I got a car from this place and I am not a happy camper .I have had the car for almost a year, and I had to get it fixed. They did so but the same day I got it back the engine caught on fire. I told them what was wrong but they did not want to hear about it. I told them it was the catalytic converter was clogged. But the mechanic said that it was fine. I drove to my friends house and when I was leaving the car would not start, not even a click. So I checked the battery and it was ok. But one of the GPS was broken off, so I hooked up the wires, it started. My friend rode with me for less than a quarter mile it started doing what it did before I took it to the car mart lot , I took the car back to my friends house and lifted up the hood of the car and it was on fire. What they did was give the car a tune up and a mass air flow. Now I got fired from my job because I had no way to get to work. And I always been a good paymaster on the payments. Now I told them at car mart about all this and they kept putting me off. I am not happy. I will tell others about the way I was treated.

My son has a car with this lot his car has been at the shop over 2 months now. Jamie is never there to speak to him about his car. The workers try their best to help. I would like to talk to her. She has poor management skills.i feel as if a manager should be there at least 90% of the time she is never there. Not a good look for this lot. Can we at least get a call back from Jamie

They sold me a car that feel apart within a couple of months. I'm still paying for it. They are great when they are selling you a car but after that, they treat you like crap. I needed a little help with my payment and shawanna was horribly rude and did not care. I will never buy from them again

I don't know where these ppl are going talking about amazing service nice ppl the ppl in the tupelo branch are the rudest ppl I've ever ran across in a branch.....I will admit they try to help you but make you feel small about it at the small time....how is it professional to come to a customer's house and talk about there account with your boyfriend in the car with you.....so unprofessional Ashanti in tupelo is the worst....I wouldn't recommend this place at all ready to get my car paid for so I won't have to deal with them again ever
