I'm not going to put the salesman's name on here but here is my experience. I talked to the salesman on Tuesday and asked about a certain vehicle that my wife saw online. He told me it was in Tupelo but would be happy to have it brought down. I called him on Wednesday and told him that my wife wanted to come down on Saturday to look at the vehicle. He said he would have it brought down. I also told him the other vehicle that my wife wanted to look at and asked that all of the inventory of that type vehicle be available. Showed up today (Saturday). Salesman didn't act like he remembered me and of course the vehicle had not been brought down from Tupelo and only one of the other vehicles was on the lot. And he didn't really seem concerned that my wife was upset after driving an hour to come over. When I called on Wednesday there was a message that the call was being recorded for customer service. If that is in fact true, then BC-Starkville needs to listen to it. Either way, they will not get my business

Went in to look at vehicles. Paul jackson said he’d like to do a “Soft Inquiry” on my credit. I obliged. Well it was not a “soft inquiry” it was a hard inquiry which in turn took my score down 7 points. I asked him before if it would affect my credit he told me it would only be one point. I am beyond livid. I will never go to this place again. Especially because afterwards i went to another dealership and the gentleman was straight up and honest with me and never asked to run my credit!! And also told me he has heard some bad things about this place.

Ann did a great job helping my husband and I find and purchase a car for our growing family this last week. We told her exactly what we wanted and she was very helpful in making it happen - I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again if the need ever came up! Very low ratings for the overall customer service in the dealership though. My husband and I had a couple instances where we'd enter the dealership and be completely ignored while employees yelled across the room to eachother, right over us. Pretty minor downside since we're pleased with our car, but definitely something we both noticed.

If i could give a negative rating i would. I bought a car from them and a week later it broke down. It took another two weeks for them to pick it up to work on it and when i called the shop to check on it the mechanics didnt know anything about them car. Needless to say it was another three weeks before i got the car back. There was a side pannel behind the window they said they would replace and had already ordered and it would be in the coming thursday; it 7 months later and still no part!!!
