My experience at Grey Daniels was excellent. From the minute we pulled in to the lot until we left. Chase (our sales guy) was awesome. He was patient with us, never pushy and followed through on his promise to send us home in a vehicle that day! Mr Donald was our guy in financing and he was a huge help! Both were polite, with smiles on their face! Thanks to them both for making our first time buying a car a pleasant one!

Service team are good at what they do. My problem came about when having a sunroof put in my car and it’s been hell every since then. The dealership had the company install my sunroof and now that I’m having problems no one wants to take responsibility for it. Lesson learned. The people they deal with for Gap insurance, Asbury, they act like the lost and don’t know what’s going on every time I call. I sent paperwork in December 1st and they still telling me it’s going to be another week or so to process my request.
Always been treated well.... I rate this dealership high. I did notice that as I was driving out, the steering wheel is not exactly straight.... It is off centered just a little bit....makes you feel like you are driving crooked!! I guess they can adjust it the next time.

Horrible dealership. Do not purchase from these guys. Bought a truck and had to have repairs done b4 30 days expired. Not only were they unwilling to help pay the $1700.00 repair costs...they were very rude and accused my fiance and I of lying.

I could write a series of negative anecdotes on the people working there, but I limit myself to one. I wanted to sell my 2 yrs old Equinox , bought from them, back to them. It was an equinox with a market price of more than $20000. I went there 3 weeks ago (beginning of February 2017) to ask how much they will give me and they offered 17000. I informed them that I needed it for another 2 weeks and then I would have sell it. Well, I came back after 10 days and they lowered the offer to $12000!!! The car was in perfect conditions, in those 10 days I made only 200 miles extra. They didn't care of their unprofessional and unethical behavior despite my frustration and the fact that I bought it from them, I always brought it to them for service and I was a loyal customer. I felt betrayed and humiliated. I deeply regret I had done business with them. BTW! I also mentioned to them that others offered me $14000, but they did not care! Obviously I sold it to another car dealer even though I "lost" $3000 considering the realistic offer I got the first time.
I was so nice for both the salesman and the finance man to talk to ME as a person, and not try to patronize me. As a woman I felt comfortable and informed regarding the process and purchase of my "new to me" vehicle. Thank you so much for the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.

I was on a roadtrip with my family heading back to CO. My check engine light came on. Stopped here and they informed me that my main computer system for the vehicle was bad. They ordered a replacement part that had to be shipped from TX. Told me it would be there the next day. Went in the next day to be informed that apparently it was not on the FEDEX truck and that I would have to wait another day. The Service Manager told my father and I that we would be reimbused for the 2 extra days we had to get a hotel for. Let's see this was on 7 August....I have yet to get my money back from them and the Service Manager apparently chooses to ignore every email I have sent. Overall it was and still is a horrible experience, although the gentleman that helped me(Bobby I belive his name is) was very helpful.
Gray Daniels service dept did an excellent job on my vehicle. This dealership programmed my radio $50 cheaper than what the Chevrolet dealership in Vicksburg was charging. The service was well worth the trip.
I took my 2015 Tahoe for an oil change, tire rotation and usual points of inspection. The staff was very friendly and customer focused. I am highly satisfied with services received and how polite Mr. Rod Loper and the cashier were during my exit. Mr. Jackie was a very nice staff member who kept me updated on the service of my vehicle. Ya’ll are awesome!

For my second Service experience, I visited Gray-Daniels to see about a possible leak in a tire. Although I didn't schedule an appointment, they saw me right away and the visit lasted about an hour. The mechanic filled my tires and inspected the single tire for a leak and there were none all around. The service was prompt and thorough, and I recommend anyone get serviced here!

