My overall experience was GREAT from the greeting through the ending as always! The staff is always professional provided great service and even great hospitality while you wait for services to be performed. This is always my number one spot for my car care needs. Being a woman, we sometimes don’t want to have to be put in a position of having to handle things of this such like oil changes and etc. but I always feel welcomed and appreciated here. Took brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue in to have Chrome Bumper Protector installed and “delivery detail” performed. I was told by phone that part was in stock, so I scheduled appointment. After waiting two full hours, with no word or update, I went to check on the status. The service writer who checked me in was gone to lunch! I asked another service writer and he went to check. I watched through the waiting area window to the service bay as the writer, accompanied by a tech, walked to my as yet untouched car. The tech proceeded to take the bumper protector he was carrying out of its package and install on the car in less than five minutes. The writer then drove the car to have it detailed. I was furious!! I had waited two hours while they never touched my car! They knew I was coming and why I was bringing the car! They then tried to tell me they had to go get the part from another location. After leaving the dealership, two hours and 45 minutes after arriving, I went and purchased new tag. As I was putting tag on car,I noticed that the bumper protector was installed incorrectly!! Needless to say, I’m very unhappy and dissatisfied with this service department! Other than a warranty issue, I’ll NEVER be back! UPDATE: When the Service Manager returned, he reached out to us to resolve the issue. He personally came to our house and replaced the incorrectly installed bumper protector with a new one and assured us that he had addressed our problem internally. We will give them another chance.

Went to look at a Frontier a few weeks ago. Was not able to make a deal. That's fine. I understand that they are a business and are there to make a profit. However, I have now received 2 different phone calls at 2 different times telling me they were ready to make a deal. After speaking with the sales department on both occasions, I was told I would be called back and never was. I'm not going to waste their time, and I don't appreciate having mine wasted.

Over and over again That's what I'm dealing with I have to go get my car from Nissan And pay a $250 deductible for a transmission that went out on a car that they put on the lot. That never had been through Service The GM says that he was gonna take care of me no charge I will never go near that place again it's a joke top from bottom! I will make another post once I leave So beware of this dealership it was a 40K mile vehicle with factory warranty and extended warranty as well.
my car would not start but gave a warning light which I found in the manual but did not understand ... when I called the dealership to find out what I needed to do I was transferred to the service department where I spoke with Neeko...its been quite a while since I have had the pleasure to be assisted by someone as courteous as he was...he was very informative, polite and knowledgeable ...he explained the problem (which I still didn't understand lol) and said it was a recall...when it was repaired he called and explained I needed to reply to an email which told of various problems that needed to be attended to ...when I went to pick up the car he even held the door open for me...thank you, neeko, for being so helpful... I left the dealership initially satisfied with a preowned vehicle. Before arriving home, I find myself spending $350.00 to a locksmith after the only key provided got stuck in the driver's door. I attempted to negotiate with the sales manager to no avail...I'm stuck. Day 3, the car will not start....I think I may have bought a sour LEMON.
I made an appointment for 10a. When I arrived it was busy but Adrian C. honored my appointment time and took my car straight to the service area. The wait time was about an 1.5 hour which was great considering the amount of people waiting. The customer service was great and my visit was pleasant!

they could not find what was wrong with my car, even though it is still doing what I said it was doing. Then they didnt send anyone to pick me up until I called and asked where my ride was. I lost time from work waiting on them to send someone after the fact. and then told I didnt need to get an attitude. Yes I had an attitude. I brought my car to repair my seat that wont stay pumped up. no it may not go done all in one day but it still doesnt stay where it is put. needless to say I did not have a good experience with Grey Daniels Brandon. Of course, once the sale is made they are done.
Yes. It is really a positive experience with this dealership so far. I bought a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. I drove 450 miles (from Houston) to get the car, because it is totally worth it. Zach/Joe handled the sales and Clint handled the Financing. I was able to close the deal and make an initial down payment on Phone. They also sent in all the paperwork to Texas DMV for registration. Hopefully I should get the car registered without issues. Update (06/12): DMV could not find the papers and till now I did not get any details to track the package. Now I am worried :( Looks like after sales follow up is bad. Hoping for an update soon. Update (06/13): Still no response from the Finance Manager. I mailed continuously and also left couple of voice messages in his mobile and also work phone. It is frustrating that they decided to not even reply. Now, I can clearly see the issue with buying from out of town dealership. :( Update (07/02): With no luck I am still waiting to get my car registered and the license tag/plate. Never thought this could be so tough considering I had bought vehicles from out of state before. One good thing is I was able to get in touch with the Finance manager (after 3 days) and he said he will check what is going on. Fingers crossed ! Update (07/24): Got my car registered at last. Had to push the sales team to work with after sales department to get this done. After sales made this transaction very difficult. But over all I did save some on the car price. Gray-Daniels will be definitely very good for anyone local in Mississippi. I would love to give 5 stars for sales and 1 star for after sales. Over all its 3 stars.

