I actually use to like them before I actually purchased a vehicle from them. I just bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue in December and have had poor service every since. 1st incident happened about 3 months after purchase. I my system became dysfunctional and popped up a warning signal. Long store short on that I had been riding around 3 months and the dealer did not turn my car off shipping mode before handing me the keys. Therefore my alarm and a bunch of other stuff were not even functioning. and all the seevice guy could do was smirk, flip the switch and say sorry.

Let me start by saying that we are a Nissan family. We own currently own 4 but have purchased MANY nissans over the years. Anyway, here’s my experience: My vehicle started aggressively braking randomly as I drove, not using cruise, no one in front of me. I had to have it towed in. They were HOURS late checking on the problem (car towed in around 7:30, service appointment at 9....by 11:30-12 they still hadn’t looked at my car.) When they did, I was told that since it didn’t “act up” during the test drive, they couldn’t do anything. LAME. So basically that my vehicle, over the course of 2 days, had randomly hit the brakes on me 4 times was of no consquence....pretty sure there’s a recall out right now for thousands of Nissan vehicles bc of the Automatice Emergency Braking System malfunctioning. They spoke condescendingly to me while trying to justify the fact that they were not going to pursue the problem with this vehicle bc THIS WAS THE FIRST COMPLAINT OF THIS TYPE. I called Nissan corporate and have started the process for a formal complaint. The people I dealt with at Nissan north were very unprofessional, kept trying to chalk the problem up to me having the cruise control on.....WHICH I DID NOT AND I HAD TOLD THEM NO LESS THAN 6 TIMES! Lies, just lies to try to cover for incompetence. They said that they performed a “multipoint inspection”. It was of the tread on the tires according to the receipt. Really?! That’s the best you could think of? Receipt specifically recorded that the brakes/pads were NOT checked. I would have thought that with a malfunction of this sort, the entire braking system would have been inspected not the tread on the tires. OVERWHELMINGLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE LACK OF INFORMED SERVICE AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Service person lied the whole time I was there. I had an appointment the day prior didn’t have any issues with my tires nothing in my tire but they were losing air pressure. I asked them why and they couldn’t tell me anything held me there an hour and a half to tell me my thread was too low! That was not the issue and they couldn’t tell me anything! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO GRAY DANIELS FOR NOTHING!

I came in for an oil change special. I made an online appt the day before after I saw the email about the special. I arrived at 12:45 ,which was 15 minutes before my appointment at 1 PM. I told the service advisor that I was in a hurry and had another appointment to get to and would appreciate a speedy oil change I waited in the waiting area for an hour before I noticed the service technician finally bringing my truck into the service bay to start work on it. I think I finally got called that it was completed about 2:17 , which was 1.5 hour total time. That was more time spent than I had hoped for considering I had an appointment at 1 and told the SA that I was in a hurry.

I went to the service center on a Saturday without an appointment for an oil change. They are able to fit me in and get me out in less than 30 min. They also let me know about other services my car may need in the near future, but they weren't pushy about it. Very happy with my experience there and will be going back.

We purchased a used vehicle last Saturday! The sale went smoothly, but we left with only 1 key to the vehicle since we were told the box could not be opened. Updated: The customer care department contacted me and was able to get me a second key at no extra charge! Their customer service manager, Ms. Deen, was so understanding. They were able to work around my schedule to come get my new key programmed and I am so relieved to have a spare! This is the second car my family has bought from Gray Daniels, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for another vehicle!

