I ONLY recommend you to go to car mart when that’s your LAST option. My car had gave me trouble on a Friday and I had to get it towed to Car Mart’s body shop. I called that Saturday to see what was wrong with it and one of the representatives told me that the shop was closed and they should have a update that Monday. So I called that Monday, haven’t heard anything, (No update Tuesday neither). Wednesday I called again yet still no update. I didn’t call Thursday because I knew they would be closed due to it being a holiday, (4th of July). So this morning (Friday) I decided to go up there and speak to Chris. Chris told me “they tried to look at your car but couldn’t because they didn’t have the key” so I’m asking why didn’t no one bother to call me so I could bring the key, all these times I’ve called not one person mentioned me still having the key. If it wasn’t for me going up there, they wouldn’t have bothered to update me. But they can blow your phone up when you’re a day late on your payment! Will be contacting corporate to foul a complaint.

I got my car from carmart in Oxford MS . And payed $10,000.00 for it . I would NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! My car almost killed me and my son due to the back crossmember which holds the back bottom of the car together was rotted and literally desintagrated. We were lucky that we were not on the highway because it would have caused us to flip. THIS WAS NOT DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR . Carmart is really telling me that they are NOT responsible for checking the vehicle even though they got it in a different state. So because I didn't look at the bottom of the car to make sure it wasn't rotted and falling apart it's my fault!! I recommend to anyone MAKE SURE U CRAWL UNDER THE VEHICLE TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT RUSTED/FALLING APART/OR LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN SITTING IN WATER. Get the facts of where the car came from because if u don't it'll b your fault if the bottom rots out!!! It's just too bad I can't post pics on my review

Great customer service from these guys, but very odd terms and conditions. You cant finance a vehicle longer than 24 months and its 16.9% interest!! If you don't finance through them, you are not offered any warranty, crazy.

After the manger fixed our Jeep when she really didnt have to help me since it was past the warranty but wanted to keep a good paying customer happy it has been a great vehicle, so when it was time to get another vehicle I went back to the manager and she helped me get the vehicle I was looking for and I had no issue buying it since I had been a good paying customer for almost 3 yrs. The jeep will now become my soon to be driving daughters 1st vehicle since it still runs perfect and I love my new truck

Car-Mart is now under new management. The problems of the past are exactly that, in the past. Car-Mart in Oxford is striving to do everything they can to make this a great dealership with great service and quality vehicles. To our knowledge none of our vehicles have been underwater, wrecked or salvaged we cannot and do not purchase any vehicles that have a salvage title. The main reasoning for the higher payment prices is due to the nature of the buy here pay here business. The payment prices are based on down payment amount and we also finance for a much shorter period of time than most with our standard contract being for 2 years and 3 months.

Paid 18000 for a 10 yr old truck ridiculous but the biggest problem is customers service or lack of! They can't follow simple request like not to call untill a certain time if you work nights like me. And even if you make your payments they will call you questioning when you made your payment and wanting conformation numbers and other unnecessary irrelevant information save yourself the hassle and dont go here fyi just bought a 2016 vehicle for 6 thousand less than the 2007 truck ..

I am a new buyer and little credit, When I went in they helped us allot! They took the payments down as much as they could for me and even extended it to a date that helped me even more. They let me come back while they were closed so I could figure out my down payment and I drove off the lot the same day. Paid my first payment yesterday and it was easy to do! Its not like other car lots where you pay on your stuff for 6/7 years, they try to help where you get it paid within 2/3 years. Honestly, I may trade my car in for another once I am done paying for it!

They sell you lemons for the price of a new car they won't work with you at all I got a car and they fought with me about getting a new one by the time they worked with me my car was in the shop for a month and it was cutting off wile I was driving Anand almost got broadsided by a 18 wheeler with my kids in the car they refused and it cost me 1900 before they would put me in another ride and by then it was too late my lights got cut off and more because they would not put me in a new ride after 1 day of me driving it and now they won't wait 3 days to get a payment not to mention my car they sold me for 12k is only worth 2k thats a 10 k difference talk about major price gouging
