I bought a used 2012 mini cooper from Dossett Big 4 and I highly recommend this dealership. The salesperson Matt Rogers offered great customer service with no pressure and treated me with respect and courteous. Everything from the test drive, explanation of cars features and price negotiation was excellent! I am very happy with my vehicle and glad that I visited this dealership and found the car I needed. If want to purchase a car with no pressure and desperate sales pitches this is the dealership you can trust! They also offer certified used cars under a certain mileage limit. Go see them today!

Truly I would not leave one star but inorder to leave a review, it is required to leave a star. This dealership is the worst I have ever encountered. Several of the employees are extremely rude. My family has been disrespected several times by several of the employees. They do not care about taking care of the needs of their customers one bit. If I was to refer anyone to a dealership, I would send them to Barnes Crossing Hyundai Mazda. The employees there are tremendous. They go above an beyond for their customers unlike this dealership.

I bought my Buick Encore last November from Mitch Hester at Dossett Big 4 in Tupelo, MS. Several months before that I had looked into several cars in Oxford, but I had also looked into the Encore. When I went to Tupelo (after having texted and talked with Mr. Hester several times), I test drove the Encore and loved it. It's a small SUV, which was all I needed, gets good gas mileage, has lots of air bags, and too many things for me to remember. About a month ago I needed to take it back to Dossett for its first oil change and to have the tires rotated. This cost me nothing, and Mr. Hester was there to greet me and saw to it that my car was taken to the service department while my niece and I waited in the showroom. I don't think we were there over an hour, and was very happy with the service department, just as I have been with every part and person I've dealt with at Dossett Big 4 in Tupelo.

Why is it that all we ever hear is the negative feedback? Instead, I think one should take the time to focus on the positive things in life. On a positive note, I just wanted to say that I had an exceptional customer service experience these past few weeks dealing with Matt Rogers having to patiently deal with me & my issues that I was having with an insurance company to settle my claim so that he could find me what I wanted. He went above & beyond the call of duty when I had to come back today by taking time out of his busy schedule to escort me to the shop to make me feel at ease about my water light coming on & then took me over to the finance department to get some issues resolved that was an error on my part. Matt worked with Kerry Wilbanks & together they were able to get me the kind of payment that I could feel comfortable with in regards to my financial needs. Kerry made me feel comfortable in a normally stressful situation. Your company should feel honored & blessed to have these two employees working for you. They both did an exceptionally awesome job. On Monday, February 26, 2018, I purchased a truck from Dossett Big 4 for my husband, Kyle. On the very night of acquisition, within 45 to 50 miles of having driven it off the lot, the check engine light came on and the vehicle began having noticeable difficulties. I notified Michael Lambert, the salesman, of this failure. Mr. Lambert reassured us that Dossett Big 4 would make it right. After contact, it was posited that perhaps the issue had been bad fuel. We brought the truck to auto zone, and the mechanic cleared the trouble codes. The codes immediately recurred. Shortly thereafter, metal shavings were discovered in the oil. It became quickly apparent that Dossett Big 4 had absolutely no intention of rectifying the situation in any way. Meanwhile, my husband had grown increasingly agitated, as would any reasonable individual who had spent a great deal on a vehicle for it to be rendered inoperable within an hour of purchase, and he decided to call the dealership and speak with the Used Cars General Manager. As Kyle described what had happened and expressed the need of Dossett doing something to make this travesty right, the manager audibly chuckled. At this point, Kyle was infuriated and expressed his frustration in terms that the manager found offensive. As Kyle was livid, I thought it best to have my father speak with Mr. Dossett to see how we could best handle this. Upon speaking to Mr. Dossett, my father was told that they would have helped us out, but because Kyle had the utter audacity to become irate at such an egregious display of disrespect and lack of common decency as the one displayed by the Used Cars General Manager, Dossett Big 4 would count that justification to withhold any remedies otherwise deemed appropriate. As to our experience, I cannot speak to whether this unfortunate purchase was a result of mere coincidence, a result of Dossett Big 4 selling shoddy, poorly-inspected vehicles, or a result of Dossett Big 4 intentionally pushing vehicles with known defects on customers to avoid loss. What I can say for certain, though, is that Dossett Big 4 did not act as a company that cares for its customers. If you purchase from Dossett, know that they will feel that they can laugh at your sizeable financial loss at their hands, and when you inevitably lose your temper with their callousness, they will use this as the reasoning behind their doing absolutely nothing to remedy dilemmas their poor business practices have wrought. When they tell you that “you always get more at Dossett Big 4,” the fine print reads “more pain, more financial loss, more frustration, and more slimy business practices.”

Went to check out a Tahoe and salesman named Andy handed me the keys and said "take your time, it has plenty of gas". I appreciated both facts that i could test drive without them pestering me and that the gas light wasn't on like usual. I returned and crawled under the car and found an oil leak and Andy told me to hop in and we will throw it up on the rack to see what it is. Which we did and i really appreciated. I did not end up getting the truck, though i am still considering. But would defiantly give Andy a chance to sell me a car any time.

I purchased a little blue 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage from Dossett Big 4 a couple of weeks ago. Mr. Benny Ruth and Mr. Kerry Willbanks were very helpful! I continue to appreciate their hard work and diligent service. From the very start, I received remarkable customer service. Mr. Ruth contacted me shortly after my inquiry online and was kind enough to help me complete a financing application over the phone. This meant a lot to me, since I was currently without a car and living in a completely different county! Then Mr. Willbanks (the finance director), followed up with me shortly after with news of an approval! Not only was I offered an amazing deal on this car the very same day, but I was given a follow-up call a week later for another price reduction. I loved this car from first sight and from first test drive! Dossett has my vote. I'm thankful for the time and consideration provided to me by Mr. Ruth, Mr. Willbanks, and the entire Dossett Big 4 team. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Visited 2/23/19 and talked to Mr. Houston about trading in a 2005 Dodge Daytona Ram 1500. He asked me how much I wanted for my trade and said he would tell someone else. The amount offered for the trade in was ridiculous (2250.00), in my opinion.
