this is bad! I came and see the guy name Jared Wright sales person, after the deal for 2018 toyota tacoma, I got a final deal out the door ( with tax and everything) for my new car ( this is a deal for black color and they have to order for me), I'm so happy and bring my down payment and my old car trade in for $1000. the point is I didn"t tell him I will trade in my car after I got a deal and thing is happen. His team convince me to get the gray color which is they have at the dealer and he told me it will cheaper $1000 compare with the black color and of course I take the gray instead for $1000 cheaper. At the closing, I find out the final deal I got and the $1000 discount is from my trade in, that mean I trade in my car for free lol and this is ridiculous. I keep sign the paper until the down payment part and I find out $1000 trade in from my car is included on the discount price for the gray color. they call his manager in and he said I did sign for it and yes I did sign it, but the thing is they didn"t told me about the final deal I have is from my trade in. My credit suppose to be my cash down payment plus $1000 trade in but after they calculated, I lost my trade in for $1000 and then the finance guy print me another paper and explain for me if i take off the trade in , I will have to pay with the same number for the black color even higher $100 from my first deal. Well, I sigh for paper but the thing I want to saying in here is they will fool you and before you sigh for any paper, you need to make sure you ask and even I did they still fool me. I'm happy with my first deal and my favorite black color, and I should stay with it, but I mad because they say I'll have $1000 cheaper for the gray and find out $1000 is from my trade in at the closing. so well I take my car home and saying for myself, I lost my old car, my $1000 trade in for one lesson. I will never come back to this place and see those people, and tell my friend and my people do not come here again.

I will never Take My Truck back to them for anything, They Overfilled my Oil by (2) gallons!!! Because they didn't drain my oil they just Added (2) gallons which is what it takes.. Simple Routine Warranty Maintenance. My New Tire had a slow leak, asked if them to Fix it, Well they Destroyed that as well, Everyone that looks @ these Pics Blow them up so you can really See everything !!! This all was on 6/2/2018 ( Saturday) Called them and was told there was Nothing they Could Do today because the Service Center Closed @2pm . Was told by Manager he could send a rollback Monday not Today , so I had to go buy oil drain pan and drain the oil My self and a Friend so I could Drive my truck to work Monday morning !!! That's when the Tire that was Repaired on the 2nd went flat on me on I-55 Monday morning 6/04/2018 , Had to leave Work took my tire to Gateway Tire for repair and Decoverd that they ground all the Rubber off the Patch area to the Cord's and the Patch wasn't even on the Hole in the Tire !!! Gateway could not Guaranteed there repair because of this.. So I called talked to manager told him this so he said he would have to order me a Tire.. Told him I would be there 06/10/2018 @ 8am when they opened, was there there and They acted as if I was there Best Friend, Made them Change my Oil,Oil Filter, PCV, which was Stopped Up with Oil from Blowback from being Overfilled, Put it on Computer Scan to make sure any Sensors was not Destroyed and they gave me a clean bill of health on that , Replaced my New Tire with another New Tire, Ask about my Warranty on my Engine from being Overfilled and was Told by Manager that there was Sensors that would Shut the Engine Down to Prevent that from Acouring (Blowing Gaskets) etc , Ask him to Provide me Proof of that he said it was in Manufacturer Warranty and he Couldn't Provide me with this.. (Print out) so I'm still not 100% Satisfied with All, I told him that if I have any Oil Leaks before my Warranty period Ends that I was going to Hold Them Responsible for All .. So they got my truck completed, and Manager told me he would Mail me my copies for Today's Service.. I did in fact receive them.. With no refund of my original Oil change , no Coupons for future Services Nothing !!!! I had to take time off work, my Personal Life Schedule, Money out of Pocket just Because I Chose them to Service my Truck!!

The sales manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, even hostile!! Avoid him, first name Leo. Sales person was helpful and this is why they get 2 stars. I don't recommend.

