This place has horrible service department. I brought my jeep in for rear spare tire holder that was cracked and jeep was under warranty but they said it wasn’t covered under warranty. They kept it two days to tell us it wasn’t covered. After talking to jeep customer service online I took it to wolfchase jeep and they replaced under warranty and got it back same day. We have had other issues as well as service reps were rude and to busy playing game on computer to assist me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IT IS MISMANAGED WITH INCOMPETANT PERSONNEL.. I tried contacting the general manager jeff fields but never got any response.

I wasn't going to post a review but Landers sent me an email asking me to so here we go. I took my 2018 Jeep Compass in for an oil change and was charged $73. It's full synthetic oil so I understand the price point, however, the staff was not very friendly, they apparently didn't check or top off any other fluid levels as my windshield fluid low light came on the next day, and they didn't even offer to rotate tires. When I owned my 2015 Mustang GT the Ford dealership would change the oil (8 quarts), rotate tires, top off fluids, etc for about $55. This was synthetic blend oil. I wouldn't mind paying the extra if Landers service department would act like they cared about my vehicle or my satisfaction. Also, the windshield sticker said next oil change due in 5k miles but service advisor said they don't want to see me again till 8k miles... update: oil life was not reset either. Oil Change Required indicator came on about 800 miles after oil change. My confidence level that they actually changed the oil is low, since nothing else was done.

I despise having to go through the time & torment of dealing with dealerships to purchase a vehicle. I have always felt regret after the purchase & uneasy dealing with shady sales personnel. This experience was completely different. I met Hunter on the lot and explained to him what I was looking for (nothing in particular) & price range; and then I left - I was already tired of car searching. HE CALLED ME BACK. Wasn't expecting much, and planned on getting the run around, but this wasn't the case. Hunter was busy so Cody showed me the car. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle & it was exactly what I was looking for. It took about an hour & Cody was bringing the car to my house! I couldn't ask for a better experience. I, myself, don't care who assists me or who I do business with, I don't need to build a relationship, I don't need someone to sell me on a car; the car will do that. Just provide info so I don't have to Google it, and let me make a decision. I never felt pressured to "buy a car today" or that I got ripped off after the fact. Honestly, the experience makes me want to purchase another car for myself! It was such an easy process and great feeling! Now, if this training & integrity can just make it into the furniture market.

A nice young man. Mechanics are a little slow going. My job was suppose to be about 2 hours but it was 3. Of course I know why the extra hour helped there pay.

I have never seen a dealership with so few salesmen like this one. I have been there multiple times looking at the new Rams and no salesperson in sight. They hang out on the other side of the lot huddled under a canopy paying no attention to the trucks. I'm going to Collierville.

I purchased a car at this dealership tonight and I can’t stress enough how disrespected I felt as I was walking out of it’s doors for the last time. Lets get one thing straight: these guys like to say that their list prices are non negotiable. This is what my wife and I were told the first time we came in looking. It’s also what we overheard another couple being told when we were waiting to purchase our car. It’s simply not true. Our car was purchased at a negotiated price. It took almost two weeks to make it happen, but we got this dealership to come off their list price price. Secondly, if you are told that something will be done when you agree to purchase the car, for example removing the dealership stickers from the body of the car, and then again being told it would get done after noticing it still hadn’t been done when you come to pick up the vehicle and are signing paperwork, don’t expect that it’ll actually get done. After you finish paperwork and the car is yours, you’ll then be told that the dealership “is not allowed to take the stickers off” by the salesman. When you then ask to speak to management about it, you’ll be told the same “we aren’t allowed to take them off”. After you tell the management that you asked for it to be done earlier that day and the car salesman said he would get it done, the management will then ask you to bring the car back tomorrow to get it taken off because they didn’t have anyone in the service department at the dealership to do it. When you express your unhappiness in the fact that you don’t appreciate it when you are told something and it doesn’t happen, he won’t apologize, not even once, but instead tell you that you are making a big deal about something very small. Ultimately, after I told him how this whole ordeal will be in my google review for their dealership, this Manager told me he would rather give me my check back and not sell the car than for me to be “this upset” over something “so small”. This issue was not small to me although it may have been small to you. I don’t expect to be lied to when I’m shopping for a car, about anything whatsoever no matter how big or small. No one does. That’s why you’re getting one star. You’ll get plenty more one star reviews if you continue to treat your customers the way you treated me tonight.