Steve New is a wonderful salesman he’s not pushy like some salesman are. I came in to look at a 2017 red Dodge Journey but left with a 2016 Black Dodge Journey. I thought the 2017 was everything I wanted until I realized it didn’t have 3rd row seats. So Steve looked at all the Gray Daniels inventory to find exactly what i wanted in my price range. Then got me the deal I needed with my payments where they needed to be.
I was called by the service department today to bring my car up there so they can check it out. I must say I meet the manager Mr. Jim Jentry very professional and kind person and is for the customer's well being and he promised me they was going to take care of the situation. So to Mr. Jentry I want to say thank you for everything you did today for me.

We just had a stellar experience at Gray Daniels Nissan Brandon. Daniel Warren sold us a 2017 Platinum Armada, simply with his great people skills. No games, no trickery, no lies. None of the usual, "don't worry about the price! Come on down and we'll make it right" only to leave dissappointed, stressed and without a new vehicle. He was super chill and never made us uncomfortable. If you want to purchase Nissan, I would HIGHLY recommend calling Daniel first! Everyone we encountered that day was super nice. The manager (I think, the buff guy?) came to see us before we left to think about the purchase just to make sure that we weren't leaving out of frustration. Several hours later, we left with a new vehicle and zero regret or unhappiness! It's a car buying miracle!

I had my transmission allegedly replaced in 2015. The reason I say allegedly is because my transmission needs to be replaced again in 2019. If the 2015 transmission was replaced with a brand new one it shouldn't need to be replaced again which makes me naturally believe that it wasn't replaced with a brand new one. And, I can't afford to replace it out-of-pocket because it's really expensive. Plus I wouldn't want the same agency to do it because of my first experience. I also feel that a new transmission should be fully warranted or at least warranted for longer that 12 months. My experience wasn't good.

Long wait times always, Don’t go unless you are prepared to wait over an hour for any services. I got a basic oil changed an it took close to two hours. No check up until, I asked about my car.
Jerry Clark at Gray Daniels Nissan was great to work with and took care of our 2016 Nissan Altima transmission problem right away! Nissan parts had transmission rebuild kits on back order for 1 week and that was only minor issue and reason for 4 star rating. Thanks Jerry!

Recently visited this local dealership to make a possible purchase. Salesman was very friendly and helpful. I spent about 2-3 hours at this dealership. The salesman worked diligently to locate a vehicle that had all the "bells and whistles" I wanted. Salesman was able to locate a vehicle that had all the "bell and whistles" I wanted. The vehicle was out of state, therefore salesman was unable to provide me with an actual photo of the vehicle. Salesman stated he would provide me with actual photos of the vehicle the following morning. I did not receive the actual pictures of the vehicle until a day and a half later (how long does it take for someone to email or text pictures?). The vehicle the salesman located did not have all the "bells and whistles" I was guaranteed by salesman. My frustration comes in when I allowed the salesman to run my credit based upon the salesman guarantee the vehicle would meet my expectations and I was ready to complete the deal. Now I am left with no vehicle and an unnecessary inquiry on my credit history based upon salesman guarantee that the vehicle would meet my expectations. My credit is something I take very seriously and would never allow anyone to run my credit unless I was serious about making a purchase. I am a very dissatisfied customer!!
Adrian Cavenaugh is the best service advisor EVER!! My husbands truck unexpectedly messed up and wouldn’t crank. A friend recommended we call Adrian and he got us in Friday afternoon at 5 with no hesitation!! Diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and the truck was ready Monday!! I cannot thank him enough!!! STOP!!! IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A NISSAN I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO LOOK AT OTHER MAKES OF VEHICLES!!! My wife purchased a Nissan pathfinder new in 2017. It has recently started to smoke on start up with just 40,000 miles. We took it to gray Daniels and were told it was our fault. They told us the vehicle was not properly maintained. We change the oil according to the handbook. And even have oil change receipts for each oil change. Now they want to charge us $10,000 for a new motor. Highly corrupt company!

I hesitate to write this review because I may not express my true amazement of what I experienced today at Gray Daniels Nissan. I drove 6 hours round trip for a truck only they had. I have never in my life experienced customer service like I did today in my 60 years on this earth. My salesman Larry was so nice, respectful, and polite I was amazed. He explained everything on the truck and how it operated, the process and papers of the sale, and the processing of my trade for me to understand it. Larry never made me feel like he was rushing through the process or just going through the motion of the process. Very impressed with Larry and sales manager Peirre. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed while I was there for 3 hours and it didn't feel like I was there that long. Thank you Larry and Peirre, my wife loves the truck.

