As you know, we don't usually bother to place opinions when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Car Concessionaire belongs to the category of Jaguar dealer.
Awesome experience! Wonderful employees! ! We recommend them to everyone. Kevin and Betty Sharpe
The new ownership and management of this dealership has redeemed the reputation of this place. Very pleased with our recent purchase. Thank you for making a difference Taylor Wondries and Steve Lester.
good experience!
Steve at Jaguar Jackson has been great about taking care of my car when it needs oil changes or a service from time to time. I live rather far off and he makes arrangements to have it picked up and delivered and that’s the main reason I chose them as I wouldn’t have the time. Excellent service and I will buy my next car from them!
Delivered service with professionalism and attention to detail.
The service is actually better than before staffing changes were made, however overall service levels still has a long way to go. The new procedure to schedule drop offs is better but it takes an act of congress to get a call to update you on the progress of your vehicle. Then when you call to get in touch with your service agent they never answer the phone or return calls. Sadly, this is the norm at this dealership.
I love this place!! Best Dealership in Jackson! Great Service, New friendly staff. 150% better than previous regime!!! Thank you Taylor Wondries!!!
Bought my wife's car there in 2016. Every single time there is an issue (& there have been several), "Rob" the service manager promises the world in repairs on this warrantied vehicle and promises loaner vehicles and never, EVER, delivers. The guy is a flat-out fraud. Now I understand why I never see anyone at that dealership. Lesson learned! I've even toyed with the idea of suing the dealership for negligence. Good job, Jaguar of Jackson.
One of the worst customer service experiences ever....
Very rude and poor service they don't know how to talk to customers they messed up my car over three years ago where I had to take my car all they way to meterie,la, where I've been driving to get service ever since then. I recently call them to get some info from service not only was I on hold for over ten minutes but I was hung up on twice and still was unable to speak with anyone and the receptionist was rude they are not worth anyone's time. I would rather drive two and a half hours for good service than fifth teen minutes for rude and unprofessional service were I would been spending thousands of dollars of my money. They are a negative Zero!
The Service Department is improving. As long as the customers are all treated fairly, then there is not a problem. The service advisor Rebecca is nice and makes coining in better than before.
Very professional, I was in and out in no time
I bought my Jaguar F-Type convertible last month and am extremely happy with my purchase. Before I bought, I had been considering other F-Types at different dealers across the southeast as well as considering other makes and models of roadsters. Eventually, I narrowed my choices to two makes/models of roadsters that were at two different dealerships. I was extremely impressed with the way that my salesman, Danial Z., at Jaguar Jackson (aka Ritchie Automotive) handled ALL of my questions (there were many) and stayed in touch with me without being pushy or aggressive. I've bought quite a few cars within the last 10 years, so I know how rare that combination is. This tipped the scales in the favor of the F-Type. In the end I was 100% confident in purchasing my Jaguar from this dealership. I should note that Danial even followed up with me a couple of times after my purchase to see if I was still completely satisfied and to see if I had anymore questions about the car's features. I actually did have a couple of questions which he easily answered. I will definitely go to this dealership first when I get ready to buy my next vehicle. I'm thinking maybe a Land Rover?
New team is really trying hard to improve service quality.
There was no one to help me on the jaguar side, no receptionist, no one was even over there to see what I was there for. I guess I am praying that I won't have to drive to the next state over just to find service for my jaguar. The same thing happened with my BMW. I was going all the way to Dallas, TX just to get decent service and be treated like a customer instead of just standing around like I was invisible . I'm going to buy another automobile that the employees won't treat you like a piece of dog s**t. The cashier really had an bad attitude . I will be calling Jaguar USA customer complaint department.
Was promised a loaner car while my car was to be fixed. Waited 3-4 weeks, according to Rob no car became available. So I had my car towed 115 miles to the dealership for service. Picked the car up and after driving the car several day's noted the same problems that was to have been taken care of still present. Called regarding the same problem was told he would call back in several days due to holidays. Did not get a call.
I have been very impressed with the new service department at Jaguar Jackson lately. With Mr. Farmer as the new manager, I have received updated info on my vehicle, speedy service and fantastic customer service. It hasn't always been this way, so thanks Jaguar Jackson for wanting to take care of you customers.
This is by far the worse service department that i have ever seen. I took my 2015 Jaguar XJL in for a rear window repair and a coolant leak. First of all they kept my car for a month(yes a month). when i got my car back and finally started driving my car and the first thing i notice is a strong coolant smell. Yes a coolant leak that they were suppose to repair. The service dept. told me lie after lie about my car and when i finally pick my car up there was a big chunk missing from my front passenger side tire THIS DEALER SHIP IS PITIFUL!!
