My wife received a card in the mail from this dealership stating that she had won a $2,500 prize. Long story short: it was a fraud and they gave us an empty Walmart gift card to appease us. If you look through the reviews you will see several other people have received the same scam. Do not trust these guys. I am submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as we speak.

So went in today to claim my prize for a mailer. Well it said I won $2,500 and then they tell me no that I'm wrong and tell me that I only won a smart watch VALUED AT $400. The watch is $7.69 on amazon and they told me the technology is valued at 400. Well just to let people know they are shady and if they would lie about a prize imagine what they will lie about when they try to sell you a car. Shake my head this is how yall get sued and why yall are liquidating. I would give this 0 stars if I could but I want to say "THANKS" Jason Pilger Hyundai for wasting my time and fuel to drive there!

Since we were not there to buy a car, (we drove our son & daughter-in-law over for a deal they got in the mail), and left with a 2017 Tucson, I would say Jay Aultman is a Grrreat salesman!! It's true, we drove in with our almost 16 year old Santa Fe, our "baby", not looking for a car...but the deal Jay was able to get for us was so good we could not pass it up. This is our third new Hyundai in a row, and this dealership really wants to work with you to get the car you want at the payment you want to pay. Go by and check them out...ask for Jay...tell them the Yosts sent you, you will not regret just checking them out.

Went there looking to see options about trading my wife’s car in and Mark was very polite and helpful. We also spoke with Moe who was also great. We came back two days later to finish up and Worked with Mark and Randy to get things done. Such great deals we ended up not only trading in my wife’s car but I traded mine in as well. I tried to buy a Hyundai Elantra here a few years ago, and it was a very frustrating experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and perhaps because they didn't have what I wanted on their lot, they kept trying to sell me a Sonata. I told them multiple times I didn't want a Sonata, and they ignored what I was saying. Then they started using car dealer tricks---pressuring me, trying to manipulate me. I left and went to Allen Hyundai in Gulfport and had a great experience with a salesman who respected me and was able to sell me the car I wanted (even though he didn't have the car I wanted on his lot either). I give this place 3 stars because their service department has been very good, and we have used them repeatedly with no complaints.

Ran across THE CAR, a Nissan 370Z, while just dreaming about what it would be like to have your Dream car. Over a several week period I kept going back and dreaming. Then one day I figured I would check the insurance and see if my dreams were going to cost too much. Good news there so I continued to dream. Then I started to study the Carfax and saw some things that were of great concern on the forums. I almost woke up from my dream but decided to make contact and see if the price could be adjusted to make sure my dream wouldn't turn into a nightmare. I started looking at other cars that could become a dream object, but they would always have been not THE CAR. They reminded me that you can only have one Dream Car. They then adjusted the price such that I could start to dream again! I ask my wife what she thought about me getting my dream car and she thought it was a wonderful idea. I ask my best friend and he agreed. Said we were getting old and needed to kinda hurry at our age lest we croak as we close the car door. The problem now was that the car was 3 hours away and as a caregiver I couldn't be gone long enough to check it out as well as bring it home. They said "no problem ", we will bring it to you! WOW! Wanting to keep the dream going and out of excuses II sent them the money and ask what would happen if I didn't like it when it arrived. They explained that after all "it is your Dream Car . How could you not like it? A couple of days later it showed up in my driveway...if it was a dream then it was and is the best! Reality was as good as the dream.Thanks to all the folks that made it happen at Jason Pilger Hyundai. And thanks to Josie who knows a thing or two about dreams!

I recently purchased a truck that I found online from Jason Pilger Hyundai. Now whoever I talked to over the phone was more concerned about getting me to come in the door an actually answering my questions. Once I drove over an hour to get there I felt lit it was a very typical used car sales pitch and blowing smoke around to distract you from the fact that the price online isn't the real price of the vehicle. If you find a vehicle that you like on the internet. Make sure you go to their web site. That's the only place it will show you that, the price shown is the price of the car with 5% down payment in little hard to read type. For that I give 2-3 stars. Now you ask, why did I stay and buy the truck, Because once I walked in the door I was then able to talk to Michael Cross. (not who I talked to over the phone) He is the nicest and by far the most honest salesmen I have ever met. He is the reason I stayed a bought the the truck! He's not in your face, and wants to work with you. He will not try and push you into sending more than you want. If you have questions call up and Ask For Micheal Cross directly! He will tell what you need to hear before walking in the door, I recommend everyone try and talk to Michael Cross. (5 stars)

We've (the wife and I) been shopping for an automobile for quite a while and, we must say, this dealership was actually pleasant to work with (and this is coming from people that hate car shopping). Upon arriving at the dealership I sensed a pride of ownership, that was reflected by how well the dealership looked, and even though the dealership has been there for a while, everything looked great. I was quite impressed with the professional staff. When we arrived we were greeted by a salesman that, even though he was busy, took the time to welcome us to the dealership, introduce himself, and properly direct us to the receptionist. Our salesperson Randy was friendly, helpful, attentive, and patient while he helped us find the vehicle we wanted. From selecting the car, test driving, to the purchase, he was there to help us with our purchase. Heck, we felt like the happy people in the commercials.

I’m usually very pleased with Jason Pilger I’ve never been treated badly by them until today. I called them yesterday and they said that I could bring my car in today and get the check engine light checked however today when I got here I waited 10 before they even said hello and then I was told it would take another 45 min just to check my engine light. I’m very understanding but 45 min to check a light is completely out of line and the guy was very rude. Like I offended him by asking for his help.

