vehicle, but every time I take my car to their service center It is always something. It takes them too long and they cut way too many corners to provide the "quality" service they claim to have. This is my last time being treated like a nuisance instead of a valued customer. I take my business to FORD in Brandon. At least they appreciate your business there.

The service department here is a JOKE. Getting ANYTHING done outside of basic maintenance is apparently a real problem for them. They are inept, not very knowledgeable and not customer oriented unless you allow them to do the ((((overpriced)))) repairs. I have brought my car in with legit concerns on several occasions and they have been brushed off, ignored, or not taken seriously each time. They actually let me drive off the lot with faulty brakes today. With no precautionary warnings or any additional advisement/instructions (I strongly believe I have a gross negligence case on my hands)... I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle or seeking service from them. They are terrible. !UPDATE! It's 6 hrs later and I am now in a brand new 2017 CHEVY Cruze. Please go see Quay McAfee at ROGER DABBS CHEVROLET! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I have had my new Ford Fusion from Watson Quality Ford (Robert Jobe) only about two weeks. I got a notice of low tire pressure after going over what I thought was a pothole although I hadn’t seen one. My car handled perfectly as I left the interstate and had AAA come to my rescue. I was first in line for service and was sure it would take an extremely long time. The associate who helped me was so knowledgeable and professional. After the tire was checked he informed me that something sharp had puncture the tire was. I was pretty sure this the case. When he told me he had already checked for availability of a new tire. It only took about two and half hours, I was treated well, and most important my new beautiful car is just like new again. That you all!

The servicing went very well, but there were two minor hiccups. First is the online service registration process, after the service was completed, I received a notice that my vehicle was ready for pickup, and right after that I received a message that I missed my appointment and want to reschedule. This has happened in the past also. The second one is that the person who checks the battery capacity doesn't put the positive terminal cover back on the terminal. He does this outside of the waiting area and can see him through the window. He did this on all of the vehicles that he checked. He also checks the wheel alignment at his station. This is a very good process, it just needs some attention to detail. I can get my battery checked and oil changed at many places but I choose the dealership due to attention to detail. It doesn't take 10 seconds to put the cover back on. Thank you.

The service department is 4 ⭐️ operation. Very courteous and with excellent facilities. The quality of the sales department is a 1⭐️ or 2⭐️ organization based on my personal experiences with them. I have been a sales person for 20 years. I have only encountered one other group in any industry that is as cutthroat, disingenuous, and predatory in all my life. Unfortunately, after I purchase my next vehicle, I will probably never get the opportunity to work with the good people in the service department again. Fast, dependable, reasonably priced, guaranteed. Andrew was my technician, this time, and he was fantastic, but they're all great. I trust their diagnosis. I had to convince THEM. The battery was about dead, but Andrew told me it could last another couple of months. I said change it, and he reminded me that I didn't have to do it today, it might last another month or two. Yeah, right, and then not start in the middle of a dark and stormy night. No, thanks. Change it now. These folks look out for me, even though I didn't buy my truck there. Because of the service department, I'll go back to Watson when it's time to replace my truck.

I attempted to take my 10 & 12 year old boys for a ride & realized their legs were toooo long for the 2017 Ford Fiesta. Spent $60,000 on a Shelby GT350 and $70,000 on a Lariat F-350, both within a 2 week time frame. Shelby had issues from the 150 miles it was driven prior to me purchasing it. Some of the issues were fixed, after 2 weeks in the body shop. When I came to pick it up, both door panels had irreparable damage and I had a flat tire. So what do they do with a flat $500 tire on a brand new Shelby? They put a plug in it.. To say I’m highly aggravated and disappointed in the way I have been treated after spending $130,000 in 2 weeks there is an understatement. My brand new Shelby may as well have been a used car when I purchased it. Be warned with shopping at the ‘big local Ford dealer’. Apparently, once you leave the finance office, your ‘importance ‘ level drops significantly. As someone who purchases 2-4 new vehicles a year, my business will be going elsewhere.