Woah! I’m not sure on where to start this review. First of all if I am buying a car from a GENERAL MANAGER, I want to make sure I am well taken care of. I am making a long term commitment with my purchase. So as I did my research, I could not believe Branden Parker is a General Manager at a CAR dealership. Parker, hit my car with a vehicle off his own lot. Keep in mind he had no authorization to be driving this car. Well, he took it out for a family vacation to California. Parker, hit my car and has constantly lied to me, and had his friend/coworker William Gardner lie to me as well. He's told me repeated lies that he was going to fix my car, or that he’s out of town on a business trip, and the list continues. These are the type of men working for this car dealership. From what I see here on previous reviews, these men are brilliant at manipulating people. How could you buy or trust Branden Parker to suit your best interest. I did my research, and found him here. He won’t return my calls (gave me a fake google number), so I hope someone here can genuinely help me. I see he’s committed to responding to reviews. Maybe I’ll get one? I do not think it is fair that he hit my car and refuses to fix it. I am young college student that works very hard for what I have. Please help me. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic dealer experience. I went in knowing approximately what I wanted. My sales rep Michael Moore was very knowledgeable about the entire Silverado line-up and helped me narrow down to the best trim-line for my budget. I had a complicated situation and everyone at Gray-Daniels was absolutely fantastic. There wasn’t an ounce of pressure at any point. I appreciate how above-and-beyond everyone went to get me the best truck and the best deal for my situation!
My experience, from beginning to end, with this dealership was awful. I was lured in from 3 hours away with an offer they did not honor. Then, the bed liner the dealership installed is paper thin and has been peeling off ever since I drove it off the lot. After almost a dozen calls to the salesperson, even the General Manager who said he'd help (but has yet to return a call), and nothing has been resolved. I would never deal with these people again.
Worse experience I have ever had. Took my car THAT I PURCHASED FROM THEM to dealership 3 times before finally fixing 1 issue. They Couldn't find the problem so i diagnosed it myself from YouTube. They finally fixed the radio. Couldn't even diagnose other issue. They wanted me to keep paying even though they weren't fixing the problem. I asked William Garner could they fix the issue before i paid anything else. He said i should take my 4 year old car somewhere else. I Took my car to Roger Dabbs they diagnosed the problem same day, gave me a loaner car and found oil leak. How can you have my car 3 times and didn't know it was leaking oil. I would never purchase another GM car in life. Service director William Garner was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I left in tears. Worst experience in life. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Was just about to purchase a SUV but not from GM. Service Rep Rod was the best in life. But what can be done when your supervisor is rude. Took my $600 and sent me somewhere else.

I recently inquired about a used car on their lot. The entire experience was sterling. I dealt with Charles Otis. This guy is a gym in the used car world. He's patient and kind and worked diligently to get a deal done that would work for me. I had several questions about how an out of state purchase would work and he explained everything very professionally and made sure I was aware of the entire process. In the end, we couldn't work out a deal on the car I was after, but it was through no fault of the dealership, more like a wife saying no! I'd highly recommend Gray Daniels, and more specifically, Charles Otis, for any car deal. They put customers first, ahead of their own profits. Great experience.

Terrible and dishonest people! I bought my first car from them back in March. I was told a price by two people, come to find out when I try and refinance my car, that my car was $5,000 more than what I was told. My sales person was Bobby Horton who I knew personally, told him my issue on his personal phone then acted as if he had no clue who I was. Called his boss, Brandon Parker last Saturday, still haven't heard from him nor will he answer his personal phone when I call. Called coperate to tell them everything and they told me they couldn't do anything except let the branch know that I filed a complaint. I trusted Bobby, for I use to watch his children at daycare, when he told me how much my car was. Since I trusted him I signed the papers not knowing how deceiving car salesmen are! And of course, no one can help me because I did sign without double checking, so I know this is partially my fault. But it is also Bobby and Sam Martin's fault for lying to my face when they told me the price of my car. Then on top of that, Sam Martin told me he was going to manipulate the system and give me an extra 3 year 36000 mile warranty. Little did I know I'm paying an extra $3,000 for this extended warranty that "he gave me." All in all horrible experience. It is so sad how even the boss of this branch refuses to answer my phone call or call me back. Very unprofessional and low. Shows me he is covering his own behind and his employees behind. I do not recommend Gary Daniels Chevrolet of 6060 I-55 N Jackson, Ms to anyone. Or at least not Bobby Horton or Sam Martin. I will never in my life but anything from Chevy again. I feel as if I got played because they knew I was a first time dealer, a female, and knew I didn't know what to look out for.

We recently purchased a vehicle here and Ron Gooding was our sales person and he was amazing to deal with. I called and told him what I was looking for and within 5 minutes he located exactly what we were looking for with a reasonable price. When we arrived at the dealership Ron already had our vehicle pulled up to the front and keys in hand for us to test drive. Lets start by staying i have had horrible experiences with dealers in the past. So much so I said i would never go back to one. My old car died unexpectedly and I had to get something to drive right away, so, had to go to a dealer. I contacted Ricky via online and he worked with me to get a car I liked set up. He was very attentive and keep in touch every step. I was using my own financing and they quoted rates that I went over with Ricky. He let me know what they where saying was not realistic and provided what the realistic rate would be. I am very impressed by there service. If I get a new car again I will be going back to this dealer.

