The third time to replace my Takata airbag on the passenger side, and somehow the small piston installed inside the glove compartment was left hanging loose inside the hole. I don't feel too good about going there anymore.

As regards to selection, Jaylon Williams was extremely helpful in explaining the new technologies available in the Rav 4's and was a wonderful LISTENER, a rare quality these days. He coordinated with Brady Ellis in meeting the 2nd step, that of working within my budget. Finally, Stefani Evans completed the process by finalizing (and explaining) all the paperwork components. And at the end of it all, Jaylon Williams said for me to keep a pad and pencil handy with all future questions I would inevitably have and that he normally expected to meet with his clients multiple times to answer questions about their new car. Worst dealership ever. Was good until I discovered the car they sold me was a lemon. Gave me hassle on returning it and bs warranty they sold me wouldn't cover the preexisting damages they knew about. After I finally returned the car, they gave me a bad check for the amount of my deposit and it was just a bunch of run around. Long story short I had to threaten to sue them for fraud for giving me a bad check because they stop answering the phone for me and my bank but that's when they finally answered and straightened everything up. Smh never again!!!

I came in for a test drive on a Saturday morning and left with a new car in about an hour and a half -- that includes the test drive, trading in my old car, and all the paperwork.

Changing my review a bit, the dealership called me back and offered to make things right, at least for the brake job. But here is the rub: I dropped my Toyota 4 runner off at the dealer ship on a Sunday night, leaving the keys in the drop box and filling out the paperwork. After calling every day and having them tell me they were going to get to my car, they inform me at the end of the week the keys do not fit the car. It turns out they were trying to work on the wrong car. They took 3 weeks to repair the car, putting aftermarket parts on the car because the could not obtain the OEM parts in a timely manner. They put the wrong brake pads on the driver’s side of the vehicle, not replacing the axle and bushing that were failing also. I ended up paying an additional $1000 to have another mechanic fix their mistakes.

I pick my car up and realize 300 worth of fishing poles and snake boots are missing. They dont recall them being in there. A week after i picked my car up i went on vacation. On the way home the old tire blew out. Almost wrecked.

I purchased a 2017 Camry in February. As I was leaving the dealership, I heard a sound. I got out, checked the oil, and there was none registering on the stick. I called my salesman, Rogers Murphy and told him. He told me to bring it back and it would get checked out and changed. Took it back, supposedly, the oil was changed, but it wasn't because there was a Pep Boys sticker in the windshield from the last owner. Just started driving the car this month and I noticed another sound. Took it to the service department and oil wasn't registering on the stick again. I told them how it supposedly had been changed. They found out it was a chip issue and all of the oil was going somewhere else. The service department was awesome but my salesman just wanted another sale for commission. He didn't care at all. He promised me floor mats on the date of purchase and I have yet to receive them. Needed to share this.

I went through the process of purchasing a vehicle through Angel Burnett. However some crooked and foul play happened. She was working the deal in the beginning, but somehow, A man named Jeff, who I wouldn’t kno if I saw him today, ended up supposedly handling the deal. I signed paperwork and Angel even told us how much our notes would run. However, we never received any papers for a tag or anything! As a result, they ended up asking us to bring the car back, BUT DID NOT REFUND ME ALL OF MY MONEY! I spoke with a man named Billy Crozier, the General Manager, about this matter and he was very snobby about it! It seems as if THE ENTIRE CANNON is a FAMILY of crooks! He didn’t care to hold anyone responsible for this absurd conflict!..Jeff was fired at least a month ago, but other crooks still remain at this establishment.
