Excellent service and prices. This is one of the few places you can go to a mechanic and not be ripped off. They kindly explain what needs doing and let you decide, informed, of what is done. If something is simply ok they won't push it. I recall once our spark plugs were in excellent shape after we thought the needed changing. Jnstead.of doong.it to grab money they checked them.and after seeing they were in excellent shape let us know and saved us money. Also, while everyone is nice there, Kenny and Tyler are great but, Charles Price I'd the most exceptional service member I have ever met. He is knowledgeable and kind, remembers who you are and all, and is definitely the one to go to with any issues. Overall? Best service station and dealership I have ever been too.

Ok so what was supposed to be a regular trip for something small turned into something huge. Cindy didn't rest until she got me into the perfect car . And guess what? It only took 2 hrs. I am a huge fan of KIA of McComb mainly because of the fantastic customer service given by Charles and his new female sidekick in the service department. He is always smiling and remembers you by name after a visit or two. He is attentive and makes sure all your needs are met including filling out the service manual. It's just nice to have one place in my life I visit with great customer service in a time in America where customer service has been obliterated by corporate America because we are numbers on a page yo them. It's nice to be met with a smile and recognition. The waiting room and restrooms are clean and comfortable. They offer wi fi and an outlet to plug in a device if it needs a charge. They offer snacks and coffee or hot chocolate free. I am overall pleased with the Kia dealership here and will buy from them again but i want to buy my car from Charles next time even if he's not a salesman he is the one who has made me a loyal customer. Charles is a shiny jewel in a sea of fools gold in this world today. One in a million. Kia needs to know what a valuable asset they have in that employee. I wish there were more like him. When I go there it's like being transported back in time to the 80s before internet and the loss of individuality. When people cared about others. It is very rare these days. I can't stress enough how wonderful they all are. I have always been the type to spread the word about poor service or behavior but i am equally as quick to brag on good service or behavior. I just find very little to brag on these days. Thanks Charles and Kia of McComb for keeping me from completely loosing faith in our fellow man and country. You're hanging in there and I hope your attitude is contagious and the rest of America catches it. I was a die hard Ford girl for decades, Kia of McComb and Charles and his service department have changed that. Not to mention i got a very nice car for a good price with an outstanding warranty.
