Nobody aknowledged me nor offered assistance after I waited 20+ minutes. Be a while before I step foot in there again.

Mobiles I have been purchasing new automobiles from Barns Crossing for the last few years. The personnel there at Barns Crossing is undoubtedly the best and the most proper personnel that I have ever dealt with when it comes to buying or purchasing an automobile. Eddie Meyer is normally the one that helps me and he is an outstanding salesman and has become a very good friend. Even when you go there for routine maintenance on your vehicle like oil changes at front in alignment the rotation of tires etc. etc. the facilities are modern and up-to-date and everyone is provided with Chaundry such as fresh juice coffee milk and popcorn while you’re waiting on your vehicle to be completed discount makes one feel right at home. Each time we go to Tupelo I make it a point to stop in and say hello Joe the owner is an outstanding guy and Cody this manager is without doubt One of the best people I’ve dealt with! No one ever seems to busy to give you a helping hand or listen to any complaints or concerns you may have and this shows great professionalism which is something you rarely see when you go to any other car dealerships. all personnel to include service reps , Finance,technicians ,bosses ,and sales personnel should be commended on a job well done! Very nice and accommodating salespeople, they will drive you around the lot to look at all the vehicles and let you test drive and answer any questions and make you feel at ease and that they are extremely knowledgeable. They have an excellent waiting room with a popcorn machine and free water along with a free soda fountain and a snack machine you can purchase larger snacks with. They have comfortable recliners with televisions as well as tables where you can sit and do work while you're waiting ...the buying process for me was extremely easy, and it was also a great Lobby to hang out in a while my vehicle is being serviced

The workers at the dealership are always awesome, i am just very disappointed in the car i purchased. I purchased a brand new 2017 Hyundai Sonata, and now 2 years later the paint is chipping, and every-time it rains there is a smell in my car of mold. It smells as if i let the car get wet and then closed it up for days in the sun. If things are not made right by the dealership i will not be buying another car from them ever, which is sad to say since all the cars me and my husband buy have been from Hyundai.

My wife received a call from Darrell Buchanan asking if we were interested in looking at a new car. We decided to go look on Saturday. When we got there Darrell took our old car to be appraised. Jeffrey Sadler came up to us and asked if we had any questions, what kind of car we were looking for etc. He personally showed us Mazdas and Hyundais. We feel in love with the Tuscan and everyone worked their tails off to get us the best deal possible. We bought our new car and got sent to meet with Natalie. She set up all the tech parts of the car and answered all our questions. It was an amazing experience. But wait.... there's more. Saturday night we were at dinner and we realized we had left a charm hanging on the rear view mirror. I panicked. I called Darrell and he promised to look for it. We also had a question about a child seat belt we couldn't unhook. Monday morning I arrived at the dealership. Darrell had my charm and he sent me back to Natalie for the seat belt. Natalie had to call a service professional. They showed me how to unhook it. This was definitely above and beyond customer service!!

Decent experience overall. Sales lady got our first quote on a vehicle straight from the sales manager & just relayed the per month amount & term length without even checking the interest rate or knowing more details first & expected us to just be good with the offer. Needless to say, I had several questions that she was not ready to supply answers to and her excuse was that she did not have the details in front of her. Other than that, it was an ok experience. If you drive into parking lot, make sure it is at night when none of them are there, so you are not hunted like a vulture and asked every question in the book about things they need know concern themselves with at that point.

I travel one hour and 20 minutes to have my vehicle serviced in Tueplo, MS. I purchased 2018 Hyundai Santa fe in August 2017. My experience has been exceptional everytime. Good service in a company is hard to come by. But I believe that Barnes crossing Hyundai has set the standard high for others to follow.

