I feel that this dealer truly tried to take advantage of me. I was given an offer of less than half of what Kelly blue book says I should get as trade in value for my vehicle. The test drive of my potential vehicle left me and my wife and the young man from the dealership stranded on the side of the road. The vehicle that they were trying to sell me had to be jumped off initially and then ran hot during the test drive ultimately requiring someone else from the dealership having to come pick us up.

I had the front brake pads replaced. They also turned the rotors. They scheduled my appointment, took my vehicle at that time, reported the estimate of charges and what they were replacing and finished the work before they said they would be finished. Can't get any better than that!

Never trust this dealer! Don’t buy from them. They are liars. We were in hurry to buy a car half year ago. We trusted them and bought a used car from them. They said there is nothing wrong with the car. One week later, ONLY A WEEK, a light was flashed and we came back to the dealer THEY SAID it was the changing oil light. Later we found that the light is indicating there is something wrong with the engine and we need to spend over 3000 dollars to change the transmission. And it is dangerous if we don’t change. As a dealer, they knew the engine is bad and didn’t tell us. Or as they replied, they didn’t know the problem which I believe indicates that their service is so bad to find the problem. To the dealer, I know the contract said as is, it was our bad to believed you and didn’t check the car ourselves. I may cannot sue you but we can tell others our experience. Btw, the car was with 80000+ mileage and around 8000 dollars.

This is my third purchase from Starkville Ford Lincoln. They offer excellent service and friendly and very helpful staff. The sales staff are very friendly, helpful and not at all pushy for you to buy a car. The atmosphere at this dealership is very laid back and relaxed and the customer does not feel like he is being pushed into buying anything and that alone make all the difference in the world to me. The new Ford Focus that I purchased drives great, has more room than expected, gets great fuel mileage, and all of the staff were glad to help me in my decision. I will not hesitate to purchase from this dealer again in the future.

I have bought two vehicles from Starkville Ford-Lincoln (a 2012 Ford Focus and a 2014 Lincoln MKZ). I have been wonderfully pleased with the service from all the managers involved and my salesman. CL and the gentlemen working in the bodyshop have also done good work on my Lincoln twice. CL handled everything with insurance and made sure I got a rental car. As a summary, don't come to the dealership with that lottery assuming you are the winner!

Even though I am a former employee, I still enjoy the staff at the dealership because they make you feel right at home. Bobby, Shane, and Evan are absolutely the best to deal with when it comes to your automotive service needs, as they will shoot it to you straight and let you know exactly what is going on, and get you back on the road in a timely fashion. Duane, Paige, Courtney, and Rodney are very knowledgeable and offer a lot of insight about the products they sell, and do a good job in offering a no-pressure atmosphere in general. Chris Vickery is a very professional businessperson and quite a pleasure to talk to as he has a wealth of knowledge and information on a wide variety of topics. Terrible service department. Brought my vehicle in for several fixes. Only one was fixed. A simple thing like my rearview wasnt even put on and the one they had to reorder because the first one was wrong hasnt come in yet. They told me it would be here the beginning of next week...3 weeks ago. Owner is a nice guy but tolerates excuses. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle somewhere else. Dont be stupid and bring it here.
