My fiance and i drove over 1hour in a half to get there. While waiting the Manager Mike tell me to start the application so we said ok I asked was there any problems he stated they had put an fuel filter on the truck and a thermostat I said ok while we waited on the technician to bring the key he stated they haven't worked on the truck yet. I said WHAT REALLY I drove over a hour an and Mike stated we dont know if you going to qualify. I said what and his finance guy said his fiancee make over a 100k a year yes they qualify he wanted to argue so we left .We will not buy anything from them the comment was very discriminating and unprofessional.

My experience was Awesome. Mike and Tim were very friendly and professional. I came in approved with my bank at an 10% interest rate. Mike assured me he could get me a lessor interest rate. Guess what he did!. He was able to get my interest rate away 6%. Mike and Tim stayed over to make sure my deal was complete and I was taken care of. Bought a late model used vehicle from them the beginning of Feb. 2019 and couldn't be more pleased. The price was great but the friendly, helpful staff was even better. Tim Horton did not pressure us at all and neither did Mike. Mike is all business, as he should be, and gets you in and out as fast as possible on the financing part of things. Mike only pulled my credit from the specific banks I specified and didn't send it out to 15 different lenders, which ultimately hurts your credit score. Tim was very nice and treated me and my wife as we would expect to be treated. Absolutely NO PRESSURE from any of them there. I've read some of the negative reviews on this dealer and from what I can tell, most of them couldn't get approved or didn't understand the process of purchasing a vehicle and think they deserve the royal treatment. It's a business and it's nothing personal. Just do the process like everyone else. You put your pants on the same way as me every single day. Just because you make a lot of money doesn't mean you manage your finances well. Millionaire salaried people are broke as can be!

The best experience I've ever had buying a car. Mike Gross and Tim Horton are the nicest gentleman you'll ever want to meet. We drove almost 300 miles to deal with them after talking with Mike on the phone. We knew from our conversation with Mike that he would be fair and he was. And I can tell you for sure Mike and Tim will deal with you. It's well worth the drive to Ripley to trade vehicles if you find something you like.