I called them looking for a good deal. These scum bags wanted me to pay fifteen and a half percent for seventy two months. They will rob you blind if you don’t watch out. If you want a good interest rate this is not the place to go. Idk if they make a commission off what the interest rate is but I had previously been quoted eight percent from a different Chevy dealer and these idiots tried to beat that with almost double. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The staff was very nice and very helpful, but it took 2 hours to get an oil change done, which at most place 45 minutes is a long time.
This is the second time I got messed up with them I'm still paying on a vehicle I drove maybe ten times at the most and it has a death wobble it's been sitting in the shop for a few months now because they can't figure out what's wrong with it whatever it is I'm going to have to pay for it out my own pocket because they said there not responsible seeing as though it's been so long ago I bought the vehicle now my wife bought a vehicle from them at there tent sell they had when we left and got on the expressway the vehicle started shaking real bad they told us it just needed an alignment they where finally able to fit me in for an appointment where they found out the vehicle had a bent rim and even though she had a warranty and she hasn't had the car for 2 weeks yet they said they were not going to fix it so the salesman gives me the number to a rim shop and tells me to go there they would only charge me about 20 or 30 dollars to fix it I get it over there and the guy tells me it will cost me 120 dollars to fix the rim then tells me I have 2 more bent rims I doubt I'll be going back here again and I will never refer another person to them again

I was extremely disappointed with ups and downs from purchasing this vehicle. The professionalism of the process that I had to go through was unacceptable. The only reason I did not go to another dealership is because I was too stressed out from the ordeal and wanted it over with. The employees, including the General Manager, could benefit from professional development especially with communicating with the customer.
We stopped by to look at a vehicle and the sales staff were very nice. Ricky Bobby was awesome, great person to work with. All of the other people working at the dealership had a smile on their face and were very helpful to us. One even took my trash for me and threw it away. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and didn't receive an update until I called around 3pm. At which time I was told that the shop couldn't get the work done until the next day. It seems a little awkward to bring the car in early, have no work done for 7 hours, and to only get the ball rolling when I call the shop to remind them that they're supposed to be working on the car. Aside from that, the folks in the office are always a pleasure. It is unfortunate that this problem wasn't identified when I brought the car in just a month ago for other repairs and an inspection. But, all in all, so long as this repair is the last for the foreseeable future, I am satisfied.

The Finance Mgr, Donald was great also, I really appreciated how he took time to explain the financial aspect of things and I could tell that he really cares about his customers. I never really wanted a Chevrolet, but they made my experience great and I am decided that I chose the GM Family.
Chevy was my all-time favorite brand vehicle growing up. That's why it pleases me so much to learn that they're still building great vehicles today. Yes, in the early 2000's they slacked up on their quality but they've really made a great comeback in my opinion. Now for Gray Daniels. Nice easy going salespeople. Not overbearing. Really took the time to explain what me or my wife didn't understand. Michael Moore was our salesman. Very knowledgeable and patient. The manager that spoke to us was very pleasant and not at all pushy. All in all, great place to buy a vehicle. Definitely will be back when I'm ready for another one.

Just got a great deal on a used truck and I love it. I wish everything could go as smoothly as buying this truck did. I saw the truck online called down to make sure it was still available they told me to come down and look at. We walked in took it for a test drive went over the numbers got a amazing deal signed the paperwork and were gone in no time. We just bought a 5th wheel and spent quite a bit on it and didn't have a lot of cash to put down and needed a low payment and they were able to do both for us even though our credit is not that great. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle here.

HORRIBLE WILL NEVER GO BACK Purchased a vehicle less than a month ago from Bobby Horton and the vehicle started having issues. Brought it to the dealership and even with my extended warranty there was $3000 worth of issues and they wanted me to pay $1100 of it. They finally got it down to $500 which we paid and the same day i got it back my vehicle was making the same noise. Bobby the salesman hung up when we called to report the issue because he was in the car with a client and has yet to call us back. Needless to say our vehicle is still in their shop and we haven't even made the first payment on it.

Just bought a 2019 Camaro SS2. Great salesman. Had all paperwork done before I got there. I live 3 hours away so when I arrived they were expecting me. The salesman explained everything. Also the finance guy totally explained all about the car I was trading and about the car I bought. They were so helpful and nice and made me feel wanted but yet didnt keep hankering me about buying the automobile. Gave me a chance to think about the numbers and amounts and make sure I was good with everything. Def recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

My coupon for service from the dealership was honored, payment was prompt and painless, and I was on my way. No hassle...no delay. I can’t think of a way the service experience could have been made better.