I took my car to Gray Daniels Nissan because my shift lock was not working properly. I couldn't get it out of park. After waiting for someone to come to ask what I needed, the man who took my information said that it would be under warranty if there was no "sticky substance" on it. I wasn't worried about that because nothing had been wasted on the console. He told me that it would take 3 to 4 hours to repair. I said fine, because I needed my car. After about 35 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, the same gentleman came and told me that it did have a "sticky substance", it would cost me $660 to repair. Also there was a $110 serviceman charge. Of course I didn't have them do the work. I told them that since Gray Daniels still owed me money from me having penaltes (damages) for buying my car tag late, that they could use that money. My car tag was due in November 2017. When I went to buy it, the people at the tax collector's office said that I couldn't buy it because the title was not realeased. Well I immediately called the salesman who sold me the car. He gave me numbers to call. Noone ever answered. This went on from November 2017 to February 2018. I finally, AND fortunately, went to the tax collector's office ( Raymond, MS branch) when a kind young man there decided to look into my situation. It took about 4 hours, with him working in between other customers ( I also had my 2 year old granddaughter with me), for HIM to clear up the confusion. Someone from Nissan had attached the wrong VIN number to the title of my car. This young man works for the tax collector's office NOT Nissan. Thank GOD for his kind heart. The thing is the same thing happened to me when I first bought this car in 2016--I was not able to purchase the tag until February 2017. Of course there was a penalty. They did reimburse me for the tag penalties for 2017 (They sent me a check for it two months later). I gave Mr. Malone a copy of the late fee (penalty or damages) in February 2018. On Monday, August 6, 2018, he said he didn't have that copy. Fortunately, again, I was able to call the tax collector's office and talk to the young man who took care of my problem with the title issue. He faxed a copy of the tag price with the penalties circled. MIND YOU, BY NOW, 3 HOURS HAVE NOW PASSED, FROM THE TIME THE SERVICE MAN TOLD ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. Finally, after I showed Mr. Malone a copy of the text messages I had sent to the salesman who sold me the car ( this showed proof that someone there knew about my tag/ title issue) , Mr. Malone finally said , " We will call it even, "paid in full." I left Gray Daniels Nissan, finally, after OVER 3 hours, with no work having been done to MY car. There was NO evidence that the cover of the gear shift had ever been removed. MY CAR SHIFT IS STILL STUCK IN PARK. Oh yeah, by the way, there was another car that was brought in on a wrecker who had the same SHIFT Lock problem as I had. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being completely satisfied, 1 being completely dissatisfied, I rate this visit a 1.

Purchased certified vehicle and have a issue with vehicle that wasn't disclosed in sale of purchase of car. The passenger side windshield wiper blade when lifted can not be done the hood of vehicle is blocking the blade also paint is chipping from the hood due to the wiper blade rubbing against the hood. Also missing cap on windshield and I'm here to fix issues a week later now it's approaching two hour mark. They had one week to call person to repair issues and I'm sitting here staring at vehicle waiting for service. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and will never purchase from this place again.

I made an appointment online using an synthetic oil change coupon. Showed up on time and asked they add tire rotation to the service. I drove away in about 40 minutes. Friendly employees and good service for a good price. Although I didn’t partake, they offered free fresh donuts and coffee. I would recommend service at Gray Daniels Nissan North to anyone. Good job! This location is also where we purchased our 2017 Rogue. I really don’t like going through the hassle of purchasing a new car and told them that up front. That said, they made an effort to not waist my time or theirs. We settled on a price quickly and I was driving away in about an hour. Easiest purchase I’ve ever made.

I love Gray Daniel Nissan for service of my vehicle. On January 19, 2019 I experienced like I was being taken advantage. I was the very first customer their that morning. There was 2 others behind me and they was getting the same thing I was getting and that was an oil change. The other 2 customer got finished before my vehicle. So when they got to me I ask " I was the first one here and why I wasn't finished first"? She told me oh we had to finish putting fluids in your vehicle. So I didn't understand that. Last, I had 50% off my oil change and when I was ready to pay and she said it was the full payment. So I stated did the sale lady tell you I had 50 % off and she called the saleslady and said Do she have 50% off and she said oh yes she can. So I said she didn't put it on my service paper and she responded it's being hecked here. So I didn't get a apology or nothing but thanks and have a great day. It was not hecked that morning because for me being first customer and came in third it's OK?

Do you appreciate good Customer Service? Than this is NOT the place your should shop. They will not respect your requests nor will they tell you the truth. All they care about is selling cars and that's about the extent of their customer service. I was conned into paying for their $900 product called "Resistall". It was never applied to my top of the line 2018 Rogue. Per documentation, I did not have to buy this product, so I requested a refund back in August 17, 2018, after purchasing the Rogue in July. In order to get the refund, I was forced to give a 5 star rating for the salesman. To this day, I've been lied to by 2 different financial representatives claiming that the request was being taken care of. Frankly, I believe I have been more than acceptably polite and patient about the situation. 6 months of waiting and I still have not been refunded the money stolen from me.

Almost 15 years ago I bought a Nissan from here and a second one a few years later. Back then I had a fender bender. Because the truck was still under factory warranty, I figured the body work had to be done at a Nissan dealership. The work was done at Gray Daniels Chevrolet shop and they did the total worst body work on my truck back then. Paint drips, sags and everything. Very horrible body work from 15 years ago. The reason I'm re sharing this 15 years later is because a friend of mine has a 2015 Nissan Rogue and the factory warranty is almost out. She stated to me as driving the vehicle on a trip the AC, radio, and etc would shut off. She told me she went to Gray Daniels north several times and they told her, they can't find the problem. I told her to stay away from Gray Daniels north as their service department has nothing but frauds and liars as they did me 15 years ago. Just saying, stay away from Gray Daniels north. Go to Cannon or any other Nissan dealership.