Buying a car here is great but beware of service department they do not explain details of certain services to make an informed decision. Bought the oil change special good for 4 oil changes but after trading vehicle would not honor other 3 oil changes nor do partial refund. A year ago also had trouble with getting the black Friday special honored even though I was there at 7:10 a.m. but tried to stiff me for regular price because he " Didn't know I wanted the 50 percent off" that was good from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Really?? I guess this time Stan got his revenge very disappointing.

Bought an 80k truck that I still can't get tags for as they sent the wrong amount to my state which also shows me there is a discrepancy in the financial side and have made 17 calls asked for a number for gm told I could not have it. Can't leave voice mail as the boxes are all full, lady from reception counter is absolutely rude, have had to have new temporary tags overnight have two tickets for registration bought truck over two months ago..... Might be returning the 80k truck this week! Wow bad deal

I had an appointment to have a oil change and tire rotation,on our Ram pick up. The young service writer was very attentive and pull up the information on the truck. Also told him of a slight vibration while driving. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service tech came in to inform me that it shouldn’t be much longer. And they were checking on the vibration. The wait was about two hours,but it wasn’t that long considering they did correct the problem.

Very RUDE staff! I called and made an appointment for a Nissan Rouge and when I arrived the guy I had am appointment with (MJ) to see the Nissan was nowhere to be found by any of the staff present. I waited for an hour before they finally found him and then he didn’t even have the vehicle parked up for me to see it. Instead he kept trying to get me to buy a vehicle that was much higher in by price range than the Nissan rouge I set an appointment to see but never got to see! He ran my credit TWICE “WITHOUT” MY PERMISSION!!! Brought my credit score down and never would listen, was rude, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, and LAZY!!! A complete JERK and I will NEVER come here again not recommend this place! They’re completely disorganized and unprofessional lieing staff!

I was attended to by a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional service advisor named Allie Gallagher who kept be abreast while waiting for the vehicle to be serviced. Allie and technician Lawrence Christian both were extremely personable, honest, in their assessment of the work that had to be performed. I was sent here by Chrysler Corporate Relations!!! Worst mistake ever. They told me Limited Powertrain warranty would cover my repairs, sent me the warranty in writing so I'd have PROOF and that Insurance would cover my rental. After months of more bad communication & confusion, Corporate Relations decided they didn't offer help, but only to document a complaint and maybe mediate. 63 days Later....Rental costs, Parts and Labor all on me for a teardown of the whole transmission just to Diagnose & repair of a Manual Clutch and Flywheel. $ 3,638 Grand Total goes to the owner of the 2nd Jeep Purchased this year!!! Also made aware by FCA that my vehicle IS NOT CERTIFIED as it was sold to me. Nevermind that I was misinformed, mislead, and unprofessionally handled: I have several disturbing voicemails from a Stan Sanders in the service department. On the first voicemail, when the rental was due back for exchange, He left a message saying that, "I need my Rental Car back." He seemed upset on both voicemails but awkardly on the second one, called himself Larry Force while saying he would report my rental car stolen if not received by 12pm the next day. As if there was a problem. When I arrived the next day Larry Force said he didn't call me and wasn't aware of the situation. I let him and the rental clerk hear the voicemail. Larry responded that he knew nothing of a phone call or a voicemail. I asked him to send me the invoice and I'd let him know when I'd be picking the car up. At that time I had no idea of how I'd pay for it.

Came in for an oil change on a Saturday. I didn't make an appointment. So it took a while which I was told. I remember that I came to service department once before an was told that it's best to get recalls done thru the week oil changes on Saturday. So why is it a longer wait. If your doing oil changes on the weekend . The process to me should be much faster then a quick lube shop being these are certified mechanics. Also Landers should Invest in building a oil change building. I understand make an appointment but your walk in customers are just important too. Donuts were great.

Dropped my service truck off three days before leaving town. Needed simple recalls done and brakes checked. Left three business numbers for Stan to call if I needed brakes. I left town and Landers had my truck for over a week. Returned eleven days later and truck is not ready. I was told they were " trying" to get in touch with someone because i needed pads and rear rotors. No one at my company ever heard anything from Stan or anyone else at Landers. OK so we shift waiting customers around and we are told at 8am that the truck would be done same day. Returned at 3pm and not only is truck not ready but i am told they still have to complete a recall that the truck came in for 11 days ago. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had . The sales rep Bryson Walker was very attentive and kind to me up until he found out that I had less than perfect credit. Once he found out my scores were low his whole attitude changed . It changed so much that I even asked him hey are you ok ? He gave me some yeah I’m fine just tired line . That’s funny because you were just super energetic until running my credit. He completely made me feel as if I was less than . Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