Most dishonest company, Asbury Automotive group, one can buy from; and most dishonest company, Asbury Automotive group, one could work for. You buy from Asbury/Gray Daniels you’ve paid to much. Secure your own interest rate prior to visiting; shop warranty after the sale; beware of aftermarket concealed ad-on’s:... make sure you don’t fall prey to trade-in fraud by doing your kbb dot com, trade—in value is 80% of vehicles worth: that days wholesale value, and Kelly blue book is spot on. Asbury Gray Daniels will illegally deduct thousands from your trade value in PAC’s (protected against commissions (pure profit), and if it’s Branden Parker (now GM Gray Daniels Toyota) will uncheck all the dealer added options to devalue thousands more, and Branden will hold back another couple grand so Branden Parker scoops your vehicle to sell to his wholesaler buddy Brian Johnson to put money in an out of state bank account in Branden Parker’s name. I witnessed the same fraud, was trained by the banks to defraud their own banks, and the blatant rampant discrimination and racism too.

The place looks great. I bought a car that I am happy with, but I do not appreciate the pressure and aggressiveness to make me buy an extended warranty shown by the financial person, Steve, that closed the deal. Salesman was great, but the financial personell should be less pushy to sell and more transparent.

Mr. Eugene Perkins was my salesman, he's a very professional man. He had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle I bought and answered any questions I had about the vehicle with no hesitation. And made sure I left the dealership a happy customer.

Waited for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation even with an 8 am appointment. It was on a Saturday, so first appointment of the day. People that had appointments well after mine were getting done before me. Called and talked with the service manager whobtold me they were short a technician but that we still should not have waited that long. He told me he would look into it and call me back the next day. That was over a week ago and I still have not heard anything back from him. Pretty dissatisfied. And this is not the first time we have had this happen with the wait time. At least the last time, the person helping us recognized that and gave us a discount.
Secure your own rate if you must do business with Asbury. They will go with the highest interest rate to maximize financial reserve kickback from Banks as much as $4,500 and your paying for, allow for the most predatory rate bump 2.5 as much as $10,000 to be kicked back, as much as $3,000 in Holdback... that is negotiable (never pay sticker, or dealer invoice), and the most room for for product to pack your contract with insurance marked up 100% to 500%, and on occasion with worthless product like a 2/24k Warranty on a new that come with s free 3/36. They have concealed ad-ons in their advertised pricing like $400 for $35 door edge guards; $899 for scotch guard that hasn’t been applied, etc..; and most importantly get an appraisal from Carmax 1st or you will be deducted $2,800 in value for PAC (corporate mafia money). now you know why MISSISSIPPI is the most expensive place to buy a car in the nation.

My husband always has a positive experience when he takes our vehicle in for service. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same!!!! He’s in and out in an hour, but I’m always held captive for 5-8 hours.
This review is only concerning the Service Department. Recently had to have a starter replaced on a 2002 Chevy Tahoe. Putnam’s price- $330 Gateway’s Price- $320 Gray Daniels Service price- over $700
I bought a 2015 Lincoln Navigator in November of 2018.I am very disappointed with my purchase. My transmission went out 2 weeks after I got it. My shocks are gone out. When it rains my trunk is full of water. My fuel pump module went out in the middle of the interstate. My spark plugs are bad. I will never purchase another vehicle from here. I bought a 1100.00 warranty. The warranty does not cover anything. All I can say...It's a lesson learned

After my 2011 Camaro was in their shop I was told to bring it back if I had any problems and a few months later I dropped by late in the day, thinking I would probably have to leave my car or come back another day to have it repaired, but they took it right back and in less than 20 minutes they had me ready to go!
Discovered truck on the internet. Contacted a close friend in Jackson that had excellent relations with service department. Service recommended a salesperson. He was open, honest and fair. It was by far the most hassle- free of any vehicle purchases for me to date.

Joe seroni will tell the truth when he is not talking. Parts salesman are rude. DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!! It's a scam. I know when I get paid I didn't lie cheat or steal. That's pride knowing I didn't screw somebody to make a dollar. I had to click on a star so I can post this. Can't win for loosing sometimes. What puts a smile on my face is knowing I don't have to ever go back there.

I live out of state and contacted them about a vehicle that was posted on line. We agreed to price and submitted a credit application on line. They then checked credit and I got approved. They THEN, after checking and approving my credit, decided to sell the car to another person! In my opinion these people are not of good character. Once they pulled credit and it was approved, they should have stuck to the deal. Dont waist your time on these people.
I have purchased several vehicles from Gray Daniels Chevrolet and all of my experiences have bee wonderful. The service dept is top notch and they always take care of my vehicle. I recently had my corvette in for service and my service issues were handled perfectly. My father had some issues with his Tahoe and has always had great experiences with everything.
