Bought a car here recently (2017, so newer model used car), it was priced better than the same model from many other places by at least $2k. Quick buying process (we were in and out in about 90 mins). Not a luxurious place but it doesn't need to be. I was told prices are low as they try to sell in volume. The car we got was on the website before they had it cleaned up, which seemed odd to me, but they got it ready quick.

If you are shopping, you need to consider seeing Jim at Desoto Auto Sales. We just bought our second vehicle from him, because a drunk driver rear ended my daughter while she was driving the first vehicle we bought from Jim. Every time we shop on car gurus or true car websites, Desoto Auto Sales consistently has the best deals. Go see Jim, he is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. When my 17 year old daughter worked with him on choosing a car, Jim was so kind and helpful. If I could give no stars I would. They sold me an overpriced car with the heads gone on last Monday evening. Told them that Wednesday after I got it looked at. Not only did they not say sorry or apologize one time. But said its a used car purchase. Wow first of all. Oh yes I know it was a used car purchase but I didn't know I was basically buying a overpriced used lemon. I didn't one time ask for my money back. I simply said can y'all fix it or can I put the money down on a new car. They fixed it but charged me for it after only having it two days. Wow Not good when they should have did it for free. So now I have paid for a car for more than it is worth. Take your business elsewhere. They are all about money here. Oh yeah Mike said he did me a favor by fixing it. No you didn't, thats not a favor but it's definitely a rip off. Very unhappy.

Terrible! They pull shenanigans to get you into a car that will immediately need work done! Within 2 weeks of buying a car from Desoto we had to put new brakes on the car (I think they covered the indicator pin with something and that wore off shortly after purchase). We also had to buy two new front tires because they were wearing on the inside, which we couldn't see until the car was put up on the rack to do the brake change. They were pushy and manipulative, so don't go here when you are in a tight spot and need a car because you will be taken advantage of.