I purchase my Highlander around August 2017. The salesman was tip top. Went out of his way to help me. Now in April 2018 I needed some help getting my phone in the car reset for some reason it wasn’t working and I don’t know much about computers etc. I also decided to try the SXM radio again but didn’t know how to connect it after I paid my payment so I went back to the dealer. The receptionist said I had to go to the service department so I drove to the service department and waited a few mins in line and they said they couldn’t help me that the salesman would need to do that. I drove back to the dealership area and when I went inside I only saw one salesman ( it was early in the morning so I guess they all hadn’t gotten to work yet). He asked if he could help me and I explained what I needed. He wanted to know if I brought the car from there. ( I don’t know what difference it makes where I brought my Toyota, I needed help) Anyway I told him yes, then he wanted to know who my salesman was, again what difference does it make, he was a salesman so he should be able to help me. I didn’t remember at the time I told him I thought his name was Mike not sure. Then the salesman told me to get back with the receptionist. I have several problems with this, first I am the customer, I spent over $43,000 for a car there and as old fashion as it may seem when I approach a desk I expect the salesman to stand up and not just sit there like I’m brothering him. He was the one who asked me if he could help me. Obviously he could not or just wouldn’t because he figured he wasn’t going to make any money from me by sealing me a car. I didn’t feel welcomed, I felt I must have been intruding and I felt they could care less sending me from one place to another. I just got a little over 5000 miles on my car so I went to another Toyota place across town and wasn’t asked were I brought my car they just gave me good service so I’ll just go back across town to the other Toyota place and I’m sure they won’t have a problem helping me connect my radio and fixing my phone. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’m sure I’ll just get a computer generated answer telling me how sorry your are with my experience.

Everything he said he was going to do for me he has done!!! Every time I had a little problem he was always there to help! I wasn't impressed with service department. Pretty basic fix and they couldn't locate the problem and had my truck for a week. Carl hogan in Columbus took one look at it diagnosed it and fixed it in two days. They seemed to really drag their feet. I was hoping to have a good experience here so I wouldn't have to travel so far for service/sales but I won't be returning to herrin gear.

I went to the dealership today to get an oil change and tires rotated . I marked one of my tires to make sure they were rotated . Service was completed and when I check to see if the tires has been rotated , the mark that I made on the back left tire was still in the same location . I went back to the service representative and he made sure it was done . He was upset with the service tech and I asked him what the service tech said about his dishonesty and he had some stupid excuse about having another Camry back there . BS! I’m only going back for future service because I bought my tires there . I have warned other people about this deceit and to make their tires . Bad business !!

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a 4Runner from them and it was the most stressful experience ever. They told me they would throw in the first oil change for free. They didn't mention that ToyotaCares covers that! Be careful because THEY LIE about the odometer on the contract documents. They have you sign blank odometer disclosures. When you look at your contract documents, they'll have a lower mileage so they don't have to honor the warranty as long. They'll tell you it's a non-issue and move on.

Terrible service. Firstly I had an appointment of 9:00 AM but when I reached there my service manager could not find my appointment. After 30 mins they finally find my appointment and had me sat down. They literally took 3 hours just to do the oil change and change the air filter. I have been getting my car serviced here for a few years then everytime I come in i see new faces in service and some was nice some was rude. Then I started dealing with Mickey he always was the same everytime I came in greeted me with a smile also helpful and never acted like I was a number then I come in last week the rude tall guy helped me and I asked were Mickey was like I always do he told me he was off that day usually I would have left and came back when he was there but I needed to go out of town then another employee tells me that Mickey quit due to management issues so that angered me that not only was the guy rude to me but he lied to me. Found a vehicle last week and was contacted about it the next day. It was 5 long days of work. Getting eveeything together. I had to repeatly call this guy every 4 hours to check my progress. Finally after a week of this I decided I would drive and look at the car since I got off work early. I get there and he tells me it's in the back. Well, come to find out it had been sent and sold at auction days ago. I was so mad I had to pull over on my way home. He responded with dont worry i have a suv. This guy was a joke. Even As I sat down with him and my wife after all that happened, he was constantly trying to strike up deals with the other customers walking around us. It was the sleezy salesmen in the movies type of experience. This was my first time trying to buy a vehicle on my own without a parent. I was uncertain on all the things i needed and thought this guy would walk me though it. Be careful, out there. Edit: I ended up going to Gray Daniels and drove off in a new 4runner 1 hour and 20 minutes later. I'm glad I got to finally see what a "good car buying" experience was all about.

Herrin-Gear made the purchase almost too easy. Jeffery Jackson was my salesman and was very professional, simplified the purchase, and took a no-nonsense approach to the whole process. I am not one for haggling back and forth and folks running to the manager's office for a "new deal" and Mr. Jackson seamlessly worked our deal without feeling the normal back and forth stress. I bought a used car here in Early September and when we attempted to get it licensed in Louisiana, we found out that there was a letter required by the state stating that the car had not been involved in flooding. I both faxed and emailed the required paperwork to the dealership. I also called and talked to Justin (pre-owned manager) twice and was told both times that the paperwork would be completed and mailed to us. However, it is now October and we still haven't received the required paperwork. It is really disappointing, since I live 90 miles away, but I guess I will have to make another trip to Jackson to get this resolved.