I purchased my car about two months ago from CarMax. I called yesterday and explained that I had to press the brake and push the start button several times before my car would start. I was advised to take my car to Nissan because it was still under manufacturer warranty for that specific issue and my car had less than 60,000 miles on it. I called the Nissan dealership, spoke with a gentleman and was told that it was a recall issue, expecting to get the issue resolved without a cost, only to arrive to the dealership to find I had been given incorrect information from both parties. After explaining the issue to Claire, I was informed the issue was not covered under warranty and it was not a recall issue. She explained that the brake switch was probably going bad and the part would cost about $50 and the labor would cost about $60. She was correct, the brake switch had to be replaced but I was billed for $156.45 because based on what I was told by Claire, I was expecting to be billed for no more than $120 - $125. Not happy for several reasons! The rating would have been 5 stars if I hadn't been given incorrect information when I called and if the cost had aligned up more with the amount I was initially told. However, I was pleased with how timely my vehicle was ready and the friendliness of the staff.

The staff at Gray-Daniel service department is courteous and very professional. They kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle, and most importantly; if there's anything else that need attention on your vehicle they let you know right away & you are given the option to have it attended to at that time. After visiting another Nissan dealership, and not having any luck my husband and I decided to come to Gray-Daniels since it was close to home. We thought we weren’t going to have any luck at this location either, but as we were leaving an older gentleman (a sales manager, I feel horrible for not remembering his name!) stopped us asking if they were able to get something worked out for us and after we told him no, because it seemed like the other dealership sent poor info to the banks, he asked us to wait while he tried to work something out for us. After about a hour he and our sales man came back and told us that we were approved for the BRAND NEW SUV we wanted, and he was able to get us SUCH a good deal, (lower payment than initially thought, longer warranty) because my husband recently graduated from college. Customer Service Exceeds Expectations!! The sales associates and service advisors have made my first car buying experience easy and stress-free. As a woman, it is in my nature to become emotionally attached to material objects; however, I was prepared to walk out if I did not think I was getting a fair deal. Fortunately, I did receive a fair deal on my vehicle and I never once felt the need to walk out. After I purchased my vehicle and had it for a few days I noticed some audio issues which I did not notice upon purchase of the vehicle. Since the damages were not covered under warranty, I thought for sure I would be paying out of my own pocket for the repairs of these damages caused by the previous owner; however, the dealership was happy to take care of these issues at no cost to me. Great empathetic/understanding facades! Really only just want to get the sales done, and will say anything to push it along (of course like many other dealers). Issues that should have been resolved/changed beforehand were pushed off, and stated that it wouldn't be a problem with updating the information, but when the time came to get it handled, it was pretty much nothing that could be done & I'm stuck. Not a dealership I'd recommend to anyone, especially when I asked an employee about why I was told inaccurate information from another employee and it was brushed off as "Oh, he didn't knowing what he was talking about". I have been to two gray daniels nissan. One was in Brandon and two time in North Jackson. Brandon didn't charge cause they couldn't line it up. North Jackson charge me twice. First time they didn't line it up but still charge me full price. I had to bring it back and they still charge me again for the same alignment.

I noticed my check tire message was still on when I got home. I called the dealership & spoke with Aubrey Macom to find out if my tires had been checked or not. He looked up my ticket & wouldn’t say they weren’t checked but didn’t see where they were. He told me to bring the car back in to have the tires checked. I asked if there was some kind of discount on a future oil change for not doing all that I paid for? He replied that he couldn’t give me a $50 oil change for not putting air in my tires. But he was letting me bring the car back to have them checked. I stated that it was not a favor, I was having to come back to get what I originally paid for. I said I was not happy with their service & I wondered if my oil was changed or if they simply reset the sensor since the other issue wasn’t checked. I will be going elsewhere for all future services.

