Dishonest service department and no integrity in handling recall services. I was told they didn't have a loaner vehicle for me to use during the process of repairing my safety related recall . I was told at best it would take 3 days for a 2 hr repair. The Service manager told me to keep calling him every other day to see if they could fit me in so that maybe I could get the repair done in 1 day . This was very insulting .

After my visit to Gray-Daniels, I didn't buy a car due to unforeseen circumstances but the service was amazing. My customer service Rep, I believe her name was Tiffanny was really kind and knew her stuff. She was quick at explaining everything and anything I was unsure of in a polite and friendly manner. Overall it seemed okay, the reason I went there was due to a safety recall. My wife had called the service dept. ahead of time and made an appointment. Upon arrival, we kind of got off to a bad start due to the service advisor saying " we may not get it done today ". The good thing is in the end they did.

The sales reps are not solely focused on money, they are more focused on getting you into a vehicle you WANT and DESERVE. It was an awesome experience dealing with their employees like Tiffany C. She has an amazing personality and I could tell she loves what she does. Tiffany is also bilingual, how spectacular is that! (I would not have known that if she didn't take the time to talk to me as a friend vs just a customer, not knowing she was assessing my car needs as well) She made sure I Ieft the lot with a smile on my face and did all she could to manifest quality customer service. I made an appointment through the automated number system "schedule service". This, in more ways then one, was the wrong thing to do apparently. I scheduled an "appointment" for a Thur. at 7:15. I showed up and noticed one other vehicle ahead of me. I didn't think much about it. I noticed a long line had formed behind me. I pulled into the service area and went inside where a couple of people were working. Neither made eye contact and I was eventually asked if they could help. I told them I had an appointment and they said "I dont have an appointment". I went outside with someone to get my vehicle listed for service. I told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation and a couple noises I wanted to have checked out. Before I get more into it, my vehicle is brand new, ordered from the dealership and only had about 5k miles on it. Its well under warranty. I described the noises to him and he was writing everything down. He said it would be a couple days. The sad thing is, they dont offer loaners, they told me they had rentals I could use. On Fri. afternoon, I called just to check the status of my vehicle, since they said it would take a "couple of days". Brad (the service manager, not just an advisor) was the one "helping" me. He said he would check on it and call me back. I waited over an hour. I called back and he said they had not started on it. Said it would take awhile with the noises etc. So I left the vehicle. At the end of day Monday (2 more days, counting Saturday), I called back. He said they weren't done with it but he would check. Again I waited over an hour. I called back and he said they hadn't started on it. Nothing. I asked why they havent done the oil or anything. He said they were going to do the noises first and then do the oil and tires since those wouldn't take long, but they hadn't started on it. At all. 4 days in. He insured me that they would get to it the next day. So I asked him to just communicate better. I left the vehicle, again. The next day around 2pm I get a call. Brad says they are done with the vehicle. Really? Wow. That was fast. I took it in the previous Thursday and left it through Monday and by closing time Monday they had done NOTHING on the vehicle and now by Tuesday, they had done the oil, tires, listened to the 2 different noises I gave them. They originally said it would be a couple days, they have now done this in half a day? Were they really that fast? No. So I talked to him and asked about the noises, etc. He said they didn't flag anything on the noises so he guesses they didn't find anything. He actually admitted that he didn't know if the mechanic found, fixed, duplicated anything. Given the time my vehicle was "completed" in I will give you one guess if the mechanic actually did or not. So while on the phone, I forgot to ask them originally to check the a/c to make sure it was cooling ok. He said my vehicle was now complete, that I was "out of line" and they would put me back in and it would be another 3-4 days. I told them sure. The following Mon. I called to check on it and he says "oh yea we got you ready, I have your ticket right here". It was on his desk, where it likely stayed. When I picked the vehicle up, the air being checked was not added as a line item where all the other completed services was. My thoughts? They didn't touch it once it was done the first time. The ticket sat on his desk for a week. Because I call about it and he happens to have the ticket right there when I call? And he cant speak as to whether they actually checked the air or not? When I got the van back, he actually had the nerve to ask me for a 5 star rating on a survey which I unfortunately never got. My vehicle was just as dirty as when I brought it in. No wash or vacuum during its stay? They did a multipoint inspection on it but yet the washer fluid warning was still there, so they didn't fill that up either? First service appointment with a vehicle ever at a dealership. It was the worst thing ever. Will not go back. They dont want to work on your warranty vehicle, thats a fact.

