I called 2 days a head to set an appointment to have my oil changed and my 30k check done. Quincy, and all the staff were great, they kept me informed about my car.(how things were going and the time it would take). The service department needs a lot of work. I arrived at 9:45 for an oil change. The employee stated that it would be an hour or two wait. At the second hour I went to the desk to check on the status and she said, I told you two or three hours which isn’t what she said before. A few people came in after me and left before me and they received only oil changes as well. One lady sitting beside me said, they always call ahead. But each time I call ahead I am told to just come on in, you can’t make an appointment for an oil change.

I live in Atlanta and my last experience purchasing an Infiniti for my wife was to say the least painful. While she loved the vehicle, I did not foresee us purchasing another Infiniti. I was speaking to a friend who lives in the Jackson area. Told him my story and he recommended me to reach out to the sales manager Shanehan Westphal. I've purchased a number of vehicles in my life this was by far the best experience by far. Hit my number, gave me what I needed for my trade. All the paperwork was perfect. They delivered the car to my door step (to the minute) - full of gas and clean. I received a personal text 30 minutes after completed the paperwork, making sure all expectations were met. What a great experience this is how purchasing a car should be.

This was my first visit to this dealership and my last! I bought my vehicle in Little Rock Arkansas and usually take my QX60 for service to the Benton Dealership. Where I always get excellent service from a very friendly and courteous staff. But I took it to Jackson this time because my daughter lives there. I was not greeted at the entrance; I had to find someone to wait on me. I didn’t have to wait long for my vehicle to get serviced, but they didn’t vacuum and wash my vehicle. They asked me questioned that gave me the impression that since I didn’t buy my vehicle there I should maybe take it for servicing where I bought it. Which I will gladly do in the future.

I recently tried to call to set up an appointment and could not get in touch with anyone. The call just kept going to a voicemail and no one ever called me back. Great experience getting my new Infiniti QX60 at Herrin-Gear Infiniti in Jackson, Mississippi. When I drove up to the dealership, I could see the smiling face of Dana Stein who came over to my car and welcomed me and offering me help. She took me for test drives in several vehicles and was very knowledgeable about each. She help me with accessories, answered my questions and returned me to the dealership, introducing me to her colleagues and the finance manager, who helped me with financing alternatives. After deciding on the package, the QX60 was delivered to my home in Columbus promptly and efficiently. Since, Dana has kept in touch to be sure that all was well with me and the QX60. I could not be more pleased with the car or the service I received at Herrin-Gear, particularly from Dana.

Was able to get a thousand dollars more for my trade-in than CarMax offered. He found the truck at their sister lot about 5 miles away and took me there. Test drive was smooth. Poor service from service department. I took our lease here after hearing noise on my new Infiniti. Firstly I wasn’t greeted kindly and I sit 2+ hours which was fine because I was getting a problem fixed but then people that came in after me were being called and told their vehicle was ready which was fine because they may have had a less tedious service done. After waiting patiently 2+ hours a different rep came out and said that they hadn’t got to the car yet and needed more time and that I needed to ride with a mechanic to show them what problem I’m experiencing. After consenting to ride with someone the rep left and stated she was going to get someone and came back and said that she was misinformed that they heard the noise and can’t figure out what was going on and that they needed more time with it. I then asked for a loaner and rep stated I couldn’t get a loaner because we have a lease. I said ok and called someone to pick me up then my husband called the actual Nissan Lease Company and they said to bring it to them and they’d provide a loaner. I went back and talked to the front desk lady which rudely answered the phone while I was mid sentence...eventually I spoke with the rep that serviced me initially and they said that they can provide a loaner but I have to schedule an appointment. I got my car and left. Good service is being kind and surely not misleading your customer and being aware that the customer time is valuable and they need to be informed of other options before sitting 2+ hours to be told we haven’t done anything yet but we need more time. Please be kind and inform the customer correctly and inform them of any options and timing before having them wait a lifetime for nothing.

I took my Infiniti to Herrin Gear to have the door locks replaced. After learning it would cost $2700 to replace 3 door locks, we chose to only have the drivers side replaced. For replacing ONE door lock I was charged 2.5 hours at $112.00 per hour.
