Very, very disappointed. I found the car that I was looking for at this dealership. I didn't need a test drive because I have been doing my research on the car. They had the color and package I needed. We spoke to Toneet and made her an offer. She talked it over with Mr Fox her manager. She said ok to come down. We live an hour and a half north so my husband had to take off work. We drive down from Brandon Ms to Hattiesburg. We give all the information to her boss. After several trips between lobby and her bosses office, he comes out with a much higher offer than what we agreed on before we left for the trip. I have been in sales over 20 years and I would NEVER let a customer go thru that without making sure it was a done deal. The old saying about car salesmen is true at this dealership. By the way....the review below mine is NOT a customer review. It's the actual sales manager there!

Can honestly say I've never been more insulted than i was today at Petro Nissan in Hattiesburg. Traded in TWO cars that Kelly Blue Book appraised at FAIR at $9000 their offer was $2100 for BOTH. When I told them that wasn't even remotely ballpark what I was looking for they went to $6000 which according to them was $500 more than they wanted to do, which means their first offer was $2400 less than what they were worth. Then they refused to come down in asking price on the new Nissan Sentra to match our monthly payment because they know our budget better than Marsha McNail (aka the woman with the checkbook/CFO). Spent 5 hours at this car lot only to be told we were being unreasonable and that if we left their trade in offer would go down $500. Went to Dean McCrary KIA dealership and was placed in a vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford within an hour and the sales manager spent 2 hours with corporate explaining what we wanted price wise and got a car that honestly has more "bells and whistles" than the Sentra and had only nine miles on it. As a follow up the Sales Manager at Petro called me within a few minutes after tagging the store in another photo post and asked if we had found another car and then sarcastically told me to "enjoy my car" and hung up on me. So rude. Stay away from Petro on the hill

Other reviewers have talked about how unprofessional these people are and it is true. I came to the lot with a car in mind and the saleman said its not there. I had to show him the ad and he went to look for it for 30+ mins and finally said it wasnt ready to be sold. Then why the hell did they list it for sale if it isnt ready?!?!?! Total waste of time. I am very happy with the car and I liked a conversation I had with the general manager, Mr. Goff. When I had a question, he was very helpful and pleasant. I had a minor problem. I had prepared to pay cash but let a salesperson talk me into a supposedly great 0% interest financing offer. I had not realized that this would cut into my rebate. I am not familiar with financing cars as I have only paid cash in the past. I felt a little bit dismayed that the cost of that financing was not made clearer to me before I agreed. It must have been on the paperwork somewhere but I do notice that car salesmen start talking rapidly and loudly when you try to read contracts. I should have been more careful and insisted on silence while I read the document. I suppose this is a general way of business and not something particular to this dealership, but learn from my mistake and ask questions about how financing affects rebates and other incentives. Also, be aware of how much those extended warranty plans really cost. The salesmen break it down to how much it costs per month if you keep the car ten years or something but don't tell you the total fee upfront. If you are unfamiliar with how to buy cars, all that information thrown at you all at once can be mind-boggling. The only complaint I have about the car itself is that the headrests are so big that I can't see over them to change lanes. Also, the A/C doesn't blow out of one of the front vents--and I have only had the car for a week--in the Deep South where it is very hot. Other than that, the car is wonderful.

The first associate that helped us was cool, but my interactions with Noah sort of left a bad taste in my mouth. Dont trust them with your vehicles

I have brought my car there four times for a problem with the paint first they said it was acid rain and found out that it was not then said the next time that I was not drying it off and after their washed and dried finding out that that was not the problem then they had their guy that come in and buff it out they said it took 6 hour for him to buff it out but yet the spots are still on the car so I took it to a body shop which they recommended in the body shop said that the guy that supposed to have done a good job did not do a good job at all so they were going try something else all the car will have to be painted in the meanwhile I got nothing but attitude smart comment from the service manager everyone else seemed to be helpful but her she always had an attitude I am paying for a car$500 a month and had it only from December 2016 shouldn't have any problem.