I took my truck in to have some work done on it. The person I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. His name was Bryan Miller. The repairs seem to have been done properly. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because my truck was left very dirty. There was grease on the door where it had been held open with a dirty shoe. And after spending 3,000$, a simple wash would have been nice.

Long story: I took my car into valvoline for an oil change this past weekend. I then took it into ford for an inspection and they said that the filter was not properly replaced and oil was leaking everywhere. They said to take it back to valvoline and they’ll redo it. I took it back to valvoline and told them to take another look at it. They told me I was wrong as was Gray-Daniels Ford. I then called Brad Watson at Gray-Daniels and told them what they told me. He said they were trying to pull a fast one and that they didn’t want to re-change my oil for free. He then told me to take it in and he’ll take care of it. Frustrated. I sat in the customer waiting area for about an hour and 15 minutes tops thinking to myself, “I have to pay to have 2 oil changes in 1 week.” Brad came in and told me he fixed everything and it was on them this time. They were considerate of how much I went through this morning and took great care of me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This will be my goto place from now on. Thank you Gray-Daniels! Brad Watson and Darrell Miller were amazing!

I'm new to the Flowood/Brandon, MS area and needed to take my car in for an EPAS Warranty issue that I had been been dealing with for over 6 months. They did a Great Job & replaced the entire P/S rack which fixed it completely. Since they did such a good job on the Warranty issue I decided to have them do all the needed 60K Mile Services: Transmission, Brake & Coolant Flushes, Clean the Injectors & Intake Manifold Fuel System, a complete Brake Job on both axles & a Four-Wheel Alignment. I arrived at Gray- Daniels service Department today at approximately 2:45. I needed a routine oil change and to have my tires rotated. About 5:00 I went and asked if there was a problem with my car. The problem was that there was no paper work on my car in the system. I asked for my car and was offered a oil change voucher. Seriously! I will not be back on that hill for any reason. If you can’t service what you sell I don’t buy .

Horrible experience. I went there because my 2014 Ford Edge that I purchased from them in May 2015 was throwing a O2 sensor code and I told them this when I came in. 4 Days later they still had not run the codes nor fixed the problem at hand. The service manager basically blamed me and said it was my battery. My battery was fine when it arrived. I needed to get something from my car and it was out in the shop with the windows down. FYI my windows were up when I brought it in the day I had problems with it. My warranty covered the part that needed to be replaced. I had to go to a shop to get it fixed. The dealership's manager Mr Jon Anderson was called 3 separate times to correct the problem. He never called. Horrible service. Horrible management.

My dad purchased a Ford Fusion from this location in December 2018. The transmission went out March 2019. We had the car towed to the dealership at the request of the people who work here(at our own expense) plus we ended up paying $100+ for a diagnostic and they still couldn’t do anything for us due to no warranty. The car had to be towed again to a transmission place to be serviced... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! All of this was a headache from the very beginning when they could have been straightforward about what was going on. Please be careful when purchasing a vehicle here or even better.. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Went to see Beth about a truck. She had it pulled up and ready to go. Of course they low balled my trade in but they eventually worked with me. Be sure to check your car with the NADA tools so that you aren't expecting something crazy. Remember they have to keep the lights on too but they are willing to work with you. Bought the truck and they had it detailed and tank full and other minor things like new windshield wipers etc... Overall great experience. Thanks again.