Service department manger, the person I respect the most, my elder, is "the toughest'' person I have never met in car's customer service before. First, I was not shouting out to you because of my anger. The reason is as a customer, I want to get the best solution on my car's issue. According to the standard procedure. when owner's car need to be repaired for more than 2 hours, dealership should ask their customer whether need a transportation to go back to their home. There are 3 ways. 1: Asking them is anyone who can pick you up. 2: Giving them a ride ( shuttle) 3: Offering a loaner vehicle. Mr Bubba asked the first two answers but not the last one. Which I understand that from a dealership perspective. Cuz it will increase their cost. But, what I found out is that, a young white couple(yeah, m Asian) dropped off their Black Ford Escape(The bought from here, I will address it later) after me, and them, about five minutes later, A representative drove a white Hyundai Sonata stopped by their front. I was wondering at that time: "They just said they don't have any loaner car at that time. May be its not a loaner car ?" . So, with this curiosity, I asked them to see my thought is right or not. To my surprise, it is a loaner car indeed. I felt extremely offended by someone, why they can get a car immediately from them but I can't??? May be they are a whole family with two dog foods in the trunk, m just a hopeless student from China? Here's the conversation I had after I saw this situation. Me: Did u just see 30s ago there's a couple dropped of their car to service and get a loaner car ? SM: Sir, That is a used car. Me: What used car? That's a loaner car I confirmed with them SM: They actually bought their ford from here(Waston Ford whatever), but that car is belong to used car department, I don't have the right to let your drive their car cuz I will get fired if I do so. The may have some deals with those used car department People.I don't have the right to do it. Me: .......................10s silence. No matter what, that is a loaner car. I really need one too. SM: WHY DONT U DRIVE UR CAR BACK. LET ME GET YOUR KEY. Me: What is wrong(with you)? (Did I say I wanna drive it back or did I really force you to give me a loaner car or did I refuse to ride the shuttle?) He just turned around and walked straight to his office. Machaik Ford, is this how you treat your customer. I haven't finished my conversation, and you guys already prepare to push me away? I followed him to his office, I was sitting there and let him sitting down too, because I want to talk with him peacefully. He won't. He thought I was ordering him. Me: Give me the name of that used car service manager. I wanna report him since you are so strict with the rule. SM: No, I won't. listen to me, I have no right to get that used car for you. What if I made a schedule for u and put u on the waiting list to see if there is any vehicle(belongs to service department, around 20 vehicles) returned, I will give u a call and let u drive. Sir, why not you just offering me this before these long conversation? why not came up this idea instead of pushing you to explain where does that couple's car came from. OMG, I don't think this is a service department, It's free market. we have to argue/bargain with Customer service to get our own right back. You always made me feel guilty just like I did something wrong and you are the absolute right person to control everything. I'm not owe you anything, you saw me, asked me questions, filling up the record, give me the explain on how to fix that car, is what you should do as a professional person. I really appreciated that. I also said to you sorry for bothering you again. What you shouldn't do is your weird tone. No matter how hard those people you dealing with, Those people are always your customer waiting for help. You were just pushing me to the edge and let me take the action first. I assume that if your car is broken, and you meet a service man who place himself above u. What do you think? Will you happy with that?