If I could do a review with 0 stars that is what I would do . I dropped my car off for the the usual servicing and wash ( appt placed in advance) with request that I be called when service was completed and verified all information , 3 hours later I returned since I had heard nothing and was told it was waiting to be washed which was irritating since 3 hours had passed so we decided to go eat and return, on the way out of the dealership parking lot I saw my car parked out front between two other vehicles but went ahead to eat. Returned 30 minutes later and pushed my unlock button on the key chain that I had with me to verify this was indeed my vehicle (thankfully) . We go into the service area and were told they were trying to find the paperwork because my car couldn’t be located ,so I walked to my car tried to open the door(driver side) all doors were locked and I noticed my husbands key locked inside on the dash with the paperwork that had my name at the top. I walk back in and they inform us they cannot find my car and when I told them my finding the man who had placed it out front locking the key inside ( he said normally it wouldn’t lock if the key is anywhere inside the vehicle) he and his manager tried to make me sound like a liar which I didn’t allow. When they informed me they were unsure of who owned it or how to find a phone number of owners I pointed out that if I clearly read the paperwork on the dash by looking through a window they could have too. Thankfully I had a spare with me to unlock the car. After returning home I did find wax was still on the front bumper and sides below the hood and spent the next hour cleaning all of that off along with soapy residue on my exterior lights . They didn’t charge for my service that day but after waiting hours each visit and especially after this fiasco and incompetence I’ll never return again and will be using another business for maintaining my vehicle. Total time was near 5 hours.

Great selection, great service department, and they make it easy to purchase. I’ve purchased 3 cars from them over the past 8 years. The only thing I haven’t liked is the volume of emails I get from them to solicit other business. I’ve tried over and over again to have them stopped, but the only thing that happens is they stop coming from one email address and begin coming from another email address of theirs.

This dealership offered the best experience I've ever had, especially after traveling 3 and a half hours to look at a specific car. Sy was helpful in providing a requested guided test drive since my family was unfamiliar with the area, even got us an unexpected stop by tourist attraction of Elvis's birth home. He also went out of his way to install my steering knob and getting a fresh oil change. Owner was also genuinely nice and met with us briefly while we waited for our test drive. If I lived closer, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

When I bought my car I received good service. Over the last 4 months, the service has been terrible. The people have been polite but they can't seem to do anything well the first time. 4th time buyer at this facility and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had here! Was not asked if needed help while looking at multiple vehicles on used car lot. Not even approached by anyone until almost gave up on sales person. Drake Avery was sales man after he pulled a vehicle around and asked if I needed help just before deciding to leave. Stated he is intern for finance department and that he had to do sales for a year before he could work in that department. Card says Professional Sales Consultant. There for purchase of used vehicle with preapproval. Ran credit through 3 companies even though had stated preapproval was done to ensure score drop to prevent shopping somewhere else. price given was higher than online. when said something about it was told that was with gap and warranty added in already. after finance was done found out this was not true. After finance complete was told used car inspection still needed done and that car would not be ready before closed. They asked if they could deliver vehicle. advised them had to work 2 hours away for 72 hour shift and that I would have to go strait to second job when I got off. Was told it would not be a problem. Advised Drake that I would need it for sure because I would have no way to work without it. Assured me that car would be delivered. Car ready on morning of second day of shift and was told it would be delivered that day or next for sure. Next day was told it needed to be on the day I had to go to second job. Still did not get delivered and had to send someone to get it 5 days after paperwork was signed. Lost all trust they had built over past 7 years in less than a week! Not a smart way to keep business! Would not be able to recommend facility after latest experience.

Was not entirely satisfied with the answers I was given after having my gears switch modes and lock up on an out of town trip. “Leave it running, call roadside and let them bring it straight in so we can see what it’s doing.” I was 2.5 hours away on a Sunday evening with the engine revving out of control. This over revving happens with the cruise on on almost any uphill grade of any size. Have not been satisfied with the way my Sante Fe Sport drives since the recall reprogramming of gearing a couple of months ago. It chugs like it’s in low gear in town on Eco or Normal drive and reduced my mileage by 3 to 5 mpg. I never use the sport mode. I got over that in my 20’s. The service mgr said not to use eco. The normal drive has increased my mileage by 2 to 3 mpg but still chugs in town. It did not drive this way when I bought it and I had no complaints before the recall “fix”. But mostly my 4stars was because I had to wait over 4 hrs after having an appt and I really think they just forgot about me because I had to go ask and the srv mgr showed up almost immediately - my car was blistering hot like it had been just sitting in the parking lot for hours. BC you let me down after all my bragging about how great you are. ☹️

Was supposed to get free oil change but was charged. Last year I was told they would give me 3 free oil changes but only got 2 of them so what I saying if they tell u that u are getting free oil change make sure u get it in writing. The man that said I would get fre oil changes said would send me text which I never got so make sure u follow up when it’s offered. That’s lesson I’ve learned.