I had been looking for a truck for a while when I was referred to Dan Oberdorf by a coworker. I was expecting a salesperson just like what I had been dealing with lately, but I figured I’d ask for him anyways. To sum it up from there, I got a great deal on my dream truck, but more importantly Dano was the first salesperson to actually seem to care about making sure I was buying the right truck. He really simplified the million options the F150 offers. Had I started with Dano, the last 2 months of shopping could have knocked out in a Saturday morning. If you’re even considering Ford, Lincoln, or any used car I highly recommend starting with Dano at Gray Daniels. It’ll be your only stop. Or you can go back and forth on the wrong trucks like me for 2 months.

This rating is for the Service department. I have had four horrible experiences since my go-to service advisor Corey left. The only reason I went back is because my truck broke down and I don’t have too much of an option. May seem simple but I am a loyal Ford customer. Have owned four Ford vehicles and they all received oil changes and maintenance from Ford. I started going to Walmart just to prevent the run around I start getting at Gray Daniel. The experience that lead me to leave this review happened with Service Advisor James. My husband and I went to the Service Department drive thru Saturday, 7/13. James came out, my husband gave him the key to the truck, explained the problem, and told him the vehicle would be towed to the dealership that day. I called the insurance company and got a tow. I called the dealership back and left a message that the vehicle was on the way. They said they would deliver the message. I said ok because I know you can only get light service on the weekend and Mondays are super busy. I called that Tuesday, 7/16. No response left a message. Called again on Wednesday, 7/17. I called again on 7/18 and No response so I asked to speak to the Service advisors Manager. I was told that person was Derrell Miller. The service clerk told me he was unavailable but she would put me into his voicemail. I left a message describing my issue and asked if he could switch my vehicle to a different advisor. I know you’re wondering why I didn’t drive back up there. But, I forgot to mention, I was in the middle of moving to another state. The only reason I went due to needing to get my vehicle in a healthy state to move. Anyway, a week has passed. No news. I didn’t bother calling that Monday because if you’ve ever been to this Service Department, you would know Monday’s are horrible. On Friday, 7/19, James calls and literally states, “Thank God! I finally got someone.” Straight B.S.! He never called!! No missed calls and I can assure AT&T hasn’t experienced a recent outage. Then he says “what kind of vehicle do you have? All I have on the paper is your name. I’ve been trying to call you all for days. I’m livid at this point. He didn’t even write up the issue. Give him the information. He calls back an hour later and asks what color the vehicle is. I ask him do you not have any information about the vehicle. He says that the tow truck just drops them off in the lot. I remind him we checked the vehicle in with him before the tow truck dropped it off. He says he trying to get the VIN number. I ask him if he needs me to give him the information again. He says no. I loose it. I told him he was full of $#!+. He tells me he didn’t appreciate being called a liar. I just said ok, but none of this is adding up. He tells me the tech is going to look at it. I didn’t hear back from him, but I got a text stating my vehicle was in service and I could text back. On Monday, 7/22, I call and still didn’t get a response. I call back and ask once again to speak to the Service Manager Derrell Miller. The lady said he was unavailable. I explain my issue. She said she would email Derrell Miller and James describing the issue. I get off the phone and check my email. I received an automated email from Mr. Miller asking about getting The Works while my vehicle was in Service. I email the address and no reply. On Tuesday, I called and no reply. So I went to the website and started a chat. The representative stated they would check with the advisor and text the status back. It’s 7/26. We are now 13 days in. I got up and started calling at 7am this morning. I left a message. Hung up called right back. A guy transferred me over to him. Got the voicemail. I left a message. Hung up and called right back. Third times a charm because he answered and stated he had to wait until the techs got in to get an update. I set an alarm for an hour to call back but James called my husband back and asked him to describe the reason for bringing the vehicle in. They never looked at it. Tragic!! 13 days and no work done. Ok my car was broke down for 24 hours and Ford road side assistances wouldn’t come get the car and continued to shorten the mile radius after I got it closer to them...my car sat on side of the highway for 12 hours before ford assumed it was stolen and they couldn’t find nor tow the vehicle....I contacted Justin Conrad from grey Daniels in Brandon Mississippi and he made it happen within 10 minutes‼️Please give him a raise he truly went beyond his way to make sure his customer was safe and good on a Sunday