About a week ago, I took my 2016 Frontier in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be a few hours wait time because they were busy and I was completely fine with waiting a few hours. About three and a half hours later I got a call from a service advisor and the service advisor asked me if I could leave my truck with them until Monday because I had three stripped lug studs (Gray-Daniels Nissan has been the only ones to do any work on my truck). I told the service advisor that I would leave it if they had something I can drive until my truck is repaired but I was told that they did not have anything for me to drive while waiting on my truck to be repaired. I took my truck home and when I examined the wheels, the lug wells had scratches on them and one of my lug nuts was missing. I called the service advisor back and asked if they were aware of the missing lug nut and I was told that they were aware of it. I took my truck back the following Monday and dropped it off around 11:00. I was told that they would have it fixed sometime that afternoon. I received a call that afternoon and once again, I was asked if I could leave my truck because they did not have the parts they needed to fix my truck. The service advisor told me that it would be ready the next day, so I left my truck with them. As of 3:00 Tuesday afternoon, I still had not received a call from them so I called the service advisor back but I never got an answer. I called back six more times but they never answered the phone. I was trying to find out the status on the repair so I would know if I needed to arrange a ride to pick it up or home from work. Keep in mind, while Gray-Daniels had my truck, I was having to arrange rides to and from work because I was not given anything to drive while they were repairing it. I had to go through two other people to get an answer about the status of the repair and I was told once more that the parts were not in but they would be in the following morning and I would receive a call when the truck was ready. On Wednesday afternoon, I still did not receive a phone call so about 4:00 I began calling to check on the repair status. I finally got in touch with the service advisor and I was told the parts were still not in. I told the service advisor I talked to someone and they told me that the parts would be in and my truck would be ready this afternoon. The service advisor then told me that the parts were in and they would have it put in the shop and ready to pick up that afternoon. On Wednesday, I finally got my truck back. My first experience I had with Gray-Daniels was top notch and speedy but this one was not. I was very dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication that I received this go around.

I would not recommend this place to NO ONE. Had very bad experience there at their service department a few months ago. I would go there all the time for service BUT everything went down the drain when I scheduled an appointment for a set of tires. How can one go to a place of business to have a problem corrected only to leave with the incorrect items promised and another problem created on top of that. O yeah, return the next day to have things corrected only to make them worst. I have purchased vehicles there in the past and there is good people there and they know who they are but if I can help it I have NOT plans of EVER going there any time soon. Best of luck to them but customer's please be vigilant.

My 2009 Nissan Maxima has been in for the same problem four times. The struts have been replaced with new factory struts twice and still pop when turning. The service department did cover the cost of shocks when it was determined to not be the problem. We took the car back and it was at the dealership over a week with no contact from anyone other than myself reaching out to get information. I finally went and picked the car up and was avoided other than the receptionist who helped me. I was handed the keys with no documentation (receipt) that anything had been done to my car. My daughter had been without her car for over a month total with all the trips with no solution. This is very disappointing and gives me a negative view of Nissan, if this is how they do business. I understand that it can be hard to diagnose a problem with a vehicle. That is not what I am upset about. It is the lack of communication while the vehicle was there this last time, and the way I was avoided when I went to pick it up! It would have been nice to speak with a manager about what was going on with the vehicle. So, we still have no resolution to what is wrong with our vehicle.

My customer service experience was awesome and my wait was priceless! UNFORTUNATELY, one of the services (rotation & balance) completed was unacceptable. I noticed vehicle was riding extremely rough and steering wheel vibrating excessively. Hit the Tire Pressure button and PSI registered at 41/32/47/41!! I immediately had my hubby to leveled psi to 35 equally (as recommend on tire info)... and problem solved. Apparently tech road test after the service nor properly service it

Was paired up with a salesman when I arrived and waited . Was told nothing could be done that night but they working on a "deal" and the salesman would contact the next morning. I was never contacted the next day so day 3 I called and was told the salesman was "busy on the phone" but I was told a manager would contact me back and nothing. I received a call from a young woman the next week (mind you no one has called and contacted me) trying to see if I visited the store because she saw I was interested in possibly purchasing a vehicle. I let her know about the above scenario , she apologized and said a manager would call me to follow up and but no one contacted me . I think it's unprofessional to just leave a customer hanging because you feel you don't have anything to gain from the sale or there is nothing that can be done. Whether you can help the individual , its takes a few minutes to contact the individual(s) and let them know yes or no . Just taking their information and never being heard from again is definitely not good business and just because you didn't want to deal with me doesn't mean I don't know other people interested in buying but I wouldn't want someone to be treated like I was . After speaking with another co-worker who had a similar experience, I understand that's just the way business is handled if you feel people are not worth your time .

I have nothing but praise for this dealership and their service department. They help me within a timely manner every time I bring my vehicle in for service and are always 100% upfront about wait times and costs. I have found that wait times can be improved by providing as much detail as I can when bringing a vehicle in for service. The service was very fast, but when I retrieved my vehicle from the service department, my vehicle was dirty. The steering wheel, the seats and the carpets were smeared with a black, oily residue. There was a time Gray Daniels put plastic in the vehicle to help prevent these dirty smears that must be on the hands and shoes of their mechanics. There was no plastic in my vehicle this last visit. For how much we pay for services, Gray Daniels could keep the vehicle clean, or wipe the vehicle clean or give the vehicle a car wash. I believe they could do something to make the customer's vehicle look clean or remain clean after it is serviced.

This dealer ship doesn't value customers by pulling stunts like this. Who in there right mind book these many appointments around the same time. Never had this problem next door at chevy.