On Monday, I had a positive experience. However,, my past experiences have been anything but a royal PAIN! This goes a ways back. We purchased our Jeep from Wolfchase, but Landers is closer, so we get servicing done here. First, get the EXPRESS OIL CHANGE off your building!! EXPRESS??? That doesn't exist! I have never been able to get an express oil change. (I know they do exist, I got all the time in Houston TX on my Honda) Either you couldn't take me or I had to wait hours! Once, I brought my vehicle back 3 times before they finally figured out that the front running light was out. I was told each time it was fine, only to leave and find out it wasn't corrected. Another experience- My dashboard is a beautiful, leather, stitched dash, with CRAPPY adhesive! I mentioned it, I have had your customer service gentlemen mention it, but no one discussed a remedy, until it is not longer covered under a warranty. Now it has to be covered by me at the PRICE of over $3000. Heck, I didn't glue the darn dashboard down, Jeep did! They should fix it. Another Experience-I had my windshield replaced. For no reason what so ever, the cord cover on the rearview mirror falls off. Thank you very much...something else I get to pay for...i didn't replace the windshield...YOU DID!! I love my Jeep. Our daughter has one and we owned one in the past. But, if I have to pay $3000 to get my dashboard repair because of the CRAPPY adhesive used by Jeep, then say hello to my new Lexus!

Normally I could give this dealership a 5 star review. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership in the past and I have also recommended Landers to numerous friends and family members who became customers but after my recent service department experiences between the months of June and August regarding multiple Mopar products and multiple factory warranty issues with Landers neglecting to address and repair said issues, I will no longer recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I continue to conduct any business with this dealership. Landers' go to resolution is "issue could not be duplicated"; crazy how the very next dealership I took the vehicles to, the issues were easily duplicated and identified within a few short days whereas Landers had each vehicle for nearly a month a piece and no issues could be duplicated. That's even after I specifically took the service technician for a ride on July 10th and he witnessed the cabin air leak with me in the vehicle; but on July 11th, the vehicle was once again ready for pickup with the diagnosis being..... drum roll please..... "issues could not be duplicated"..... Now lets talk about the clicking steering wheel, I specifically told everyone to remove the clam shell and whatever bolt or nut that came loose inside would still be in there and that is what is causing the "clicking". Landers refused to do so, stating "warranty will not pay for us to look for problems, they only pay to fix problems" so the issue was not investigated. They were more than happy for me to pay out of pocket which they said numerous times but would not investigate the issue under warranty although the vehicle has been in service for less than a year and is well within the full bumper to bumper factory warranty. Turns out, a nut that is used to bolt the steering wheel air bag fell off and become wedged in the steering column, their neglect to investigate the issue caused a serious safety hazard for me and anyone who drove this vehicle during that time period. I was able to remove the clam shell, identify the issue, remove the nut and replace the clam shell in less than 10 minutes, so at $50.00 an hour for labor, Landers basically said that my life and anyone else's life that happens to be driving my truck isn't worth the $8.33 in labor cost that would incur. I have a rule when purchasing vehicles, if the dealership can't repair what you buy, then you find another dealership. After a long time loyal Mopar customer who has remained brand loyal throughout the years, these experiences have caused me to rethink my brand loyalty. Edit: 9/25/2018 I was not intending to place this rating on Google but after multiple emails requesting me to review my service experience from Landers with me asking to be removed from their mailing list each time, I decided to give Landers what they want. I noticed Landers decided to reply to this complaint since it's on a public forum; why did it have to go this far? Why was I ignored when I tried to address my concerns multiple times in a private setting? Landers concern is too little, too late. I spoke with your service manager, I spoke with the sales department, I spoke with multiple technicians and service adivisors, I even emailed Jeff Field directly but the only response I received were blank stares, excuses, and flat out being ignored. It was blatantly obvious that my business was not appreciated then, so why act like it is now?

Went for a oil change at this location. When it was finished, I asked when I was paying, if there was any issues. The guy said no. I got to my vehicle and looked at the paper work, and said oil and trans leak. But didnt say where or how big of a leak. Went back in to question it, and was told to wait for one of the side offices to free up, only to be told to make a appointment for them to diagnose it to fix it. So you want me to come back, pay for 7 more quarts of oil, so y'all can fix the leak? When it should have just been fixed in the first place. The things I hate most are wasting money, time, and resources. I could have something falling off, and be told to make a appointment for them to look at it and fix it. I won't be coming back to this location EVER. I do not recommend. You keep on like this you will keep getting 1 star reviews. And NO, I do NOT want to speak to anyone about this because it will fall on deaf ears, and I won't be doing anymore business here.

