Looking for a very specific used vehicle when I stopped in there. Kirk said they never get that specific of a vehicle in, but he asked for my information anyway. A week later he called me out of the blue to let me know something very similar to my list had come in. Having been sales before, I appreciate good customer service and follow up. I didn't appreciate, however, having to play the cat and mouse negotiation game for $3,000 and when they came up with their "bottom number" after I drove away they tried to tack on a "doc fee" for $250. Document fees are just a way for them cover back office costs, but are not required. When you negotiate on a used car, be sure to agree at the beginning that you are negotiating the final out the door cost.

Certain Service Department staff need to improve Customer Service skills. It does not matter what color your skin is. All customers need to be treated with Equal Respect. I am tired of the mistreatment, being made to feel like I should not ask or request what is owed to should be extended to me as a customer. I have never walked in being disruptive or rude. My car was inoperable due to a "recall". I was told that my car would take time to repair. Long story short, I was told they did not have any loaner vehicles for me. So I had to end up renting a car for 3 days. Later after talking to Ford Corporate I was told that the service department should have given me a form to complete for reimbursement for the rental. I was never advised about that from Premier Ford. Now they only want to submit for 1 day to be refunded??? This is just the tip of the iceberg with the service department. Maybe because I am a woman of color they feel that they can just do me any type of way. Believe me "I wouldn't lie to you!"

Great experience getting 2019 vehicle it's first service. Mr Russell was engaging customers the entire time I was there. I watched through seats overlooking the service area as they worked on my vehicle. Good decision to buy my brew Lincoln at Bill Russell, would/will do it again.

They didn't have a lot of what we were looking for, but their overall selection was pretty big. The salesperson we talked to was friendly and not pushy.

I LOVE the guys at premier ford! They always take such good care of me and make sure I have the best experience. They’re personable and they will remember your face an car! They’re all about making sure you and your vehicle have the best care possible. I always feel like they’re being honest and as helpful as possible.

I made an appointment with their service department and body shop for my 2016 Ford because the console fridge does not turn on, the tailgate closes lopsided and sometimes does not latch, and the sunroof sits above the roofline of the vehicle on the passenger side. Little things that needed fixing. Should not be any trouble, right? After leaving the vehicle with them for the day I made multiple attempts to contact the service department to see when my car would be available for pick-up. Leaving multiple messages, I did not at any time receive a call from the service department or the body shop. The next day I called and finally got someone on the line to tell me what was going on. He explained that the technology (rear console fridge) was so new that they were unsure of the reason it was not working and that their electrician would need to look at it. The problem is they do not have an electrician for the next 3-4 weeks. Keep in mind that the rear console fridge has been a feature in this vehicle since it came off the line it's inaugural year of 2009. It's been in these vehicles for 8 years. This is anything but new technology. The body shop was next to get the vehicle for those relatively small fixes. Well, upon picking up the vehicle I could see by walking up to it that they had not fixed the sunroof. I walked to the rear of the vehicle to find they had not fixed the liftgate either. The service guy at least had the decency to appear embarrassed but could offer no explanation as to why It was documented that work was completed when clearly none was. I asked for a phone call from the body shop manager, Wayne, and left the dealership. Driving home I notice my owners manual is out and in the passenger seat. Rewind a minute. Why is the owner's manual out? Are they not the experts in working on Ford vehicles? I expect mechanics working for a Ford dealer, in a Ford service department, to be versed in said vehicles. I expect them to be much more knowledgeable than me, the owner who already read the manual and knows the fridge isn't working. Back to the body shop and Wayne-He only called back after yet another message left as to why things weren't fixed despite saying they were, and when he would be getting it done (at that moment I was still willing to go back.) He said that the roof was dented, causing the roof to bow up in the middle. Thus causing the sunroof to be raised on the passenger side. That's weird because the bow of the roof is perfectly symmetrical, high point dead center, in the exact way it rolled off the line. The only way to get a piece of sheet metal, like a car roof, to bow up is to squeeze it from both sides. I can confirm, in no uncertain terms, that the sides of my car have not been put in an 8ft long 5ft wide vice and delicately squeezed to perfectly form an umblemished roof since I have owned it. Frightening when someone specializes in the lines of a car and he doesn't know how the roof of a car looks. As for the liftgate Wayne tried telling me that he would have to strip out the lift arms and holes to get it into proper alignment and said "You really don't want me to do all that." Well I'm darn sure I want a properly functioning liftgate. Last up I spoke with Stan, who I was told is a manager. I described the series of events and the utter failure at each step. His response was "We're the best sales and service department in the zone according to customer feedback. What is it you want me to do about it?" This was not a service oriented question, this was a challenge. At that moment he cemented my decision to take my service needs elsewhere. I let him know that through each of these failings he had lost a customer. It is now on Stan to either ignore said failings or take steps to prevent this kind of abysmal service going forward.

My favourite dealership even though it is 100 miles from my home. They deliver a product when others have failed. When the Lincoln is once again "made in America" I'll return to Premier for my next Lincoln.

One of the car salesman Cecil Hill thinks that Mississippi schools are ranked 50 due to integration. See his post on Facebook NOTHING will improve Mississippi Schools until we take control back from the ones we turned it over to in 1968-69! 50 years to run “public education” into the ground!?!?

the commercial was enough to make me vomit my food. Esp. the last part. He really sounds like the red neck, ignorant screw ball from the south he is.

Poor Customer Service Skills and very rude. I had taken my car in for an airbag replacement, and it says on the paper that was mailed in to me that a loaner vehicle may be available to assist with any inconvenience while my airbag is being replaced, and the guy just laughed at me and said "We don't have one to give you" and said i should have said something beforehand. I will definitely go somewhere else next time something comes up with my vehicle.

Bobby Le bronte

Don't go for service... Extremely slow, better off with a local mechanic. Ridiculously steep prices. If they tell you something is going to take 30mins to 2hrs, expect to wait much longer than 2hrs.

Drove 120 miles today from Alabama to buy a F-150 and had one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. Gene was the salesman and was excellent. Chelsae was the finance manager and was the best and most efficient I have ever dealt with. Could not have asked for a better group of people to work with. Well worth the drive.

I went to the dealership interested in a Fusion. It didn't take too long to realize I wanted to special order one. I was extremely happy to find out that I saved even more money by ordering one just like I wanted instead of picking from what they had at the dealership. The entire staff was very friendly. I heard a lot of laughter from the employees so it seems everyone has a good time at work. That was comforting to me considering I was about to spend a great deal of money. My Fusion came in and I LOVE IT! It's exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier! I'll definitely use them again for my next car. THANK YOU PREMIER FORD!!!

Very helpful. Very friendly. Pricing is reasonable. Maintenance never takes appointments, just says, "come in whenever," and then keeps your vehicle all day because they are busy. Removed custom Ford parts during repair and then didn't mention they'd be able to replace them until the work was already done.

People in there are too friendly

This review is only if the parts counter and that guy was the worst. He never acknowledge I was standing there. I was just picking up a part that was order over the phone. A lady came up behind me and a sales representative helped her, so I went to the cashier's desk and asked her to check on it. She got my part. Not a good visit.
