Recently got a car and the car haven’t been right since I got it,now it’s in the shop and I’m still paying on a car I haven’t had in 3 weeks plus paying somebody $100a week to make it to work I think it’s bs they get your car without a replacement car and leave you to find a ride plus still having to pay the payment.,I understand working on a car isn’t a quick and fast job but I called Monday to hear they was waiting on parts not to say they had my car since July1st and I just check back today(Thursday) still waiting on parts I just don’t understand what’s taking sooo long I’m already out of $300 getting to work

I bought a Ford Truck from an individual who purchased the truck from Car-Mart about 8 years ago. The title had not been signed properly so I called Car-Mart and asked them if they would mail a copy of a signed lien release to me so I could purchase a tag and get a title. They had no financial gain by taking the time and spending the energy to mail a lien to me. They did it promptly. I have never bought a vehicle from Car-Mart but they were a great help to me helping me get a title. If I lived in the Columbus area and needed a vehicle then I would definitely check them out first. Thank you for helping me out when you had nothing to gain.

High interest rates poor customer service is what you'll find here. And if you like being overcharged for lemons this is the place to go. I referred three people here and all three had to give there vehicle's back lol. Seems as if just about every time I go there to pay my bill someone's complaining about there vehicle. I would never again in my life buy another vehicle for here, I'd rather walk or ride a bike. They should put a lemonade stand up in front of their lot cause that's exactly what there selling. Only reason why I gave a rating is bc I couldn't post my review w/out one. Or else it would been a 0.

Ashely Byrd is the best hands down !!!!!!!! She put my mom in a car on the spot. She was very concerned about her having payments that she would be very comfortable making. She was friendly, caring, professional, and just outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure my mom was happy. If I could give her 10 stars I would and wouldn’t even regret it. Was not at all pleased with responses to questions we asked the Manager. Our salesman was nice, but the manager needs training in customer relations. I would NOT recommend buying a car here due to management dishonesty and lack of his willingness to try to resolve mechanical issues with a car that I was interested in buying. Will never go there again.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. These cars are easy to get and hard to keep. The payments are set up on the same day as you get paid. So every time u get paid u have to pay them. And then they have what is called a season pay. Which will be the amount of about 3 car payments in one. And u still will have to make a regular payment behind that. I bought a 2007 Chevy colbot in October of 2018 but January 2019 the motor went out on the car. At that time I was still within the limits of my service contract. You do not have warranties on these cars just service contracts which is an agreement to help u fix the car within 1,200 miles of the day you purchase it. So if u work out of town or travel a lot u won’t have that for long. My car was returned to me at the end of February. On the first week of June only 3 months later the so called “used but low mileage motor” went out again. I had just had an oil change in the car and was working out of town for 3 weeks and had not driven the car at all. When I got home I drove my car to Jackson and by the time I got back my car was acting up. And before I could get it to my mechanic the next day it had completely quit on me. I had only had the car for 8 months, and two motors went out into. They did not offer to accommodate me in anyway. And they were still calling me about payments. I was not able to go to work. I lost my job. You will be out of thousands of dollars and you will be harassed they will show at ur house if a payment is not made the day of the payment being due and they will ask that I turn over the car until u have the money to pay for it. The account managers are rude, they smirk and laugh at you. The general manger does not care to be reasonable with u. Once you are out of that service contact you are on ur own. U can go get a car from these ppl for as little as 300 dollars and with bad credit but you will fight like hell to afford it afterwards and 9/10 it’s a lemon anyway. And they will do everything in their power to get your money. They even said they will garnish your pay check 25%. DO NOT IT. THESE PPL ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND THE CARS ARE NOT GOOD CARS AT ALL. You credit will be messed up and u will be out of money u could have saved. Worst place ever to get a car!

This place and these people are a JOKE! Do NOT get your car from these people. They fix up LEMONS and when the car gives you trouble they will blame it on being used. I have friends with nicer cars who paid less down than I did at Car-Mart. I was told by a rep at a better dealership that a Car-Mart associate got their vehicle from Barnes Crossing in Starkville, MS (a reputable dealer). Save your coins and yourself the headache. I could never go out of town without feeling like my car would break down. It creecked and the seat in the back came up completely. I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy. By the time my car was hit I didn’t have working heat or air and had made over 2,000 dollars in repairs to the car. I should have turned it in and saved myself the money and trouble. Management is trash and they will call you and hang up when you call back (KIM) They don’t report to the Credit Bureau at all but have the nerve to threaten to garnish wages hahahah! Jokes! RUN! PLEASE! This one star should be 0!!!!!!!!!!!