When I asked the sales Manager why they didn't have the new car they quoted me over the phone at their dealership, he told me it is their policy is to tell people anything it takes to get them to come down to the lot hoping they can upsell you. In my case they wanted they wanted $4000 more for it than they quoted on the phone. They lied to me knowing we would be driving 100 miles to get to their dealership. After reading the other reviews about Jason Pilger Hyundai I see others have had the same experience. They seem to be a business built on lies. Don't waste your time with Jason Pilger. They cost me a lot of mine.

My wife and I recently traded in our 2013 Hyundai Elantra for a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe at Jason Pilger. Everyone we came in contact with prior to and during our shopping experience were very pleasant and interested in our needs. The price for the Santa Fe I feel was fair enough when compared to other similar ones in a 200 mile radius of our home. Though I wish we could have received a bit more on our trade, it was still fair enough that my wife and I didn't feel like we lost out on the deal. We opted to give the dealership a chance to find us a good rate and terms for our financing and it was on par with what I had already shopped around for. There were no hidden fees or added "points" to our transaction. So from Stephen & Nathan (salesman) to Ryan (Gen Sales manager) to Jonah (Finance) and the sweet lady in service, Jennifer I believe, we were always treated kind and respectful. There is another local Hyundai dealer closer to our home, but I will surely drive the extra 30 miles to get all my service work done at Jason Pilger. The driver side weather gasket was torn up while test driving/looking at the vehicle and was given an "I owe you" for later repair. I went in today for that repair and it was quick along with a sweet staff helping me. The staff is much more friendly with a cleaner facility in the service department and an inviting show room made this transaction easy and painless. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I would suggest you try out Jason Pilger Hyundai.

I left it at the service center after hours and made an appointment on line with there very easy to navigate website. My husband and I were looking forward to trade our 2015 ford taurus excellent condition just 30,000 miles, we saw a car that we liked and before we were even offered to test drive it our salesman bombarded us with a lot of budget wise questions, which I understand. But what it really upset us was the fact that we couldn't even test drive the car that we liked and he brought us two cars that would never can be compare to our car and even one of those have roaches in it and a broken taillight full of water and the first one with a misfire and the check engine on. We wanted and upgrade not a downgrade.

I bought my Sonata in 2013 and have been very happy with it, even after the engine blew due to a recall from debris in the engine. I have been praising Jason Pilger Hyundai to others for 5 years. I have recommended them over and over again. Well, my last experience has changed my view. I noticed a shake in the front end. I took it to a shop close to me to check it out and he said that it might need a front end alignment which they don't do. But he put it up on the rack to check to see if anything was going on with a tire. He pointed out that the last place to change my oil didn't tighten the drain plug and showed me the oil residue from the front of the car back to the gas tank underneath the car. He also pointed out two bolts that weren't replaced when they put the engine back in. So I took it back to Jason Pilger Hyundai to get the two bolts replaced and to check the front end alignment. After waiting on my car for around an hour, I was told that I needed a New Tie Rod End (Almost $300 with an alignment). They said they would have to order the part. I decided to go to my wife's mechanic for her Jeep since I was not confident in what he said I needed since the oil change almost cost me another engine and he put it on the rack and asked him to see if the bolts were replaced and recheck the tie rod end and he showed me that the bolts weren't replaced and then proceeded to show me that I didn't need a new tie rod end. The bolt was loose and just needed tightening. Now I want everyone to know that I had asked for the senior mechanic (their best) and this is what I got? Didn't replace the two bolts and told me I needed almost $300 worth of work. I normally don't write reviews but feel like I needed to warn others about what's going on in the service department. Hopefully this review helps save others from paying for services they don't need. Well I'm glad I saved myself $300 and by the way, the other mechanic that my wife uses replaced both bolts and tightened the bolt for the tie rod end and checked the other one and didn't even charge me.

My wife and I bought a 2010 dodge challenger from here last year. From the time we stepped on the lot to this day I am nothing but impressed with the quality of service they provided. We honestly went on the lot with no intention to buy, just to start shopping around to see what kind of vehicle she wanted to start looking for. It was a very friendly environment, they aren't really pushy and a high pressure lot, like a lot of others we had been too. Our salesman Allen, was very laid back, but was very professional and informative. They weren't pushing higher quality more expensive cars then we needed, he listened to our needs and made us a offer so great we ended up purchasing that day. My wife loves her challenger, and we have not had one single problem with her to this day. Here in the short future when I am ready to purchase a new car, I know exactly where ill be headed!

I had a motor replaced by the service center. The dealership itself did me well, as I didn't have to pay a dime for the discomfort of the engine in my car blowing up 250 miles into a vacation. That missing 5th star is because of Hyundai themselves. Their problem with these cars of theirs......it seems they used cheap parts to put them together. Bad ABS housings, bad ABS sensors, bad oil feed tube for turbos, bad engines.....on and on and on. They pretty much lost a customer in me. No more Hyundais after this.

Went there on Friday at 8:39am to claim my winning prize from the mailer they sent out. Of course, it is their job to try to sell a car to someone. After 4 hours of sitting there and multiple "no, I can't afford that" but the persistence kept on. During this time I kept saying I need to get to work and my 4 year old (who was with me) kept saying she wasn't feeling good, but they wouldn't listen and kept on and on... I won't name names but the nice guy tried to give me my prize (a smart watch) but the other, persist ant guy took it and said she can have it when she comes back tomorrow and we get her into a new car...that wasn't fair at all!!! All in all, I spent 4 hours at this place, begging to leave, and didn't get anything! Not even the prize I was awarded!!! Very dissatisfied and when I am financially ready to buy a car, it probably won't be from this place.

The guys on the floor weren't pushy at all. Gave my husband and I time to browse and talk things over before consulting with them.
