This review is purely based on the service department. I scheduled a simple maintenance appointment and they promised to be done by the end of the day. They ended up keeping my car for a week. The entire time they were terrible at communication. All I got was repeated empty promises of when it would be done. It seemed as if every task "took longer than expected". I would show up expecting my car in order for them to tell me to come back tomorrow. I got a loaner car that wasn't cleaned and reeked heavily of cigarettes. As a non smoker I had to drive this car for a week. When I complained about it I didn't get offered any resolution other than "I could spray it down." I've been going to this dealership for a few years, this is the second car I've taken there. Honestly I never had a problem before Cannon took over

Waited for many hours to be asked to come back the next day. So I received a call back this morning, saying they could not get the vehicle we wanted approved but the could have another used vehicle approved. Being a former car salesperson, I asked what the term, apr and asking price would be. They sent me a break down. Well they didnt know I looked on their website for the asking price. The break down they gave me listed the vehicle for 2000 dollars more than their website. Then they gave me what the monthly payment would be. By the time I would of paid this car off, I would of paid 54000 dollars for a 28000 asking g price. But they could not get a 40000 dollar car approved for the one we wanted. Humm No thanks.

It was so nice to have a dealership that could service my Nissan Altima in Oxford so I didn't have to drive all the way to Memphis to get my car serviced. Everyone at Chandler Nissan was super friendly and helpful. As an out of state graduate student, it is so nice to be able to so easily find a dealership that is honest and helpful. Every time I went someone asked if I needed anything as soon as I walked through the door. They had one part I needed in stock and ordered the other one in immediately, so it only took about a day to get here, and they called me as soon as it was in. They worked around my crazy schedule and as efficiently as possible. The women in the service shop were extremely kind and made me feel comfortable while I waited for my car to be worked on. They brought it in right away and I barely had to wait for while they fixed it. I was so appreciative of the exemplary service they offered and would recommend them to any Nissan user.

Wished I could have rated with no stars. Crooked salesperson as well as the managers. They lied about extended warranty on a car we purchased and didn’t honor it. The entire event was sketchy and we should have paid attention to the warning signs. You live and learn, will never ever purchase even a bike from Cannon if they sold them.
