Very bad customer services at this Kia. I should have know seeing it was with Laurel Ford. The KIA i looked at, they would never tell me the interest rates or the terms, but my payment was going to be $473.00 a month. Went to another Kia dealership in another town and got the same car options just different color for 383.40 a month.

*EDITED* Before they opened the Kia side, I always took my vehicle to the Ford service bay for oil changes. I've never had a problem, but I've been here almost 2 hours for a routine oil change. I understand having bad days, but this is crazy. *EDITED* After taking so long, they offered to not charge me for the service and gave me a coupon for my next visit. I am pleased that they appreciate my business enough to admit when they've made a mistake and offer to fix it for me.

Kia of Laurel today was not a good day the Advisor lisa smith says quote because I refuse to get my filters change my next oil change will not be free and when I purchased the car I was told all my oil changes would be free her words is it's in my contract and that I been paying for a oil change when I explained to her I have never paid for one coming there and as it seems if the policy changes cause of my choice to buy my filter else where how is this good service not to mention when the mechanic drove my car up I had to wait till she get off her cellphone out side walking around with my key in her had another guy had to approach her twice to come in to check me out and she still arguing me down on my filters well not good service I will have the service done some where else....

I used to drive to Laurel from Meridian to get my carr serviced. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Today was a nightmare! I have been here for 3 hours just to get my oil changed and a vent clip replaced. This place has a very tense environment. I'm NEVER coming back.
