Total rip off artists. Refused to give me price of cars. Ran my credit 3 times with out my consent. Made my credit score plummet. I didn't buy from them and warn everyone to go elsewhere. TV in main room had cable adult channels that could easily be accessed by kids waiting on parents. Salesman laughed when I said I thought it was wrong.

My services visit was great, everything was handled in a timely manner. but my complimentary car wash was disappointing. I was not clean on the inside and dirt left on the car. It look like it was just spray with water and wipe off. +

Brought my F-150 in for repeat coolant system problems. They broke a line trying to fix it and kept the truck for 5 days. They eventually gave me a rental car, but I had to haggle and hassle with them over everything. Poor communication and customer service initially. Only improved when I complained to the manager. I've definitely had better service other places.

Got the job done, but I was told $150 for parts and labor, ended up paying $200 anyway. Worst part is that I bought my car from here and found out that they never even gave me all of the keys, now I have to buy them myself if I want the physical keys for my 2016 for escape.