Kenny was the representative I worked with when I took my car in for some service. He gave me a price estimate as well as a time estimate of how long it would take for my vehicle to be finished being worked on. Both the time estimate and the cost estimate were pretty accurate. I do not feel that the service department tried to talk me into any unnecessary service to raise the price of repairs. However, I am a little concerned that maybe all of the things I asked them to check over were not looked at thoroughly such as air filters and suspension.Overall, Kenny was very helpful and took time to explain to me the costs and exact problems that the mechanic found with the car.

What Toyota's 100% satisfaction with its customers is simply a lie. Until now, Toyota has not responded to customers' requests. Is such a company trustworthy? September 26, 2019 I am asking for a refund of unreasonable charges! I hope that the general manager of Toyota will see my information and give the user a correct answer. eptember 19 September 17 ,Today, I went to the Brandon service station and replaced the brake pads and brake discs. The staff took more than 20 minutes to complete the replacement and solve the problem. They are all Toyota service stations. Why do you change the brake pads and brake discs and ask me to change the brake calipers? There is no replacement and there is a charge. I don't know if there is any reason! I doubt your level of maintenance. My translation has been looking for you many times. You can't solve the problem. I don't dare to go to such a repair station. I would rather go to the far repair station for repair. On August 26, I came to the repair shop at 8 o'clock and asked to replace the brake pads and brake discs. After nearly an hour, the workshop dispatch told me that the brake caliper could not be disassembled and asked me to replace the brake caliper. The repairman screwed the brake caliper, it was not round, so I spent more than two hundred dollars to change the brake calipers. I do not agree to change. They said they could not fix it. I won't solve it. They did not replace the car parts for me and asked me to pay a maintenance fee of $145. My English is not good, I will contact you for translation, thank you very much!

We had a great salesman at this dealership Ron Gooding. I found a car I liked on the internet and Ron contacted me immediately and answered any questions I had. He sent me very detailed pictures and even a walk around video of the car because we were from out of town. He kept in touch with us the day we were coming to look at the car in case the car sold before we could get there so we were not disappointed after we drove the distance. We ended up buying the car and again Ron was very helpful. Even after the sale Ron took care of us we had a little hiccup and Ron went over and beyond to take care of us. I've had a horrible experience with Herrin-Gear mutiple times. I visted them recently to fix a problem on my car that fell under warranty. I waited for 4+ hours only to be told that they couldn't fix my car under warranty and that I for some reason would have to pay. I left and was called today by an employee who was VERY hostile about the review I left. I was shocked by his NEGATIVE demeanor. I felt threatened and asked for the Manager's name in which he hung up in my face! Aaron (the service advisor) lied on the phone ( probably because the call is recorded) and asked for approval of things he did not do for me. He was VERY inappropriate! Their customer service and work ethics are terrible!

Out of the many times that I've purchased a car at a dealership, I've only a pleasant experience twice. This was one of them. Ron Gooding is a beacon of light in a sea of dross. I made contact with him about 2 weeks ago, interested in a used vehicle that they had on the lot, in order to lessen my car payment and get into a Leaf, as I had been wanting an electric car for some time. However, Jackson, MS is a good 4 hour drive from where I live, and driving 4 hours to test drive a car that I wasn't sure I wanted to buy with my very limited time available was a risky proposition. Ron came through, however. After my initial hesitance, he arranged to have the Leaf towed to me on a flatbed to test drive, and if I liked it, have my current at the time car towed back as a trade in! I figured what was there to lose? Well, most guys you don't get a real number from until you're there signing documents, but he had me my out the door price to me with no surprises. Ok, I guess I was surprised. Why? Because for the second time in my life, I had a pleasurable car buying experience from a dealership. Somebody give this guy a medal.