This place is so unprofessional.and a RIP off that I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney general's office. They charge me 500+.for a diagnosis and kept my car for 4 weeks.They claim my part was on back order and that if they could find it they would have. So I called around and found my own part.I drove to blyvillle ark. And purchase my own part and yet my car was not complete.this was the 2nd week. I called and called no one could give me any information about my vehicle. After I paid for my own part that would take my balance down they come up with another issue and then the price goes back up. Ok I'm still waiting after I tell them to do whatever they need to get it together now my total has gone from 971.-275 696.for the part I bought now back up to 1750.when I go to get the car weeks later that still wasn't complete now my total has increased to 2010.15.im Like damn I bought my own part and traveled one hour and 20minutes to get it.oh we forgot about that. Back down 1750.i pay for it .then I leave its doing what it was when I brought it.I turn around come right back. So they reprogrammed the tcm.transmission control module that was supposed to be done before I paid for it.so I had to wait even more. Finally its ready the car has grease on the fenders and doors and they left it like I hadn't just spent 1875.they were unprofessional and over price everything .I recommend any dodge jeep ram besides southhaven.Im very disappointed because I thought I was going the right route by going thru them.i most definitely should have went elsewhere. We were experiencing trouble on a trip. There was a bad creaking coming from the back axle on our new jeep anytime we would turn or go over uneven surfaces and became worried with 6 more hours to go. We stopped with no notice and explained our problem. They took it back immediately, even with 4 cars already being serviced in the bay. We were in and out within 10 min, creak free, and at no charge. F&I Finance Manage MJ that's in preowned was very rude and unprofessional because I declined his upsale for prepaid oil change service's during signing of the contract. He failed to explain what all the certified warranty covered and wouldn't give us any material. He instructed us to look it up online ourselves. After signing of all paperwork he basically kicks us out leaving us in the parking lot for 8 mins standing until our preowned Jeep was delivered. I've purchased from Lexus of Memphis, Bud Davis, AutoNation Honda, Mercedes of Memphis, and Wolfchase Hyundai in the past. Never experienced this before. The bad part is that he had no clue that I wanted to purchase a BMW X5 after that deal was done. Only thing kept me from taking my business elsewhere was because of the amazing deal Frank had given me on the SUV plus it was certified pre own with just 20k miles. Sales manager Frank in pre owned was awesome and gave me great numbers/service and my salesman Xavier in pre owned was awesome for being a great salesperson. Too bad one bad seed spoils it for all other's.

Was in town for my dads funeral...had my car towed in for a running hot issue they replaced a few of the hoses and the radiator..called and said it was fixed ...cost me $1138.64...we made it about 11 miles before it ran hot and left us stranded. I went into the dealership after a day of no answers met with the service manager Larry Force who was very arrogant and absolutely no help. We were taken advantage of and robbed. I would not recommend Landers Dodge Service Southaven MS to do anything as simple as add air to a low tire. I feel very strongly that this was a racket and we we're taken advantage of at one of the worst times in our lives. I have always believed that I could trust the dealer who should be experts on the product they sell and should explore all facets that could cause the problems to be sure it is fixed especially after a customer spends their hard earned money that that customer receives a safe and reliable and REPAIRED vehicle and if it obviously was NOT repaired correctly they make it right. That was NOT the intention of this service department...their intention was to put a band aid on the problem then when I come back because my car made it 11 miles before still running hot, tell me my option is accept my broken down car or pay then $2700+ to fix it.. had the car been properly diagnosed we could have had the option to spend $3000 to fix it or not but it wasn't and we are the ones $1138.64 invested and still have a broke down car... how in the world can anyone feel this was good business and acceptable? My name is Jonathan Greene. I have a 2007 Chrysler Sebring. For the past couple of years, I’ve had issues with your Service Department resolving and repairing my car with workmanship quality. I will only cite the most recent issue with details. I had my car towed to Landers because it broke down. The engine stopped while driving it and it would not start. Landers kept the car for about 5 days. They analyzed the problem and said the battery was bad. Landers replaced the battery ($178) and approximately 3 day later the car would not start; the battery was dead again. I had the battery charged and drove it to Landers again and advised them that the problem still exist. I paid for a new battery that probably wasn’t the problem. In any case, they kept the car for approximately 3 more day and said the car checked out fine. The Service Advisor said if the problem happens again, bring the car in without recharging the battery so the mechanic can troubleshoot the problem while the problem exists. I went on vacation for 1 week, did not drive the car. When I returned, I drove the car for about 2 days and it broke down again with the same symptoms (battery dead). I had the car towed to Landers again. They could not find the problem. The Service Advisor suspected the problem was with the alternator, although the alternator tested good. I asked to speak to the Service Manager (Larry Force) to express my concerns about this issue. Larry did nothing and did not offer any solutions. His comments were “the car is not broken now”. He mentioned that since the car will start, it is not broken at this point. (I assumed I recharged the battery). The comments he made sounded more like what a shade tree mechanic would say, not a professional Dealership Repair center who should be an expert with troubleshooting and resolving mechanical car issues. He ended our conversation by saying “you can pickup your car, I’m not going to charge you anything”. What? Consequently, I have to take my car to another shop to determine what’s wrong with it. Apparently, Larry doesn’t think this is an issue with my car. Lastly, it took about 2 years to fix my oil leak with apparent rework of several things (e.g. gaskets replacement) which cost me over $2,000.

