If I could do a seperate rating for an individual I'd give Mrs. Katilyn 5 stars but even her quick responsiveness and kindness can't bring the overall review above a 1 out of 5.
I saw a used truck from here on an internet ad. After contacting and getting enough info to satisfy me on this being a good truck(way overpriced but they were willing to drop it if I went there) I made the journey up to Grenada, I live in southwest Louisiana so it's quite the drive.
Make it to the dealership, inspected the truck Mr Shane at the time told me that they just got it this month. Everything looked and sound good so we started working on a price. Then come to find out they can't finance anything older than 8 years and being that the truck is an 06 I was SOL.
Fast forward a few months I have some cash saved and the dealership contacts me asking if I'm still interested. Now I've done my research on the truck (ran the VIN checked it maintenance history) turns out that truck has been sitting on the lot for almost a year, hadn't been serviced since they got it and is worth 10,000 less than posted. So I give them a reasonable offer for an "as is" purchase with no warranty of the truck. And after all the B.S. was sorted through they still wouldn't take the offer. Truck was worth $21,500 (overall market value) they wanted $30,900 and come down to $27,500 but my offer was $22,500.
I don't know how the new car side of the dealership runs but if they are trying to gouge you like they are on the Used truck side of things then I would just stay away from this place.