I am going to learn to go with my first mind I wanted to find my daughter a nice car with a good price I was spending between $6,000 to $7,000 so I am thinking that should get my daughter a pretty decent car nothing new but good working car she can use to get back and forth to college. So we go here and the sales lady bring out a 2007 Lexus and my daughter instantly fell in love against my better judgment I get the car and maybe a week later the check engine light come on now it need at least $1300 worth of work and still got to get tags in Tn that's going to cost around $700 after just spending almost $7000. And needless to say when I called the sales lady said more but that mainly they are not going to help and when I pay the $1300 at least I know I will have a good car then. Now I really don't understand how a check engine light mysteriously come on for the first time and she only been driving it about a week. Make sure you get it checked out by another company don't trust them.

(*UPDATED*) My window fell last year so I took it to the service department to have the regulator replaced because it was worn out. Unfortunately, the window fell again this year so I took it in. They told me the cable snapped and I would have to replace the regulator again because the warranty expired in March. The situation was beginning to look pretty hopeless, but the dealership cared enough to take time to call Toyota and ask if there was anything they could do to help. The Toyota Customer Experience Center immediately called me back to express their concern and offered to pay the bill. They worked with the service department, and the window was fixed in two days. After this, I can honestly say this dealership and Toyota value their customers. They do strive to make sure their customers receive quality parts and service. I own a 1999 Toyota Camry and it still drives like a new car. Thank you to Mr. Rayburn, everyone at the dealership, and the Toyota Customer Experience department for listening and taking the time to correct the problem.

Beware, sales are deceptively professional, pleasant, and punctual up to the the sale of the car. Once the deal is locked and financing is complete, it rolls downhill from there. I was missing the antenna pole on my 2014 Scion FR-S and patiently negotiated the delivery of the part to me. I was an out of state consumer in Florida when the car was delivered to me early February. It took over 3 weeks to get me the replacement part which was the wrong one! Then another 3 weeks of more emails and phone calls that I always initiated to get status. I finally gave up after nearly 2 months of trying to get this missing part they owed me in writing after not getting any reasonable response from sales, finance, and the dealership general manager. With my last disappointing message to the dealership, I finally got an email the part is being shipped today?? I don't really care about this part anymore, it made the entire car deal unsavory. It had to come to this and very dismayed at this dealership customer service performance. Hope they will take this criticism and help improve their service and integrity.

If you buy a car from them makes sure it comes with ALL of its parts (especially the jack handle) and make sure you make that discovery within 90 days or else you'll have to pay to get a new one because they can't be sure a valet didn't steal it. (Who steals a jack handle but leaves the jack?!) I made this discovery a year and a half later after having a blow out on the interstate and trying to change to the spare. This happened a month ago and one of the managers on duty (who's apparently not there any more and they've been through 2 since then? And 14 sellers? That doesn't sound good) was more than happy to do a we owe order then and told me that I should hear from them in a couple of weeks, I go in yesterday and am told they cant find anything about that and since it's been over 90 days since I bought the car then the dealership would have to pay to replace it so if I really want it then I have to pay for it. Why not just tell me that a month ago? Why make me think that they're going to take care of it and I should just be patient and wait only to find out that nope, nothing, that's against policy. Anyway, just check to make sure what your car is suppose to have and then make sure it has it. (Especially the Spare Tire Tool Kit, it normally comes in a Toyota bag and is suppose to be in a little loop right under where the jack fits, at least that's what the guy in the service department told me when I asked him about it when I bought my new tire.) (Edit: This 'discount' they like to keep mentioning is $20, a $5 difference from other Toyota dealership will offer me even when I didn't purchase my vehicle from them a year and a half ago. I chose to order the parts from Herrin-gear just in case anything else happens with them so that I can then update others as to more of the situation. People have the right to know that they need to inspect everything when purchasing a brand new vehicle (even a year and a half ago) because not all dealerships have the 90 days like Herrin-gear, some only have 60. And it's not just Toyota Rav4 they need to check into all makes and brands. I've only ever heard of fully inspecting used and pre-owned but things can slip by with new cars too so don't wait to find out when you really need it.) (Further Edit: I added a star for the superb Parts and Service departments. I finally got to pick up my parts Monday, there was a bit of confusion because some strange number had been put in as my contact number so I never received a call so I just went up there and they were ready! So I finally have all of my stuff.)