Definitely see Nikki when you visit, tell her Nate Lewis sent you she is the face of this dealership and definitely the one who will make you feel good about your purchase, however the dealership I have had quiet a few problems with I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima and it has scratches on it, I was told it would be repaired Purchased the car on 2/5/18 took it back to get the repairs and it has more damage now than initially......I was told that the detail department was possibly responsible and still to this day I haven't had no one follow up with me to repair the damage on my brand new car......

I was able to send info in before hand which cut my time drastically. I think we were there maybe 45 minutes before I drove off in my new Accord! I would definitely deal with them again and send others their way.

My wife traded a lease in on 2/19/19. Gray-Daniels was supposed to pay the overage on the lease mileage. Between the salesman Elmer and the rude and condescending sales "manager" John my wife spoke with over the phone, we have been repeatedly told this has been taken care of. John told my wife on 3/12 that the check was being mailed that day and Nissan should get it the next day. Here we are a week after that, and Nissan still has not received payment. Lies all around. Take your business elsewhere! ***UPDATED*** I changed this from one star to three stars because a sales manager named Joel contacted us and has been working on getting this issue corrected. However, the check sent was for the wrong amount even after we had provided them an invoice almost a month ago now. He assured us they will get the rest of the amount taken care of, but we shall see. ***UPDATE #2*** Here we are 2 months from the date of the turn in, and they STILL haven't gotten this taken care of. Back to a one star for them. It is absolutely amazing how unprofessional this whole process has been handled.

Most expensive oil change I’ve ever had to pay for. It was 62.33 with a 20.00 coupon. Did not use any specialty oils. Way to expensive for a regular oil change with a 20.00 off coupon. Other then the cost everything went as expected.
As I sent in a separate feedback, I came in for an oil change, advertised for $14.95. I realized that I would probably not get that price because of the special needs of my car. Still I figured it would still be a good deal. And it was. The total was $25.00, which included the disposal fee, so I was pleased. I paid, folded up my receipt and went home. At home I read the receipt, to find that the oil change had actually cost close to $80, due mainly to the expensive oil my car required. Yet Gray Daniels had made a $65 adjustment to my bill, and honored the $14.95 price quoted in my online purchase. I was blown away by your decision to honor that price, even though you probably had to eat some of the cost of special oil and filter. Your service rep was polite to a fault, and treated me like royalty. If you were trying to win my loyalty, you did it right. I'll be back for all my service needs. Thanks so much!

My sister brought her 2018 Nissan Murano in for a routine oil change. She is 22 years old and I helped her get the car but she pays for the car and it's upkeep. Her tire pressure light was on and she asked that they check her tire. The manager came and told her that she would have to replace the tire. She called to ask me and I told her not to purchase a new tire at that time. I have been driving for over 30 years and have only had one tire that could not be repaired and that was a complete blowout. I told her to take the car to a tire dealer that is one of my husband's customers after she got her oil changed and they would take care of the tire for her. The manager told her that he COULD NOT let her leave without her replacing the tire because if she left it would probably cause her to wreck and she could come back and sue him. First of all, that is a complete and utter fabrication. Secondly, he has no right to hold her there nor does he have any ownership over her vehicle or any rights to hold the vehicle. You can NOT manipulate people into purchasing services and/or goods. It's absolutely reprehensible, dishonest, and shameful! She is a young driver and this is her first new car. He took advantage of that naivete. To add insult to injury, he gave her a "discount" on the tire. She was charged $150 for a tire that can be purchased anywhere else for $100 or less. After speaking to my friends, family and business acquaintances over the weekend it appears that this is normal course of business at Gray-Daniels Nissan in Brandon. I've heard at least 4 other stories of tires that "could not be repaired" and were told must be replaced that were taken elsewhere and repaired with no issues at all. I will never return to Gray-Daniels for any kind of service. Not only would I never recommend Gray-Daniels to anyone but will warn anyone I know not to do business here. I understand that some service standards have differing views about tire repair. I respect that and the recommendation to replace the tire is not an issue for me. The manipulation and tactics that were used to "force" the sale are enraging. It is absolutely illegal to tell someone that you can not release their car to them unless they purchase the service you have recommended. If I could rate this visit 0 stars I would. You have lost another customer for life. I will never stop warning people about your dishonest business practices.

I have never had any issues. I bought my Nissan Sentra there and my husband bought a Nissan Frontier and do far so good for both vehicles. When we have service done everyone is great. You just have to have plenty of patience just like any other dealership no different. They are busy they go as fast as they can. The waiting area is clean and comfortable so no complaints at this time.

They will lie to you. They will not back up what they say rhey will. It has put a bad taste in my mouth for them.
I never have a problem with this location. The service techs are always pleasant and take the time to let you know what maintenance is recommended on your vehicle. They keep you updated on the status of your service as well. Occasionally, it may take longer than expected to get an oil change, but that’s due to the sheer volume of customers their service department receives and how detailed they are when doing their multipoint inspections for each vehicle. I’d rather wait an extra hour and let them do the job correctly than them rush through it to move cars through faster.