The Service person Stan did not acknowledge my prescence when I entered his office trying to see if my vehicle was ready. He kept going through orders and talking to the technicians that dropped off service papers to him. After about 15 minutes I just finally interrupted him and asked would be please see if my vehicle was ready. In about 15 minutes after that I received the keys. Another thing that was not accurate on my vehicle inspection it showed I declined several items like tire rotation and other items that were not offered to me. I was not satisfied

I have never felt better about an automotive transaction than yesterday at Landers in Southaven, Mississippi. I'd already had some excellent experiences with their service department before with my old car but hadn't made a purchase there yet. Jon and the team were all fantastic to work with. I mean that. Had to wait 15 minutes or so before I was able to speak with the service advisor whom had the paperwork for my car. An advisor normally come to the customer upon arrival at the service entrance but not on Friday, March 23, 2018. The one I needed to speak with was talking with two other employees about something other than work when we got there. He saw us come in, stand in front of his office, looked at us & kept talking. It being cool & windy in the express service area was messing with my sinus & allergies so I went to stand inside the dealership, literally about 10 footsteps away where he could clearly see me. He stop conversing with the other two employees to help a car that pulled in when he knew I was there waiting to speak with him. I went to stand back where we were when we first arrived & he still didn't acknowledge us being there & again could clearly see us so I walked in to inquire about my truck. Service is normally pretty good here but not on this day.

Worst customer service. Dropped my car off on a Saturday, was told my radio needed to be replaced. This would be the 3rd time it has needed to be replaced. My old dealership stated that it was still under warranty and provided all the paperwork to show that it was. I went back and forth with this dealership for 3 days because they kept telling me it wasn’t, on top of that they still hadn’t ordered the part. Finally on Wednesday they tell me it is still under warranty (mind you i had been saying this the whole time) and that they had ordered the part and would try and put a rush on it. I did not get my car back until the next Wednesday. I was not offered a loaner but was offered to pay for a rental car. I declined because in previous experience I have never had to pay for a rental car. I will not go back to this dealership.

I found the car I wanted here but I lived four hours away and asked the salesperson if they would be willing to deliver the car. The salesperson told me it was no problem and it would be $200 to hire someone to drive it up. Once we get ready to make the purchase, the internet manager (Charles) told me he would have to run everything by his manager. The internet manager comes back to me and says his manager said they couldn't deliver because i could potentially back out. I tell Charles that I'm willing to cover half the delivery cost to incur some liability on the off chance things don't go well on delivery and I choose not to buy. Charles said he would check with his manager and get back with me. I never heard from him so I called the dealership back at the end of the day for Charles to tell me that his "manager" said no because 100 bucks wasn't enough to cover the 1k cost of delivery.....i am an adult and ok with someone just telling me they can't do something but I was insulted that they would flat out lie to me that it would cost 1k to deliver a car 4 hours. Just to note...i had my vehicle transported on a trailer from Louisiana to Washington state previously and it only cost 900. I'm not sure why they acted this way but I wo uld have respected honesty at least Update.... Their response was certainly an empty offer in attempts to looking good to people reading their reviews....i called and there was not an "owner" to speak with so I was forwarded to "ronnie" I think. I left a voicemail explaining the response and left my number. This was 2 days ago and nobody ever called me back. Don't let their response fool you