I purchased a vehicle on 10/12/17. It took about 4 hours. The salesman kept asking me for $1000 down when I advised that I only had $500. I found a decent vehicle and signed paperwork on it. I put down $500. The next day I noticed that they took $1000 from my account. The finance guy Alex explained that the first time he ran my card he didn't think it had gone through so he did it again. He explained that there was nothing he could do about it until Monday 10/16 because the accountant wasn't there. Monday he was no help. He told me that they didn't know why it was taken twice. My account is overdrawn and I've occurred overdraft fee's. I told Alex that I no longer wanted the car and I felt like I had made a bad decision by coming there. He promised me that only $500 would post from my account. I told him I was bringing the car back because I needed to stop these transactions. I have kids to feed and I don't have money to put gas in the car. He asked that I wait another day. I returned the car anyway. Both transactions went through. I truly believe that he wanted me to wait until my deal was funded so that I could be stuck with the car and just accept the rip off. He told me that I'll have a repo on my credit if I didn't pay for the credit and that they were not going back on the deal. I'm currently disputing the charges with my bank and speaking to an attorney.

I am so disappointed in that I will not be using Herrin-Gear's service department anymore. I purchased my Toyota from Herrin-Gear in April of 2011 and have been a loyal customer of the service department up until July 06,2017. I have always had excellent service there. The customer service and work done to my car was impeccable up until this last experience. I took my car in July 1st due to my cooling fan going out. I was told by an assist. service manager that there were no techs there, so I left it there to be serviced the following Monday. I called to check on my car that Monday afternoon (July 3rd) and I was told that my car had not been looked at. I decided to wait until later to go check on my car in person. The assist. service manager that I left my car with couldn't tell me anything about my car. Luckily there was a technician there that let me know that being that it was so close to the 4th of July Holiday, they were having a bit of a high volume of customers and that they would call before closing to let me know if they could get to my car- I thank him for his honesty. The assist. service manager did call and let me know that it would cost me around $700 to have my cooling fans replaced, they would be closed on the 4th and that they could have my car repaired by Thursday. The quote sounded a bit off to me, but I agreed to go ahead and proceed as stated. Thursday afternoon rolled around so I called to check on my car. I was told by this same assist. manager that my car was being worked on as we spoke and that he would call me later when they were finished. It was getting really late and I hadn't heard anything back, so I called again. I spoke to this same service manager and he seemed to not remember that he had been managing the work order for my car. He paused for a second and replied that we had a problem. So , I responded what's the problem. He told me that a tech cut himself pretty bad while working on my car and had gotten blood every where. He told me that they would need to clean up the blood and then they would put my car parts back in and that they would have it ready for me Friday morning 07/07/17. This story just didn't sound right to me, so I decided to go and check on my car. When I got there, I discovered that my car had not been touched-meaning they had not even started on my car. I was so disappointed. I had to end up taking my car somewhere else and got it fixed within two hours-at almost half the cost quoted by said assist. service manager. Being a customer of Herrin-Gear service department for almost seven years, I don't understand why my car repairs were so low on the priority list. I also don't understand all of the dishonesty. I could have never imagined that I would receive such shade-tree service at what I once felt was a reputable place of business. I don't appreciate the run around, the dishonesty, and I certainly don't appreciate my intelligence being insulted. I am a compassionate person so I won't name the assistant service manager that I am referring to above. He knows who he is. If this is his usual way of conducting business, I'm quite sure other customers have complained prior to me and I'm quite sure his coworkers have seen glimpses of unethical and unprofessional behavior as well. I was forced to select the one star rating in order to activate the post button, but If I had my way, there would be 0 stars selected.

First let me start off by saying that I purchased a truck from this place in November of 2015 due to another dealer sending me over there because he couldn't get the truck color I wanted. They moved quickly and I was pleased. Now fast forward to the other day, my wife finds a used car for our new family and I talk to a man named Jordan. He gives me the out the door price of 23,980. We make the decision to only put 1,000 down to keep the payments less than 400 per month. My wife tells his man several times she isn't sure she wants to buy it if she has an interest percentage of 5.5 or more. Jordan comes back and tells her she hasn't made any big purchases and throws out a 6.9 interest estimate which gets me to thinking. She has had a job for five years at the same place with a credit score range in the 760-785 range. The total price (out the door) was originally 23,980 and we put 1,000 down which should have made it 22,980 plus the processing fee of 245 and the 10 title charge. Even at 7 percent it should not have made the total cost at the end of the loan a little over 32,000. Even the Gap insurance addition of around 1,350 should have affected it that much. The finance guy was nice until my wife total him she wasn't sure about the purchase. Jordan has run off by this point and the finance guy storms out and a very professional man tries to make it right but by that time my wife and myself are both pissed and done. There is no way that a 22,500 SUV should cost 32,000 over the course of the loan. Please use your common sense when dealing with these people because it seems to me that they think I didn't have any.