Awesome buying experience on our Palisade! From the test drive to with Kimani Rush to final deal with Joe Marshall everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. I made a contract to purchase the car first, and the next day I was supposed to get the car. But the next day I could not get a car and AFTER Several phone calls I was able to get a car a few days later. The car keys, of course, were expected to be handed over to me more than one, but only ONE key was handed in, and there was no advance recognition of this at all. I could not erase the perception that it was enough to sell the car and it was very DIDAPPOINTING!!

This dealership has C+ BBB rating FWIW...you have been WARNED If only I could put ***NEGATIVE*** stars for this dealership I would gladly do so. I called to inquire about a Ford Expedition Platinum Max vehicle (still has not sold *KARMA PERHAPS*) to see if they had any room to move on it. I was told probably not so I went to hang up and the sales rep (hunter armstrong) told me to hold on as it would be better to sell the vehicle quickly than let it sit. He told me their cost on it was 47k and asked me if he could get it for that plus fees would I buy vehicle, I replied yes. We spoke the next morning after hearing nothing back (all of this on text) to see if he could get a buy sheet ready. I then proceeded to give him all the details on my trade, my payoff info and address, my drivers license not to mention this was a 16 hour round trip (owner Joe Marshall belittled the distance of my trip, will discuss down below) so I had family planning to come in to watch my children thinking we had a deal...I had my credit union open credit application assuming we would close the deal. He gave me a range of 35-37k and I said if you go on the high end I can do that assuming you can live up to the price you mentioned a day earlier. After 6-7 hours back and forth he came back via text, and said his manager told him they could not do that price and would stick to the original price which sales rep knew for nearly a day was not going to work. I asked for a sales manager to call me back and was told they would, but never did. Only until I called the dealership myself did I get General sales manager Steavan Adams who was rude, unprofessional, and eventually hung up on me even after being told that Hunter Armstrong was the one who offered to sell me car at cost...normally dealerships live up to their word...but Steavan was uncooperative as I have seen in any business dealing in my life. After I got hung up on, I sent an email out to Joe Marshall who is the owner. HE called me back from out of town fairly quickly (only good thing in this experience) and told me he was getting two different stories and that I offered 47k for vehicle which was not true. I told him how would I know your cost on this vehicle if I was not told that by your sales rep. He ended call to speak more to his employees, and called me back a few minutes later to say he was going to stick with original price listed online and not honor what his sales rep told me *ZERO INTEGRITY* as I was speaking with him he belittled the fact that I was driving 16 hours round trip, and had been dragged around all day and then had them pull rug from under by saying he had buyers come from all over and my drive was nothing much. This is fairly big dealer and thought it would go smooth, but man i was wrong. Out of 8 vehicles I have bought in my life by **FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED**.....If you are out of town thinking about buying here PLEASE confirm pricing in writing and get it signed before you go...their WORD IS NOT GOOD from TOP SALES REPS ON DOWN...the people they put on phone initially are a waste of time...ASK FOR A MANGER INSTANTLY to avoid wasting your time...OR BETTER YET...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

So I inquired about Pacifica van they had on their website. I was quickly contacted and told the van was there. I filled out a credit app and made an appointment to see it and was told we would get VIP treatment and it would all be ready for us when we got there. It was a 1.5 drive for us. We get 15 mins out and I get a text saying the van is sold to someone else that just walked in. Well we were told our salesman Eddie had made another deal before we got their. We went in HOT because that was sorry as hell! Well we found salesman Randy S. and he took care of it. Took us on a test drive, and told us it was ours if we decided we wanted it. If it had not been for Randy S. we would not have bought it. He even threw in a 32 inch TV as a gift for buying it. All in all it was a fast process after that initial hiccup. Shout out to Randy S.