I received a response rather quickly (the same morning) and was able to communicate with the sales representative, Quincy who was very helpful and professional in our conversation. He answered all my questions, and even showed me live pictures. After our conversation I immediately drove to Lander's which was 30 or more minutes from me. Dave Mathis wanted absolutely nothing to do with us the general manager would not acknowledge us at all we bought at another dealership .... honestly the staff there even treated our sales lady poorly and she had battled and beat cancer... they kept making her walk back and forth for every little question we had I felt bad and asked her if they could take a moment to come answer all of our questions T once they bluntly said no. Tried to call for warranty work, was told that they were too busy but may be able to squeeze it in on a Monday. Called a second time on transmission tune up was sent to 3 different people only to have to leave a message that was not returned (yes I left my name and number) if you call more than 2 times looking for a PERSON to talk to about service your looked at as a nuisance and are told to leave a message that in my experience may not be responded too. Sucks they are a lot closer than dealerships in Memphis, but to get good service will travel.

This place has no idea what's going on with jeeps. This review is for jeep enthusiasts. If you know anything about wranglers and you are interested in purchasing one do not go here. I was told by two different sales people, one specializing in jeep the the 4cly turbo wrangler isnt comint to lots until late 2018 early 2019. I know for a fact this is a lie. I have already driven them a couple times on other lots in denver and the dealer in Oxford ms has a couple of them. I dont like knowing more than the people who's job it is to know about the vehicle I want to buy from them. So i will take my money to a place where people know the vehicles they are selling and not just looking fo a paycheck.

So I took my husband's car to the service department because there was a recall on the airbags that were apparently killing folks smh... Anyway, my husband called to schedule a time. They guy said just bring it in the morning. No worries. So when I dropped the car off I asked ASHLEY how long she thought it would be, just to get an estimate. She starkly replied "all I can tell you is that we close at 6." I then asked her if they were particularly busy that day and she replied "we're always busy." She was so rude and ugly. I was just trying to decide if I should uber home or not. I wasted my whole day off because of her. Then I got a funky text from her at 5:30 saying the car was ready. I honestly think the crew pushed my service back because it was a recall and not a repair. Nevertheless ASHLEY could have just said "it's probably going to take a while, you may want to leave." That's all I wanted. She was terrible and I could tell she had no concern for me as a customer.

I received the service requested on the same day. However, I mentioned to the salesman before giving my keys that I have the essentials oil change package. Once my service was complete, he asked how would I be paying cash, card, or check. I responded neither since I paid for the service in advance. I was told they would get my paperwork corrected and I didn't have to pay again. Therefore, I keep all of my invoices for instances like these. I should have a total of 3 oil changes remaining after my service was completed.

Landers service department in southaven is the worse. I have taken my vehicle there for repairs on 2 occasions and on each occasion I had to leave my car there for a week still to get a call and they say my vehicle is ready or either they couldn't see a problem. After immediately getting into my vehicle and leaving the problems still exists. I called and spoke to the service manager and he seems to have a non chalant attitude and brush you off. Also while I was there, there was 2-3 customers leaving cause they was told it was a 4- 5 hour wait for a oil change, wow. And another couple was speaking with the service manager about there car and they had to get a tow truck up there to pull it someplace else.

Bought a car with low mileage at the Landers Jeep that closed some years back. I was guaranteed oil changes for one year and had it confirmed in writing. So I took it to the Landers next to it for my first oil change.(same company, right?) They were rude an arrogant and said they could not honor a few oil changes. I will never buy a car from any Landers because of this incident! I can sympathize with all the terrible reviews on here because I know first hand this is how they treat customers.

So after 4 and a half hours of waiting for 2 recalls to be fixed on my Jeep I decided to ask Ashley, the service advisor, how much longer it will be until my car is ready. She comes back to tell me that someone is about to start working on it and she thought I was dropping the car off and there were other cars ahead of me. That's complete BS because I was here when the service department opened and I had a reservation and in the 4 and a half hours I've been here I have seen people showing up long after I got here and leaving well before my car was even looked at and she has seen me sitting here in the waiting area multiple times. So I guess she believes that I can just leave my car somewhere and carry on with my day unimpeded? And no I don't have someone that can come and pick me up at a moments notice in the middle of a work day. Thank God I asked when my car would be ready or I'm sure I'd be here until closing time because they would push my recall repairs to the back of the line since they aren't making money off of fixing it.