Truely a five star experience: My wife and I had the best buying experience we have EVER had. Our sales person, Tamara, was outstanding. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. One of the sales managers, Tim is another outstanding employee/manager. He is a super nice person, and he seemed to have a friendly smile every time we saw him. He is honest and upfront, a true man of his word. The process of picking out the two vehicales my wife and I bought (Tundra and Camery) was slightly complicated but these guys not only got it done, but got us in under budget. Speaking of finances, Gerald, one of the finance team members is also an outstanding member of this organization. He is a VERY “sharp dressed man”, you can’t miss him. He is very friendly and made the finance side of things a lot less painful and drawn out than ANY dealership I have EVER been too. We will work with them again in the future for sure. The three of them made sure that we did not have to “settle” on anything with our purchase, they made sure they we are 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING with the vehicles. We literally got EXACTLY what we wanted even though it took some (don’t let the word “SOME” down play how much) work to get the exact matches. They even gave me a loaner while they located my Tundra. I had my truck in 4 days (which included the weekend as we went in on a Friday) and they did not get upset when I had to drive to New Orleans (200 miles one way) for a family emergency in the fore mentioned loaner. We only get one mom and this place understands that. Side note: I will update review to include the service department after having service on both vehicles. Update: so a little late, we have had one Toyota care service for the Camry and Tundra. I don't like "bad mouthing" people, so no names required here. The service department leaves ALOT to be desired. The "tech" scratched ALL four rims on the Camry (the service department argued at first, but after showing undeniable proof that they did scratch the rims, they did they the right thing and replaced the rims. As for the service on my Tundra, the 5000 mile "service" is a joke. A tire rotation, I tow heavy, close to 10k lbs, and the service department argued that the motor I have according to the book says to change the oil at 10000 miles, just cause it's written in a book, does not mean that it is correct. But hey I guess that's a problem for Toyota and I, not the dealership. The service department employees, including the manager, all acted as if the customers are a bother. A note to the owner: Your dealership is very nice, everyone had smiles and was very welcoming. Your staff made our visit one to remember due to the pleasent experience. We look forward to doing business again in the future. Update to the owner: The sales side of your dealership is outstanding. We will do business with the sales department again, the service department on the other hand, will not be used again, until MAJOR changes in that area.

I had a salesman Jeff who just told me anything to get his commission for the day. He told me I had GAP insurance, but it turns out I did not. Make sure you have GAP insurance which is only about $40 to $50 in addition to your note per month so if something happens to the vehicle, you don't have to pay them for nothing! Even the person who does the paper work after the agreement to the monthly note told me they were in it for just the money. Do your research on KBB first before buying any from them. But I got recommended to go to Gray Daniels Toyota in Brandon.

I contacted the service department to have some work done to my vehicle and they made me an appointment and scheduled it for the following week. I delivered my vehicle to them at 7:45 am and they informed me the work would be completed around lunch. I stated it isn't a rush as I will not be able to pick it up until 4:30-5:00pm. I arrived at 5:00pm and asked to pick up my vehicle, the service person couldn't find the ticket. They stated they may still be working on it and did I want to leave it. I did not want to leave it as I had to be at my second job within the hour and did not have a vehicle to leave in. So, the service person wondered off to speak with the technicians. A few minutes later my vehicle pulls up to the exit bay and the service person informs me: "They have not worked on my vehicle at all. The technician was busy working on a major troubleshooting problem of another customer's vehicle." Apparently there is only one technician that works at the entire dealership. The service person apologized and stated they would make it up to me, but I now refuse to return to that dealer as they couldn't deliver on their promise.

I also do all of my maintenance there and have no complaints in that department. I can't imagine myself buying from another dealership anytime soon. I've bought a Prius, and a 4-runner. My husband took his car for repair to this place on Tuesday . They said they will call when its ready on Thursday. They did not call. we went there to see whats the problem .the Technician wasn't there. his coworker told us that it should be ready by tomorrow and if it's not ready they would call. they did not call . we went back to check again on Friday. Technician wasn't there and coworker said he doesn't know anything about the process . My husband had to get off of work for 2 days and pay people to take him home after work for rest of the week. We still don't know whats the problem because they never called . Is this right costumer service ?!
