We got the car new its a KIA soul it has broken down three times leaving us on the side of the road one time way out of state. This last time it broke down the dealership got the car came back to pick it up and it was damaged. The dealership acknowledges that it was not damaged before it was dropped off and we where told that Lee Smith will not cover it. We have had numerous problems with these people and if you ask me I will say DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM they will leave you high and dry. EDITED AND ADDED ON AFTER RESPONSE. It was with the understanding that the car could be left and stored at the dealership and would be safe by what we where told so responsibility for any damage to the car is in turn the dealerships fault and should be made right its called a bailment relationship. Regardless of any posted sign that may say otherwise. With that said. How is a car to be picked up when you supposedly buy a reliable vehicle that brakes down two months after purchased and leaves you stranded way out of state and two weeks after that brakes down on the way to out of town again and you are now so far away from the dealership because you still have to leave town and can not possibly pick up the car? These are the facts laid out about a business not taking responsibility for what happens on its own car lot. It still can be made right. Will wait on for second response.

The lies that they tell just to make a sale, is sickening. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle here. It is sad what they do and say to make a sale, especially to the vulnerable. Save your time and money.

My experience with Kia of Meridian was terrible. I had a scheduled appointment with Kia, of which I had to miss a day of college classes, only to be told that tech guru, as they refereed to him, only works three days each week and that I would have to come back another time to have him personally look at my vehicle. Then as if things could not get worse the door handle that Kia ordered was not the correct color, I was then told that they could paint it for an extra 50-100 dollars. Then to end it all, the service tech locked keys in car and had to use wedges on door to get unlocked.

They have ZERO care for the customer and to top it off they do not take record of ANYTHING discussed and agreed upon. VERY UPSET WITH KIA OF MERIDIAN. I went in several months ago and discontinued my extended waranty.there were 2 of them. One was debited back to my account and one has not been. I called and spoke to finance manager about it and when he checked he stated they had missed the second one, that he would get it fed x to kia finance, time went by and it had not been posted to my account, i spoke with kia finance and was advised to get the tracking number, so i called them and asked for the tracking # i was told by the finance manager he would call me back with it. Havent heard a thing. Very dissatified. I will be going higher up with this sisuation. Dont take me for a fool , cause im not one!!!

Sleazy & High Pressure sales tactics as soon as I exited my vehicle; They repeatedly pressured me into buying a car & even went as far as taking me into a dark room and double teaming me with two salesmen with even more high pressure sales tactics. I literally felt like I was being interrogated by the police and they were playing " Good cop, Bad Cop". I would never buy a thing from Kia of Meridian after my horrible experience & am posting this review to all as a GIANT WARNING to all that they were very dishonest.