This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever been two. The only reason I purchase a vehicle here is because I needed one badly. They sold me a vehicle with no jack or lug wrench and with bad radiator fluid. I was at least promised to get the radiator fluid flushed but on 3 separate occasions I was left waiting for hours just to get no results. On the third attempt I spoke with a sales manager and they so called set me an appointment with the service manager to get it done. When I showed up for the forth time and had to wait for the service manager Teresa. I had no appointment in the computer. After waiting 2 and a half more hours I got up and asked what was going on with my car because I needed to leave for work. Ten minutes later the service manager comes back out with my keys but when I check the fluid it looked like they had just topped the reserve tank off with new fluid. This has been my worst experience ever with Ford period and I would never recommend Grey Daniels to anyone. And the person that started it all was my sales person lucky. Not so lucky I found out.

I went in to the dealership on January 31, 2019 around 4:45. I was immediately approached by a very nice salesman and was asked if I would like to look at any particular vehicle. I told him what I was interested in and we went on a test drive. When we returned, he asked if they could look up my trade in vehicle and work up some numbers. I said that's fine, get me the bottom line price and I will talk. Here is where the ridiculousness started. First off the appraisal people said "YOU HAVE A VERY UNIQUE VEHICLE THAT WE CANNOT SALE HERE" and they wouldn't give me a good enough trade in cost. They explained that they would have to contact another dealer first. By this time it's after 7pm. I'm still waiting on these bottom line numbers and it was explained to me that I'll have to speak with the financial manager so he can work with me. At around 8:15 I asked for MY truck keys. No one can find them! I'm still waiting to see this financial manager. They finally tell me that he is ready to see me (hopefully to explain something about the numbers that I haven't seen yet). I asked him for my truck keys that I was ready to leave. He gets the salesman, who happens to have then in his pocket. The point is I got my keys back at 8:45 and was able to leave the dealership. Still don't know what the final breakdown is on the truck I was looking at. I can't believe that the sent me a text after I left saying that they apologize for keeping me so long and to come back tomorrow and they will take $500 off for my long wait. Grey Daniels will never get my business!

I had my oil changed in my 2014 Ford Focus and from the second I pulled in to the second I pulled out I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I pulled into the service area somebody was outside ready to greet me with a smiling face. And the actual service was spectacular. James went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience with Gray Daniels. I have been doing business with them since I bought my car in 2014 and this visit has exceeded my expectations. James called me to let me know my battery needed to be replaced and when I told him I would pass on buying one today he simply thanked me and let me know the importance of a new battery instead of haggling me to buy a new one on the spot. When I came to pick up my car, which was completed in a timely manner, he had me ready to go with the information on my battery and again reminded me the importance of getting a new one since I had 3% life on it. I appreciated the way he handled it. Nice guy that genuinely cared and didn’t want me stranded this summer! I definitely recommend this place of business. They treated me like family the entire visit.

I called them to get a price on replacing shocks/struts on my husband’s truck. After 2 transfers and over 5 minutes on hold, instead of getting my vehicle information and an estimate, James said I should bring it in so they could find out what is wrong with it. While I appreciate his effort, I already know what is wrong and just needed the estimate. See, I used to own a mechanic/4x4 shop so I’m well educated about vehicles and diagnosing the problem. I can even do the work myself, but choose not to now that I am older. We have had all our service done there and every single time I have dealt with the men of the service department, they have been rude and condescending. They are the reason I sold my Ford last year and why I don’t drive one now. However, when my husband takes his truck there, they are always nice to him and he gets great service. I haven’t had to deal with them in over a year and thought it would be better this time. Sadly, I was wrong. I know losing our business is no loss to this dealership but it is a great win for me to not have to deal with the poor customer service I have received there over the past few years. I hope this review saves someone else the headache of dealing with this department.
