This is by far the best car dealership I have delt with, we have bought 5 vehicles in the past from the Ford dealership 2 from the Chevy dealership here in Meridian and never received the kind of treatment we received from the guys at Bo Haarala Auto Plex. Left 3 stars because saleman told me a higher price for a vehicle than advertised on their website and on other sites. I didn't mention this and when he came down, it was still higher than the listed price. Seemed like Nice friendly guy, but felt I was being jipped so he could get a bigger cut. We called later and told him, and we like. Oh, I didn't know that. I don't know why it was listed that price and blah blah blah. He pulled it up and said they would do that price. Maybe it was an error on computer like he claims or maybe the other. Only reason I left 3 stars is because I don't know the reason. Blue book was around listed price but was only $2,000+ difference between his price and online price

I once again called reference a vehicle I saw on television. Was asked my personal information ssn , DL number. That ain't happening!! I have know idea who is on the other end of the phone!! Now if I'm standing in the office or on the lot wanting a test drive .I'll give that info. That's twice its happened .. The first time I bought elsewhere because of a stupid nosey salesman on the phone.. I know my credit score that idiot salesman trying to get my info so when If show up . He can run out and look like typical used car salesmen. So I'll look elsewhere again for the jeep I'm looking to buy. Just for your information I'm a cash buyer dont worry about my credit score... 2 strikes your out dont even deserve a third chance.. Sorry Bo I know it wasn't you I was speaking with on the phone . I have nothing personal against you . I know if I'd had opportunity to deal with you personally the Jeep I'll be driving next week would have had a Autoplex sticker on it.Just update I bought a jeep at another dealership your loss !!

Bo Haarala has the Worst dealership service I have ever dealt with. I m going to lay this out as short as I can. After I purchased the car I was told that I needed to take it to get the oil changed because it would take them too long and they were busy (selling more shafty cars I presume). I was told that they would order my extra set of keys and get them in within a week (that was fine with me). A week later I had to call them and their excuse was, Oh we just forgot ... really?? what else did you just forget . 11 days after my purchase (2011 JGC) the engine light came on. I was a bit heated to say the least, and I had Bo Haarala take the car to the dealership. I needed a Cylinder Head replacement. For those of you who don t know, this is a huge deal (complete tear down of the engine). It took 2 weeks to get the part in and another 10 days to fix the car. So I was with out my week old car for a month, and not once during this period have I gotten any sort of check up from Bo Haarala Autoplex (when they were supposed to be the people servicing my car). I m guessing that they just forgot so I have taken responsibility.