XJ 11 Jaguar I been waiting since February 28 for someone to call me back to let me know that my part came in for my car no one called. I went up there and was told to bring it the next morning and then was told no one was there who knew how to put the part on and, to bring it Monday. Once I told him I was told to bring it then they mysteriously had someone to fix it. Whenever I call I rarely get a answer when I get a answer I never get a call back because they always take a message. I just had bad experiences with you all and I have been more than patience with you.
I'm not sure where or when or if the 'new' management has appeared, but they still have a way to go. Reception and sales are particularly friendly, but service, and parts are still the same unprofessional, rude, and arrogant individuals that they have been for the last two years that I have had any dealings with this dealership. It amazes me that this organization sells an embattled brand rocked by scandal (Volkswagen) , and three ultra-premium brands in a city where they have very little market share and they can't seem to, or want to find polite customer service people. Ritchie Automotive really should take a look at how this is affecting buyer decisions. I bought my $108,000 Jaguar in Dallas simply because of the atmosphere in this establishment. And, yet again I have had to deal with the parts department and can't get an answer to a question or a phone call returned. Every time I speak with someone it is a different person, apparently one of about four or five, but all equally rude and, quite frankly, ignorant. I suppose it is a good thing that I am in Dallas every few months and can get my car attended to at Park Place Jaguar Dallas.
Cars been in the shop since we bought it we've driven the car two days out of two weeks.got car back no engine lite,
Unfortunately, consistently negative experiences since day one.
Wonderful dealership, fantastic service department and parts department is under new management, I can defiantly see the difference!
Purchased 2015 Jaguar in Dec 2017 from Jaguar Jackson (Ritchey). It had only 29,000 miles and we were advised by salesmen "it's like brand new". Since then our Jaguar has been serviced for engine problems repeatedly. On a trip out of state found out it was smelling of a strong burning odor which turned out to be coolant leaking. It had been leaking for a while. Took it to Jaguar Jackson after keeping it for more than a week, picked it up after servicing and less than 24 hrs it was leaking coolant severely again. Notified the head manager and he gave us a contact person, a service manager to help. Tried contacting the service manager(LF) repeatedly via phone, email etc. for almost 3 months, no response. Finally on a Saturday we went in person for a 2nd time and there he was, unbelievable. Unfortunately, the guy appeared "out of it" or under the influence of something. He couldn't even remember where he put the info he wrote down concerning our requested repairs. We decided to try one more time and took the vehicle back in for steering wheel being off, engine light on, coolant leaking smell, all of which were previous complaints and assumed once again all would be repaired. NOT. The engine light was back on again. Let's not even mention that a lady stated she purchased a Range Rover with guess what, "leaking coolant ". Our experience started out ok but gradually turned into very bad. We feel, Our Jaguar was used as a training module for some inexperienced mechanic who along with that manager needs drug testing. Good luck
Brian was very helpful with my Jaguar alignment. Great customer service.
Great customer service, selection and employees. Would highly recommend.
I went in for my scheduled oil change the morning before heading out of state. In the process of confirming appointment i explained my time was limited due to a funeral i needed to attend, i was told i would be in & out in about ah half hour. I reached the dealership @ 7:45 that morning and once again asked how long would process take, & was told it would be less than an hour. THREE hours later i walked to the front upset about the extended time it actually took. After voicing my concerns, my vehicle was brought out. The manager gave me the service on the house, however, it was not my best experience. I also asked them to price a new set of tires while servicing truck, i never received that quote.
Great Customer Service
Went in on the day of my daughter's high school graduation at 8am for an oil change. My car was not released to me until after 5pm of which she had a 6pm time to be at her graduation. Needless to say I was unable to get her ready, unable to take pictures and also late arriving to my daughter's graduation. So.... I went in for an oil change. Well I can handle the fact my time wasn't respected, but I don't appreciate my services not being completed correctly. My car was not washed after I asked several times. My fluid levels were not checked due to the fact that 1 week later the add windshield washer fluid message started showing in my message center. Then when I attempted to reach Larry the service manager and the GM, I was unsuccessful. I called and left several messages, even one day continuously called, and to further disregard my attempts, the operator stopped answering the phone. I even called Jaguar USA, and have yet to hear from anyone. HORRID EXPERIENCE... I'm in search of a new brand of car being this is the only place in my area to be serviced and I refuse to spend another penny at this establishment. I have know desire to do business where my business isn't valued or appreciated.
Worst customer service ever. Bought a 2017 XF. Got it home and found a damaged wheel. Abe Morris said to bring it back and “we’ll fix it”. While returning we had a flat tire. Lug locks on car but no key in the car. Had to have it towed and lugs drilled off. Several weeks later returned to have the wheel fixed. Wheel couldn’t be fixed and was told to buy a new wheel then send the invoice to Abe. The invoices for the towing incident and the new wheel were sent to Abe with promises to be paid. Not only were the invoices not paid but Mr Morris cut off all communication. Do not patronize this dealership
Great