I purchased a used car from Watson Quality and had a good experience. I recently took the car back after 2 years for a 100k mile service. That was something I wanted the dealership to do. The outcome...Far too expensive for what you get. As far as I know, the work was completed to standard, but the cost outweighed the benefit. They kept the car 3 days and I picked it up on the 4th day. All that was really done was replace plugs and clean the injectors and that cost nearly $500. I specifically asked for other work to be done. Just the rear brakes were $180. Ridiculous. Replace the thermostat, over $400 to replace a part that costs $40 at any parts house. Horrible. They called and tried to sell me a replacement of my master cylinder, over $500, and I said no thanks. I can get that part replaced for a fraction of that price. When I picked up the car, no one sat down and went over what was done, or asked if I had any questions. They herded me to the cashier window where prompt payment was expected. I had to stop a service rep and ask if the transmission fluid was changed on a 100k mile service (I would expect so for nearly $500). He fumbled through the papers and said, "doesn't look like it." I asked if the levels were checked, and he said, "yeah it says here they checked all fluid levels." I can read. I was expecting a bit more explanation, but no. Everyone knows the dealership is an expensive place to get service work, but you expect to get what you pay for. When it comes to service work at Watson Quality, you do not get what you pay for, but you sure do pay a lot for what you get. I will not be going back. You asked for a review, there you go.

After my short experience at Watson Quality Ford, I will honestly say it was less than satisfying. I had been looking online for a pre-owned vehicle. I saw Watson Quality had two cars that I was interested in listed online. I began to email their sale’s manager to obtain information about the two vehicles of interest. I should have taking the first signs of a red flag as while I was trying to obtain more information about the car I had the most interest in this quote unquote sale manager kept sending me the wrong information ever after I corrected him along with sending him the vin number. After I correct him again, I continued to email him from last night up till this morning with the pretense that the car was still available. Oddly enough the sale manager stop replying to my emails, I assume that he was busy and didn’t have a chance to reply. After I got no reply, I decided to drive out to the dealership and see the car for myself just to find out the reason I couldn’t get a reply is because, the car got solded the night before, while I’m not upset that the car got solded. I’m upset that the staff wasted my time. If the car was solded this “sale’s manager” could have easily replied and said the car was no longer available. I have yet to get a reply. My second issues is with the poor salesman that, called himself assisting me was very unexperienced. I don’t feel like he wasn’t taking me seriously as a customer, his attitude was very dry. Even after I found out that car I wanted was unavailable the salesmen showed zero concern like it was no big deal, then proceeded to try to push another car that wasn’t equivalent to the one I was looking for. Needless to say he could use a lesson in customer service and in making a potential customer feel welcome. Thirdly, in this day and age where online shopping takes precedents, it is imperative that a dealership that has been in business as long as Watson Quality Ford keep there inventory updated, and that they have a competent employee responsible to handle this task. I honestly don’t see myself trying to do business with Watson Quality Ford again.

I have serious lack if faith that the "techs" have actual training. My company has dropped off 3 veciles there for maintenance and on 2 they cant seem to do basic air in tire checks as well as reset something as simple as the "change oil soon" setting. Then two of them come back with busted blinkers. The third has been there for 3 days and i still cant get an answer on time because out of all the service reps they have not one can answer a phone. And since when do you need 3 different reps to look at doors, oil, and tires. This will be the last time i ever use Watson quality Ford and will not refer them.

We went for test drives last weekend and chose the vehicle we wanted. The next Friday, we called Elliot and detailed our selections and told him we'd be in on Saturday to make the purchase if they had the pickup we wanted. We didn't hear from him but went on Saturday afternoon anyway. He tried multiple times to get us to buy the demo pickup he had been driving and it was in HORRIBLE condition. It looked worse than most used vehicles; it had scratches, was dirty, had bird poo all down one side, and had dog hair all over the back floorboard and seats. My husband is extremely allergic to canines. We eventually chose a new pickup, sticker price 58,000 + and started dickering on price. When we were finally ready to leave, upset and angry, he literally snatched the papers we'd been looking over out of my daughter's hand and said, "Those belong to us!" I wonder what the big secret was? Got something to hide? After all that, they had the audacity to call on Monday and leave a message asking if had given the vehicle any more thought.

Service was fast and friendly until we got to the cashier. She asked about our travels and harassed us about paying her before continuing on our trip to New Orleans. Her hussel was a familiar one, explaining that as tourists we will need to pay to enter a certain part of the city, if we paid her we could get a discount. She got frustrated with us when we refused.
